Abstract

Betta burdigala is a type of endemic fish from Bangka Island. The Betta burdigala on Bangka Island is threatened with extinction, with Critically Endangered (CR) status. The decline in the Betta burdigala fish population is caused by habitat degradation and environmental damage. The existence of Betta burdigala fish has never been reported in waters other than Bangka Island. This research aimed to described the morphometric and meristic characteristics of Betta burdigala fish from South Bangka waters as a basis for the conservation and development of aquaculture. The method used in this research is observation, with direct measurement, and observation of morphometric and meristic characters as well as literature studies to identify the morphology of Burdigala betta. The results of this research showed that the morphological characters of Betta burdigala have a mixed form. The shape of the tail fin of the Betta burdigala is round (spherical).. This type of fish's mouth is terminal (located in the anterior middle of the head). The type of scales it has is cosmoid shaped. The average morphometric characters measured were TL(28.25mm), SL(22.05mm), HL(6.15mm), ED(1.5mm), IW(1.6mm), BD(3.8mm), PDL(1.3mm), DBL(7.6mm), DFH(5.8mm), PAL(9.2mm), ABL(10.85), CPD(3.25mm), LUCL(5mm), LMCL(4 .5mm), LCLL(4.1mm). The average meristic character of the Betta burdigala fish is that the dorsal fin rays have the formula D.XIV, the anal fin rays have the formula A.XXV. The caudal fin radius has the formula C.XIII.

Abstract

Most of the land parcels in East Lombok Regency have not been registered, the basis of rights used by land rights holders as proof of land ownership is only in the form of continuous and hereditary. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a problem, namely how to implement a complete systematic land registration in East Lombok Regency. The research method used is empirical law with three approaches, namely: statutory approach, conceptual approach and sociological approach. In its implementation, the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Selong District, East Lombok Regency refers to the provisions in PERKABAN Number 1 of 2017 concerning Amendments to PERKABAN Number 35 of 2016 concerning the Acceleration of the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration and PERKABAN Number 37 / Kep-7.1 / I / 2017 concerning Technical Guidelines for Complete Systematic Land Registration where there are several stages in the implementation of the PTSL starting from Preparation (socialization, location determination, manpower planning and formation of an accelerated adjudication committee, training), counseling, juridical data collection, juridical data processing and proof of rights, land inspection, announcement, ratification, issuance of rights determination decrees and rights affirmation/recognition decisions, rights bookkeeping, issuance and submission of certificates, management of warrants/documents and reporting.

Abstract

This approach has been widely adopted in many countries around the world and has been the subject of much research and discussion. One of the key understandings around Adaptive reuse is the balance between managing the historical and cultural significance of a building and making it functional and fit for its new use. This can involve changes to the building's physical structure or design, which may be necessary to accommodate new uses, but which also have the potential to compromise its historical integrity. There is also often a tension between the desire to own a building and the need to make it financially viable, as the costs of adapting existing structures to new uses can be significant. Another issue that has been debated in the context of Adaptive reuse of buildings is the role of government and the private sector in spending on and supporting such projects. Some argue that the public sector should play a more active role in promoting and supporting Adaptive reuse, especially for projects involving important historic buildings. Others argue that the private sector should take the lead, with government support in the form of regulations and financial incentives. This research is entitled "Study and Strategy for Implementing Adaptive reuse in Heritage Area Buildings at Jalan Gajah Mada Denpasar, Bali". This study will discuss the various strategies used in changing the function of buildings by considering the concepts and principles of Adaptive reuse. This aims to provide guidelines for implementing and planning development in the Gajah Mada heritage area. The results obtained are that one of the case studies in Gajah Mada obtained an ARP result of 67.3% which is classified as moderate with high potential for Adaptive reuse and the existence of 6 intervention approaches namely Umbrella, New Interior, New Face, Parasite, Bridge and Transition. Such can be a strategy in building planning in the Gajah Mada Heritage Area.

Abstract

This review article focuses on the administration of ketapang leaf extract to enhance non-specific immunity in fish. Ketapang leaves have been of interest as a potential immunostimulant in aquaculture to boost the non-specific immune response in fish. In this review, various studies exploring the effects of ketapang leaf extract on the non-specific immune response of fish have been examined. The findings suggest that the administration of ketapang leaf extract can lead to an increase in non-specific immune parameters, such as phagocytosis activity, lysozyme activity, and total protein content. The potential use of ketapang leaf extract as an immunostimulant in aquaculture shows promising results in enhancing the non-specific immune response of fish. Strengthening the non-specific immune system can help fish combat various pathogens and diseases, thereby improving their overall health and survival in aquaculture settings. However, further research is needed to fully understand the mechanisms of action and optimal dosage of ketapang leaf extract as an immunostimulant. Additionally, considering its potential positive impact on fish health, the use of ketapang leaf extract in aquaculture warrants comprehensive studies to ensure its safe and effective implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect and interaction of types of sawdust and mixed doses of dolomite on the growth and yield of white oyster mushroom (pleurotus osteatus). This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 factors, namely the composition of the planting medium of sawdust (albezia sawdust, cempaka sawdust, mahogany sawdust) and a mixture of dolomite doses. This research was conducted at the Parent Seed Center for Horticultural Food Crops (UPTD BBITPH) Luwus Village, Baturiti District, Bali Province. This research was conducted from May 2022 to July 2022. The results of statistical analysis showed that the interaction between the composition of the growing media and dolomite (S x C) had a very significant effect (P 0.01) on the parameters of the number of fruiting bodies per clump (hood), size stem diameter (mm) and oven-dry weight of mushroom fruit (g). There was no significant effect (P 0.05) on pinhead growth, fruit body stalk length (mm), mushroom fruit cap diameter thickness (mm) and mushroom wet weight (g). The highest mushroom oven dry weight was obtained from the media composition of Sc (chrysolite wood powder) Dolomite C4 which was 11.85 g and the lowest was obtained in the treatment of the media composition Sa (Albezia wood powder) dolomite C2 of 5.38 g

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between academic achievement and political views in Indonesia, addressing a significant gap in the existing literature within the Indonesian context. With the country's diverse socio-political landscape and rapid educational developments, understanding how academic attainment influences political perspectives is crucial for informing policy and fostering democratic engagement. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data was collected through a cross-sectional survey distributed among a diverse sample of participants representing various socio-economic backgrounds, educational levels, and geographic regions across Indonesia. The survey instrument included measures to assess academic achievement, political views, socio-economic factors, and other relevant variables.Preliminary analysis indicates a significant correlation between academic achievement and political views, with individuals of higher educational attainment tending to hold more liberal and progressive political perspectives. However, the relationship is nuanced and influenced by contextual factors such as socio-economic background, geographic location, and access to information. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the relationship between academic achievement and political views specifically within the Indonesian context. The findings have implications for educational policy, democratic participation, and social cohesion, highlighting the importance of addressing disparities in educational access and quality to promote informed and inclusive political discourse.
