Abstract

Education is needed by humans to develop. Humans who are qualified and able to compete can be created through good education. The education system is a strategy or method used in the teaching and learning process to achieve the goal so that students can actively develop their potential. The education system in Indonesia must be able to achieve the goal of national education, to educating the nation's children. A good education system can help achieve this goal. Every child is different, therefore the way of teaching is different. Various types of education and educational pillars are expected to help children achieve their educational goals. The purpose of writing this paper is to describe what types of education exist in Indonesia, and what are the pillars of UNESCO education. To achieve this goal, a literature study was carried out by reading various sources in the form of books and scientific articles. Based on the results of a literature study, the first results were obtained: the five types of education that can be chosen in Indonesia are general education, vocational education, special education, official education, and religious education. The five types can be selected based on the characteristics of the child which are certainly different. Second result: the pillars of education initiated by UNESCO are: (1) Learning to know, (2) Learning to do, (3) Learning to be or, and (4) Learning to live together. These four pillars are expected to be implemented in the Indonesian education system to achieve educational goals. Keywords: type, pillar, education

Abstract

This paper is written to provide an overview to the reader, that in the Lupus novel "Tangkaplah Daku Kau Kujitak" by Hilman Hariwijaya and Dilan 1990 novel "Dia dilanku" by Pidi Baiq which appeared in 1980-2000 there are similarities. This study uses a qualitative method to analyze the novel Lupus and Dilan. This study aims to determine the personal psychology of the main character contained in the two novels through the classification of emotions, such as the concept of guilt, buried guilt, self-punishment, shame, sadness, hatred and love. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability to write narrative essays using Instagram social media in the form of photos with the theme of holidays in seventh grade students of the As-Saudiyah Islamic Education Foundation. The method used in this research is using a qualitative method. The subjects of this study were 27 narrative texts written by students of class VII B in the odd semester of the As-Saudiyah Islamic Education Foundation which were carried out offline. The results showed that the ability to write narrative texts in class VII B of the As-Saudiyah Islamic Education Foundation was included in the fairly good category with an average grade of 75,55. It can be seen that 12 of 27 students with a percentage of 44,4% scored in the very good category, 13 out of 27 students with a percentage of 48,1% scored in a good category, 2 of 27 students with a percentage of 7,4 % obtained a score in the poor category. Abstract

In learning Indonesian Language and Literature, there are four skills that must be mastered by students, namely writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills. Reading skills as one of the language skills are seen as very important skills because they aim not only to improve reading skills themselves, but also to explore information as an effort for children to open up the world. Learning to read must use the right technique so that students' reading skills can improve, one of which is the cloze technique. Cloze technique is a technique of removing words contained in a reading text. The use of the cloze technique can be used to train students' reading abilities and skills. Through the cloze technique, students are stimulated to be able to fill in the missing words with the appropriate words. It is hoped that with this cloze technique, students are more provoked to read word for word. Indirectly, the practice of using the cloze technique will also raises curiosity and seriousness in student when they looking for words to complete missing sentences, so that they will read the text repeatedly and train children's grasping power in understanding a text. Abstract

In human life, literature has a very vital function. One of these functions is as a place to manifest all human feelings and thoughts. Imagine, literature is a classification of an abstraction. That is, literature is used as a medium in describing things that are abstract in life into something that makes sense. One type of literary work that describes this is drama. In contrast to other literary works, drama has certain advantages that include three dimensions, namely the dimensions of literature, movement, and speech. The script for the drama Sang Foreman by Rahman Arge is a very interesting story to study, which contains many elements of South Sulawesi culture, especially the Bugis-Makassar people. Abstract

Literary reception is text processing in giving meaning to a literary work. The emergence of literary works becomes meaningful and valuable through the enrichment of various reviews and reader understanding. Readers' reviews of literary works can be observed from several things, including through reader responses. Analysis of the reader's response plays an essential role in measuring the reader's understanding of a literary work. The purpose of this study was to determine the reader's response to the female character in the novel. The object identified is the novel “Fall Leaves Never Hates the Wind” by Tere Liye. This study uses descriptive analysis method by relying on data in the form of respondents' responses to the novel. The data in this study are the reader's answers contained in the questionnaire. The source of the data for this research is a question questionnaire via google form. This study uses two research techniques, namely [1] listening and note-taking techniques and [2] collecting reader answers using google form. Data analysis is done by interpreting the data according to the theory used. The responses included (1) Tania as the most liked character (94.9%) (2) Tania is a tough woman and should be followed by an example (98.6%) (3) Tania fights for her family life (100%) (4) Readers agree with Tania's attitude that busking to lighten the burden on the family (84.7)% (5) Readers agree if women avoid work as buskers (57.6%) (6) Readers agree if a daughter works to help her mother (100%) ( 7) The reader agrees if Tania continues her studies in Singapore (100%) (8) The reader agrees if Tania expresses her love for Om Danar (59.3%) (9) The reader chooses that Tania remains kind to Kak Ratna (98.3% ) (10) Readers agree that Tania strengthens herself and hopes to see a better tomorrow (100%). Abstract

During the covid-19 pandemic, the learning process was carried out online, including at the Islamic University of Majapahit. But there are many obstacles in the implementation of online learning, such as network problems and decreased interest in learning by students. This is because learning through LMS occurs monotonously. In order for online learning to continue to be interesting, a learning innovation is needed, namely the use of quizizz aplication. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of quizizz application as an alternative media of attractive and fun assessment, especially in educational psychology courses in the pandemic covid-19 and can improve understanding of educational psychology materials.This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and the results of the quiz assessments on the quizizz application. The results showed that the use of the quizizz application made learning more fun, increased student enthusiasm and motivation to learn and helped students understand educational psychology material. Abstract

Human values ??have an important role in realizing a safe, peaceful, and serene life in society. This can be achieved when everyone implements a humanist ideology or a view of human values ??in everyday life. The focus of this research is to describe Damien Dematra's social ideology, to describe his social background, and to describe Dematra's social position in society. This research uses qualitative research, data collection techniques use interviews, data analysis techniques use interactive techniques, and the validity of the data used is theory and source triangulation. The results showed that Dematra's social ideology was a humanist person. This is evidenced by his attitude, thoughts, and activities which are dedicated to humanity and world peace. Dematra's social background is a multitalent person or Dematra usually finds himself as an artist. This can be seen from the various fields that he has done, such as photographers, businessmen, painters, novelists, screenwriters for films and TV series, directors, actors and producers. Most of the professional fields that Dematra does have received recognition or awards from both international and domestic. Not only that, Dematra's work, which has contributed greatly to humanity and world peace, has received recognition and respect from the Keraton Surakarta and Keraton Cirebon. Dematra received a knighthood from the Keraton Sultanate of Surakarta and Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon. Every work produced by Dematra always gives a message of the value of humanity and peace. This is the basis for Dematra's work to be recognized, accepted, and even given respect or appreciation for its great contribution to humanity and peace. Dematra's social position in society also plays an important role in realizing human values ??and peace in Indonesia and the world. Dematra plays an active role as the coordinator and founder of the Pluralism Concern Movement. Pluralism Concern Movement is a non-governmental organization concerned with issues of pluralism, diversity and tolerance in society. There is a relationship between social position, social background, and Dematra's social ideology, this connection refers to one thing, namely the humanist ideology. Abstract

Learning Indonesian is never separated from language skills which consist of four components. The four language components are listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills and writing skills. This study aims to see the effect of Canva media through discord on the ability to write short stories of students in class XI SMAN 35 Jakarta. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMAN 35 Jakarta, and the sample in this study was class XI IPS 2 SMAN 35 Jakarta. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. The research method used in this research is quantitative research experimentation. The type of experiment used is true experimentation with one group pretest and posttest design research design. The data in this study used statistical calculations by calculating averages, standard deviations, variances, correlations, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. The result can be seen that the value sig = 0.05, tcount 9.01632 and ttable17207. So H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted which means there is a significant influence on the policy-based canva media on the short story writing ability of students of class XI SMAN 35 Jakarta.
