Abstract

This research examines community empowerment efforts through collaborative communication in the implementation of the Government Program (RT Keren) in Bendogerit Village, Blitar City. The RT Keren program aims to increase community participation and facilitate regional development by residents and local RTs. This research uses qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to understand the impact of collaborative communication in strengthening community participation and empowerment. The research results show that effective collaborative communication encourages active citizen participation, increases understanding of the program, and stimulates community empowerment in decision making. This program has increased community participation in subdistrict activities, created a greater sense of ownership among residents, and empowered communities to take an active role in decision making and program implementation.

Abstract

In general, organizations or companies employ qualified and highly competent human resources to encourage business improvement. However, it is different for the Batik Ciprat Rumah Kinasih which actually recruits human resources with disabilities. The reason the owner founded Rumah Kinasih was because many people looked down on people with disabilities and people with mental disorders. They consider people with disabilities as people who do not have abilities and are considered a burden on the family. Viewed from the results of this research show that the human resource management strategies for improving the performance of employees with disabilities that Rumah Kinasih uses to improve their performance include recruitment strategies, training, work discipline and compensation. From the human resource management carried out, it is proven by good employee productivity which is shown, among other things, employees with disabilities arrive according to schedule, the batik products made are of good quality, the error rate is small, employees also have responsibility in carrying out tasks, and employees are active in Work.

Abstract

Gubug Barong Dwijaloka merupakan salah satu galeri sebagai tempat pembuatan kerajinan barongan serta tempat untuk memamerkan hasil karya pembuatan kerajinan barongan dan alat kesenian jaranan lainnya khususnya khas Blitar. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada konsumen kerajinan barongan di Gubug Barong Dwijaloka Tawangsari Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampling Jenuh menjadi teknik sampling yang digunakan. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara menebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen kerajinan barongan di Gubug Barong Dwijaloka sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan taraf signifikan senilai 0,026 ≤ dari 0,05. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan Gubug Barong Dwijaloka terus menjaga kualitas produk melalui pemilihan bahan yang berkualitas, penetapan standard pembuatan dan melakukan kroscek hasil secara periodik untuk menjamin kualitas dan mutu barongan yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the homophilous political communication used by Gibran in winning Mayor of Surakarta. The concept of homophily is used to explain the relationship between Gibran's victory and his voters in Surakarta, Central Java. By using literature study methods and data collection techniques through primary news sources and social media searches, the results showed that Gibran had implemented homophily through similarities in aspects such as speech, clothing, art and culture, as well as political party affiliation. Gibran is seen carrying out various aspects in common with his citizens in Surakarta. He has implemented homophily so that his political communication runs well. As a result, his voting base was very strong and in the end he was able to win the mayoral election and become Mayor of Surakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses produksi Batik Moedjair Kandang Jaya dan mengurai keunikan dalam proses produksinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Batik Kandang Jaya memiliki enam tahapan dalam melakukan proses produksi diantaranya mendesain pola motif batik; menduplikasi atau menjiplak pola desain motif batik pada kertas HVS ke kain mori; pencantingan; pewarnaan; penguncian warna; dan pelorotan. Keunikan dan kekhasan dalam proses produksi Batik Kandang Jaya yaitu pertama, dalam proses pembuatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kehendak dan suasana hati. Kedua, desain motif yang digunakan merupakan kreativitas sendiri. Ketiga, proses pencantingan hanya menggunakan satu jenis canting, dan tidak menggunakan gawangan sebagai alat bantu pada saat mencanting. Keempat, proses pewarnaan menggunakan jegul. Kelima, proses produksi dilakukan secara mandiri, mulai dari tahap mendesain motif hingga tahap pelorotan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze marketing strategies and internal and external environmental conditions in the RR refill drinking water depot. Based on research from a 4P marketing perspective (product, price, place and promotion) from the product side, the RR logo is distinctive and easily recognized by the public, and is an RO (Reserve Osmosis) drinking water product that has been laboratory tested and has received a certificate. appropriate from the competent authority. In terms of price, a 19 liter gallon costs Rp. 6,000 and the Bio Water type costs Rp. 8,000. This price is quite helpful for the local community, most of whose customers are traders and food stall entrepreneurs. In terms of location, the depot location is very easy to reach and is about 100 meters from the main road (provincial) of Blitar City. The promotional side involves personal sales, coming directly to the location by visiting consumers door to door, where employees will make presentations explaining the sales product to attract buyers.

Abstract

Media sosial memiliki kekuatan sosial dan berdampak signifikan dalam membentuk opini publik, sehingga sangat diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk membentuk opini positif publik. Setiap konten yang terunggah, dapat berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap pandangan publik terhadap akun media sosial tersebut. Bagaimana persepsi followers terhadap akun Instagram @pmbunisba? Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, peneliti menyajikan data berbentuk angka-angka sebelum mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data untuk menarik kesimpulan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah followers akun Instagram @pmbunisba_blitar. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan random sampling dan ditetapkan 100 followers. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akun Instagram @pmbunisba_blitar mengunggah konten mengenai informasi pendaftaran, prosedur akademik, hingga konten hiburan. Meskipun demikian, dalam pelaksanaannya belum sepenuhnya mampu membentuk persepsi positif followers terhadap konten akun Instagram @pmbunisba_blitar. Dibuktikan pada nilai mean seluruh indikator persepsi, yang menunjukkan bahwa konten akun Instagram @pmbunisba_blitar tidak cukup interaktif, inspiratif, atraktif, dan entertain. Sedangkan persepsi followers terhadap konten akun Instagram @pmbunisba pada sisi relevan, informatif, dan edukatif sudah cukup positif.

Abstract

This research examines how We Radio Indonesia leverages live-streaming YouTube videos to empower young people. Researchers employ qualitative research methods with a virtual ethnographic approach to analyze their strategies. The findings reveal a multi-pronged approach by We Radio Indonesia. They utilize an edutainment format, blending education and entertainment for engaging content. Additionally, they employ a localized language style familiar to Surabaya youth by combining Indonesian and Javanese. Furthermore, We Radio selects expertise-based broadcasters with backgrounds relevant to the broadcast themes. Finally, they leverage media convergence, utilizing various integrated social media platforms to enhance accessibility, sharing, and repeat broadcasts. The study underscores the power of YouTube as a tool for innovation diffusion. The platform's live streaming and sharing capabilities significantly amplify We Radio's strategies, enabling it to disseminate valuable knowledge and foster youth empowerment effectively. This research contributes to understanding how traditional media can adapt and utilize new platforms to connect with young audiences.

Abstract

Meningkatkan kesadaran Islam adalah upaya yang sangat penting. Hal ini agar Anda dapat mencapai keadaan hidup yang lebih baik, yang membutuhkan kesadaran. Menjadi sadar diri yang tulus adalah inti kehidupan. Tujuan penelitiannya untuk mendeskripsikan dakwah bil hal dalam membangun kesadaran beribadah di Masjid Jogokariyan Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian lapangan dengan kualitatif yang juga mencakup penelitian deskriptif dengan metodologi studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Kegiatan mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menghasilkan kesimpulan merupakan langkah awal dalam analisis data. Hasil Penelitian: 1) Metode dakwah Bil Hal dalam membangun Kesadaran Beribadah di Masjid Jogokariyan Yogyakarta dilakukan dengan membuat kegiatan yang bermanfaat yang telah direncanakan. 2) Beberapa bentuk dakwah Bil Hal dalam membangun Kesadaran Beribadah di Masjid Jogokariyan Yogyakarta. 3) Dampak dakwah Bil Hal dalam membangun Kesadaran Beribadah di Masjid Jogokariyan Yogyakarta.

Abstract

One of the sectors in which economic development occurs in Indonesia is the agricultural sector. Fruit is one of the gems of home gardening. Durian is one of the best fruits found in Indonesia. A company that grows plants vegetatively, such as cuttings, branches, paste, grafts, and tissue culture, is known as a fruit seedling company. The goal of the fruit plant nursery in Pagergunung Village, Kesamben District, Blitar Regency, is to supply the fruit seed needs of the producers. This study employs a questionnaire-based survey research design. Interviews and observations have revealed that UD. Tiga Putri Buah has thirty clients, many of them are durian seed buyers. Since there were only 100 respondents in this study, the author included all 100 participants. Results of some research: Purchasing decisions (Y) are negatively or negatively impacted by business knowledge (X).
