Abstract

Sharia Supervisory Board has an important role to ensure that the business has been runin accordance with Islamic Sharia principles. In fact, there are several issues that led tothe supervision mechanism will not deliver as expected, so it can make sharia businessdeviated from the provisions of Islamic law . There are four problems that need to beaddressed so that the oversight of Sharia Supervisory Board mechanisms run optimally,namely: legislation, organization and management, human resources and performance, aswell as facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, the state, the Sharia Supervisory Board,business managers, and academicians, needs to be involved to create a good oversightmechanism on Sharia Supervisory Board.

Abstract

Family is the most urgent aspect of the life of every human being. Since, the family is first community that be obtained by each individual and the first community influencing patterns and lifestyles. Likewise for transgender (waria), the family actually became the basis foundation of their life expectancy. Because a transgender (waria), essentially already experiencing inner conflict since he felt the strangeness or different situations with others. Only, when the inner conflict unfinished openly expressed heard, their courage to open up as a transgender (waria), got the hard rejection. Through this article, the author will give an idea, how the transgender desperately need the presence of family in their lives. In addition, this article also give an understanding of the existence of transgender pesantren (pesantren), and transgender understanding of itself. Thus, expected to open up space for dialogue wider for them.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as a country which has Muslims of the major society. Unfortunately, getting a lot of conflict cases. When Indonesia gets conflicts, the Gospel of Islam and the Muslims always is blamed as the cause. Although, Islam gets the history of getting peace in practice of The Constitution of Medina. Consequently, the researcher discusses The Constitution Of Medina And A Resolution Conflict In Indonesia . The research is library research which uses the analysis method to content analysis. The research discovers that principle of The Constitution of Medina were Quran and Sunnah as the agreement inspiration; social unity; freedom of religion and movement; deliberation and autonomous leadership; helpful; humanity and social justice; and state sovereignty. Then, patterns of a resolution conflict of The Constitution of Medina that can become reference for Indonesia is dialog, tolerance and cooperation

Abstract

We propose the numerous Madhhab in Islam. One of them is Fiqh Madhhab. Some experts are well-known in Islam, such as: Syafi’i, Hambali, Maliki, and Hanfi. They have various ways to make decision in Islamic laws (Fiqh). Referring to the knowledge, there are the various different ways in worship. In addition, we know the several of religious organization, such as: NU, Muhammadiyah, LDII, Persis. Specifically, the religious organization have the own characteristics in the terms of worship and the method of determination of the Islamic law. However, the study of religious has different leader to decide or use Islamic law (Fiqh). Moreover, the Syafi’i.Pesantren is the dominant Islamic boarding school, especially in Indonesia. It has developed more than 2 centuries ago. Even thought, the books that are taught at the Islamic boarding school have been taught since the mid 19th century. There are so many books that can still be learned, even thought those are still taught at the Islamic boarding school. We identify the Islamic boarding school as Madhhab Syafi’i can be easily identified. Finally, we consider that Roudlotuth Tholibin is one of the Islamic boarding schools which adopted by the various Islamic boarding school in Java Island.

Abstract

The crimes against to the environment and the people of Indonesia, it is showed again in front of our eyes. The ruling of the Administrative Court judge of the Tribunal of State (PTUN) Semarang who rejected the lawsuit's overall Environment Forum (Walhi) and citizens of Rembang Central Java Governor against related permits the establishment of cement factories in Rembang on 16 April 2015, arguing the suit has expired, is not only a fallacy, more than that is their plotting evil politicians, legal and corporate to definitively destroy the island of Java. More so, the trial does not heed the fact that various Central Java Governor DECREE No. 660.1/17/2012 about the mining activities of the environmental permit for the cement factory in Indonesia Rembang, contrary to a number of laws. Mining in the North represent Kendeng Ciujung Group Portrait of a land conflict and deprivation of people's living space by large-scale extractive industries in Java. There are currently 77 mining permit material. The citizens of Java is mostly crowded and get the crisis of water, it should be avoided by mentaling. The agraria needs water which is not only dialy needs but also for the land of agraria. However, some of farmers is on the agrarian sector, which is done traditionally and subsistenly. If the mental industry is going to do more, the crisis of water and agrarian sector will be worse in Java.

Abstract

The essence of religion is sacral and holy, but the problems and conflicts will arise when the understanding of religion is also considered sacred and holy by his followers. Resulting in a gray zone or obscurity between religion and religious thought. Therefore, through this article the author will explain how religion can be a scary and dangerous figure, or even become a terrible humanitarian disaster. In short, this kind of thing happens by nature and attitude of religious exclusiveness that leads to truth claims and at the same time accuse others as a heretic, infidel and must be fought. Through this same article, the authors provide a solution for the disaster, is to revive the culture or civilization religious dialogue, and openness in accepting differences, even more than just openness, every religious believer expected to have an ideology of pluralism.

Abstract

Lampung Timur merupakan salah satu Kabupaten yang berada di Lampung yang mempunyai potensi Sumber Daya Alam yang sangat besar terutama bahan tambang mineral bukan batu dan logam. Yaitu berupa potensi pasir kuarsa (galian C) yang terdapat di Kecamatan Pasir Sakti sebesar 100.000.0000 M³, Kegiatan eksploitasi merupakan kegiatan utama industri tambang, yaitu kegiatan menggali, mengambil, atau menambang bahan galian yang telah jadi sasaran atau rencana sebelumnya. Islam melarang kegiatan eksploitasi secara besar-besaran yang tidak memperhatikan etika akan berakibat rusaknya lingkungan yang ada di sekitar pertambangan dan akan berdampak juga terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat di sekitar lingkungan. Dengan melimpahnya sumber daya alam yang dimiliki Kecamatan Pasir Sakti, tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, peran etika bisnis Islam berperan penting dalam menjaga lingkungan dari aktivitas pertambangan yang merusak lingkungan.

Abstract

Character education is aimed at achieving the five goals. Firstly, it is to develop affective potency of the students in their context as human and citizen inheriting their nation character values. Secondly, it is to develop the noble habit and behavior which are in line with the universal values and the nation religious tradition. Thirdly, it is to strengthen the students’ leadership and their sense of responsibility as to the next generation of the nation. Fourthly, it is to develop the students’ competency so that they could be autonomous, creative, and possess nationality insight. Finally, it is to develop the school as a good learning environment so that it could support the growth of honesty, creativity, and friendship with the pride of nationality and dignity. Character education has three main functions. First, it functions to shape and develop the students’ potency so that they can have a good mind, be kind, and behave in line with the philosophical values of Pancasila. Second, it functions as refinement and strengthening the role of family, educational institution, society, and government to participate and be responsible in developing the citizens’ potency within the context of Islam.

Abstract

Ahlus sunnah has a special identity compared to other groups with various characteristics, morals, thoughts, appearance, and life. They simply refer to the Koran and the assunnah and abandon everything that excludes it. Trying to leave a case that causes disputes and debates in religious affairs and outside of religion so that they can be religious in a kaffah manner. This study aims to find out the true thinking ahlus sunnah in facing the reality of life in multicultural Indonesia and want to express their attitude towards the Indonesian government that ideology Pancasila. Therefore, a qualitative approach is used with in-depth interview method to salafi leader in Kediri city, that is in Pondok Pesantren Imam Muslim. The result of descriptive analysis shows ahlus sunnah understanding that far from the values of radicalism and anarchism, even acts of terrorism. Their da'wah is more to improve the people in matters of aqidah, worship, morals and invites people to unity derived from the Qur'an and the sunnah of the Prophet. There is a correspondence between morality of salafush shalih and the values contained in Pancasila and obliging its congregation to obey the government in all its laws, laws, laws, policies and programs.

Abstract

Instructional design is a design study conducted in order to transfer knowledge effectively its occur between teacher and student. Instructional design should describe the knowledge to be understood by the students, the learning objectives to be achieved by designing methods, strategies, and instructional media. Learning goals focused on student behavior or actions (performace) as a type of output that can be observed and indicate that the student had engaged in learning. The learning process can be managed, if the teacher has a view that is consistent with his philosophy, that the success of the teacher in teaching can be seen from the extent of the teacher in implementing lesson plans apply, so the indicators set out in the lesson plan is well absorbed by the students and can be measured through formative tests conducted teacher at the end of the lesson.
