Abstract

Challenges and competition in the business in Indonesia in the era of globalization is very strict at national, regional and global level. The success of entrepreneurs in Indonesia can not be separated from the role of women in efforts to develop the entrepreneurial activity. Women have contributed in improving the nation's economy through entrepreneurship. The study titled model of the empowerment of women through the Motivational Factors, Interpersonal Skill Factors, Entrepreneurial Mindset Factors, using analytical techniques such as factor analysis and the sampling technique is convenience sampling. Samples taken 100 women entrepreneurs who are members of associations of SMEs in the city of Depok. The results showed the factors that affect the motivational factors as much as 7 (seven) factors, of which there are five (5) factors that influence forming two (2) components are named with status in society, and past experiences, as well as the influence of 63.243%, Factors that affect interpersonal skills as much as nine (9) factors, of which there are four (4) factors that influence forming two (2) component named creative in problem solving and team-building skills, as well as the influence of 93.204%. Factors that affect the Entrepreneurial Mindset 8 (eight) factor, where there are four (4) factors that influence forming two (2) component named self-motivation, and risk-taking as well as the influence of 64.406%. Outcomes in this study a model of empowerment of women through the Motivational Factors, Interpersonal Skill Factors, Entrepreneurial Mindset Factors and articles to be published in national journals as well as teaching materials.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable Liquidity, Capital Structure, and Profitability of the rating on the bonds of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012 period. The population in this study contained a number of 151 companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 and has a period of bond ratings of PT. Valuation in 2013. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. In order to obtain a total sample of 44 companies. Data were obtained from published financial statements of the company's website the Indonesia Stock Exchange is www.idx.co.id results of this study indicate that simultaneous variables Liquidity, Capital Structure, and Profitability significant effect on the bond rating. While the results of research conducted partially indicates that liquidity variables significantly influence bond rating, capital structure does not significantly affect the bond rating. While other variables in this study are Pofitabilitas significantly influence bond rating.

Abstract

Since the crisis of employment in the industrial company / plant confined to absorb surplus labor. The increasing needs of family life and the head of the family income is not enough to make the involvement of women in order to increase revenue.The results showed that the characteristics of an average age of reproductive age 35-45 years (50%), has 2 children (41.18%) and have free time 6 hours (32.35%). The role of age, number of children, time spent working on women's labor income is jointly influenced significantly by 92.40%, meaning that its role is quite high, while partially the most dominant is the allocation of time and long work by 92.54%. Partial effect of age and number of children do not have a significant effect while the allocation of time to work a significant effect on women's earnings power. The role of age, number of children, time allocation and labor income women on family income have a significant effect jointly by 38.40% and amounted to 61.60% due to other factors. From the research results in this study suggested an increased skills for youth with less experience, increase working time, more inspiring for innovative product design, reproduce exhibitions for the introduction of products both within and outside the region.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the perception of the public about the existence of the brand of juice Winner brand, with random sampling is done to the 167 respondents from the Depok, then given a sample product and given the questionnaires, the results obtained by descriptive is all respondents had Winner familiar juice brand, for brand association by Cochran test result is tastes good, and not bitter in throat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan kualitas mesin EDC terhadap kepuasan merchant Bank Mandiri Region IV Jakarta ke dalam model Kano, dan juga menghitung CS-Coefficient untuk menentukan dampak setiap atribut terhadap kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan merchant. Studi ini menggunakan 18 atribut untuk mengukur kepuasan merchant. Atribut ini digunakan untuk menemukan atribut mana yang memiliki efek yang besar terhadap kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan. Perhitungan CS-Coefficient menunjukkan bahwa nilai tertinggi dan atribut yang mempengaruhi kepuasan berjumlah dua atribut, dengan nilai yang lebih baik yaitu 0,565 dalam atribut nomor 7 yaitu staf bank memberikan pelatihan kasir untuk merchant seperti prosedur penggunaan mesin EDC dan juga atribut nomor 12 berjumlah 0,543 yaitu staf perbankan merespon secara cepat terhadap complain dari merchant. Atribut yang memiliki dampak ketidakpuasan dengan nilai -0,632 adalah atribut nomor 15 yaitu bank menyediakan sebuah penggantian mesin EDC yang cacat. Berdasarkan hadil studi ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan merchant dapat ditingkatkan. Staf perbankan dapat memberikan training terhadap kasir utnuk merchant seperti prosedur penggunaan mesin EDC dan staf bank merespon secara cepat complain merchant.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Profitability (ROE), Leverage (DER) and Dividend Policy (DPR) on Firm Value (PBV) of listed companies in the ISE period 2013. The population in this study is from whole companies which listed in ISE during 2013 period. Data is taken from the company’s financial reports. Gained of total sample 50 companies. The analysis technique is using path analysis with multiple linear regression and single regression. Hypotesis test is using F test, t test, and R2 test with level of significance 5%. The results showing that Profitability (ROE) has no significance influence on Dividen Policy (DPR), Leverage (DER) has significance influence on Dividend Policy (DPR). Profitability (ROE) has significance influence on Firm Value (PBV), Leverage (DER) and Dividend Policy has no significance influence on Firm Value (PBV). We suggest to investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange to notice another factors that influence the Firm Value (PBV) in making decision of investments. The Profitability variable (ROE) in this study has the most influence on Firm Value variable (PBV), which proven by smaller number of t-count than t-table and has significance number 0,000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui posisi portofolio produk wisata berdasarkan Market Share dan Market Growth usaha-usaha pariwisata di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara dalam meningkatkan pendapatan daerah serta menarik investor dengan menggunakan analisis Matriks BCG. Abstract

Banks have an important role in the economic sector especially in the development and economic growth, it is not separated from the role of banks as intermediary institutions. The bank has a duty to collect funds from the public and then channeled back to the community in the form of credit. The lending is not optimal conducted by the bank into the background of this research. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of third party funds, capital, earning assets and liquidity assets to total bank credit distribution. The population used in this study is a commercial bank listed on OJK in the period 2011-2015. By using purposive sampling method, it is obtained as many 20 banks as the study samples. The method of analysis used in this study using panel data regression analysis with the program Eviews 8.0 and 5% significance level. The results of this study indicate that the third party funds and liquidity represented by LDR significant positive effect to total banking credit distribution, Capital represented by CAR has not significant effect to total banking credit distribution, while earning assets represented by NPL significant negative effect to total banking credit distribution.

Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of variable dividend policy and managerial ownership toward financing decision in company listed in BEI at 2013 with firm size as control variable. The population in this study is listed company in Indonesia Stock Exchange at 2013. Gained a total sample of 52 companies. The analysis technique used here is multiple linear regression and hypothesis test using F statistic and t statistic with level of significance 5%. The results showed that the dividend policy and managerial ownership in Model 1 and Model 2 does not significantly influence the financing decision. While the control variables of firm size significantly influence financial decisions. We recommend to investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in order to pay attention to other factors that influence the financing decisions in making their investment decision. The control variables of firm size in this study is the most influential variable on financing decisions indicated from t-count value is smaller than the table and have significantly by 0.003.

Abstract

Technology is continuing to improve its quality for the users convenience. Virtual Reality (VR) is a technology that allows users who are in the simulation room will feel like in real situations. VR now entering the realm of tourism as media promotion. It uses become important for a travel agent because takes promotion for tourism products and services. One of the travel agents’ products is variety of tour packages, such as travel incentive that focus on business and leisure in one package. TraveLab as a Bandung State Polytechnic travel agent often serve the incentive travel package’ as the student request to visit industries combine with destinations.Selection of VR as a promotional media at TraveLab known as a new media that attracts consumers to get information about tour package in the form of video watch. Along with the student needs and interest to new technology, VR is one of the recent technology that adopt by TraveLab to promote their incentive tour package to its specific segment, that are student of Bandung State Polytechnic. The enhancement of VR as promotional media, need more selection of videos. This project emphasis on the development of varies video of incentive travel package relate to specific student segmentation. The video shoot have been done by 360 degree camera with the purposes of incentive travel pattern and resulting of three new incentive tour packages.
