Abstract

In Law Article 41 Paragraph (2) Law no. 9 of 1999 concerning Human Rights it is written that: "Every person with disabilities, the elderly, pregnant women and children, has the right to receive special facilities and treatment. The government itself often does not care about education, the environment and the conditions of people with disabilities. The aim of this research is to find out and understand the mechanisms for implementing accessibility for people with disabilities. By using the Legislative Regulations, conceptual approach. In constructing buildings and public facilities, what is usually considered is whether they are in accordance with the Terms of Reference which are the reference for the Public Works Department to construct. Meanwhile for the rehabilitation or development process, initially a proposal is made by the relevant agency, then the proposal is submitted to the House of Representatives, then after receiving the disposition of the DPR, then the Public Works Service will carry out its work function. Meanwhile, the work reference for the Public Works Service is not based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works concerning Technical Guidelines for Facilities and Accessibility in Buildings and the Environment, in which the regulation states the mechanism for the construction and rehabilitation of facilities

Abstract

The unsignalized four-way intersection in Kediri is located in the Kediri Subdistrict of West Lombok Regency and is one of the unsignalized intersections situated very close to the center of community activities. Additionally, there is an educational center in the vicinity, and the traffic conditions at this intersection are quite congested on a daily basis. The mobility level of both individuals and goods, using both light and heavy vehicles, is visibly high at this intersection. A median strip is the central part of the road that physically separates opposing traffic flows. Therefore, the use of a median strip on the road significantly impacts traffic flow efficiency, by reducing delays, queue probabilities, side hindrances, decreasing accident rates, and providing comfort for road users, thereby making road users feel safe and organized. Thus, the government is planning to construct a road median. This study analyzes the performance of an unsignalized intersection before and after the installation of a median, covering aspects such as volume, side constraints, queue probabilities, delays, and saturation levels, using the 1997 Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) methodology. The analysis results for the unsignalized intersection before median installation show a capacity of 3061.5 vehicles per hour, a saturation level of 0.970 (Service Level D), a delay of 14.885 seconds per vehicle, a queue probability of 36.361%, and side constraints amounting to 881.9 incidents per hour. On the other hand, for the unsignalized intersection tipe after median installation, it exhibits a capacity of 3330.5 vehicles per hour, a saturation level of 0.729 (Service Level C), a delay of 12.654 seconds per vehicle, a queue probability of 21.942%, and side constraints amounting to 629.2 incidents per hour. The performance of the four-way intersection in Kediri on TGH Ibrahim Kholidi Road, in the Kediri Subdistrict of West Lombok Regency, was lower before the median installation compared to the tipe of intersection after median installation.

Abstract

The field of architecture has experienced spectacular developments over the years. This is because in the Public open space is a concept of space to accommodate people from all walks of life and backgrounds, in the sense that public open space must also consider the existence of people with disabilities. Community activity is one of the factors that can affect the utilization and sustainability of green open space. High community activity in green open space can increase community participation in the management and maintenance of green open space, so that green open space can be healthier and sustainable. However, uncontrolled community activities can cause damage to green open space, so it needs good management so that community activities can be directed, especially in the formation of communal spaces. The purpose of this study is to formulate community preferences in terms of community involvement in the green open space area in Denpasar, to formulate the factors that influence the formation of communal spaces in public open spaces in Denpasar City, as well as to study and visualize the mapping of communal spaces that occur in green open spaces. in Denpasar. The steps taken to realize this research are Determining Community Preferences in Communities to find out the preferences of the community as a community in choosing activities to use public open spaces in Denpasar City. Then proceed with the identification of the factors that influence the formation of communal space, followed by the identification of Behavioral Setting and Behavioral Mapping to conduct a study of the behavioral setting and mapping that occur as a result of community activities and public space to produce a mapping of communal space in public space as a visualization of patterns and forms of communal spaces that occur in public spaces in the city of Denpasar.

Abstract

The low graduation rate for the selection participants for the procurement of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) Technical Functional Positions for the 2022 Budget Year, the Government evaluates the results of the selection which in conclusion needs to give awards for dedication to participants with ex-THK-II and Non ASN status while still guaranteeing the quality of Employees Government with Employment Agreement. There is a Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 571 of 2023 concerning Optimization of Filling the Need for Technical Functional Positions in the Procurement of Government Employees with Work Agreements for the 2022 Fiscal Year, only carried out for positions whose needs have not been met. However, it is very unfortunate that this optimization was carried out only for 2 elements, namely: ex THK-II participants; or Non ASN Participants. Kepmenpan-RB Concerning Optimization has limited participants who are not from Ex THK-II and Non ASN elements from contributing to Government. Apart from being discriminatory, the Kepmenpan-RB Regarding Optimization also cannot guarantee the quality of Government Employees with Work Agreements for Technical Functional Positions for the 2022 Fiscal Year, the results of optimization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to estimate the influence of using e-money on the inflation rate in Indonesia, using research data in the form of monthly time series data for e-money payments and inflation for 2016-2021 collected from www.bi.go.id, www.bps.go.id/, and www.kemendag.go.id/. This research is quantitative in nature. Regression analysis is a data analysis technique. H0 = Using e-money has no significant influence on the inflation rate; H1 = Using e-money has a substantial effect on the inflation rate. As a result, e-money affects inflation by 0.298 (29.8%). Because t counts t table, H0 is accepted, implying that utilizing e-money has no major effect on the inflation rate. The result is that e-money affects 0.298 (29.8%) inflation. Because t count <t table, H0 is accepted, which means that there is no significant effect of using e-money on the inflation rate. The regression model is Y = 25.237 + 0.583X. With β = 0.435, assuming the use of e-money has a fixed (unchanging) value, then every increase in e-money by 1 unit will increase the inflation rate by 0.583. The conclusion is that using e-money does not significantly affect the inflation rate.

Abstract

The increase in the population of Mataram City resulted in an increase in traffic volume, due to the increase in the use of private vehicles for various community activities. This is the cause of traffic problems, especially congestion on several road sections, one of which is the Rembiga Road Section. Congestion causes losses to road users, judging from the use of vehicle fuel oil. In connection with this problem, research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much waste of fuel oil caused by congestion. Analysis of vehicle fuel oil consumption using PdT-15-2005-B Highways guidelines and analysis of vehicle fuel oil waste by determining the difference in the value of fuel oil consumption, congestion current conditions and free flow conditions. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the value of fuel oil waste on Monday 341 lt / km / day with fuel costs of Rp. 3,242,056.00 / km / day, Saturday 240 lt / km / day (Rp. 2,294,864.00 / km / day) and Sunday 135 lt / km / day (Rp. 1,296,993.00 / km / day). On Monday there is a high waste of fuel oil due to rush hour heavy traffic volume and high level of side obstacles, so travel time increases due to low vehicle speed.

Abstract

Generally, farmers plant soybeans after harvesting rice, which are cultivated using a tugal and spread system. The cost and production of soybeans produced with these two cropping systems will differ from one another. Under these conditions, how much production must be produced so that the production costs of cultivating soybeans in Central Lombok Regency are minimum?Based on these problems, this research wants to know the amount of soybean production that must be achieved by farmers in Central Lombok Regency, so that production costs are minimal. Using 60 respondents who were determined by purposive disproportionate random sampling in two sub-districts on the basis of the two sub-districts being used as soybean production centers, namely Jonggat and Praya Barat sub-districts, each 30 people. The results of inferential analysis of the cubed polynomial cost function model obtained the cost function equation: TC = 3,641.71 + 711.23Y + 0.28Y² - 0.000093Y³, with a coefficient of determination (R²) = 73.00%, meaning 73.00% variation the value of the total cost is determined by soybean production and only 22.00% of the total cost is influenced by factors outside production. On the other hand, the amount of soybean production that must be produced by farmers so that the minimum production costs are 3,010.75 kg with a minimum cost of       Rp. 2,144,979.70 or by increasing the cultivated soybean area from 44.52 acres to 237.06 acres.
