This study explores the role of Muhammad Arsyad Thalib Lubis in Islamic education and the organization of Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah in North Sumatra between 1930-1972. This study uses historical methods to reconstruct events related to Muhammad Arsyad Talib Lubis and his influence on the development of Islamic education. Data was collected through literature studies and interviews. The results showed that Muhammad Arsyad Talib Lubis, who was born in Stabat, Langkat, in 1908, had played an essential role in establishing Al Washliyah University and developing Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah from a debating club into an influential educational organization. Lubis died on July 6, 1972, but his legacy and principles still live among Al Washliyah's disciples and the wider community.

Educational institutions that succeed in building a positive brand image, providing quality education, and supporting the development of student's self-ability will have an advantage in attracting prospective students and maintaining their loyalty. This research aims to explore the role of brand image as a mediator on the influence of educational quality, self-ability, and student decisions. The survey method was used to collect data based on probability sampling of 457 students of the 2021 IAIN Ponorogo Islamic Religious Education study program. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of a Likert scale with 4 alternative answers. PLS-SEM analysis was used to analyze data and test the conceptual model. The results of the analysis show that the quality of education does not have a significant effect on students' decisions to choose the Islamic Religious Education study program. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening the brand image of educational institutions as a mediator that influences the relationship between educational quality, self-ability, and student decisions. Therefore, educational institutions need to pay attention to strategies to strengthen their brand image in order to increase their attractiveness in the eyes of prospective students and provide a more meaningful educational experience.

The aim of this study is to examines the role of self-determination in encouraging student academic performance through online learning. Using TTF framewor, this study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis. The population used is Yogyakarta students while the sample used is 162 students. Analysis using partial regression analysis (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The software used is smartPLS 3.0. The results showed that there is a mediating role of user satisfaction in the influence of student self determination on academic performance. This research shows that self-determination is a variable that higher education managers should consider when implementing online learning. This research adds a self-determination variable to the TTF framework. This is based on the phenomenon of minimal participation in online learning. This research also confirms the TTF framework on performance which has never been studied in a higher education setting. The implications of this research underscore the importance of SD as a component in online learning that higher education managers should pay attention to. The results of this study explain that SD effects AP through student satisfaction in participating in online learning

The aim of this research is to explain the influence of the principal's policy on the quality of Islamic education at SMA IT Yarsi Mataram. This research uses a quantitative type with an analytical design. The population of this study were all teachers and students of SMA IT Yarsi Mataram and the sample was 10 teachers and 15 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data collection techniques through observation with questionnaire instruments for Islamic education policy and quality. The data analysis technique uses the t test and/or F test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the principal's policy on the quality of Islamic education at SMA IT Yarsi Mataram as seen from the significant value obtained in the t test and F test of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. This means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that there is an influence of the principal's policy on improving the quality of Islamic education at SMA IT Yarsi Mataram. The better the policies decided by the school principal, the more the quality of Islamic education will improve. This research is a stimulus for school principals to consider all their policies because they will determine the quality of the school.

This research explores the role of self- efficacy as a mediator in the influence between work commitment, Total Quality Management (TQM), and teacher performance. The survey method was used to collect data based on purposive sampling from 55 teachers from 3 junior high schools in Ponorogo Regency. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of a Likert scale with 5 alternative answers. PLS-SEM analysis was used to analyze the data and test the model context. The results of the analysis show that work commitment has a significant effect on teacher self-efficacy and performance. Furthermore, self-efficacy was proven not to mediate the influence between work commitment and Total Quality Management on teacher performance. These findings highlight the importance of self-efficacy in facilitating the development of teacher performance through work commitment and the implementation of total quality management. The practical implication of this research is the importance of creating a work environment that supports the development of teacher self-efficacy. Educational institutions can provide social support, recognition of teacher contributions, and opportunities to participate in professional development activities. By creating a conducive environment to strengthen teacher self-efficacy, work commitment, and TQM implementation are hoped to run more effectively.

Teacher performance is one of the important elements in the achievement of quality at school because the teacher is the main component in the educational system that can affect the success of educational goals. Many factors can affect the performance of teachers, among them are seen from the implementation of supervision academic and organizational culture applied in the school environment. This research aims to determine the performance of honorary teachers who are influenced by the academic supervision and culture of organizations in the subdistrict of South Cikarang. The researchers took samples using the Purposive Sampling method of 134 honorary junior high school teachers in the subdistrict of south Cikarang, Bekasi. Data was analyzed using path analysis techniques, to test the hypothesis of the academic supervision variable (X1) on the performance of teachers (Y) and the organizational culture (X2) on the teacher performance (Y), with SPSS 25. Results of the calculation of the path analysis of X1 and Y, obtained t-count = 2,893 > ttable (α=0.05) = 1,978, the result that the variable of academic supervision influences teacher performance. Then the path analysis of X2 and Y, obtained tcount= 2,962 > ttable (α=0.05) = 1,978, showing that the variables of the cultural organization influence teacher performance.

This study aims to evaluate the financial management of API Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Secang Islamic Boarding School through the implementation of the Financial Management Information System (SIMKEU) application. The background of this research is that the challenges in financial recording that are still done manually, prone to errors, and take a long time. The research method used uses a case study approach with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with pesantren leaders and administrative staff, direct observation of the financial management process, and analysis of documents related to pesantren finance. The research was carried out at API Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Secang Islamic Boarding School over a certain period. The results showed that the implementation of SIMKEU succeeded in increasing efficiency in recording and financial management by reducing the time required for the transaction recording process and improving the accuracy of financial statements. However, the study also identified several challenges, such as issues with information and communication technology infrastructure that need to be improvement, and the initial adaptation phase requiring extra time and effort from pesantren staff. Based on the study’s results, it is recommended to enhance information and communication technology infrastructure, and increase training for pesantren staff to maximize the benefits of SIMKEU implementation in the future. In conclusion, the implementation of SIMKEU at API Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Secang Islamic Boarding School has made a significant contribution in improving the efficiency and transparency of Islamic boarding school financial management. This study provides practical guidance for other pesantren that want to adopt similar technologies in an effort to improve financial management effectively and efficiently.

This study aims to examine the contribution of the principal in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum at SMK Negeri 2 Manajemen dan Bisnis Jayapura, through an in-depth exploration of the principal's leadership role in creating an innovative and collaborative learning environment, relevant to the needs of the Society 5.0 era. The research locus is SMK Negeri 2 Manajemen dan Bisnis Jayapura. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research participants included the principal, the vice principal of curriculum, and several teachers actively involved in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum.The research results show that the principal's leadership significantly contributes to the successful implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. The principal successfully created a learning environment that supports innovation and creativity by providing continuous training for teachers, encouraging collaboration among teachers, and involving parents and the community in school activities. The principal also managed to overcome resistance to change and resource limitations through effective and communicative leadership strategies. In conclusion, the principal's contribution to implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum at SMK Negeri 2 Manajemen dan Bisnis Jayapura is highly significant. Through visionary and inclusive leadership, the principal has succeeded in improving the quality of education and preparing students to face challenges in the era of globalization and contribute positively to society.

Abstract: This article aims to analyze digital transformation and the implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS) in higher education, particularly in the post-pandemic era. Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the article reviews 10 relevant studies to understand the impact and challenges of technology implementation, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), in higher education institutions. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of digital technologies, but many universities, especially in developing countries, face infrastructure and resource limitations. The article finds that while MIS can improve operational efficiency and learning, its implementation is still hindered by high costs and a lack of technical skills. The research gap identified is the absence of a holistic and sustainable implementation model in developing countries. As a novelty, the article proposes a collaborative model for MIS implementation, allowing multiple universities to share resources and knowledge. Furthermore, the article recommends the development of comprehensive digital transformation strategies that not only focus on technical aspects but also involve human resource management and data-driven decision-making. With this approach, higher education institutions can be better prepared to face future challenges and create a more inclusive and efficient educational experience.

Literacy is the most important element in the education and learning process. Basic literacy consists of reading and writing. Student learning outcomes start from students' ability to master basic literacy. The development of literacy modules is an innovation in learning learning innovation for students in primary school. Module development literacy module development based on local wisdom with the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach is very effective to address students' needs and pedagogical approach is very effective to answer the needs and pedagogical needs of students. The purpose of the research to develop a literacy module, analyze its feasibility and effectiveness to improve literacy learning outcomes. effectiveness to improve literacy learning outcomes. This research is Research and Development (R&D) model with ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evalutie) model. The research subjects were teachers and students grade V of SDN Nanga Na'e and SDN Radu. Data collection used questionnaires, observation sheets and interview guidelines. The results showed that; (1) the process of developing a module based on local wisdom majalabo dahu with the TaRL approach resulted in a literacy module teaching material product. TaRL approach resulted in literacy module teaching material products, (2) the product products are very feasible from the material aspect (84.4%), media aspect (91.2%), and learning aspects (89.8%). (3) the module product is effective in improving students' learning literacy. The learning outcomes of students who were treated with the module based module based on majalabo dahu local wisdom with TaRL approach is higher than without the module based on local wisdom. higher than without module based on majalabo dahu local wisdom with TaRL approach (thit = 0.05). with TaRL approach (thit = 3.756, p-value = 0.0005). Students' positive response to the module based on local wisdom majalabo dahu with TaRL approach approach that has been developed obtained student feedback of 84.8%. Conclusion This research is a module product based on majalabo dahu local wisdom with the TaRL approach developed in elementary schools. TaRL approach developed in elementary schools has gone through the appropriate development procedure, has a very feasible development procedures, has excellent feasibility, and is effective in improving students' literacy learning outcomes in elementary school.
