<![CDATA[This research was trying to find the best online learning method for the learning process in the online class. As we found out a lot of platforms that students and teachers can use. These platforms have strengths and weaknesses. At this opportunity, we are looking to compare three platforms that used by the teacher and student during this online class. Those platforms are Google Classroom (GC), Nearpod (Np), and also Ruang Guru (RG). We are comparing seven criteria as like easy to use, many participants, adding others tools, compatibility, sound and video quality, quality of the features, and the last one is bandwidth. This method is questionaries through Google form. And reach out to 18 participants, 9 teachers, and 9 students in SMAK 8 BPK PENABUR. The result showed a closed comparison between GC and Np, but the best is Platform is GC.]]>

<![CDATA[In Indonesia, the National Strategy (Stranas) for the Acceleration of Stunting Child Prevention for the 2018-2024 period is a guide document for the implementation framework for stunting reduction. Following up on this, the government issued Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction with the intention of strengthening the intervention and institutional framework in the process of implementing the acceleration of stunting reduction. A condition known as stunting occurs when a child's height is much lower than expected for their age. In addition to being physically shorter than classmates, children with stunted development often experience cognitive impairment and weakened immunity. If a child suffers from stunting, the effects are generally never reversible. A solution is in sight, despite the fact that there is still a significant threat to the safety of millions of young people. A number of elements, including the consumption of food throughout the first thousand days of a person's life (HPK). To achieve the target of 14 percent by 2024 as stipulated in the 2020-2024 RPJMN, future stunting eradication measures must be strengthened and accelerated. It is hoped that all parties involved will care and participate in efforts to prevent stunting in children. It has to do with community service. Previous research on elements related to stunting in children and toddlers was carried out in support of this service. The findings are that maternal characteristics, such as mother's height and education level, are related to the occurrence of stunting in children and toddlers Girls who are now teenagers will become mothers in the next generation. The importance of getting education for adolescents, especially in raising awareness about various methods to reduce stunting can break the chain that leads to the prevalence of stunting in children and toddlers.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this community service is to carry out mosque youth leadership training to improve the performance of the Mosque youth program located at the Al-Jihad Mosque in Bandar Baru. The design of the activities carried out is training in the form of socialization to productive adolescents. The PKM activities are divided into 2 (two) stages, namely 1) the initial stage of preparation, which consists of; (a) collect data on prospective trainees who are active in the youth organization of the Bandar Baru Al-Jihad Mosque, (b) conduct discussions with all implementers discussing the results of observations that have been made, (c) prepare the necessary training equipment and materials. 2) the stage of implementation of activities, in the form of presentation materials, discussions and questions and answers as well as simulations of leadership in the organization. Based on the conclusion of PKM activities that it is necessary to carry out leadership training activities for teenagers to improve the performance of mosque teenagers. Leadership must be evaluated, because if the youth organization Masjid Al-Jihad gets an organizational leader who has a leadership spirit, it will be easier to coordinate with all other administrators, the community and the local government to help improve the quality of Masjid Al-Jihad Bandar Baru. It is necessary to form a new board that is active and cares about the progress of the Mosque and has good communication between the administrators and the entire local community. The activities carried out at the Al-Jihad Mosque so far need to be added and innovated to make it more interesting and in particular can become a proselytizing shia for the wider community]]>

<![CDATA[As technology advances, people’s preferences for shopping in digital formats will change. Cashless payment systems such as GoPay, OVO, and ShopeePay are increasingly popular among consumers, so Bank Indonesia has issued a new policy to encourage their use. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of digital-based consumer behavior. This study uses primary data with a sample of application users with GoPay, OVO and ShopeePay respondents in Medan. The data processing method used in this research is using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Using SEM can help researchers to assess the nature of measurements and test theoretical relationships (1). The results of this study indicate that there are six hypotheses that have positive results, namely innovativeness, optimism about perceived usefulness. Innovativeness and optimism have a positive effect on perceived ease of use. The results of this study also show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive influence on behavioral intention. While there are four variables in this study rejected, namely insecurity and discomfort have no effect on perceived usefulness. Likewise, insecurity and discomfort have no effect on perceived ease of use.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengadilan Agama merupakan lembaga peradilan yang membantu pasangan suami istri dalam menyelesaikan sengketa perkawinan. Bentuk penyelesaian sengketa tersebut berupa mediasi. Mediasi merupakan penyelesaian sengketa di Pengadilan Agama dengan cara mendatangkan satu pihak netral sebagai penengah dalam memecahkan masalah. Mediasi dianggap sebagai cara penyelesaian sengketa paling baik, sebab dalam mediasi tidak ada pihak yang menang dan kalah sehingga keputusan yang dihasilkan bersifat win-win solution atau sama-sama menang. Dalam Islam, Rasulullah saw juga mengajarkan kepada umatnya apabila dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sebaiknya dilaksanakan dengan musyawarah mufakat, sehingga menghasilkan kesepakatan antara dua belah pihak. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai sejauh mana keakuratan mediasi sebagai metode penyelesaian sengketa perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Slawi dan seberapa banyak penerapan metode mediasi berhasil dalam menyelesaikan sengketa perceraian di Pengadilan Agama SlawiPenelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan normatif-empiris. Mediasi sebagai metode penyelesaian sengketa perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Slawi secara substantif sudah akurat, karena telah memenuhi asas cepat, sederhana, dan biaya ringan. Dan metode mediasi sudah sesuai dengan amanat al-Qur’an serta Undang-Undang, yakni setiap sengketa perceraian harus melalui proses perdamaian terlebih dahulu sebelum melangkah pada proses persidangan. Mediasi sebagai metode penyelesaian sengketa perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Slawi berhasil sebanyak 16 orang (4%) dari keseluruhan perkara yang masuk di Pengadilan Agama Slawi pada tahun 2022 yakni 370 perkara.]]>

<![CDATA[Kosakata sebagai elemen vital dalam komunikasi merupakan salah satu hambatan bagi penutur bahasa kedua dan atau bahasa Asing. Untuk bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing, masyarakat Indonesia memiliki hambatan dalam kosakata dikarenakan kemampuan mengingat yang rendah. Hal tersebut juga dialami oleh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 10 Depok. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 10 Depok melalui teknik bercerita. Teknik bercerita melibatka konteks yang dapat membuat siswa mampu mengingat dan memahami diksi sehingga kosakatanya akan meningkat. SMAN 10 Depok sebagai salah satu sekolah unggulan di kota Depok merupakan salah satu mitra pengabdian masyarakat program studi Sastra Inggris Universitas Pamulang. Pengabdian yang dilaksanakan selama 3 hari ini melibatkan 5 mahasiswa Sastra Inggris terpilih yang ditugaskn langsung untuk bercerita dan melakukan serangkaian aktivitas terstruktur. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 10 Depok mampu menikmti teknik bercerita dan mengikuti alur cerita dengan baik walaupun kemampuan koakata masih terbatas. Hal ini dikarenakan teknik becerita melibatkan konteks yang holistic dan membantu pemahaman terhadap kosakata yang masih terasa asing. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik bercerita merpakan teknik meningkatkan kosakata yang baik bagi siswa sehingga disarankan untuk para guru dalam mengajar kosakata agar dapat melibatkan konteks seerti halnya teknik bercerita.]]>

<![CDATA[Watching is one of the daily activities carried out by all levels of society, young and old to children. In the digital era, many children do not understand what they are watching and receive harmful information. The fact is that watching activities provide many benefits, such as getting information anywhere and anytime easily. The purpose of this activity is to provide education to students through digital literacy that there is a lot of learning that can be taken from watching activities and developing writing, understanding, and listening skills. The method used in this activity is Video Based Learning which is the delivery of learning through video by showing films. The results showed that the percentage level of video eligibility was 75% with good qualifications. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Video Based Learning method is feasible to use in the learning process]]>

<![CDATA[Mesin Bubut adalah suatu Mesin perkakas yang digunakan untuk memotong benda kerja yang diputar. Proses pembentukan benda kerja yang dilakukan dengan cara memutar benda kerja kemudian dikenakan pada pahat yang digerakkan secara translasi sejajar dengan sumbu putar dari benda kerja. Gerakan putar dari benda kerja disebut gerak potong relatif dan gerakan translasi dari pahat disebut gerak umpan. Mesin bubut juga telah dilengkapi berbagai kelengkapan tambahan yaitu keran pendingin, lampu kerja, bak penampung beram dan rem yang berfungsi untuk menghentikan mesin dalam keadaan darurat. Pelatihan ini bertujuan melatih siswa SMK Teknik Mesin untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan proses permesinan produksi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini mendapat respon yang antusias dari peserta dimana peserta mampu menghasilkan menggunakan mesin produksi dan menghasilkan produk sesuai dengan instruksi narasumber.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted on Employee Students of the Management Study Program at Pembangunan Panca Budi University, Medan. The research objective is to identify and analyze the effect of part-time work, work stress, learning environment and learning motivation on academic achievement. The population in this study was 431 respondents who were Friday and Saturday Employee Class Students for the period 2020 to 2022. The number of samples taken in this study were 82 respondents. The sample size is determined by the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 10%. This study uses quantitative data processed with the SPSS application with multiple linear regression analysis models. The data source used is primary data taken directly from the respondents. The results showed that part-time work, work stress and learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. While the Learning Environment has no effect and is not significant on Academic Achievement. Simultaneously Parttime Work, Work Stress, Learning Environment and Learning Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Academic Achievement. The magnitude of the influence contribution of all variables is 31.0% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is the decrease in sales volume at Anugerah Shop which has been detected for six months. This study aims to see the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Anugerah Shop. This research is classified in quantitative research. The research population is consumers who make purchases at Anugerah Shop. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, data analysis requirements test consisting of normality and homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing with hypothetical testing and ANOVA testing. The results of the hypothesis test show that service quality has a significant effect on Anugerah Shop customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that t count = -.077 with sig = 0.00 <0.05. Shows that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Anugerah Stores. The results of the F test show Fhit of 73.009 with a significant value = 0.00, so there is a significant influence between the independent variable, namely service quality and the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction at Anugerah Lau Dendang Shop.]]>
