The Covid-19 pandemic has forced educational institutions to change the way they carry out the teaching-learning process. The process of teaching-learning activities has changed from face to face directly to teaching-learning in a network (online). The need for a system that can support this process change is urgently needed. Responding to this need, Mataram State Islamic University as an educational institution, utilizes its system, namely the Learning Management System (LMS) application. This study aims to analyze student satisfaction with the LMS application system, which is based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The location of the research was carried out at the Mataram State Islamic University. The sample used in this study were 90 students. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that students are quite satisfied with the LMS application system used to support the teaching-learning process.

Lecturers play a very significant role in education. Managing their performance can give good impacts to the quality of teaching processes and outcomes. There are actually many approaches to manage their performance. One of the approaches worth considering is students’ feedback combined with the marketing concept of ‘customer satisfaction’ since students can be considered customers. The concept of student satisfaction is too broad. It ranges from facilities to lecturers. This paper focuses only on managing the lecturer’s performance based on student satisfaction towards what normally a lecturer has done in teaching and learning. The data is collected from the questionnaire provided for the students. The research is expected to map the weakness and strength areas of the lecturer in four classifications: first, what the lecturer should improve because the lecturer’s performance perceived by the students is in the low level and the students’ expectation is in the high level; second, what the lecturer should maintain or keep going because the lecturer’s performance and the students’ expectation at the same time are in the high level; third, what the lecturer should maintain but think about the weighting of it because the lecturer’s performance is in the low level and the students’ expectation is also in the low level; fourth, what the lecturer should reduce the emphasis if possible because the lecturer’s performance is in the high level and the students’ expectation is in the low level. The result shows that with the four classifications the lecturer’s performance can be managed well. Consequently, the lecturer can do the planned evaluation action to improve the performance accordingly in measurable and manageable way.

This study aims to analyze the management of academic counseling for students who participated in laboratory work. Five functions of academic counseling management were analyzed: organizing, planning, controlling, communicating, and directing. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study was 32 students who participated in the 2021 laboratories working at UPBJJ-UT Bandung. The instrument used is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. From the data processed, all the average values of the 20 statement items are close to the maximum value (5). It can conclude that the laboratory work management at UPBJJ-UT Bandung is adequate and going as expected. The students' opinions regarding completeness can still be considered feasible during laboratory work activities.

The ability to read is very important in supporting education, the teacher's role in this case is to improve students' ability to understand science through reading. Picture reading cards are one of several media that can be used to improve students' reading skills. The goal of this research is to describe the role of the teacher in the use of illustrated reading card media to improve the reading ability of class 1 students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pesantren Sabilil Muttaqien Hargomulyo, as well as to identify the obstacles and how to overcome them. Along with a case study, the descriptive qualitative research method was applied. This research focuses on the usage of picture reading card media. The data for this study were collected through observing, interviewing, and documenting the class 1 homeroom and class 1 pupils of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pesantren Sabilil Muttaqien Hargomulyo, as well as by library research. Data reduction, data presentation, generating conclusions, and data verification are all part of the researcher's data analysis efforts. To validate data, researchers employ the triangulation approach (combined). When picture reading cards were used, the data demonstrated that the teacher's role had a good effect on students' reading skills.

The implementation of educator management in order to improve the professionalism of teachers at SDN Mekar Mukti 01 is very important to do. The purpose of this study is to find out how educator management improves teacher professionalism, and find out what factors support and hinder the improvement of teacher professionalism through the management of educators and education personnel. It belongs to the qualitative type of descriptive research by photographing educational management patterns at the research locus. Data collection was carried out by triangulation, namely observations, interviews, field notes, and documentation of each aspect that was used as research material. The results showed that SDN Mekar Mukti 01 has gone through a less effective management cycle with the management of education in the school concerned.

The purpose of this study is to understand and describe the implementation of SBM in improving student learning outcomes at SDN Karang Rahayu 01. The approach used is an approach that makes descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from participants. The data collection technique used was interviews from all parties in the school from the principal, teachers, students, staff and others. The impact of this research can be explained until the implementation of SBM goes well, then it is known that the implementation or implementation of SBM at SDN Karang Rahayu 01 includes student management, teacher quality management, curriculum management, finance and infrastructure management. To find out student learning outcomes, SDN Karang Rahayu 01 conducted a class evaluation using test and non-test techniques. From the work of SBM in improving student learning outcomes at SDN Karang Rahayu 01, it turns out that the inhibiting and driving factors are. The inhibiting factor encountered by SDN Karang Rahayu 01 was the date of funding and for the driving factor is the involvement and cooperation between parents and teachers in educating students at SDN Karang Rahayu 01. Then the effort to follow up on SBM in improving student learning outcomes at SDN Karang Rahayu 01 is to disseminate information to parents when problems occur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui mutu pendidikan; (2) Mengetahui peran kepala madrasah; (3) Mengetahui penerapan tipe kepemimpinan kepala madrasah; (4) Mengetahui strategi kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga pendekatan yaitu fenomenologi, manajemen, dan studi multi kasus. Jenis sumber data penelitian ini ialah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Mutu pendidikan pada MTsN Gowa dan MTs Madani Alauddin sudah memenuhi 8 (delapan) Standar Nasional Pendidikan; (b) Peran kepala madrasah dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan islam pada MTsN Gowa dan MTs Madani Alauddin; (c) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah MTsN Gowa dan MTs Madani Alauddin menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan bersifat demokratis; (d) Strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan islam pada kedua madrasah tersebut telah diterapkan beberapa strategi yaitu program pengembangan SDM, kurikulum, profesionalisme guru, kesiswaan, sarana dan prasarana, humas, serta pengelolaan dana (keuangan).

The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of the classroom management model for children who are slow learner in the New Normal Era at SDN 13 Kolo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with data sources from teachers and homeroom teachers. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviewing, observing and validating data carried out by extending observations, triangulation and member checks, then analyzed by following the concepts of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that there is a class management model for children to be slow learner by creating a learning climate through methods of providing practical activities, applauding enthusiasm to build confidence in children slow learner, providing ice breaking to relieve boredom of children slow to learn, inviting children to be slow learner on the beach, using tab media to strengthen children's learning slow to learn and providing left brain balancing and right brain via YouTube video. The classroom arrangement for children to learn to use the seating model in a circular manner in order to interact with peers, make group discussions with peers. Designing a class model using student drawings, designing a sitting position on the reading floor, good lighting conditions, teacher interaction model to children slow learner using a one-way interaction method by directly approaching the child to be given special services in the context of Bima local culture, namely ‘ngoa ra tei’ (naturing) in the hope that children can foster enthusiasm in learning and can interact with peers.

The authority to accreditate the study programs related with the field studies of economic, business, management and accounting was granted to Independent accreditation institution for economic, business, management and accounting study programs that is named as LAMEMBA, as imposed by National Accreditation Body for Higher Education’s regulation number 9/2020. This paper examines how this institution evolved and is being ready to do so and what challenges it encountered while managing to do so. Adopting a descriptive case study method, this paper reveals that this institution was established by Indonesian economic scholar association (ISEI), Indonesian accounting association (IAI) and Association of Indonesian Economic and Business Faculties (AFEBI) in 14 August 2019. Though being quite capable to serve as independent accreditation body to acreditate these aformentioned study programs, it encountered the following challenges: (1) total number of professional assessors is too small; (2) these assessors have had not enough time and resources to do so; and (3) most of these study programs are not fully capable to meet the minimum standard of accreditation.

This research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted at the Major of Islamic Education Management at Postgraduate of UIN Alauddin Makassar. Respondents in this study were determined using the saturated sample technique with the consideration that students who were still active in the study program made it possible to obtain data in a short time. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and structured interviews. The data obtained is then processed by organizing data based on student perceptions regarding the online lecture process, lecturer capabilities, and lecture facilities during online learning. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study regarding the perceptions of students of the Islamic Education Management Masters Study Program at the Postgraduate Program of UIN Alauddin Makassar show that: (1) students feel that online learning is quite effective and efficient with an average proportion of responses of 70%; (2) lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic had good capabilities with an average proportion of responses of 83.2%; and (3) the lecture facilities used are adequate with an average response proportion of 77.7% through the use of Zoom and Google Meet. It is hoped that this research will have implications for lecturers and students, especially in the Islamic Education Management Study Program at UIN Alauddin Makassar that online learning is a lecturing activity carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic which can still be carried out by utilizing various facilities and continuing to strive to improve capabilities for learning (for students) and teaching (for lecturers).
