The data analysis technique used is correlation analysis and data collection using a Likert Scale Model. The research result showed a relationship between spiritual Intelligence and achievement motivation, meaning that the hypothesis that the researcher proposes is accepted. The correlation analysis showed that spiritual Intelligence with achievement motivation has a positive relationship or correlation with a Pearson Correlation value of 0,640 and a signification value of 0.000, meaning the higher spiritual Intelligence possessed by a person, the higher achievement motivation. Conversely, the lower the spiritual intelligence, the lower the achievement motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which multicultural education can stand alone as an independent entity in educational institutions in Tanjung Balai City after the SARA-nuanced conflict.  The results of interviews with teachers and students of SMAN 1 Tanjung Balai revealed that this school tries to integrate multicultural values in the curriculum. However, multicultural education has not been separated as an independent entity. Teachers design the curriculum by emphasizing cultural and religious diversity in learning materials. Students confirm that the concept of diversity is reflected in school learning and activities. This study used a data analysis approach based on the Miles and Huberman framework. The results show that multicultural education in Tanjung Balai focuses on integrating cultural values in learning, but still needs more efforts to realize independent multicultural subjects. Multicultural education has the potential to bridge cultural and religious differences, but it needs professional teacher involvement and appropriate strategies to support the development of religious tolerance among students.

Abstract

The moral behavior of adolescents develops through the integration of cognitive maturity, emotional maturity, and the social environment. Although personality characteristics and the social environment influence moral behavior, little is known about the relationship between personality, the social environment, and moral behavior. This study involved 175 respondents, aged 19-22 years, selected from three colleges in the city of Banda Aceh. The sample was gathered using purposive sampling techniques, with data collection conducted through personality questionnaires, social environment questionnaires, and moral behavior questionnaires. The research findings revealed that the correlation coefficient (r) between the studied variables was 0.537 or 53.7 percent, indicating a strong relationship between personality and the social environment with moral behavior. These findings underscore the significance of personality and the social environment in promoting moral behavior among adolescents.

This was reinforced by an interview with one of the caregivers and health workers at the health center. One of the efforts to reduce the stress condition of caregivers can be through psychological intervention, namely stress management. This study aims to see the effect of stress management intervention on caregivers of people with schizophrenia. This study used a quasi-experimental approach with a one group pretest postest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results showed that there was a change in stress conditions after being given the intervention with an average decrease of 3 points.

Stress is a condition of psychological and biological tension that exists in employees due to the large amount of work pressure, the result of stress will affect the health, emotions, thought processes and work productivity of employees. Based on previous research, one of the efforts to reduce work stress is to increase employee religiosity. Religiosity is a complex integrity between religious knowledge, feelings and religious actions in a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which religiosity influences the work stress. Data collection methods in this study used the religiosity scale and work stress scale. The population of this study are employees of PT. Surya Argolika Reksa with a total sample of 50 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. After the data is collected, the data is analyzed using technical product moment analysis. Based on the results of this study it was found that there was a negative relationship between religiosity and work stress with a value (r) of -.512 and a significant value of 0.000 (P <0.01). The effective contribution of religiosity to employee work stress is 26.2%. This shows that the higher the religiosity values can reduce the work  stress level of employee.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an therapy is a therapy using verses in the Al-Qur'an as a source of inspiration and media to help overcome spiritual, mental, physical and social problems. This includes reading, memorizing, understanding, living, and finding the relationship between the meaning of verses in the Koran and everyday problems and experiences. The discovery of meaning and wisdom allows students to feel emotional balance and improve their well-being, as well as being a medium for learning and understanding the traces of prophetic teachings in everyday life. An understanding of the traces of prophetic teachings was studied in the Prophetic Leadership Lecture at the Professional Psychology Study Program at the Masters Level at the Islamic University of Indonesia. One of the methods in this course is self-reflection on the four dimensions of prophetic leadership: Sidiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathanah. Based on self-reflection, several themes were found, namely finding new drugs, being grateful, feeling calm, and practicing knowledge. These findings enable students to become better individuals, to understand themselves and others, to function their minds and hearts through appreciating the values found in the Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Self-disclosure, the act of revealing personal thoughts and emotions to others, is crucial in interpersonal communication. This study investigates the interplay between narcissistic tendencies, the need for affiliation, and self-disclosure among Instagram-utilizing college students. The sample consisted of 93 students selected through purposive sampling. Measurement tools included scales for self-disclosure, narcissistic tendencies, and affiliation needs. The data was analyzed using multiple regression facilitated by JASP software version 0.16.1.0 for Windows. The findings revealed significant associations between narcissistic tendencies, the need for affiliation, and self-disclosure. Specifically, narcissistic tendencies correlated with self-disclosure, yielding a coefficient of (rx1-y) = 0.582 and P < 0.001, contributing to 25.54% of the variance. Furthermore, the need for affiliation demonstrated a relationship with self-disclosure, with a coefficient of (rx2-y) = 0.504 and P < 0.001, contributing to 11.34% of the variance.

Abstract

The prolonged pandemic caused Job Demands at Company X to increase due to the shift in working conditions to WFH which led to the emergence of Turnover Intention. Job Demands are the physical, psychological, social and organizational aspects of work that have an impact on physical or psychological aspects (Bakker and Demerouti, 2007), while Turnover Intention is the probability that someone will leave the organization in the near future (Jackson S. & Jackson L., 2019). This study uses the Stress Appraisal Theory by Richard Lazarus (Baumeister & Vohs, 2007), uses an explanatory quantitative approach with a survey method with 50 participants. The results showed that Job Demands had a significant effect on Turnover Intention (p=0.012), and only one dimension of Job Demands, namely Role Conflict, which shows a significant effect on Turnover Intention, which is equal to p=0,291. Referring to the questions and research objectives, the conclusion is that the increase in Job Demands had a significant effect on the Turnover Intention of Company X employees during the pandemic.

Abstract

7.8% of teenagers in ASEAN including Indonesia and Malaysia reported mostly or always feeling lonely and 31.3% reported feeling lonely sometimes in the last 12 months. This is closely related to the similarities in demographic background and social and cultural background of these countries. This research aims to determine the comparative level of loneliness among students in Indonesia and Malaysia. Loneliness Statistics data states that 43% of young adults aged 17-25 years feel lonely. Initial research interviews showed that students experienced loneliness and felt several things such as not feeling close to people around them, often being abandoned and ostracized, fear of rejection, and so on. A total of 235 Indonesian and Malaysian students living in dormitories were involved in this research. The measurement instrument uses the loneliness scale. The collection technique uses purposive sampling. The research results show that there is no difference in loneliness between Indonesian and Malaysian students. Variable analysis found that the biggest factor causing loneliness in Indonesian students came from within themselves and in Malaysian students the biggest factor causing loneliness came from outside themselves.
