Abstract

This study begins with the condition of the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum thematic learning for grade 1 and 4 teachers in SD N 1 Gisting Permai, SD N 2 Gisting Permai and SD N 1 Gisting Atas who just implemented one semester is still not optimal and found various obstacles. This study aims to improve teacher performance in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning through clinical technical academic supervision and find out the magnitude of teacher performance improvement in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after academic supervision activities with clinical techniques in SD Gisting Subdistrict even semester 2017/2018 academic year.This research method refers to the procedure of action research (action research) carried out in three cycles for six meetings each cycle with the steps of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting.The results of the academic supervision actions with clinical techniques for 3 cycles on the performance of the teacher in preparing RPP the final value of RPP in the first cycle averaged 77.8; cycle II averaged 81.8 and cycle III averaged 85.7 with a cumulative increase of 7.9 and the implementation of 2013 curriculum curriculum thematic class 1 and 4 teachers the final value of the first cycle averaged 77.2, cycle II on average 85.7 and cycle III averaged 90.7 with a cumulative increase of 13.5. Thus it was concluded that the increase in teacher performance in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after akaedical supervision with clinical technique in the elementary school of Gisting Subdistrict in the semester of 2017/2018 school year and the magnitude of teacher performance improvement in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after academic supervision with clinical techniques at the Elementary School Even semester Gisting for the 2017/2018 school year, namely the performance of teachers in compiling thematic RPPs cycles I, II, III experienced a cumulative increase of 7.9 and teacher performance in thematic learning had a cumulative increase of 13.5.Keywords: Clinical supervision, RPP, thematic learning.

Abstract

       In general Islamic Religious Education is a subject developed from the basic teachings contained in Islam. So the lessons of Islamic Religious Education not only deliver the students to master the various teachings of Islam. But the important thing is how learners can practice those teachings in everyday life. Management learning Islamic Religious Education is an attempt by teachers in managing learning so that learning can improve students' learning motivation. Therefore, learning management is very important in a teaching and learning activities.motivation Learning in SMK Pelita Gedongtataan. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection was done through observation method, interview / interview, and documentation, questionnaire. The informants were the Headmaster, Waka Curriculum, and PAI Teachers as well as the AKI Class XI. Meanwhile, to analyze the data using qualitative descriptive analysis technique, that is to describe and interpret the data that has been in can so describe the actual reality in accordance with the existing phenomenon. Result of research indicate that planning of learning of PAI in SMK Pelita Gedongtataan is PAI teacher to make learning plan according to the material that will be submitted, implementation of learning of PAI in SMK Pelita Gedongtataan in accordance with what has been planned by PAI teacher that exist, and teacher of PAI also use some how to improve the motivation of learners in following the learning activities, evaluation of learning PAI in SMK Pelita Gedongtataan goal is to know the extent to which students can understand the material and also can improve the learning motivation learners so that the results obtained in accordance with what is expected. Result of research from learning management of PAI in improving student's motivation of class XI AK2 SMK Pelita Gedongtataan is good enough, although still far from level of perfection.

Abstract

Abstract Human resource management is a specialized management field that studies the relationships and roles of humans in an organization. Humans are workers who work in a company. One of the factors that can develop education is the existence of good and appropriate human resource management in accordance with Islamic values. With the existence of quality human resources will be able to influence the process and better progress in the field of education. Increasing human resources is becoming increasingly important for institutions that are used to gain better control through their own institutions. Institutions must show that they are able to provide quality education for students. For each institution, quality is the agenda and the main quality of improvement is the most important task. One of the things that must be considered in human resource management in Indonesia is to improve the quality of education with the aim of changing the institutions that operate it into a sincere team, without conflict and internal competition, to achieve a goal, namely for the betterment of education.The results of this study indicate that: Planning resources to improve the quality of education selection and orientation, as well as the placement of human resources in a professional manner. The implementation of resources is carried out through educational activities, training and development of human resources that play a role in improving the quality of quality education in accordance with Islamic values.

Abstract

AbstractThis study wants to examine the formulation of the strategy for improving the quality of IAIN in East Java which is focused on: (1) strengthening the academic field (core activities of Higher Education); and (2) Strengthening the supporting activities of Higher Education in improving the quality of IAIN. The development of science and technology in the global era that occurs at this time brings the impact of changes in human life and all the problems can be solved by the mastery of science and the development of technology. This condition requires IAIN in East Java to be able to respond positively and can improve quality and can respond to stakeholder needs and the development of science and technology positively. In order for the IAIN to be able to meet the demands and needs of stakeholders and play a dynamic role in global competition, it is necessary to formulate a strategy to improve the quality of the institution properly. The formulation of this strategy can be used as an effort to make strategic planning carried out in a planned, directed, intensive, effective, and efficient manner in the process of improving the quality of IAIN in the current global era

Abstract

AbstractLearning mathematics is an artistic value. But it will be a lesson in the "specter" category for some students when math teachers are able to apply fun learning strategies. Need concern for students and carefulness of their abilities with high detail. In the learning process and mathematics learning outcomes students are not only determined by the school, the pattern of the structure and contents of the curriculum, but most are determined by the ability of teachers who teach and guide learning that is effective, fun and will be better able to manage their classes so that student learning is at a level optimal. The teacher must have the courage to change and perfect himself with the demands of a continuous era, besides that he must dare to examine the shortcomings in all aspects in carrying out their duties, able to provide opportunities for learning in children as broad as possible and willingness to perfect various aspects of education. Learning mathematics can be an art when the teacher starts a lesson by arousing student motivation, so students can concentrate at the beginning of the meeting, and can receive the material delivered by a teacher well. Ending a lesson with special, so students always miss the next meeting.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to develop a learning tool to determine the results of multiplication of students to create a learning process that will be more interesting and fun. With the existence of Montessori teaching aids, this will improve the quality of the school and will be more advanced in the teaching and learning process. This study uses the Research and Development (R & D) method that produces a product, and tests the effectiveness of the product. From the results of the validation by material experts, media experts, mathematicians can be seen, the results of the validation of the material experts fall into the very feasible category. And screening trials by teachers and students fall into the category of proper use

Abstract

AbstractionThis study aims to reveal the academic supervision program in increasing teacher professionalism conducted by the Ndona 1 Public Middle School. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods and data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation. The results of the study show that the academic supervision carried out by School failure has a very good impact in order to increase the professionalism of teachers. From the available data, it shows that the role of principals in increasing teacher professionalism is very good by carrying out supporting activities by sending teachers to participate in various trainings, holding information and technology training , involving teachers in the subject teacher discussion activities.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn this era of globalization the government has focused on pesantren to advance the quality of education in Indonesia. The development of pesantren education must be carried out competitively. Pesantren education must also be able to provide a guarantee of the superiority of competent outputs. The development carried out by Islamic boarding schools is an effort to produce superior outputs and outflows.This study aims to determine the innovations created by pesantren through schools by referring to the following formulation: 1) school curriculum innovation. 2) the implications of school curriculum innovations on boarding schools, and 3) the relevance of school curriculum innovations to boarding schools.The results of the study show that: First, the curriculum innovation process is carried out through five stages, namely 1) the formulation stage by introducing the pesantren education model, 2) the stage of adjustment, the Cambridge curriculum is adjusted to the existing system, 3) the determination stage by establishing an international curriculum adoption , 4) the stage of support, namely taking action to support innovation, 5) the stage of correction, which is a form of correction of the program implemented. Second, the implications of the educational curriculum innovation in the school on the pesantren curriculum are found in the curriculum component which includes: 1) curriculum content; 2) learning media; 3) learning strategies and learning processes; and 4) evaluation; Third, school curriculum innovation is closely related, relevant, suitable and connected with the pesantren curriculum in the form of both the school curriculum and the boarding curriculum.

Abstract

Abstract The role of the planting program of Islamic education in public and private schools is still very minimal. Planting of Islamic education as there are only in environment of school that religion based. But in junior high school 11Maret Sumber Agung, whose status as private schools were able to bring the exclusive through the study religious invitation program. This Program able to increase attitude or morality of the students as well as the activities of worship student in school environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of religious invitation program on the attitudes or moral and religious practices of students in the school. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study showed an increase in students' attitudes and moral and religious practices in school as many as 25% from 52.5% to be 77.5%. Abstrak Peran program penanaman pendidikan islam di sekolah umum dan swasta masih sangat minim sekali. Penanaman pendidikan agama islam seakan hanya ada dilingkungan sekolah yang berbasis agama. Akan tetapi di SMP 11 Maret Sumber Agung, yang statusnya sebagai sekolah swasta umum mampu memunculkan kekhasanya melalui kajian program dakwah keagamaan. Program initernyata mampu meningkatkan sikap atau akhlaq siswa serta kegiatan peribadatan siswa dilingkungan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran program dakwah keagamaan terhadap sikap atau akhlak serta praktek ibadah siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sikap dan akhlak siswa serta praktek ibadah di sekolah sebesar 25% dari 52,5% menjadi 77,5%. Kata kunci: Dakwah, Akhlaq, Praktek ibadah.

Abstract

Abstrac The development of education is increasingly in need of management system that good.For the development of education in need of people who was really experts in their fields. Profession is essentially a job that requires knowledge and skills that are highly qualified to serve or serves the public interest to achieve human well-being, especially in the field of education. This research generally aims to collect information on efforts to improve teacher profesionalisme of Qur'an hadith lesson in MTs GUPPI district Sumberejo Kab.Tanggamus. This study was conducted on 38 students MTs GUPPI Sumberejo (34%) as a sample of the student population as much as 117 which consists of class VII, VIII, and IX class and subject teachers of the Qur'an and hadith. Data were collected by observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaires, while data analysis using chi square statistic. Based on the analysis of data obtained count value X is greater than X tables, both at 1% significance level or at the level of significance of 5%. Thus Ho is rejected, which means there is the influence of professionalism of teachers on learning achievement quran hadith students. To determine the independent variables (Professional Teacher) and dependent variable (Achievement Qur'an Hadith Students) koefisienkontingensi then calculated using the formula (KK) or C, from the calculations, the price of C = 0.514 and compared Cmax = 0,816. When seen in the table there is a contingency coefficient values between 0.290 to 0.578, it can be concluded that there is a fairly close relationship between the two variables.
