Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence that signikan between Number of High School , Number of Teachers and the number of students who are in the province of Lampung. This study uses a quantitative study using SPSS software to get results afterwards analysis. Data get from the Central Statistics Agency website Lampung Province. The result showed a marked influence between variables Number of Pupils with Variable Number of High School, Total Number of Classroom and number of Teachers and either partially or collectively – together.

Abstract

The development of education is increasingly in need of management system that good.For the development of education in need of people who was really experts in their fields. Profession is essentially a job that requires knowledge and skills that are highly qualified to serve or serves the public interest to achieve human well-being, especially in the field of education. This research generally aims to collect information on efforts to improve teacher profesionalisme of Qur'an hadith lesson in MTs GUPPI district Sumberejo Kab.Tanggamus.This study was conducted on 38 students MTs GUPPI Sumberejo (34%) as a sample of the student population as much as 117 which consists of class VII, VIII, and IX class and subject teachers of the Qur'an and hadith. Data were collected by observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaires, while data analysis using chi square statistic.Based on the analysis of data obtained count value X is greater than X tables, both at 1% significance level or at the level of significance of 5%. Thus Ho is rejected, which means there is the influence of professionalism of teachers on learning achievement quran hadith students.To determine the independent variables (Professional Teacher) and dependent variable (Achievement Qur'an Hadith Students) koefisienkontingensi then calculated using the formula (KK) or C, from the calculations, the price of C = 0.514 and compared Cmax = 0,816. When seen in the table there is a contingency coefficient values between 0.290 to 0.578, it can be concluded that there is a fairly close relationship between the two variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of character education with a dormitory program model for students at the Alifa Pringsewu Midwifery Academy in Lampung. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive analytical approach and data collection using observation, interview and documentation methodsThe results of this study are in the dormitory of the Alifa Pringsewu Midwifery Academy in Lampung, there are several character education programs, namely spiritual programs, personality development programs and character education programs that are integrated with the academic curriculum. The implementation of character education is by way of students being obliged to students to participate in activities from the spiritual program, personality development programs and taking courses in Islamic religious education in each semester and courses in Character Building. The implementation of character education has an impact on changes in attitudes / personality / morality of students both in campus life and life after graduation

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe: (1) Implementation of Pesantren Based Student Management in Character Formation, (2) Success of Character Building Through Pesantren Based Student Management, And (3) Supporting Factors And Impediments of Pesantren Based Student Management in Character Building in MA Nurul Huda Pringsewu.The result of research shows that pesantren boarding school management in character formation in MA Nurul Huda Pringsewu use three strategy step, that is moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action. And in its application using four management functions, namely; (2) Organizing: establishing an organizational structure with the Asatidz Council Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Pringsewu (3) Implementation: launches four programs, namely: (a) formal system, (b) non-formal system, (c) organizational system, (d) vocational system. (4) Supervision: direct supervision and through evaluation of Headmaster along with Nurse and Board of Asatidz Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Pringsewu.The successful management of pesantren-based learners in the formation of these characters can be seen from the achievement of existing indicators in the field, that is, there are ten values of characters that are formed: religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, self-reliant, friendly / communicative, democratic and respectful. While supporting factors and inhibiting the management of pesantren-based learner in the formation of character in MA Nurul Huda Pringsewu, supporting factors ayaitu: (a) motivation kyai, ustadz / teacher, and students who support, (b) adequate learning media, (c) climate and the tradition of pesantren that supports, (d) the figuration of kyai and ustadz / teacher as concrete examples, (e) vocational programs with adequate media, and (f) intimate communication between institutions and society. The inhibiting factors include: (a) inadequate learning media care standards, (b) pesantren traditions with simplicity, (c) lack of critical culture, (d) uneven activity effectiveness, and (e) negative external cultures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan penerimaan siswa baru, pelaksanaan Pendataan kemajuan belajar, pengelolaan bimbingan dan pembinaan disiplin siswa serta pelaksanaan monitoring di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Gunung Kasih.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tahap analisis datanya adalah reduksi data, display data serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi (Conclusion and verification).Pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan di Madrasah Aliya AL Falah Gunung Kasih sudah mengikuti konsep-konsep manajemen kesiswaan, hal ini bisa dilihat langsung dalam pelaksanaan dari penerimaan siswa baru, pendataan kemajuan belajar siswa, bimbingan dan pembinaan disiplin siswa serta monitoring sudah diterapkan oleh komponen madrasah. Terdapat faktor penghambat pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan antara lain : (a) Pengelolaan kesiswaan kurang maksimal, sumber daya manusia khususnya tenaga administrasi pelaksana manajemen kesiswaan, (b) tidak ada komando yang jelas dari kepala madrasah (c) Kurang menyerap dan mendengarkan laporan masyarakat, (d) Monitoring hanya dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dibantu wakil kepala dan guru BK sedangkan masyarakat tidak dilibatkan.

Abstract

This study of Strategic Plan aim to a comparison of the theory of strategic planning and inpelementation conducted by IAIN Raden Intan Lampung. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation associated with the strategic plan of IAIN Raden Intan Lampung.The approach that used in this study is qualitative descriptive, while the analysis data using SWOT. The results of the analysis showed the weakness of oversight in implementation strategic planning program that be established, in addition to the frequent changes with the changing leadership to be any program of strategic planning are overlap, because didn’t continue the existing programs but only repeat or create new programs. So we can conclude the strategic plan of IAIN Raden Intan Lampung has not been effective and efficient and have not been standardized based on the theoretical studies.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat banyak perubahan dalam gaya hidup masyarakat. banyaknya penggunaan komputer, terutama untuk kehidupan sehari-hari. Para pengguna komputer berasal dari kalangan dan umur. Penggunaannya bisa berupa browsing, e-mail, bermain game, dan sebagainya. dengan game yang dikemas secara simple dan menarik bermanfaat sebagai media hiburan yang bersifat pembelajaran bagi anak-anak, serta dapat menjadi media alternatif bagi guru,dan orang tua dalam merangsang kerja otak anak serta menumbuhkan gairah anak untuk “belajar sambil bermain”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis game. Penulis mengumpulkan data, melakukan pengamatan, melihat, dan menganalisa secara langsung kepada objek. Diawal game ini dijalankan langsung memunculkan game quiz memilih gambar yang benar sesuai dengan soal. Game ini diawali dengan halaman depan,terdapat tombol menu halaman2 sampai dengan halaman5 terdapat soal,dan halaman ke 6 hasil skor.

Abstract

For teachers aqidah akhlak, implement good performance can simplify the process of formation of morality, so that learners are able to have the ability in the field of cognitive, psychomotor and affective. Formation of morals has been adhered to by teachers aqidah akhlak, but still there are violations committed by learners. This study aims to determine what factors are causing learners foul in school. Data obtained from this study is by observation, documentation and interview about the performance of teachers and learners. The field research is descriptive qualitative which is based on primary data, ie data obtained directly from the teacher aqidah akhlak and learners, and secondary data is data obtained indirectly, namely through media intermediaries or from other parties, such as principals and teachers' board another. The data obtained is then analyzed inductively, by way of identifying things that are special and then pulled into general conclusions. The results of this study showed that there were violations committed by students. This violation is caused by internal factors of learners themselves and the external factors are derived from the family, school and community.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve creativity and student learning outcomes on learning Sociology class X SMA Yasmida Ambarawa. In general, this research seeks to improve the creativity and learning outcomes of students by using AIR learning model with Review Strategy.This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this study are the students of grade X SMA Yasmida Ambarawa which amounted to 26 people. The object of this research is the implementation of Sociology learning by using AIR learning model with Review Strategy. Classroom Action Research is done in 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 2 meetings.The results showed that there is an increase of creativity and Activity of students by applying AIR model learning with Review Strategy. Student creativity is seen from all indicator of creativity and Student Activity is improving. In the first cycle of creativity of 60.66%, in the second cycle of 79.96%, while the student's activity also increased from 70% to 85%. Creativity can be seen from the ability to generate many ideas, the ability to propose a variety of solutions to problems, the ability to find answers, tend to give more answers, respond to questions posed, have many questions, and be able to describe things in detail. Student activity is seen from observing, asking, trying, reasoning, tasting, and creating. Students can listen, think, share in groups, and review the material with pleasure so as to provide opportunities for students to hone their own ability, responsibility, and self-belief.

Abstract

The research was conducted in MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu because the researcher saw the lack of facilities and infrastructure in MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of financial management in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study are principals, treasurers, facilities and infrastructure, TU and the entire board of teachers. The research instrument used in this research is interview, observation and documentation.The management of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu is done in various ways. Starting from planning, procurement, storage, inventory, maintenance and utilization. Referring to the results of the research, the authors provide advice for the principal to further improve the management of facilities and infrastructure, and for teachers to increase the use of media in teaching and learning process so that students can absorb the lesson well so that schools can improve the quality of education and realize the purpose of education.
