Abstract

Implementation of thematic learning models on the application of teaching methods and learning facilities in social studies subjects. The results of the study revealed that to understand the facts of the process starting from planning, it turned out that all teachers used lesson plans well in accordance with procedural standards and content standards. Determining the theme in determining the teacher's theme has met good standards because the selected theme is adjusted to the characteristics of students, interests, the environment and the local area in thematic learning. The implementation of the teacher has carried out the initial, core, and final activities that are effective and efficient and the assessment in the teacher's assessment has carried out according to what was made in the RPP well. Assessment tools used by teachers can be in the form of tests and non-tests. To understand the teacher's level of understanding in using the lecture method, discussion method, question and answer method, demonstration method, it turns out that in the application of the method it has been used well in accordance with the material being taught on the application of thematic learning models in social studies subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of interactive video media on science learning outcomes on the material of blood circulation organs in humans in grade V SDN Darupono Kendal. The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of experiment using an experimental group and a control group with a posttest only control design. Technical analysis of data using interviews, observation, documentation, and tests. The results of the posttest data research for the experimental grade obtained an average of 82.4 and the control grade obtained an average of 77.6. In the t-test of knowledge aspects based on ttable 0.975 tcount = 6.504. Criteria t-test t-table that is6,504 2,00. This means that there is a significant difference between the average posttest value of the knowledge aspect in the experimental grade and the control grade.

Abstract

The aim of the researcher in this study is to find out whether there is an effect of using the AKM book visual media on the numeracy literacy learning outcomes of SDIT Al-Hikmah Pangkep students, Pangkajene District, Pangkajene Regency and Islands. This research method uses quantitative methods. This type of research is pre-experimental research. The type of experiment used is One Group Pretest-Posttest. This type of research was measured using a pretest which was conducted before being given treatment and a posttest which was conducted after being given treatment. In student learning outcomes, students get a score of -7.743 < 2.160 based on the results of posttest data calculations using independent t-test.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to find out the description of the use of image media in poetry learning in class IX E UPTD SMPN 14 Tanralili, (2) to determine the results of learning Indonesian in poetry learning in class IX E UPTD SMPN 14 Tanralili (3) To determine knowing the effect of picture media in improving Indonesian language learning outcomes in poetry learning for class IX E UPTD SMPN 14 Tanralili students. The data collection techniques of this research are (1) tests which include pretest, treatment, and posttest, and (2) documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used the t-test. The results of this study indicate that the pretest was categorized as very low, obtained 9 students who completed poetry learning by 29.03% who got a score of 70 and above (meets KKM) and 22 students who did not complete 70.97% who got value of 70 and below (does not meet the KKM). Meanwhile, after giving or using the image media, the results of the final test (posttest) in the high category were obtained, 28 students who completed poetry learning were 90.32% who scored 70 and above and 3 students who had not completed 9.68% got value 70 and below.

Abstract

The value of character in learning is a must. This study analyzes the value of characters in students' books. This study uses a qualitative approach, the data analysis technique is qualitative descriptive of a literary work by looking for the character values contained therein. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, listening and notes. The results of the study showed that the book "Student Book Theme 8 Where I Live in Class IV Elementary School" contained 34 character values with reference to 18 character values of the Ministry of National Education, the character values were religious 2.94%, honest 11.76%, tolerance and discipline did not exist. , hard work 17.64%, creativity appears 8.82%, Independent 2.94%, Democratic 8.82%, Curiosity 2.94%, National Spirit 2.94%, Love the homeland and appreciate achievement none . Friendly/Communicative 8.82%, Peaceful Love 2.94%, No Likes to Read, Environmental Care 5.88%, Social Care 11.76% and Responsibility 11.76%. This book can be used as a medium in character education for elementary school children. Good character so that it can be applied in the values of life.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing an innovative and interactive android-based learning media to increase learning motivation and make learning more interest. The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of the Android-based RUMPI (Smart House) learning media and to determine the level of validity and practicality of the Android-based RUMPI (Smart House) learning media in the IV grade of elementary school. This type of research used Research and Development (RnD) using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research is conducted in three elementary schools: SDN Bangunharjo, SDN Miroto, and SDN Pandean Lamper 05. The data in this study was obtained by observation through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The validation results from the two material experts showed an average percentage of 100% and the validation results from the two media experts showed an average percentage of 100%. The results of the practitioner's assessment obtained a percentage of 96%. Student response questionnaires obtained a percentage of 99%. It can be concluded that the learning media developed are included in the categories of "very good" and "very feasible" to be used in the IV grade of elementary school learning.

Abstract

This study examines the application of the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) learning model to improve reading comprehension learning outcomes for fifth grade students of UPTD SD Negeri 28 Barru. The approach used is a qualitative approach and the type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were teachers and students of class V UPTD SD Negeri 28 Barru with a total of 14 students consisting of 6 boys and 8 girls. This study consisted of 2 cycles and each cycle consisted of 1 meeting. The data collection techniques used were observation, tests and documentation. Based on the research data in the first cycle the teacher's observations are in category C, the results of student observations are in category C and student learning outcomes show 43% completeness and are in category K. In cycle II the teacher's observations are in category B, the results of student observations are in category B and student learning outcomes show completeness of 79% and are in category B. Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach which aims to determine the relationship between parental contributions and the character of the fourth grade students of UPT SD Inpres 6/75 Kading, Barebbo District, Bone Regency, with 42 students. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the results of the research showed that the contribution of parents had an average of 46.11 and a percentage of 76.90% in the good category and the average character of fourth grade students had an average of 48.5 and a percentage of 80.99% in the category very good. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, the tcount value (2.87) is greater (>) the ttable value (1.68385) at a significance level of 5%. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the Contribution of Parents and the Character of Class IV Students at UPT SD Inpres 6/75 Kading, Barebbo District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe parenting patterns in assisting children to study at home during the COVID-19 pandemic at SD Negeri Sumberejo 2 Bonang Demak. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were homeroom teachers of IVB, parents of 20 students of class IVB. The research was carried out directly at school and by visiting students' and parents' homes by using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings of the research results can be concluded that the problems in this study were the many complaints from parents of students with the holding of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Problems faced by parents in mentoring learning: parents cannot accompany their children due to their work and busy schedules, limited understanding of the material, economic limitations, disruption of the internet network, and unfavorable conditions due to the large number of family members.

Abstract

This research aims to produce valid, practical comic media material for the birth of Pancasila class V events, and to determine the potential effects of using comics developed by researchers. The method used in this research is a research and development method. The subjects in this study were class V students, totaling 17 people. Comic media developed using the rowntree model with three stages, namely planning, development, and evaluation. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis in this study is the analysis of validity, practicality, and potential effects. The results showed that the comic media that had been developed was declared very valid based on the assessment of the validator consisting of 3 lecturers assessed from all aspects, namely construct, content, and language with the percentage obtained 96.4%. Comic media was declared practical based on student response questionnaires at the one to one and small group stages with a percentage gain of 90% and 94.3% and the developed comic media was declared effective or had a potential effect with a percentage gain of 82%.
