Consumption of vegetables and fruit daily can prevent degenerative diseases such as coronary heart disease, stroke, and cancer. One of the causes is unstable blood pressure. This study aimed to determine the differences in the consumption of vegetables, fruit, and blood pressure in highland (mountains) and lowland (coastal) communities in Bengkulu. This research was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 65 people in the highlands (Kepahiang) and 65 people on the coast (Pasar Ikan) was purposive sampling. Statistical test using independent t-test. This study indicates that the average consumption of vegetables in the highlands is 170.33 grams/day, and fruit consumption is 100.96 grams/day. In comparison, the consumption of vegetables in the lowlands is 165.65 grams/day. Moreover, fruit consumption in the lowlands is 187.26 grams/day. In the highlands, the mean systolic blood pressure was 134.72 mmHg, and the diastolic was 83.18 mmHg, while the mean systolic blood pressure was 126.62 mmHg, and the diastolic 75.71 mmHg. This study concludes that there is no difference between vegetable consumption in the highlands and the lowlands, but there are differences in fruit consumptionand systolic diastolic blood pressure in the highlands and the lowlands. In health services, the existing Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (GERMAS) program should be promoted.

Quasi-experimental research pre-post-test with control group design. The data were analyzed using paired t-test and an independent t-test. The knowledge average scores comparison between pre-post-test scores for the treatment group (56,39 ± 7.12, p = 0,0001) was higher than the control group (36,81 ± 7.18, p=0,0001). Post-test measurement showed a meaningful difference in average knowledge score between the treatment group and the control group (p=0,0001), with a mean difference of 18.485. Video interventions are more effective at improving women's early detection of cervical cancer than lecture methods.

Oplosan liquor is one form of illegal drink that is often found in police raids in various areas. The purpose of this study was to determine the ethanol and methanol levels in mixed liquor obtained from the results of the Sector Police raids in Cipayung District, East Jakarta, in 2017. This study was a cross-sectional descriptive study. Determination of ethanol and methanol levels is done by gas chromatography at the Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta Health Laboratory. The sample in this study amounted to 14 samples. Based on the research obtained Ethanol content from test material (10.08-50.14)% v/v with an average (28,39±15,09)% v/v and methanol content is (0.08-2.04)% v / v with an average of (0,81±0,72)%v/v. Samples whose ethanol content is equivalent to alcoholic groups A, B, and C are 0%, six bottles (42.86%), and eight bottles (51.13%). All samples contained methanol with levels> 0.01% and were not packaged according to the requirements of the Regulation of the Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency No. 14/2016 (BPOM). It is suggested to do a follow-up in counseling related to mixed alcohol, especially for adolescents in this area. Further research is suggested to identify illegal drugs in the confiscated alcoholic drinks from this area. It is recommended to the Cipayung District Police to clean the area from mixed alcohol.

Heart failure patients generally experience activity intolerance resulting in functional limitations and decreased of self care abilities. One of the systems identified Orem in patients with self-care fulfillment barriers is the supportive educational system, which is an effort to provide assistance to patients who need educational support in the hope that patients will be able to need independent care. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supportive educational programs on self care for heart failure patients. This research method was a quasy-experimental research with a pre-post-test control group design approach. A sample of 28 respondents were divided into treatment groups that received a supportive educational program and a control group that was given education according to discharge planning procedures at Mangusada Regional Hospital. The questionnaire used was Self Care Heart Failure Index (SCHFI). Data were analyzed using Independent T-test. The result of this study showed that there were significant differences between self care in the intervention and control group with a p-value (0.017), where p < (0.05) which means that statistically providing supportive educational programs was more effective compared to ordinary education. Providing supportive educational programs can be used as nursing interventions to improve independent care of patients with heart failure.

Independent Midwifery Practice (IMP) is a community medical facility authorized to provide midwifery practice, including maternal, neonatal, reproductive health, and contraceptive services. The operation of IMP is regulated by Regulation of the Ministry of Health, the Republic of Indonesia No. 28 of 2017, about midwifery practice standards. However, the assessment of the operations of IMP has not been conducted yet. This study aims to assess IMP in Karawang district using assessment forms according to the Regulation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No 28 of 2017. This study was conducted at 53 teaching IMPs in Karawang District from July to November 2018. This study uses a mixed-method with a sequential explanatory design. The findings show that the tools, drugs, and other medical consumables are not entirely available at the IMPs. The Obgyn toolset, family planning toolset, vaccinations toolset, and resuscitation toolset were not complete. Providing mandatory sources at the IMPs is very important to support the provision of quality. It is required to optimize the monitoring and evaluation activity by the authorized institution.

The high maternal mortality rate is a complex health challenge reported in Indonesia long before the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the challenge of reducing the number of deaths has increased with the pandemic. This research was a descriptive-analytic study using a retrospective cohort design. The population in this survey was 96 mothers from 30 districts in Karawang who went through pregnancy, postpartum, newborn, and family planning experiences between February-May 2020. Therefore, data were collected through virtual interviews with the use of a questionnaire as the research instrument. The highest score was far below 77, with a value 66 and 45.99 average, as shown in the result. The bivariate analysis also showed the influence of participants' last education on the new normal adaptation score with a P-value of 0.006. However, terminating the transmission of the Covid-19 virus in Karawang regency is focused not only on the educational efforts of the health workers but also on enhancing people's self-awareness about the necessity of personal hygiene and hand hygiene, and prenatal consultation.

The increase in the incidence of depression in the elderly can affect the elderly and their families' quality of life. Depression in the elderly is mostly caused by a lack of knowledge, attitudes, and family behavior caring for the elderly. It has an impact on the increasing cases of older people with depression in the community. To prevent increasing depression cases, it is necessary to empower family potential and social support. This study aims to obtain a description of the Psychoeducation Intervention Program (PIP) on families' ability to care for older people with depression in the community. The research method used is a Quasi-experiment with control group design. The sample is families who have elderly with depression by screening using the Geriatric Depression Scale Short Form (GDS-SF). The number of samples was 68 for the intervention group and 68 for the control group—statistical test using dependent t-test, independent t-test, and Mancova test. The results showed an increase in knowledge, attitudes, and family behavior in caring for the elderly before and after PIP. There were differences in the family's ability to care for the depressed elderly between the intervention and control groups. The resulting psycho-educational intervention program can serve as a basis for policymakers and health service managers to carry out various interventions related to family empowerment.

Analysis with Chi-Square and T-Test. The study results showed significant differences in knowledge and attitudes on the snowballing method (p-value of 0.000) and the brainstorming method with a p-value of knowledge of 0.011 and attitude of 0.000.
