The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia in 2020 caused the learning system throughout Indonesia to change drastically. This happens at all levels of education, including at the elementary school level. Several previous studies stated that there was an increase in student grades, but the character and effectiveness of learning actually decreased. This research was carried out to determine the relationship between online learning and the honest character of class III students at Setu 02 State Elementary School after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research, which was carried out in 2023, used quantitative methods with product moment correlation analysis techniques using the Microsoft Excel application. This research took samples from class III students at SDN Setu 02 from the student population in Setu sub-district using probability sampling. The correlation coefficient from this research is 0.653 which is on a scale of 0.41 – 0.70, which is sufficient. So, the results of this research are that there is a sufficient correlation between online learning and the honest character of class III students.

Cahaya Bunda Community is a non-formal school established to assist street children on the banks of the Kalimas Red Bridge River who do not attend school or who have been dropped out of school to get more positive learning activities. This research aims to analyse the value of independent character and mutual assistance in the Cahaya Bunda Community. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study used triangulation techniques, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation and data analysis in research using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research that has been carried out can be concluded that the main values of independent character and mutual assistance in the Cahaya Bunda Community have run very well in the independent character of children, including hard work in learning seriously, creatively having initiative in learning, courage in expressing opinions, and responsibility in self-discipline while learning. In the character of mutual assistance, children can cooperate in group discussions, solidarity, love to help fellow friends, and respect the opinions of others. It can be concluded that the value analysis of independent character and mutual assistance of children of the Cahaya Bunda Community has been fully carried out well.

Challenges in learning language skills are still often found in Indonesian elementary schools. This affects children's ability to understand the information needed in the knowledge transfer process. One of the reasons is the use of learning media that does not look attractive. Referring to existing problems, the aim of this research is to develop learning media in the form of electronic flashcards and test its suitability as a medium for learning Indonesian for Class I Khairul Uswah Private Elementary School which focuses on reading skills. This research was conducted in 2023. The method used is the Research and Development (RnD) method by utilizing the 4D approach model and using a validity test consisting of two validity tests, namely a validity test by media experts and also a validity test by language experts. using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. The results were in the form of a percentage value of 92.5% for the linguist validity test and 93.3% for the media expert validity test, as well as a value obtained in the presentation of 92.9% for the combined score which was included in the category Very good. This means that the E-flashcard learning media is suitable and can be used as a medium for learning Indonesian for Class I Elementary School.

The activeness of students in participating in learning in class V of Kanisius Kintelan I Elementary School in science lessons was not yet seen and at the end of learning the learning outcomes of many students still received low scores. This study aims to test the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model to increase student activity and learning outcomes in science lessons on the water cycle material. The water cycle material that is the focus of the research is material studied by students in class V in the even semester. This research is Classroom Action Research type, which was conducted in class V for the 2022/2023 school year at Kanisius Kintelan I Elementary School, Mergangsan District, Yogyakarta. Data collection was carried out through observation during the learning process and the results of the pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of observations on the learning process were discussed as qualitative data, while student test results are discussed as quantitative data. This study showed an increase in the activity and learning outcomes of fifth grade students at Kanisius Kintelan I Elementary School in the water cycle material.

Teachers are a component and make a huge contribution to the educational process, where teachers become professional staff who will determine whether the learning process is good, successful and of high quality. However, if the quality of the teacher is low and unable to complete the task well, then the teacher's performance in creating a successful educational process will be difficult. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Educational Level, Pedagogical Competency, and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a survey method through distribution using Google Form with the subjects were private high school teachers in East Jakarta in October-November 2022, and the sample in this research was 60 teachers. The data collection technique was a questionnaire arranged based on instrument variables with a Likert scale, then a Validity and Reliability Test process was carried out, then Hypothesis Testing used the t test and F test with significance. From the research results it is known that the independent variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Teacher Performance). Partially, the Level of Education and Pedagogical Competency has a significant effect on Teacher Performance. Motivation does not have a significant effect on teacher performance.

In understanding and absorbing social studies lessons, each child is different. This difference is whatmakes the achievements of each child also different. Factors that determine student achievement arelearning motivation and emotional intelligence. Students who have motivation to learn will have theself-awareness to manage their emotions so they are able to study seriously. The aim of this research isto find out whether there is an influence of emotional intelligence and learning motivation on students'social studies learning achievement, especially at private junior high schools in East Jakarta. Theresearch was conducted quantitatively using a survey method with multiple regression analysistechniques. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires and multiple choice item tests. The populationcame from class VIII students at private junior high schools in East Jakarta with a sample of 90 studentsfor the 2022/2023 academic year. The results of the research concluded that there was an influence ofemotional intelligence and student learning motivation together on students' social studies learningachievement with a contribution of 40.6% as well as an influence of emotional intelligence on learningachievement of 12.67%, and the influence of students' learning motivation on social studies learningachievement amounting to 13.5%.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is one of the important factors that influence organizational performance. OCB refers to teachers' voluntary and proactive behaviour that is not included in the main job duties, but has a positive impact on organizational performance. In the context of foundations, OCB is important because foundations have a big role in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. However, there are still many foundations that have not paid attention to strengthening the personality and empowering their permanent teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to evaluate the effectiveness of personality strengthening and empowerment of foundation permanent teachers in increasing OCB. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of personality strengthening and empowerment of foundation permanent teachers in increasing Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) in the work environment. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample consisting of permanent teachers at a foundation. Data obtained through questionnaires and analysed using regression analysis. The results showed that personality strengthening and empowerment of foundation permanent teachers had a significant positive effect on OCB. This research has implications for foundations in improving employee OCB through personality strengthening and empowerment, as well as contributing to further research in developing knowledge about the relationship between personality strengthening and empowerment with OCB.

Lack of family economic education and high lifestyle pressure in the campus environment can affect student consumptive behaviour. A lack of understanding about managing finances and irrational thinking in making consumption decisions can lead to excessive spending, which leads to unhealthy consumptive behaviour. This study aims to explain the effect of family economic education on lifestyle, family economics education on consumptive behaviour, lifestyle on consumptive behaviour, and family economic education through lifestyle on consumptive behaviour of STKIP PGRI Jombang economic education students and management students at STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang. The quantitative approach was carried out on economic education students at STKIP PGRI Jombang and management students at STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang class of 2019–2022. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The population were 1,383 students, and the research sample were 423 students by determining proportional random sampling. The research findings revealed that there was an influence of family economic education on lifestyle, there was an influence of family economics education on consumptive behaviour, there was an influence of lifestyle on consumptive behaviour, and there was an influence of family economic education through lifestyle on consumptive behaviour.

The writing of this article aimed to explore the implementation of hidden curriculum in the dimensions of character development in elementary schools. This was done due to moral degradation in Indonesia and the importance of collaboration between teachers, principals, parents, and the community in the implementation of hidden curriculum in elementary schools. To achieve this goal, a literature review of hidden curriculum was presented based on five main themes highlighted in the literature: (a) definition of hidden curriculum, (b) function of hidden curriculum, (c) factors supporting the implementation of hidden curriculum, (d) moral degradation, and (e) implementation of hidden curriculum in the dimension of character development. The research method used a literature review which uses reference books and scientific articles. Analysis of hidden curriculum studies conducted in Indonesia in the character development dimension was presented by showing the impact of the implementation of hidden curriculum in all aspects. The writing of this article was expected to be able to contribute in the implementation of the dimensions of character development to overcome moral degradation in elementary schools. The impact of implementing the hidden curriculum useful in implementation of education Indonesia, especially in human rights, character development from the moral degradation of elementary school students.

This study aims to analyse the quality or ability to complete gap text as a strategy for understanding information. The research method uses a descriptive-inferential quantitative approach. The research sample was 28 students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, FKIP, Riau University, which was carried out in 2022. The data collection technique was a test on gap text. Data analysis techniques included scoring and assessing the results of respondents' entries through descriptive statistics and decision analysis through normality tests and one-sample t tests. The results of the analysis of completing incomplete text as a strategy for understanding information were an average of 71,50 with the independent category. The normality test had a normal distribution through the Shapiro-Wilk value of 0,949 at a significance of 0,187, the t test obtained ttable -1,704 < tcount 0,125 < ttable +1,704 and a significance value of 0,902 > 0,05. The test results provide a conclusion that the quality of completing incomplete text can help in understanding the information in a text. Significantly, the quality of completing incomplete text had a positive impact on strategies for understanding information in the text.
