Abstract

Educational management, often narrowly perceived as classroom discipline and administrative procedures, can be redefined as a human-centered approach to foster 21st-century skills in the era of Society 5.0. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of research published between 2020 until 2025 to identify effective practices in nurturing students’ critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. The findings reveal that strategies such as project-based learning, assigning clear roles within teams, providing constructive feedback, and integrating synchronous-asynchronous interactions in Hyflex learning environments significantly enhance learning outcomes. Moreover, attention to student well-being is essential for sustaining motivation and engagement. These practices illustrate that educational management is not limited to control and administration but serves as a framework for holistic human development. The study concludes that educators and schools should embrace the role of facilitators who not only prepare learners to navigate rapid global changes but also contribute to the realization of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education).

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the trends, challenges, and necessary directions for educational leadership in Indonesia in facing the demands of the 21st Century, which are inclusive, innovative, and globally competitive. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which involves the synthesis of literature from various scientific databases. The review results indicate that global transformation, especially the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum (Independent Curriculum), positions the School Principal as the central driver of change, who is required to integrate technology with humanistic values and local context. Specifically, this review identifies that a hybrid leadership style that combines Digital Leadership and Transformational Leadership is the most crucial and needed style for fostering a culture of innovation and technological readiness in schools. This hybrid style is effective in activating coaching mechanisms that empower teachers. However, the findings also highlight a significant literature gap, particularly concerning effective and contextual Educational Leadership strategies in the 3T regions (Frontier, Outermost, Underdeveloped) and in Islamic educational institutions (Madrasahs), where infrastructure challenges and curriculum dualism require a different leadership model. The conclusion of this study confirms that future educational leadership must transcend administrative tasks and focus on a transformative function. Strengthening hybrid leadership that is responsive to Indonesia's diverse context is a critical investment to achieve the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045 (Golden Indonesia 2045).

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the concept and implementation of classroom management based on brotherhood (ukhuwah) in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) for early childhood. This approach emerges from the need for a learning model that is more humanistic, participatory, and relevant to Islamic values. The method employed is descriptive qualitative research based on a literature study, using content analysis of various sources related to classroom management, the values of ukhuwah Islamiyah, humanistic education, and student-centered learning approaches. The findings indicate that brotherhood-based classroom management emphasizes the creation of harmonious, respectful, and collaborative interactions between teachers and students as well as among students. The values of ukhuwah serve as a foundation for building a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation among children. The implementation of this approach is realized through the use of humanistic learning methods, cooperative learning, collaborative learning, inquiry-based learning, and project-based learning, which have been shown to enhance students’ cognitive, emotional, social, and moral development. Furthermore, classroom management grounded in the values of brotherhood strengthens the formation of Islamic character traits such as empathy, cooperation, and care for others. Therefore, this model can serve as a strategic alternative for improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education for early childhood in a more effective and meaningful manner. Abstract

This study aims to identify digital marketing strategies that enhance revenue streams in educational institutions, with a focus on developing countries such as Indonesia and on advanced technologies like AI and VR. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines analyzed 25 peer-reviewed articles from 2020 to 2025, sourced from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Keywords included "digital marketing" and "revenue stream." Thematic analysis evaluated strategies, impacts, and influencing factors. SEO, social media, and AI-driven personalization increased enrollment by 25%, enhanced visibility by 200% compared with traditional methods, and improved ROI by 200%. Donations increased by 18%, and revenue from the adult segment rose by 42%, despite a 15–20% decline in post-pandemic enrollment. Technology infrastructure and collaboration support success, while skill gaps and privacy regulations hinder progress. This research uniquely focuses on the revenue impact of digital marketing in education, particularly in low-adoption regions such as Indonesia. It integrates AI, VR, and Generation Z behavior, addressing gaps in data ethics and multichannel strategies. Institutions should prioritize SEO, social media, and staff training, while adopting and implementing effective privacy policies. Influencer collaborations and CRM investments can enhance engagement and revenue. Governments should support digital training and implement balanced regulation to foster sustainable growth.

Abstract

Rigid bureaucratic cultures in schools may weaken teachers’ professional agency and emotional well-being. This study examines how servant leadership practiced by a school principal contributes to a humanistic work environment in an Indonesian junior secondary school. Using a descriptive qualitative design, the study was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Waru Sidoarjo, East Java, from July to December 2025. Data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving 12 participants: one principal, one vice-principal, and ten senior teachers. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings show that active listening, humility, emotional support, and participatory problem-solving helped reduce hierarchical distance, strengthen teachers perceived psychological safety, and encourage more open communication in responding to administrative and curriculum-related challenges. This study proposes the Collectivism-Based Servant Leadership Model, or KPBK, by integrating servant leadership with gotong royong, musyawarah, and Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha. It also identifies Double-Loop Empowerment as a qualitative mechanism linking principal support, teacher empowerment, and humanistic teacher-student interaction. The findings suggest that school reform requires not only policy mandates and technical training, but also humanistic human resource governance.
