Abstract

Patient satisfaction is the focus of hospital services, where competition between hospitals is common nowadays so that patients who are satisfied with the services they provide will come back. this is an assessment given to patients on health services that are obtained as expected starting from reception until the patient goes home (Sitorus. 2021). Satisfaction will have an impact on improving health services in the future so that it remains low even though there are many hospitals that are growing. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population used was all 96 pulmonary polyclinic patients with a sample of 32 people using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there was a relationship between patient satisfaction on tangible dimensions (0.000 < 0.005), reliability (0.000 < 0.005), responsiveness (0.490 > 0.005), assurance (0.281 > 0.005), empathy (0.000 < 0.005) and waiting time for registration. The conclusion of this study is the relationship between waiting time for registration and patient satisfaction in the outpatient registration section of Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital

This study aims to determine the differences in young women’s knowledge about early marriage and pregnancy at a young age before and after counseling at MAN 4 Kab. Tangerang. This study uses quantitative methods and designs, namely "Quasi-Experimental Non-Equivalent Pretest And Posttest Control Group", the population of this study is the XII grade girls of MAN 4 Tangerang and the sample in this study was 63 respondents. The test used in this research is the T-Test Dependent test which aims to see the differences in the knowledge of young women in pre and post counseling at MAN 4 Kab. Tangerang. The results showed that the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, so counseling about early marriage and early pregnancy provided a difference between pre and post counseling on the knowledge of adolescent girls in class XIII MAN 4 Tangerang. It is hoped that the school will be able to provide a little material related to early marriage and early pregnancy on the sidelines of the subjects that have been determined. Subjects was 210 PMB with a significance level of 1%, so the samples taken were 160. Sample was determined randomly using a lottery system. The data were taken using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis consisted of Chi Square statistical test and logistic regression analysis. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between motivation and compliance, the value of continuity correction is 57,325 p-value = 0.0000 (p<0.05). There is a significant positive relationship between facilities and compliance with the value of continuity correction 50.897 p-value = 0.0000 (p<0.05). The motivation and facilities variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the compliance variable because the omnibus test significance value is 0.000 (p<0.01) with the coefficient of determination R square. It is explained that the motivation and facilities variables in the study are able to contribute to the compliance variable of 0.668 (66.8 %), sequentially the most influential variable on Compliance is the Motivation variable with a wald value of 29,827 followed by the Facility variable with a wald value of 26,719.

The prevalence of stunting under five in Indonesia reaches 24.4% and Central Java Province reaches 20.8%, where Wonosobo Regency contributes 27.17%. One of the influencing factors is the mother's knowledge about stunting which is still low. The purpose of this research is to make a stop stunting video that can help increase mother's knowledge about stunting. This type of research is a quasi-experimental with a sample of 137 pregnant women. The results showed that there was a significant difference in maternal knowledge about stunting prevention in the posttest between the experimental group (education using video media) and the control group (education using leaflet media) because the significance value of the independent sample t test was 0.000 or less than 0.05. . The score gain in the experimental group is 77.14%, the value is included in the effective category or has a high level of effectiveness, while in the control group, 23.37% the value is included in the ineffective category. So that the stop stunting video media has a high level of effectiveness to increase mother's knowledge about stunting prevention compared to leaflet media. As for the effect size of the video media, the d value is 1.42, which means it has a large effect.

Results showed 17,931 articles were originally drawn from a systematic search of the literature. Of these, six articles matched the theme and inclusion criteria. Of the six articles included in the study, they had good methodological quality. Of the six articles, five articles used quasi-experimental research methods and one article used qualitative research methods. Three of the six articles on experimental research, including interventions with films, clearly stated that audiovisual media had a significant effect on increasing knowledge, attitudes and behavior about cervical cancer. Another article states that the types of educational media used are booklets, social media, one of which is Facebook

Abstract

Early mobilization is a movement that is carried out immediately after surgery. This is done with the aim of restoring the abdominal muscles so they are not stiff and relieve pain so that it can accelerate the wound healing process. Based on Riskesdas North Sumatra 2018, the proportion of delivery methods by cesarean section in North Sumatra Province was 23.89 percent and normal deliveries were 75.95 percent. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between early mobilization and surgical wound healing in postpartum mothers post sectio caesarea at the Ibu Kartini Kisaran General Hospital in 2022. This study is a quantitative type of research, with a cross sectional research design using the chi-square test. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who had undergone post sectio caesarea while at the Ibu Kartini General Hospital in the range of 2022. The sample obtained was 40 people with accidental sampling technique. The statistical test used was the chi square test (p < 0.05). The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between early mobilization and healing of surgical wounds in postpartum mothers after sectio caesarea at the Kartini General Hospital Kisaran in 2022 with a p value of 0.01. So it is hoped that nurses and midwives will be able to provide education and supervision of the implementation of mobilization for postpartum mothers post sectio caesarea to accelerate wound healing.
