Abstract

Climate and rain parameters are important factors that affect the availability of water resources on the earth's surface. The phenomenon of climate change that occurs today has an impact on the depth and distribution of rain and climatological parameters. The existence of rain and climate on Lombok Island changes very significantly every year. These changes affect various sectors, especially the irrigation sector. Thus, various adjustments must be made, such as adjusting the time of planting, cropping patterns and the types of plants being cultivated. In this case, knowledge about the characteristics of rain and climate that occurs on the island of Lombok is very important to know the pattern and magnitude of the incident as well as the time of the incident. This study was conducted to determine the condition of each climate variable in the Lombok island region by calculating the monthly average for 25 years. The smoothing uses the Theissen polygon method by utilizing 19 scattered rain station data and 4 climatological stations. Based on the analysis carried out, the results showed that the average monthly temperature ranged from 26.17-27.09°C, humidity 87.70-89.83%, sunlight 39.79-69.44%, and wind speed 53 ,73-110,21knot. The highest rainfall occurred in January of 235.33 mm, while the lowest occurred in August of 18.12 mm.

Abstract

Advances in technology not only have a positive impact but technology can also have a negative impact on life, where technology is used as a means to commit crimes or criminal acts. If we look closely in the last few years, we are impressed and felt that people easily own firearms of various brands and types. People who have money can easily get, collect, even in an unnatural amount. It is easy for people to get firearms, of course, because the market has changed. At least, much different when compared to the decade around the 1980s. If in the past people were so proud to keep the FN rifle, now it is not so. The M-16, which is usually used on the battlefield by soldiers, has now entered the exclusive space of weapon collectors. To answer this problem, a normative legal research method is used with an approach study based on legislation, a conceptual approach. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through document studies where the data obtained will be analyzed deductively qualitatively. Based on the results of research and discussion that there are legal regulations in the form of regulations and procedures as well as the mechanism of the firearm licensing process

Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze credit markets and social capital based on theoretical and practical perspectives. The study method used is descriptive. The result of study showed that theoretically, asymmetric information problem can’t be solved by bank, therefore collateral is needed as a requirement for credit landing. Others, the collateral has an implication to bad performance of borrower business activities, thus high credit default occures. Embedded of social capital in group can solved the asymmetric information problem and highly credit default.  Therefore, collateral is not needed again in developing link between group and bank. Existing of social capital is not only in group, but also in cooperative institutions. Practically, low level of credit default in cooperative institution sample related with embedded of social capital in the cooperative institution.

Abstract

The temple as a place of worship for Hindus has a very important meaning and function for the religious life of the Indonesian people, especially the Hindu community in Indonesia. The temple also has assets in the form of land called Plaba Pura. This Pura Plaba land finances the needs of the temple in terms of religious ceremonies, including the maintenance of the temple. The lands that are the assets of this temple even have a very wide amount so that in the development of law in society so that these assets are not lost or mismanaged by the temple management, the government makes a policy by issuing Government Regulation Number 38 of 1963 concerning the Appointment of Legal Entities who can have ownership rights on land, in conjunction with SK/556/DJA/1986 dated September 24, 1986 concerning the appointment of temples as religious legal entities that can have ownership rights on land in conjunction with the letter of the Minister of Home Affairs / Head of the National Land Agency Number 520/2252 dated 27 July 2000 which stated that SK/556/DJA/1986 also applies to temples located outside the province of Bali. As with human legal subjects, even these legal entities can have rights and obligations and can also enter into legal relations (rechtbetrekking / rechtsverhouding) both between one legal entity and another legal entity as well as between a legal entity and a human person. Abstract

Rice is the main basic need for most Indonesian people. Mataram District as one of the sub-districts in Mataram City has a fairly dense population, so the availability of rice is very important, on the other hand, productive land in this sub-district is getting narrower so that rice supplies from other areas are needed. This study aims to determine the origin of the rice supply area and then analyze the marketing channels of rice in the Mataram sub-district, Mataram City. Based on the results of the study, it was found that all regencies on the island of Lombok supply rice to Mataram District, in addition, 2 regencies outside the island of Lombok also supply rice to various sales centers in this sub-district, namely Sumbawa Besar District and West Sumbawa. Analysis of marketing channels obtained results where there are three patterns of rice marketing channels in Mataram District. Channel I, where farmers sell wet unhulled rice to middlemen (middlemen) and then sell them to wholesalers and then supply rice to traders at retailers and then to final consumers. Channel II, farmers sell grain to collectors and then directly to retailers and final consumers and Channel III, farmers sell directly to retailers to be sold directly to final consumers. The marketing margin for channel I is the largest, and the marketing margin is the smallest for channel III. Farmer's share is largest in marketing channel III (81.25%) while the lowest is in marketing channel I (72.33%). Based on the ratio of costs and results, channel III has the highest ratio so that it is said to be the most efficient

Abstract

Philosophically, Discretion has a very important position in terms of government administration by public officials, for this reason its juridical-formal arrangement is contained in Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration. The formulation of the problem in this study is focused on two things, first, how is the formulation of the concept of discretion in Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration? and second, how is the implementation of discretionary authority legal accountability by the government in relation to the criminal act of corruption? From the research results it can be concluded that, firstly, the formulation of the concept of discretion in Law No. 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration is regulated in Article 22, which provides limits on discretion in two ways, firstly discretion must be issued by an authorized official, and secondly discretion must have clear objectives. And the second form of legal responsibility for discretionary acts related to corruption is in the form of administrative sanctions as regulated in Article 80 of Law No. 30 of 2014.

Abstract

What is not included in the waste originating from daily activities in household life is feces and specific waste (requires special management/ B3 waste). The impact of household waste can affect environmental pollution such as reducing water quality which will result in the level of health of living things and the environment. As for this, it has been stated in the government regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 81 of 2012 concerning the Management of Household Waste and Similar Household Waste. The lack of concern for the household environment itself, the lack of garbage disposal sites and the lack of firmness in law enforcement for violators are some of the obstacles that occur in the community in managing household waste. There are several ways of planning and managing household waste that can be done, such as by doing recycling, burning, separating, composting and decaying waste.
