Abstract

General Tapaktuan Tapa Beach Tourism is one of the most visited tourist attractions in South Aceh Regency because the site is very large, namely 6 meters long and 2.5 meters wide. So, this uniqueness attracts many tourists who visit and has a big impact on businesspeople at Tapaktuan Tapa Beach Tourism. This research aims to analyze the level of income and welfare of business actors in the Tapaktuan Tapa Beach Tourism area, Pasar Village, Tapaktuan District, South Aceh Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The respondents in this research were 3 business actors in Tapaktuan Tapa Beach Tourism. The data collection techniques used were library research and field research. In analyzing the data, the techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the existence of Tapaktuan Beach Tourism is very helpful in increasing the level of income and welfare of business actors in Tapaktuan Tapa Beach Tourism. The average income of business actors is IDR 20,300,000.00 per month. The level of welfare of business actors in Tapaktuan Tapa Beach Tourism is at the stage of financial vitality, namely the condition of someone who can meet the financial security costs and then has a small supply of funds for fun, such as buying clothes, luxury meals and entertainment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between Responsibility and Organizational Trust as independent variables to Turnover Intention as dependent variables with Organizational Commitment as mediating variables in Starbucks employees. The methodology uses SEM with data processing AMOS Version 22. The data source used is primary data, which is obtained directly from respondents through data collection, namely questionnaires. The results of the study showed a Social Responsibility value of 0.290> 0.05, which means it does not have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, then the Organizational Trust value of 0.000 <0.05, which means it has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Continued by the Social Responsibility value of 0.465> 0.05, which means it does not have a significant effect on Company Turnover Intention, then the Organizational Trust value of 0.06> 0.05, meaning that Organizational Trust does not have a significant effect on Company Turnover Intention. While the Company Turnover Intention value of 0.000 <0.05, means it has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. For mediation, Company Turnover Intention does not influence between Social Responsibility and Organizational Commitment because its value is 0.233 > 0.05, however, Company Turnover Intention influences between Organizational Trust and Organizational Commitment because its value is 0.034 < 0.05

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out how big the profits of shallot farmers' farming in irrigated rice fields are and to find out the scale of production of shallot farming in Simpang Tiga District. The research methodology is "Survey Method" with the "Simple Random Sampling" technique of 36 farmers. Profit analysis method is analyzed using Gross Margin (GM), Gross Ratio (GR), Operating Ratio (OR), Return on Invested Capital (ROIC), and Net Farm Income (NFI) and Production Scale analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the Cobb-Douglass Production Function Model. The research results show that the profitability value for Net Farm Income (NFI) is IDR 219,444,254 for the Tajuk variety, IDR 158,004,759 for the F1 variety, and IDR 263,795,930 for the Brebes variety. The Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) value for the Tajuk variety is 0.80, the F1 variety is 0.50 and the Brebes variety is 0.85. The Operating Ratio (OR) for the Tajuk variety is 0.57, the F1 variety is 0.74, the Brebes variety is 0.63 and the Gross Ratio (GR) for the Tajuk variety can be 0.42, the F1 variety is 0.53 and the Brebes variety is 0.42 which means that shallot farming in the research area is able to generate profits and is worth pursuing. And based on the return to scale (RTS) analysis of red onion farming in the research area, the result was 1.873 (Table 11), in the RTS analysis it can be said that the production of red onion farming is in a condition where the output scale is increasing (Incresing return to scale), because the sum of the values of the coefficients of production factors are more than one (∑β > 1). This means that by adding a certain amount of input, shallot farming can achieve full efficiency.

Abstract

Advertising on social media is a place where sellers can offer their products through online media· The distribution of advertising on social media can influence the decision to purchase a product, especially when sales experience a decline· This research aims to determine the effect of advertising via social media on customer purchasing decisions at Starbucks· This research method uses a questionnaire survey and data analysis using SmartPLS4· The research sample consisted of 100 Starbucks customer respondents· The sampling technique uses convenience sampling· The research results show that advertising via social media influences customer purchasing decisions at Starbucks· Advertising via social media can increase brand awareness and improve customer purchasing decisions· The results of this research can help Starbucks improve its marketing strategy through social media to increase sales and customer satisfaction· The results of this research can help companies like Starbucks strengthen their marketing strategies via social media to increase sales and customer satisfaction· Advertising via social media can be used to increase brand awareness and improve customer purchasing decisions· Future research could add additional variables such as service quality, price, and location to further understand how advertising via social media influences customer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Corn (Zea mays, Linn) is an industrial raw material and animal feed, Corn is classified as a strategic commodity because it meets the criteria, among others, has an influence on the price of other food commodities and has bright prospects. The increasing demand for maize in the country is closely related to the development of the food and feed industry. Therefore, efforts to increase maize production need to receive greater attention. Increased production can also still be pursued through improved harvest and post-harvest handling. The purpose of the study was to determine how much income and scale of production (returns to scale) on pipil corn farming in Teuladan Village, Seulawah Valley District, Aceh Besar Regency. The research method is the "Surve Method" with the "Simple Random Sampling" technique of 29 farmers. Income analysis method analyzed using π =TR-TC, and production scale analysis using multiple liner regression analysis with the Cobb-Dauglass Production Function Model. The results showed an average income value of 20,753,700. which means that peeled corn farming in the research area can generate income and is feasible. And based on the Return to scale (RTS) analysis of pipil corn farming in the research area, the result is 10.923 (Table 13), in the RTS analysis it can be said that the production of pipil corn farming is in a condition of increasing output scale (Incresing return to scale), because the sum of the values of the coefficients of the production factors is more than one (∑β> 1). This means that by adding a certain amount of input, the corn farm can achieve full efficiency.

Abstract

This study is an empirical study that aims to determine the effect of Financial Factors on Employee Morale at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. Banda Aceh Branch and to determine the effect of Non-Financial Factors on Employee Morale at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. Banda Aceh Branch. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression to analyze the effect of independent variables on dependent variables with the model Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e. Research data were collected through a list of questions/questionnaires and documentation studies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) is intended to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of independent variables on dependent variables. The object of this study is about Financial Factors, Non-Financial, Employee Morale at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. Banda Aceh Branch. The sample size of this study was 60 employees. The results of the study showed that the simultaneous test between the Financial and Non-Financial Factors had an effect on Employee Morale at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. Banda Aceh Branch. Then partially, namely the variables of Financial and Non-Financial Factors have a significant effect on Employee Work Spirit of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. Banda Aceh Branch

Abstract

The study aims to determine the increase in students' ability to write procedural texts using the demonstration method. Writing is closely related to students because writing is one of the results of students in learning and the learning process. The study used class action research conducted on class XI students of SMAN 1 Indrapuri. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and tests. The results of the study showed that: (1) the demonstration method can improve the quality of the process of learning to write procedural texts marked by increased student activity, teacher skills, and student learning outcomes. The distribution of the data obtained shows that the ability to write procedural texts with demonstration learning methods obtains an average value of 67.12. The average value obtained is still below the specified standard, which is 70. Then, cycle II is carried out again by adding treatments. Students wrote procedure texts by applying the demonstration learning method and obtained an average value of 75.68. This proves that the demonstration learning method has a significant effect on the ability to write procedural texts for class XI students of SMAN 1 Indrapuri

Abstract

This research aims to describe the form of Rosianna Silalahi's rhetorical language style in the talk show llll. "Finding Out" on the KOMPASTV channel. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data source in this research is the talk show hosted by Rosianna Silalahi "Finding Out" on the Kompas TV channel. Researchers chose 2 shows (episodes) from the program with the theme episode I "Gibran: I'm Not the Mayor of Karbitan, But Bocil Dynasty (Jokowi's Discourse for Three Periods in 2024)", and episode II "Sri Mulyani bluntly clarifies the storm at the Ministry of Finance". Data collection techniques were carried out using listening, note-taking and transcript techniques. Rhetorical language style in 2 talk shows hosted by Rosianna Silalahi "Finding Out" on the Kompas TV channel. In the episode I Gibran: I Am Not the Mayor of Karbitan, But Bocil Dynasty (Jokowi's Discourse for Three Periods in 2024)", we found 7 alliterative language styles, 2 euphemisms, 1 chiasmus, 9 assonations, 9 asidentons 2 data, 5 data polysidentons, 1 data paradox and 19 data corrections. Furthermore, in the episode II broadcast "Sri Mulyani's outspoken clarification of the storm at the Ministry of Finance", we found 8 data of alliterative rhetorical language style, 2 data of kiamus, 2 data of asindenton, 1 data of polysidenton, 2 data of paradox and 6 data of correction. If it is described, it can be concluded that the results of the language style are 2 utterances of euphemism, 3 utterances of chiamus, 3 utterances of paradox, 4 utterances of asyndeton, 6 utterances of polysyndeton, 9 utterances of assonation, 15 utterances of alliteration and 25 utterances of correction.

Abstract

Traditional culinary delights are the main attraction in the culinary tourism trend. This research identifies the potential for culinary tourism in Batam City using qualitative methods, where the data presented is in the form of words, descriptions and descriptions. This research aims to identify the potential for culinary tourism and gastronomic tourism in Batam, as well as developing the potential for gastronomic tourism in the city. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with the research location in Batam, which was chosen because this city has a variety of culinary tourism potential. Primary data sources were obtained through field observations and in-depth interviews with several key informants who are experts in the culinary field of Batam City. Secondary data was obtained from online documents, literature and scientific journals. Data collection was carried out through direct observation of culinary-related tourism activities. The analysis found a variety of unique culinary delights in Batam City, such as Tarempa Noodles, Gonggong, Malay Laksa, seafood, fish soup, and Bingka Bakar, which have great potential as culinary attractions. As a result, the development of gastronomic tourism in Batam City can take advantage of this culinary wealth to increase the destination's attractiveness and competitiveness.

Abstract

The success of a cattle fattening business depends on three elements: seeds, feed, and management. The purpose of this study was to determine the income of farmers and the effect of seeds (X1), green feed (X2), fine bran feed (X3), concentrate feed (X4), capital (X5) and labor (X6) on cattle fattening production in Krueng Aceh Subdistrict, Krueng Barona Jaya District, Aceh Besar Regency. The research method used was survey method. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling with a total sample of 24 cattle fattening farmers. The data analysis model used is income analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the average income received by cattle fattening farmers in Krueng Aceh Subdistrict, Krueng Barona Jaya District, Aceh Besar Regency was Rp. 18,307,861.15 for 2 cows per one cattle fattening period for 6 months of production. Based on the simultaneous test (F test) shows that Fcari > Ftabel means accept Ha reject Ho that seeds (X1), green feed (X2), fine bran feed (X3), concentrate feed (X4), capital (X5), labor (X6), significantly affect the production of fattening cattle (Y). While the partial test (t test) variables of seeds (X1), green feed (X2), capital (X5) and labor (X6) where tcari > ttabel then accept Ha and reject Ho means partially significant effect on cattle fattening production (Y). However, the variables of fine bran feed (X3) and concentrate feed (X4) where tcari < ttable then accept Ho and reject Ha, meaning that partially does not significantly affect the production of cattle fattening (Y). The R2 value is 0.986, this indicates that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 98.6% while the remaining 0.4% is explained by other factors outside the model.
