Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore the concept of school performance appraisal using the balanced scorecard. Here, the authors attempt to describe the concept of a balanced scorecard that is applicable for the assessment of school performance. The methodology used is qualitative method that relies on a literature review of the literature and research journals. It was found that the concept of the balanced scorecard is a strategic alternative evaluation tool organization that focuses on financial performance. Balanced scorcard base its scoring on four aspects, namely financial, customer, internal business processes, and growth and development. Given the balanced scorecard approach emerged and developed within a business organization it is necessary to attempt modification before being used for the assessment of school performance. Therefore, in the context of the fourth school into a balanced scorecard assessment factors and infrastructure funds, students, curricular activities, and teachers and education personnel. It is expected that this study can contribute conceptually applicable to researchers and the public who will evaluate the performance of schools using a balanced scorecard approach. Keywords: Balanced Scorecard, School Performance Assessment Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri konsep penilaian kinerja sekolah yang menggunakan balanced scorecard. Disini penulis berupaya menguraikan konsep balanced scorecard yang aplikatif bagi penilaian kinerja sekolah. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif yang mengandalkan pada kajian pustaka dari berbagai literatur dan jurnal penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian ditemukan bahwa konsep balanced scorecard merupakan alternatif alat evaluasi strategi organisasi yang selama ini terpusat pada kinerja keuangan. Balanced scorcard mendasarkan penilaian pada empat aspek yaitu keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Mengingat pendekatan balanced scorecard muncul dan berkembang di lingkungan organisasi bisnis maka perlu upaya modifikasi sebelum digunakan untuk penilaian kinerja sekolah. Oleh karena itu dalam konteks sekolah keempat faktor penilaian balanced scorecard menjadi dana dan sarana prasarana, siswa, kegiatan kurikuler, dan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan sumbangan konseptual yang aplikatif bagi peneliti maupun masyarakat yang akan melakukan evaluasi kinerja sekolah menggunakan pendekatan balanced scorecard. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kurikulum di SD Negeri Ngemplak.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif.Tempat penelitian di SD Negeri Ngemplak Kabupaten Purworejo.Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah dan Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara mereduksi data atau meringkas data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum di sekolah ini ialah menggunakan dua kurikulum, yaitu untuk siswa kelas I, II, dan III menggunakan kurikulum 2013 dan untuk siswa kelas IV, V, dan VI menggunakan kurikulum KTSP karena merupakan kelas lanjutan dari penerapan kurikulum KTSP. Kurikulum 2013 yang mulai berlaku di SD N ini merupakan upaya pendidik dalam mengikuti perkembangan kurikulum yang ada.Dari peserta didik pun telah memberikan umpan balik yang postif terhadap pembelajaran diwujudkan melalui penguasaan materi oleh peserta didik.Dalam pemberlakuan dua kurikulum ini pendidik merasa tidak adanya kesulitan dalam pelaksanaannya. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum, KTSP, SD N Ngemplak Abstract This research head for know the curriculum implementation in SD N Ngemplak (Ngeplak Elementary School). It used quaitatif method which did at SD N Ngemplak (Ngeplak Elementary School) Purworejo Regency, which is which the subject of the research are headmaster and the teachers. The collecting data technique by means summarise the data collected. The result of the research study concluded that this school applied 2 curriculums that are 2013 curricuum which is applied on 1st, 2nd, 3rd grades, and KTSP Curriculum applied on intermediate grade which are 4th, 5th, and 6th grade. The 2013 Curriculum recently applied in this school is the school effort to follow development curriculum. Even the students gave the positive feedback to the studies which has been formed by subject mastery. In Appliying these two curriculum there were on difficulties for the tachers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Two Stay Two Stray method for student learning outcomes, and to determine the effectiveness of the Two Stay Two Stray method for student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects. This study uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach in which there are 2 classes to be studied, 1 class as a experimental class (experimental) and 1 class will be a non-experimental class (control), with the analysis of class VIII students and the sample of this study is class VIII D as an experimental class and class VIII B as a control class. The data of this study were obtained from tests, interviews, observations, documentation. How to take class data with cluster sampling technique. The data obtained can then be processed using statistical analysis. Furthermore, hypothesis testing is done by using t-test analysis of two paired t-test samples with the help of SPSS For Windows Release 16.0. The data obtained that the average learning outcomes of the control and experimental class at the time of the pretest is 71.9 and 71.62 with a difference of 0.28 and the average learning outcomes of the control and experimental class at the posttest namely 74.38 and 78.38 with the difference in number 4. So it can be said that the application of the Two Stay Two Stray method runs effectively and well proven by the value of learning outcomes between control and experimental classes. The ttable number with df of 33 is 2.03452, so tcount is greater than ttable, then it can be said that Ho is rejected and the research hypothesis is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning method student learning outcomes can be effective, the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative method in addition to being able to provide effective learning outcomes, can also make students more compact in each group, so that students in the experimental class (VIII D) in SMP Negeri 1 Salatiga can meet the KKM value.

Abstract

This study aimed at exploring information with respect to the extent of the role of Madrasah committee together with the principal in improving the educational quality of MAN 1 in Lebong. This study applied a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation as the tools of collecting data related to the committee’s performances in carrying out its role. After the data were obtained, the data were processed until the answers in accordance with the research objectives were found. The conclusion of this study revealed that the Madrasah committee had synergized with the principal in carrying out its role as a provider of consideration, supporter, controller, and mediator. However, besides the performances having been undertaken, there were still found a number of TUSI indicators having not been carried out maximally, and the Madrasah committee had not designed the working map of each committee member as well as did not have a planned working program. The performances carried out by the committee were an individual initiative and the result of coordination as well as Madrasah principal’s instruction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pengaruh manajemen program yayasan berbasis keagamaan terhadap moral peserta didik di SMA Darul Fikri Sumanda Kecamatan Pugung Kabupaten Tanggamus. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan mengadakan pemberian angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif. Adapun instrumen penelitiannya menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji linieritas, yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara program yayasan berbasis keagamaan dengan moral peserta didik. Pengaruh manajemen program yayasan berbasis keagamaan terhadap moral peserta yang meliputi: perencanaan, meliputi perencanaan program kepesantrenan, pengorganisasian, penerapan, pengawasan. Pada setiap bidang, pelaksanaan manajemen program yayasan berbasis keagamaan sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan program kerja yang direncanakan sehingga program yayasan berbasis keagamaan dapat tercapai. Adanya kerjasama antara ketua yayasan, kepala sekolah, dewan guru, wali siswa, dan siswa, sehingga program yayasan berbasis keagamaan dapat terlaksana. Hasil pelaksanaan manajemen program yayasan berbasis kegamaan berpengaruh dan efektiv terhadap moral peserta didik berdasarka perhitungan koefisien korelasi sederhana sebesar 88,36%. Kata kunci : Manajemen, Moral, Peserta didik ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the effect of the management of religious-based foundation programs on the morale of students in Darul Fikri Sumanda High School, Pugung District, Tanggamus Regency. This data collection is done by providing questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive data analysis. The research instrument uses a validity test, a reliability test, and a linearity test, which is to determine the effect of a religious-based foundation program with the morals of students. The influence of foundation-based religious program management on the morale of participants which includes: planning, including boarding school program planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring. In each field, the implementation of the management of religious-based foundation programs has been carried out in accordance with the planned work programs so that the religious-based foundation programs can be achieved. There is cooperation between the chairman of the foundation, the principal, the council of teachers, student guardians, and students, so that the foundation-based religious program can be implemented. The results of the implementation of the management of the foundation program based on the effect of influence and effectiveness on the morale of students based on simple correlation coefficient calculation of 88.36%. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the process of participatory management in the development of religious culture in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Bandung City. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The type of data collected in this study is qualitative data. The type of data collected in this study is qualitative data. Data collection is done by: a) observation, b) interview, and c) documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The religious culture development program at MIN 2 Bandung, which is the first and most consistent priority, consists of six programs, namely: a) 5S Culture (Smiles, Greetings, Greetings, Polite and Courteous), b) Pray when starting and ending learning, c) Dhuha Prayer, d) Dhuhr Prayer in congregation, e) Tilawah and Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Before learning, f) Infaq every Friday; 2) The implementation or participatory management process in the development of religious culture in MIN 2 Bandung City is indicated by the existence of: a) The existence of participatory leadership, b) The implementation of participatory management indicators, c) The existence of a decision making model, d) The visible implementation of participatory management, e) The existence of participatory management delegation, f) Implementation of delegation procedures, g) Self management team. Keywords: Participatory Management, Religious Culture Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui proses manajemen partisipatif dalam pengembangan budaya religius di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dekriptif. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara: a) observasi, b) wawancara, dan c) dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Program pengembangan budaya religius di MIN 2 Kota Bandung yang menjadi prioritas utama dan konsisten dilaksanakan terdiri atas enam program, yaitu: a) Budaya 5S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, dan santun), b) Berdoa ketika mengawali dan mengakhiri pembelajaran, c) Shalat Dhuha, d) Shalat Dzuhur berjama’ah, e) Tilawah dan Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Sebelum belajar, f) Infaq setiap hari jum’at; 2) Penerapan atau proses manajemen partisipatif dalam pengembangan budaya religius di MIN 2 Kota Bandung ditunjukan dengan adanya: a) Adanya kepemimpinan partisipatid, b) Dilaksanakannya indikator manajemen partisipatif, c) Adanya model pengambilan keputusan, d) Terlihatnya implementasi manajemen partisipatif, e) Adanya pendelegasian, f) Dilaksanakannya tata cara pendelegasian, g) Self management team. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of learning supervision by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang Regency viewed from aspects: 1. Planning learning supervision, 2. Implementation of learning supervision, 3. The relationship between planning and implementing learning supervision. Supervision of Madrasah Principal Learning is basically a servant activity for teachers conducted by madrasah principals for coaching teachers especially to improve the quality of learning. As an impact of increasing the quality of learning can certainly also increase student learning achievement and that means increasing the quality of madrasah graduates themselves. So that supervision of learning of teachers is expected to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the teacher's pedagogical competence can increase. The research method used by researchers in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning supervision conducted by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because the headmaster of madrasas when supervising learning refers to the planning program that has been created to improve teacher pedagogical competence. Key words: Learning Supervision, Madrasah Head Learning Supervision, Teacher's Pedagogical Competencies Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Kabupaten Karawang dilihat dari aspek: 1. Perencanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 2. Pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 3. Hubungan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran. Supervisi Pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah pada dasarnya suatu kegiatan pelayan untuk guru yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk pembinaan kepada guru khususnya agar kualitas pembelajarannya meningkat. Sebagai dampak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran tentu dapat meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa dan itu berarti meningkatlah kualitas lulusan madrasah itu sendiri. Sehingga supervisi pembelajaran terhadap guru diharapkan dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran sudah efektif karena kepala madrasah ketika melakukan supervisi pembelajaran mengacu pada program perencanaan yang sudah di buat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and illustrate the leadership role of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance in MIS Asy Syarifiyah, Cikampek District, Karawang Regency. The study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection is done by using methods a) observation, b) interviews and c) documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the headmaster of the madrasa uses a democratic leadership style and has performed its role as a madrasa leader in improving teacher performance by making plans and implementation through coaching and development. So that between leadership and planning styles as well as the implementation of the headmaster has a causal relationship or cause and effect that makes the teacher as a professional educator to realize the objectives of the madrasah better. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic Religious Education Achievement in Schools and the Intensity of Islamic Religious Education in Families Against Student Morals. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga. The population in this study included all students of SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga, totaling 1,101 students. As for the focus population is only limited to class XI, amounting to 365 students. The sampling technique was a random sampling of 55 students. Retrieval of data used is to use a questionnaire and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 16.0. The results showed 1) the achievement of Islamic education in schools in the high category does not have a great effect on the morals of students with a significance level of 0.50%. 2) the intensity of Islamic religious education in families with good criteria has a significantly greater effect of 9.10%. 3) there is a positive and significant influence jointly the achievement of Islamic religious education in schools and the intensity of Islamic religious education in the family on the morals of students in class XI of Salatiga State High School 10.70% and the remaining 89.30% is influenced by other factors in outside this research variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT Hypertension in Indonesia is rapidly increasing with age, my physical perspective is age. In adulthood (35-45 years) has a population of 31.6%. Murotal Qur’an therapy can reduce blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels. This study aims to determine the effect of murotal Qur’an therapy to the decrease of blood pressure in people with hypertension in the work area of UPT Puskesmas Bernung Pesawaran district in 2020. The design of this study is Quasy Experimental with pretest-prosttest design research design. The population in this study was hypertension sufferers in the Work Area of the UPT Puskesmas Bernung, Pesawaran Regency. The number of samples in this study were 10 people in the rare river village. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used was a time series paired t-test. The results of the study obtained the results (p value 0,000), meaning that there is a murotal effect of the Qur'an on the reduction of blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Work Area of the UPT Health Center in Bernung Pesawaran District in 20020. Suggestions to UPT Bernung Puskesmas in Pesawaran Regency, murotal Qur'an therapy surah Ar-Rahman can be applied as one of the nursing interventions to help control blood pressure in people with hypertension. Keywords: hypertension, murotal Qur’an therapy , blood pressure ABSTRAK Hipertensi di Indonesia semakin pesat semakin meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan usia, prosfektif fisik saya adalah usia. Pada usia dewasa (35-45 tahun) memiliki pupulasi 31,6%. Terapi murotal Qur’an dapat menurunkan tekanan darah dengan cara merelaksasikan pembuluh darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh terapi murotal Qur’an surah Ar-Rahman terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Bernung Kabupaten Pesawaran Tahun 2020. Desain penelitian ini adalah Quasy Experimental dengan rancangan penelitian pretest-prosttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Bernung Kabupaten pesawaran. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang di desa Sungai langka. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling., Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t-test berpasangan time series. Hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil (p value 0,000), artinya ada pengaruh murotal Qur’an terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Bernung Kabupaten pesawaran Tahun 20020. Saran kepada UPT Puskesmas Bernung Kabupaten Pesawaran, terapi murotal Qur’an surah Ar-Rahman dapat diterapkan sebagai salah satu intervensi keperawatan untuk membantu mengontrol tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi.
