Abstract

Albānī adalah seorang sarjana otodidak dan diakui sebagai sarjana dan peneliti hadis yang sangat produktif. Hal ini terlihat pada karya-karyanya, baik takhrij, ta’liq, tahqiq dan lain-lain, yang sebagian diantaranya diterbitkan. Karya-karyanya telah diterjemahkan ke berbagai bahasa, termasuk bahasa Indonesia. Penetapan kriteria penilaian hadits al-Albani mengikuti manhaj ulama hadis mutaqaddimin khususnya dalam penetapan kriteria kualitas hadits dengan cara kerja takhrij-nya, namun penelitian hadits menurutnya adalah masalah ijtihad yang memungkinkan untuk terjadi perbedaan pendapat dan perubahan ijtihad. Pro dan kontra terhadap pemikiran yang tertuang di dalam karya-karyanya membuka diskursus berupa pro-kontra, munculnya antitesis, kritik, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

In this research, I dealt with what DNA is, through its definition and characteristics, and touched on the uses of DNA in the field of pedigree and the conditions for working with DNA to ensure its results. It provided the legal and technical conditions. It also dealt with proving and pure lineage by DNA, and then explained the legality of taking the fingerprint from the accused without his consent. And the adequacy of using DNA as evidence of guilt. It also becomes clear to us at the end of this research: that whenever the charges are unable to prove the opposite of the charge attributed to him with stronger evidence than the fingerprint presented against him, then the fingerprint must be relied upon in the crimes that the perpetrator is accused of, and this is left to the criminal judge, but in those crimes as crimes Borders and retaliation, so it is not permissible to rely on the genetic fingerprint, because the legal ruling by itself has been shown, and that is when it is considered a form of. Pictures of the evidence, including legally and legally. Likewise, the Saudi judiciary does not object to conducting a DNA examination, even without the consent of the accused, as it ruled that there is no legal objection to relying on the DNA in aesthetic investigation, and considering it as a means, and accordingly we reached the following results: The DNA plays an important role in aesthetic proof, as it is one of physical evidence It is considered a strong presumption in the conviction or innocence of the accused, but it is not permissible to rely on it alone except in reinforcement crimes. There is a need for safeguards in the laboratory environment to ensure the integrity and accuracy of DNA processing at all times. If the trials of the case and the investigation call for the use of DNA to achieve justice, it will be done. Taken from the accused if without his consent. There must be legal guarantees in the conditions for resorting to DNA testing and protecting it from Illegal use.

Abstract

Abstract One of the purposes behind the revelation of the Qur'an is to serve as a guiding light for humanity. However, the content of the Qur'an, including its verses and passages, often possesses a universal nature, necessitating specialized expertise in interpreting it through various methodologies, among which is the maudhu'i interpretation. The term "patience," as an illustration, is prominently present in numerous verses of the Qur'an, expressed in diverse linguistic forms. This term is frequently associated with other concepts such as 'iffah (self-restraint), hilm (forbearance), qana'ah (contentment), and zuhud (asceticism). Beyond these facets, patience embodies a disposition of embracing all provisions from God, encompassing both favorable and unfavorable circumstances. Even in the realm of blessings that originate from the divine, a sense of patience is indispensable, mirroring the patience demonstrated in acts of devotion. For instance, when an individual diligently engages in acts of worship like prayer and fasting, the essence of patience extends to persistently upholding these acts, notwithstanding the array of temptations that might undermine one's commitment. Keyword: Patient, Interpretation, Maudhu’i Abstrak Salah satu sebab diturunkannya al-Qur’an adalah sebagai petunjuk bagi umat manusia. Akan tetapi, ayat dan surat yang terkandung di dalam al-Qur’an adakalanya bersifat global, sehingga dibutuhkanlah keahlian dari menafsirkan al-Qur’an dengan berbagai metode, salah satunya dengan tafsir maudhu’i. Kata sabar dalam al-Qur’an contohnya, terdapat banyak dalam ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dalam berbagai bentuk kata. Kata sabar juga sering diidentifikasikan sama dengan kata ‘iffah, hilm, qana’ah dan zuhud. Terlepas dari semua itu, sabar merupakan sikap menerima semua ketentuan Allah, baik itu ketentuan baik maupun ketentuan buruk. Karena dalam hal baik yang dikaruniakan Allah pun kita juga harus bersabar, seperti halnya sabar dalam ketaatan. Ketika seseorang sudah berbuat taat dalam beribadah, contohnya dalam shalat dan berpuasa, maka konsep sabar yang harus dilaksanakan adalah senantiasa berupaya untuk konsisten dalam menjaga ketaatan tersebut, meskipun terdapat berbagai macam godaan yang akan melemahkan taatnya seseorang tersebut. Abstract

Miracles are events of extraordinary (khāriq al-‘ādat) in which its existence is believed and accepted. However, some theologians such as Asy‘ariyah do not accept the law of causality in miracles. For them God is the only cause and proximate cause for all events that occur in nature so that the natural order is nothing more than a habit of God (‘ādatullah), meaning that nature does not have definite laws. Thus, the only cause and the proximate cause of the occurrence of miracles is God, while the prophet only acts as a deterministic executor. This has implications for the absence of a prophetic doctrine, because the prophetic claims of the prophets as humans who were sent by God to convey revelations to humans cannot be accepted without miracles and even have implications for the perception of prophets as madmen. This research seeks to explain that miracles do not contradict the law of causality through an onto-epistemological basis. The ontological basis, explains how the law of causality occurs in miracles, how the immaterial world that is above becomes the cause and influences the realms below it, namely the material world, and what is the reality of the miracle. Then the soul and its actualization as its epistemological basis, namely how the soul of a prophet can do it. The two become an inseparable unit. This research method is descriptive-analytic-holistic using a philosophical approach from the perspective of Allamah Ṭabāṭabā’ī.

Abstract

In modern times there has been a humanistic decadence because humans have lost direct knowledge about the authenticity of themselves and due to the ego that humans have. This creates a spiritual crisis that grips the human mind and leads to various problems. The religion of Islam has all the things that are necessary for spiritual realisation and human inner peace. Sufism, which is the contemplative way of Islam, is a means to achieve that goal. This article will discuss what are the shortcomings of modernity that need to be filled by sufism and how is the relevance of sufism, especially in its two forms, namely practical and philosophical sufism, in modern times. The purpose of this article is to find out how far practical sufism and philosophical sufism can play a role in filling the void of modernity. By using a literature study, it was concluded that sufism plays roles in overcoming the negative impacts caused by a lack of contemplative attitudes in economic, political,and social life, as well as interactions with the natural environment. Both practical and philosophical sufism are relevant to modern times. Practical sufism has a role to improve morality, while philosophical sufism has a role to enrich intellectual treasures in modern times.

Abstract

Islam wasathiyah menjadi tolak ukur normatif umat Islam dalam menjalankan moderasi beragama di tengah bangsa multikultural. Toleransi merupakan sikap yang mesti diterapkan dalam menghadapi kehidupan bangsa multi religi. Namun kenyataannya, hal tersebut sangat sulit diwujudkan akibat adanya penyebaran paham radikalisme dan ekstremisme secara masif di media sosial. Habib Ja’afar adalah salah satu pendakwah milenial yang sering melakukan dialog lintas agama di media sosial. Dialog tersebut dikemas dalam konten dakwah dan senantiasa mengedepankan prinsip Islam Wasathiyah. Artikel ini mengkaji nilai-nilai syiar Islam dalam konten Youtube “Jeda Nulis” milik Habib Ja’far dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi living hadith. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil kajian lapangan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan observasi serta dianalisis dengan teknik content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis-hadis tentang Islam wasathiyah telah hidup dalam dakwah Habib Ja’far. Melalui media Youtube, Habib Jaa’far menghidupkan nilai-nilai hadist Islam wasathiyah melalui tiga tradisi. Pertama, tradisi lisan yakni melalui konten podcast dan ceramah. Kedua, tradisi tulisan yakni quotes bertajuk moderasi beragama. Ketiga, tradisi praktik yakni melalui dialog lintas agama dengan menghadirkan berbagai sudut pandang dan perspektif. Adapun kontribusi penelitian ini ialah sebagai ikhtiar dakwah Islam wasathiyah di era digital, terutama di platform media sosial Youtube.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the review of Islamic law on pre-wedding practices. The method used in this research is library research. Sources of data used in this study include books and journal articles. The results of the study show that pre-wedding photography is an activity of taking pictures carried out by couples who are not legally husband and wife or before marriage. Some of the goals of the community doing pre-wedding photos are to document the moments of happiness of the bride and groom, the desire of a pair of husband and wife to make memories, to beautify wedding invitations, to be attached to souvenirs distributed at weddings, to be used as decoration or display during the wedding process , to simply follow others, and to follow trends. There are differences of opinion in determining the law of the practice of pre-wedding photos. The first opinion states that pre-wedding photos are haraam because they can lead a prospective husband and wife closer to adultery.

Abstract

Education is an important thing for humans. The human need for education is primary. However, in pursuing education, schools are needed which are the category of formal education. School is a way to get an education. However, over time, school selection has become a scourge for children. The underlying factors are the zoning registration system, and the dominance of parents in determining schools. Parents tend to refer to madrasas or Islamic-based schools in the hope of getting more integrated Islamic lessons. This gives rise to a feeling of anxiety in children and are not free in determining their choices. This article will discuss the causes of the appearance of symptoms anxiety in children in school selection preference. This case study took place on Jl. Margosari rt.04 rw.07, Sawah Besar, Gayamsari, Semarang. This research uses the case study method and literature study at the same time. The results revealed that 25% of children objected if their parents forced them to attend further education at madrasah.

Abstract

Peace is a condition in which there is balance and harmony in life, both between individuals and between community groups. Peace can be realized when there is awareness and concrete action to build harmonious and respectful relations between people across religions. Unity of interfaith people is one of the keys to realizing peace. To build interfaith unity, a deep understanding of the values ​​of different religions and the similarity of values ​​among them is needed. This understanding can be realized through dialogue and interaction between religious groups, which can open up space to understand each other's views and beliefs. In addition to dialogue and interaction, there are also concrete efforts that can be made to build interfaith unity, such as cooperation in social, cultural and development activities. By working together in these activities, interfaith people can build trust and eliminate negative prejudices that may exist between them.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country with a diversity of religions and the highest Muslim population applies freedom of religion (Religious Fredoom). One of the minority groups in Indonesia is Ahmadiyah, its existence often faces discrimination and challenges. The rejection of Ahmadiyya was due to a different reformation teaching and the majority of Muslims considered the teachings brought by Ahmadiyah to deviate from Islamic guidelines. Writing this article is to analyze an argument regarding religious moderation in the recognition of Ahmadiyya. This research was conducted on March 28, 2023. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method was used based on a case study of religious freedom. The data written in this study were obtained from relevant sources such as literature, articles and documents related to Ahmadiyya in Indonesia. Criticism of religious moderation in this context refers to criticism of the actions of the government or religious leaders which limit the religious freedom of Ahmadiyah. Religious moderation itself can be interpreted as an approach that seeks harmony between various religions and beliefs, but in some cases, moderation can lead to restrictions on the freedom of religion of minority groups.
