Abstract

This research is one of the efforts to meganalisis computer services management how JAWS for tuna netra students at PLD UIN Sunan KalijagaYogyakarta. This research is a research field that uses a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by holding observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was done by giving meaning to the data that was successfully collected and of the meaning that's drawn the conclusion. The results of this study showed that computer Services Management JAWS in PLD UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta include some of the functions of management, planning, i.e. the first Chairman of the PLD menentukian schedule of activities. Second, i.e. organizing Chairman of the PLD task from the masingmasing position. Third, the implementation of PLD members who have been given the task by doing their job. Fourth, i.e. surveillance of all activities in the PLD are always monitored and held a meeting of rutinan in order to know the problems encountered so that it can be solved together. The benefits of computer services i.e. JAWS add technological knowledge for students to make tuna and tuna netra student self-reliance in doing tasks lectures relating to penegtikan as well as the task of term papers, thesis etc. As for the supporting factors of the implementation pellayanan JAWS computer namely tuna netra student zeal and the help of the volunteers PLD. To factor penghambatnya i.e. the number of computers the JAWS are very limited so they must alternately in using it.

Abstract

This study focused on examining the theory of optimalization of class intervention management toward students’ bad behavior in Islamic primary school. The method used in this study was literature study based on documents. The results showed that the optimalization of classroom management involved the whole components including school and parents as moral community whose responsibility and role were preventing and overcoming students’ bad behavior by being a good role model. Optimizing the collaboration among parents enables integrated communication with education at school to avoid the continuity of behavior. Increasing positive activities aimed to overcome disruption in the classroom can be done through behaviorism approach and integrated learning. Teachers’ readiness in mastering intervention management is crucial as it is necessary for dealing with students’ behavior in a precise way.

Abstract

AbstractVortex of globalization necessitates a school establishes certain advantages and challenges of the proliferation of educational institutions, if private schools are not improving the human resource and does not indicate a particular advantage innovations from other schools will be degraded public trust. A school principal requires a model of leadership in creating a level of trust and quality of academic services that exceed the expectations of internal and external school school. School leadership puts the organization a competitive advantage as a core value as the value inherent in a school community. The competitive advantage of the organization is how the organization creates value service performance advantages of low cost and product differentiation. Two such approaches are needed schools that want to deliver maximum quality academic services and demonstrate excellence by means of efficiency. The goal is to assess school leadership based on core values, characteristics of quality implementation in schools and the implementation of the concept of quality assurance systems. Three objectives are based on research and discussion of literature that leadership with the guarantee is related to the value system that was built through the vision that inspired each school community. The vision of leadership based on values ​​that are mutually agreed upon has spawned a school of excellence amidst the proliferation of educational institutions. Educational institutions are not seen as a social investment, but the institution has become a noble industry. Based on the explanation, the leadership of principals need to have different perspectives on quality assurance paradigm is very different between the service field service with the service areas of goods. Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tipe kepemimpinan organisasi otonom Muhammadiyah dalam penerapan nilai-nilai religiusitas di Madrasah Mu’alimat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pengambilan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan diverifikasi setelah itu ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tipe kepemimpinan siswi dalam organisasi otonom Muhammadiyah adalah maskulin dan transformasional, (2) usaha dalam penerapan nilai-nilai religiusitas dalam organisasi adalah melalui lima dimensi berikut, yaitu religious belief, religious practice, religious feeling, religious knowledge, dan religious effect, (3) hasil tipe kepemimpinan terhadap nilai-nilai religiusitas dalam organisasi terwujud melalui kedisiplinan mematuhi kode etik dan disiplin ibadah (sholat tepat waktu); keteladanan berdo’a sebelum dan sesudah melakukan suatu kegiatan organisasi; adanya rasa empati terhadap sesama dengan gerakan infak dalam organisasi; semakin termotivasi dan semangat mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasi; dapat mengaktualisasikan diri sebagai panitia kegiatan Taruna Melati (TM), kajian Obrolan Jum’at Kekinian (OJK), dan Kajian Tri Mingguan (Karim) dalam organisasi IPM, sedangkan pada organisasi HW, anggota “Aspel” (Asisten Pelatih) HW menjadi lebih berani mengajar/melatih ilmu kepanduan pada anggota “Pasti” (pasukan inti HW MTs) dan pada tingkat Athfal yaitu anak-anak SD Muhammadiyah Kauman

Abstract

Management is one of the most important aspects of managing an institution / agency especially in educational institutions, so expect especially Islamic education institutions and boarding schools because it can not be separated when talking about Islamic education definitely a benchmark of all it is a boarding school education, history has proven that the embryo of formal education is education schools starting from the household, surau, mosques and public places, The new Islam began to grow rapidly after education was started in utakan even serve as doktrinisasi process. Abstract

Quantitative research of the correlation studies with model aims to analyse the influence of large contributions and relations variables (X1) compensation and job satisfaction (X2) against a variable performance lecturer (Y) when controlled with variable organizational commitment (Z) and basing on the theory of two factors that was conceived by Frederick Herzberg. The results of the comparison between the coefficients of correlation bivariat (X1 = Y = compensation and performance Lecturer) and partial correlation coefficients (X1 = compensation, organizational commitment and Z = Y = performance Lecturer) indicate that ryx1 > ryx1z i.e. 0317 > 0268. This means that the compensation effect on performance because the lecturer is mediated by the commitment of the organization. The regression results to prove the value of the β1 = β2 = 0153 and 0383, where compensation contributions and commitments of the Organization was able to improve the performance of lecturers of 54%. That is, when a lecturer at Faculty of Tarbiyah UIN Sunan Kalijaga Pedagogy and has compensation and high organizational commitment can enhance the performance of lecturers of 54%. While on the job satisfaction variables retrieved results correlation bivariat (X2 = job satisfaction with Y = performance Lecturer) significant i.e. 0.001 < α 0.10, while partial correlation results (X2 = job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Z = and Y = performance lecturer) was not significant because significant numbers 0086 > α 0.10, so that job satisfaction is really in a linear effect on the performance of a lecturer. The results of the regression coefficient regression proved the job satisfaction (β) of 0267, where the contribution of job satisfaction was able to increase the performance of a lecturer of 27%. That is, when a lecturer at the Faculty of pedagogy and Tarbiyah UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta has a high job satisfaction though have no organizational commitment can enhance the performance of lecturers of 27%.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the management of ICT-based Arabic learning. This study was designed to find the management of ICT-based Arabic learning in MA Daarul Uluum Majalengka. This study proposed that the integration of various fields of studies with ICT, including Arabic language learning, is undeniably vital to be enhanced in this digital era. However, the constraints experienced by some institutions, especially the educators, have not had a clear format of the use of ICT in the integration effort of the both disciplines. This study applied a qualitative research approach. The research method was descriptive method. The data were collected by conducting observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the techniques qualitative analysis. The results showed that the design of ICT-based Arabic learning model can be developed at MA Daarul Uluum Majalengka a communicative computer-based Arabic learning model. The materials and other learning tools are designed using a computer program. Through this kind of learning models, a teacher served as learning motivator and facilitator elaborating the materials that need clarification for the learners.

Abstract

The success of an effort is strongly related to the quality of the effort doer. Similarly, the achievement of a school/madrasa is also determined by the manager. If the manager is highly qualified, then the institution will consequently enhance its performance, and vice versa. This article describes the management of human resource quality development in MAN Pamekasan. It focuses on planning, staffing, coaching, staff promotion, mutation, and dismissal as well as evaluation and compensation. By means of observation, interviews, and documentation, it is found that MAN Pamekasan manages staff and other human resources satisfactorily; at least it has achieved the standard stipulated by the government.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the key factors contributing on successful implementation of total quality management in Al-Hikmah Primary School of Surabaya. The sustainability of total quality management in Al-Hikmah Elementary School is proven by the increasing number of students’ enrolment which exceeded the fixed quota; the high level of teachers and students achievement; as well as the big number of competitive graduates. Using qualitative descriptive approach, this research finds that successful implementation of total quality management is highly dependent on top-down leadership system of the school, effective communication among stakeholders, the properly measured reward and punishment to students, and the continous internal and external assessment of educational quality management.
