Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a positive direct effect of clinical supervision and self-efficacy on teacher pedagogical competence. A total of 72 teachers are used as research samples to obtain data which will be analyzed by quantitative methods of path analysis. The results showed that there was a positive direct effect (1) clinical supervision on teacher pedagogical competence. (2) self-efficacy of the teacher's pedagogical competence. (3) clinical supervision of self-efficacy.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) to assess the strategies used in improving public image; (2) assessing the suitability of organizational goals with the strategies used; (3) assessing the effectiveness of the organization in implementing the strategy; and (4) provide recommendations to leaders in improving the weaknesses of the strategies used. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, with interview and observation data collection techniques. The research was conducted at SMA Panjura Malang City with the key informant, namely the principal, with the teacher as additional informants. The results of this study indicate that to improve the public image of the school is to publish about the excellence of the school. The strategy used by the school is also very suitable for the purpose of publication to attract enthusiasts to attend SMA Panjura Malang City. In addition, the strategy used for the publication program was very effective. This can be proven by the progress of the number of interested students. The community in implementing the public relations program at SMA Panjura Malang City also provides criticism and suggestions to the school so that this program can be carried out effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Development of Individual Learning Program (PPI) Model for Children with Special Needs in Inclusive Primary Schools in Metro City. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the policy of inclusive education in Metro City through the provision of good services and implementation facilities, to increase the competence of special companion teachers for children with special needs, to produce a model for developing Individual Learning Programs for children with special needs in primary schools that provide inclusive education. Produce graduate masters in education management on time. This study uses a research and development, method which is a research method used to produce a lesson plan (RPP) product. The method used is Research and Development (R & D) with a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Primary and secondary data sources were obtained from informants selected purposively based on their mastery of inclusive education service management. This research was conducted for four months. This research includes research by the research team lecturers in the form of Individual Learning Program Model Development for Children with Special Needs in Inclusive Elementary Schools in Metro City with postgraduate students of the education management study program FKIP University of Lampung as guidance. The results of this study were addressed to the Metro City Government through the Education and Culture Office as a learning material tool(legal draft)of the individual learning program (PPI) model for children with special needs (ABK) through special companion teachers (GPK) in elementary schools (SD) of Metro City.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan komunikasi adalah bagian terpenting untuk mewujudkan peningkatan kinerja organisasi pendidikan. Komunikasi memegang peranan penting tanpa komunikasi organisasi akan tidak berfungsi dalam menjalankan tujuan awal organisasi. Komponen pendidikan sekolah dalam menerapkan komunikasi pun perlu membanguan iklim komunikasi yang sehat dan kondusif sehingga timbul reaksi-reaksi positif. Perlunya teknik dalam menciptakan suasana organisasi yang efektif dapat mendorong interkasi dan komunikasi sehingga tujuan pendidikan akan tercapai dengan maksimal. Metode kajian literature dapat menjadi perbandingan kasus untuk memperoleh solusi yang tepat dengan menerapkan partisipasi umum sebagai point penting peningkatkan kinerja organisasi pendidikan. Komunikasi adalah strategi pengembangan peningkatan kinerja organisasi pendidikan. ABSTRACT The success of communication is the most important part to achieve improvement in educational organizations. Communication plays an important role without organizational communication will not work on the initial organizational planning. The school education component in implementing communication also needs to develop healthy and conducive communication so that positive reactions arise. The need for techniques in creating an effective organization can encourage interaction and communication so that educational goals will be achieved to the maximum. Literature assessment methods can be considered an improvement to get the right solution to increase participation in education. Communication is an improvement strategy.

Abstract

Abstract Change is a process that cannot be avoided in an organization. Organizational change is the process of moving from the present to the future to improve organization. An organization will always experience a change to anticipate and face challenges that will occur in the future. Organizational change can come from outside or within the organization itself where the change is in the from of planned changes of structural changes that must be managed properly. Management in an organization is needed to help the process of change so that the organization can improve its progress. Organizational progress is very influential on the success or failure of an organization. Organizational change is not always well received because at every change there will be resistance. Organizational change can be a threat to failure for an organization and therefore there needs to be a good management so that an organization has progress. Abstrak Perubahan merupakan sebuah proses yang tidak dapat dihindari dalam suatu organisasi. Perubahan organisasi adalah proses perpindahan dari keadaan sekarang menuju keadaan dimasa yang akan datang untuk meningkatkan organisaasi. Sebuah organisasi akan selalu mengalami sebuah perubahan untuk mengantisipasi dan menghadapi tantangan yang akan terjadi dimasa yang akan datang. Perubahan organisasi dapat berasal dari luar maupun dari dalam organisasi itu sendiri dimana perubahan tersebut berupa perubahan terencana ataupun perubahan struktural yang harus dikelola dengan baik. Manajemen dalam sebuah organisasi diperlukan untuk membantu proses perubahan agar organisasi dapat meningkatkan kemajuannya. Kemajuan organisasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap sukses tidaknya sebuah organisasi. Perubahan organisasi tidak selalu diterima dengan baik karena pada setiap perubahan pasti akan ada perlawanan. Adanya perubahan organisasi dapat menjadi ancaman kegagalan bagi sebuah organisasi tersebut maka dari itu perlu adanya sebuah manajemen yang baik agar sebuah organisasi memiliki kemajuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari tahu adanya kontribusi budaya organisasi dan etos kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi. Metodologi dalam penelitian ialah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif model regresi linier berganda. Sampel dilakukan terhadap 126 orang guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup dalam google form berdasarkan skala likert. Pengujian hipotesis didapat dari uji t dan uji F. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat beberapa kesimpulan yaitu: 1) Budaya organisasi berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi, artinya, meningkatnya budaya organisasi akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru. 2) Etos kerja berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi, artinya, meningkatnya etos kerja akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru. 3) Budaya organisasi dan etos kerja berkontribusi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,690 atau 69%, artinya, budaya organisasi dan etos kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) sebesar 69%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know correlation between achievement motivation and stress on the academic achievement of international class student Faculty Medicine Universitas Indonesia. Total 64 of 176 students were used as research samples to obtain data then analyzed using the quantitative method of path analysis. The result of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive correlation between achievement motivation and academic achievement, (2) there is a negative correlation between stress and academic achievement, (3) there is a negative correlation between achievement motivation and stress.

Abstract

Elementary school administration is an activity to support the success of thequality of education in elementary schools. The scope of school administration activitiesincludes the management of official letters and school archives. Management of officialletters and archives in primary schools is carried out by the principal, assisted by a schooloperator. Their ability to manage official documents and school archives is still lacking.Efforts to increase the capacity of school principals and elementary school administrativepersonnel can be provided with training on managing official letters and school archives.The object (target audience) of the training activities is 150 people consisting of 2elementary school supervisors, 58 school principals, 83 school administration staff and 7SDN teachers in Jatinegara sub-district. The partners involved are the Regional EducationOffice of East Jakarta Administrative City. The training has been carried out for a day onThursday, October 8, 2020 through virtual zoom cloud metting. The training materialconsists of: school leadership and administration, management of official letters andmanagement of school records. The three materials were delivered by 3 lecturers of the UNJFIP Education Management study program with the lecture, question and answer andassignment method. The results of the training were very satisfying to the participants andthe organizing committee, because all the materials had been delivered well and were veryuseful for all training participants.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and design integrated university governance model which is focused on lecturer quality control. This study reveals that high education shows no integrated governance. The research refers to evaluative study of High Education quality insurance concept. The research used survey approach with qualitative method. The informants in this research are leaders of High Education and lecturers. Results of the research show (1) quality control principles refer to organizational lifecycle concepts namely plan, do, act, check (PDAC); (2) implementation process refers to technical targets such as completeness of formal learning; (3) improvement of lecturer professionalism competence is conducted in the forms of education and training as well as comparative study; (4) monitoring activity on quality improvement evaluation is conducted by weekly routine meeting, mid-semester meeting and beginning of education year meeting. Results of the evaluation are used as the lecturer performance assessment and decision making instrument aspects. Implication of research results are manifested in the form of reward and punishment-based counseling. Abstract

Kasus anak berkarakter negatif berupa perundungan, kekerasan fisik, kekerasan psikis, dan kekerasan seksual masih terjadi di lingkungan pendidikan. Sekolah melaksanakan pendidikan karakter masih banyak menitikberatkan pada konteks pengetahuan dibandingkan pengamalan menyebabkan siswa kesulitan membentuk karakter positif. Pendidikan karakter di sekolah merupakan tahapan pembentukan karakter yang tidak kalah pentingnya dari pembentukan karakter oleh orang tua di keluarga. Sekolah harus memiliki dan menerapkan manajemen pendidikan karakter siswa untuk mencapai visi sesuai misi dan karakteristik sekolah masing-masing. Penggunaan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) sebagai alat ukur kinerja sekolah dengan tepat dan akurat sangat membantu pengelola sekolah untuk menyajikan keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan sekolah untuk dipertanggungjawabkan kepada seluruh pemangku sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini memaparkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi manajemen pendidikan karakter SD Islam Al Ikhlas untuk mewujudkan IKU sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian studi kasus di SD Islam Al Ikhlas. Hasil temuan penelitian yaitu: (1) Perencanaan Pendidikan Karakter dan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) selaras dengan visi dan misi sekolah dengan melibatkan pemangku kepentingan sekolah. (2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pembelajaran, pembiasaan dan ekstrakurikuler sesuai rencana yang telah dibuat; 3) Kontrol pendidikan karakter menggunakan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) meliputi kegiatan monitoring, evaluasi dan penyampaian laporan.
