Abstract

Information literacy is a student's need to keep pace with the increasingly rapid and dynamic development of science and technology. The ability of statistical literacy becomes a benchmark to find out information literacy students. Statistical literacy is the ability of understanding, interpreting, and evaluating information critically. The ability of statistical literacy is a benchmark in order to know students’ awareness about information. Therefore, it is important to identify students' statistical literacy abilities and how far students are able to use the information in a better way. The aim of this study is to reveal the students’ statistical literacy ability of junior high school students in mathematics class, based on four indicators, (1) understanding the basic terminology of statistics and the probability to understand information; (2) interpreting statistical messages; (3) making conclusion and a decision; (4) evaluating information critically. The research method is descriptive. The subjects of this research are 7th grade students of  SMPN 2 Bangkalan. The results show that, students have good understanding of statistics and probability terminology, students were able to interpret statistical messages in graphical form, but most of the students are weak to interpret data that is presented in the form of pie charts. The ability to evaluate and make a conclusion that is made by most students is not based on mathematical calculations, so that the effect in making decisions is not efficient. The conclusion is the subjects have statistical literacy ability in understanding, interpreting, and making conclusions, but have not reached the stage of evaluating information critically.Melek terhadap informasi merupakan kebutuhan siswa untuk mengimbangi perkembangan IPTEK yang semakin pesat dan dinamis. Kemampuan statistical literacy menjadi tolak ukur untuk mengetahui siswa melek informasi. Adapun statistical literacy merupakan kemampuan memahami, menginterpretasikan, dan mengevaluasi informasi kontesktual secara kritis. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya mengindentifikasi statistical literacy siswa dan sejauh mana siswa dapat menggunakan informasi secara cerdas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan kemampuan statistical literacy siswa SMP pada pembelajaran matematika berdasarkan empat indikator, yaitu (1) pemahaman terminologi dasar statistika dan peluang untuk memahami informasi; (2) menafsirkan pesan statistik; (3) menyimpulkan dan membuat keputusan; (4) mengevaluasi informasi secara kritis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII-D SMP Negeri 2 Bangkalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa memiliki pemahaman terminologi dasar statistika dan peluang yang baik, siswa mampu menginterpretasikan pesan statistik dalam bentuk grafik, namun sebagian besar siswa lemah untuk menafsirkan data yang disajikan dalam bentuk diagram lingkaran. Cara mengevaluasi dan penarikan kesimpulan yang dibuat sebagian besar siswa kurang didasari perhitungan secara matematis, sehingga berdampak dalam membuat keputusan yang kurang efisien. Kesimpulannya siswa SMP memiliki kemampuan statistical literacy dalam memahami, menginterpretasikan, dan menarik kesimpulan, namun belum sampai pada tahap mengevaluasi informasi secara kritis.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar melalui media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi pada siswa kelas X IPA 3 SMA Negeri 9 Bone. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Class Room Assessment). Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengunpulkan data adalah lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran (aktifitas guru), lembar observasi aktifitas siswa, angket respon siswa, dan tes hasil belajar pada tiap siklus. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis  menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa, sementara analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil observasi aktifitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media berbasis teknologi informasi dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas X IPA.3 SMA Negeri 9 Bone. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata hasil belajar   siswa kelas X IPA.3SMA Negeri 9 Watampone pada siklus I sebesar 67,34% dan pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 83,19%. Aktifitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran juga mengalami peningkatan, meskipun berdasarkan lembar aktivitas siswa pada siklus I masih dirasakan beberapa kendala namun pada siklus II menunjukan adanya peningkatan secara signifikan. Angket respon siswa pada siklus I ada 15 item dengan presentase rata-rata secara keseluruhan yaitu 77,36% dan pada siklus II 81,53%.AbstractThis study aims to see an increase in learning outcomes through information technology-based learning media in class X IPA 3 students at 9 Bone State High School. This research is a Class Room Assessment. The instruments used to collect data are the implementation observation observation sheets (teacher activities), student activity observation sheets, student response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests in each cycle. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used to determine student learning outcomes, while qualitative analysis is used to determine the results of observations of student activities. The results of the study indicate that learning using information technology-based media can increase the learning interest of class X students of Science 3 in Bone 9 High School. This can be seen from the average learning outcomes of class X students of IPA 3SMA 9 Watampone in the first cycle of 67.34% and in the second cycle the average student learning outcomes increased to 83.19%. Student activities in the learning process also experienced an increase, although based on the student activity sheet in the first cycle there were still some obstacles but in the second cycle there was a significant increase. Questionnaire responses of students in the first cycle there were 15 items with an overall percentage of 77.36% and in the second cycle 81.53%.

AbstrakPerbedaan antara hukum pidana Indonesia yang tercermin dalam KUHP dengan struktur sosial menunjukkan telah terjadi pluralisme hukum. Perbedaan ini karena KUHP sebagai lex generalis berasal dari Belanda yang memiliki latar belakang perbedaan budaya dengan Indonesia. Pembaharuan hukum pidana Indonesia saat ini mengarah kepada usaha mengkristalisasi hukum yang hidup dalam masyarakat kedalam hukum positif. Melalui pembaharuan hukum pidana Indonesia arah pembangunan hukum pidana diarahkan kepada re-orientasi pokok-pokok pikiran, ide-ide dasar, atau nilai sosio-filosofis, sosio-kultural dan sosio-politik yang sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat Indonesia yang tercermin dalam Pancasila. Pembaharuan hukum pidana yang menyasar re-orientasi substansi hukum pidana Indonesia dapat dilakukan melalui kriminalisasi perbuatan yang oleh masyarakat dianggap sebagai perbuatan jahat namun saat ini tidak dikategorikan sebagai tindak pidana. Kemudian kriminalisasi yang bersumber dari hukum adat juga harus diikuti dengan sanksi adat yang menyertai perbuatan yang di kriminalisasi untuk menjaga eksistensi hukum adat yaitu menjaga keseimbangan.AbstractThe difference the Indonesian criminal law as reflected in the Criminal Code with the social structure indicates there has been a legal pluralism. This difference is due to the Criminal Code as a lex generalis came from Holland with a background in cultural differences with Indonesia. Indonesian criminal law reform currently leads the effort to crystallize the law who live in societies into positive law. Indonesian criminal law reform through the development direction of the criminal law is directed to the re-orientation of the main ideas, basic ideas, or the value of socio-philosophical, socio-cultural and socio-political in accordance with the wishes of the people of Indonesia is reflected in the Pancasila. Criminal law reforms that address the substance of the re-orientation of the Indonesian criminal justice can be done through the criminalization of acts by communities as being evil deed but does not currently classified as a criminal offense. Then criminalization derived from customary law must be followed by the customary accompanying sanctions in criminalizing acts to keep the existence of customary law is to maintain a balance.

Abstract

A large number of cross-cutting issues in the financial services sector, such as measures of ethical risk, adequate protection of consumers of financial services, and financial stability of the financial services sector, make financial service sector oversight authorities increasingly needed. Therefore, this study aims to describe the regulatory arrangements for the presence of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) which has a regulatory and supervisory function for financial services, then this study aims to describe the FSA's work governance policies in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a normative legal research method with a conceptual approach and legislation approach. This study shows the presence of FSA is one of Indonesia's needs in terms of the formation of regulators for the financial services sector, including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, securities, venture capital and finance companies, and other public companies and their supervision. The legal basis for the implementation of the FSA is Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority which was promulgated on November 22, 2011. FSA as a public sector institution must implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is a fundamental component of FSA's ability to run its function in the long run. GCG is a measure of OJK's performance, which includes 4 parts namely Governance Principles, Governance Structure, Governance Process, and Governance Outcome. Then the Governance Principles are transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness.Banyaknya masalah lintas sektoral di sektor jasa keuangan, seperti ukuran risiko etika, perlindungan yang memadai terhadap konsumen jasa keuangan, dan stabilitas keuangan sektor jasa keuangan, membuat otoritas pengawasan sektor jasa keuangan semakin dibutuhkan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kabijakan pengaturan hadirnya Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) yang memiliki fungsi pengaturan serta pengawasan terhdap jasa keuangan, kemudian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kebijakan tata kelola kerja OJK di Indonesia.  Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum normative dengan pendekatan konseptual serta pendekatan perundang-undangan. Penelitian ini menunjukan hadirnya OJK merupakan salah satu kebutuhan Indonesia dalamhal pembentukan regulator untuk sektor jasa keuangan, termasuk bank, perusahaan asuransi, dana pensiun, sekuritas, modal ventura dan perusahaan pembiayaan, dan perusahaan publik lainnya serta pengawasannya. Dasar hukum penyelenggaraan OJK adalah Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2011 tentang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan yang diundangkan pada tanggal 22 November 2011. OJK sebagai lembaga sektor publik, dalam tata kelolanya harus menerapkan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang merupakan komponen mendasar dari kemampuan OJK untuk menjalankan fungsinya dalam jangka panjang. GCG adalah ukuran kinerja OJK, yang mencakup 4 bagian yaitu Governanve Principles, Governance Structure, Governance Process, dan Governance Outcome. Kemudain Governanve Principles transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, kemandirian, dan kesetaraan atau kewajaran.

Abstract

AbstrakKualitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) perlu terus ditingkatkan karena PAI adalah mata pelajaran yang berorientasi pada pembentukan akhlak peserta didik khususnya sikap spiritual dan sosial. Salah satu hal yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkannya adalah media pembelajaran. Guru PAI dituntut untuk menggunakan dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran untuk membantunya dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Media amat penting dalam mengantar dan memudahkan peserta didik untuk memahami materi-materi PAI yang kompleks, apalagi materi pembelajaran yang terkait dengan hal-hal transenden. Pengawas PAI harus pula berperan aktif dalam efektivitas penggunaan dan pengembangan media pembelajaran PAI. Peran pengawas bisa diwujudkan dengan mengoptimalkan supervisi akademik, menjadi motivator untuk menggerakkan guru PAI dalam mengembangkan media, menjadi peneliti untuk melakukan pengembangan-pengembangan media, menjadi penilai untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran, menjadi konsultan untuk membantu menagtasi masalah yang dihadapi guru, menjadi sumber inspirasi agar guru terinspirasi dari peran serta pengawas, dan menjadi pelopor perubahan untuk melakukan kreasi dan inovasi pembelajaran.AbstractThe quality of learning Islamic Education (PAI) needs to be improved because PAI is a subject oriented to the moral formation of students, especially spiritual and social attitudes. One of the things that has an effect on improving it is learning media. PAI teachers are required to use and develop learning media to assist them in implementing learning. The media is very important in delivering and facilitating students to understand complex PAI materials, especially learning materials related to transcendent things. PAI supervisors must also play an active role in the effectiveness of the use and development of PAI learning media. The role of supervisors can be realized by optimizing academic supervision, becoming a motivator to move PAI teachers in developing media, becoming researchers to carry out media developments, becoming an evaluator to evaluate the implementation of learning, becoming a consultant to help address problems faced by teachers, becoming a source of inspiration for teachers inspired by supervisory roles, and became a pioneer of change to make learning creations and innovations.

This paper discusses the relationship between education and law in the welfare of humans. So, the discussion is related to the educational situation that should be applied as well as the law that is appropriately enforced, not only many rules, but the rules are not enforced. All teachers must understand and understand that the concept or method of education is very different now. The point is we must understand, practice with the present context. Likewise, the law must be applied in the context of the present. In everyday life, humans must walk, not stop, turn to the left and to the right, sometimes backward, but must continue to advance in achieving what he wants by paying attention to the situation around one of them is to pay attention to those related to education and law. Both epistemologically, axiologically and ontologically. what I mean here is what is the definition of education and also law? What is the basis of the importance of education and law? And c. Abstract

The draft local regulation (ranperda) compiled at the planning stage needs to be disseminated as a form of openness so as to open the door for community participation, especially strategic regional regulations such as APBD. This paper tries to describe qualitatively through a statutory approach to the problem of spreading the regional budget. Based on a number of samples of the practice of disseminating local regulations and regional regulations in several provices/regencies/cities in Indonesia, there are differences in meditations but are still relatively in accordance with statutory provisions. However, the spread was more when the local regulation was stipulated. As for the planning stage there is no clear picture. This is cause by the indecisiveness of the laws and regulations related to the dissemination of draft regulations, especially strategic regulations such as the regional budget.Rancangan peraturan daerah (ranperda) yang disusun pada tahap perencanaan perlu untuk disebarluaskan sebagai bentuk keterbukaan sehingga membuka pintu partisipasi masyarakat utamanya perda strategis seperti APBD. Tulisan ini mencoba mendeskripsikan secara kualitatif melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan (statutory approach) terhadap permasalahan penyebarluasan ranperda APBD. Berdasarkan beberapa sampel praktik penyebarluasan perda dan ranperda di beberapa daerah provinsi/kabupaten/kota di Indonesia terdapat perbedaan medote tetapi relatif masih sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan. Akan tetapi, penyebarluasaannya lebih pada saat perda telah ditetapkan. Adapun pada tahap perencanaan tidak terdapat gambaran yang jelas. Hal ini disebabkan oleh ketidaktegasan aturan perundang-undangan terkait penyebarluasan rancangan perda khususnya perda strategis seperti APBD.

Abstract

The study of the Koran surah An-Najm verses 5-11 suggests that the Angel Gabriel functions as the subject of the hearing, because he delivered and taught revelations to Muhammad. As an educational subject, he has excellent physical and spiritual strength and brilliant intelligence, broad scientific insight and strong memorization, so there is no doubt that what was conveyed from Allah to Muhammad there were changes, errors or mistakes. In addition to Gabriel has qualified scientific integrity, also has a strong personality, so anyone who functions as an educational subject should set an example in carrying out this noble task. One of them is humble attitude or tawadhu '. This can be seen when Gabriel is in a distant position that is the place where the sun rises, but Muhammad was able to see it, meaning that in such a position communication can occur between the two, but with his attitude of devotion, he approached Muhammad. as an object of education at that time, until the distance between the two was limited to two arrows, then Gabriel delivered or taught revelations to the Muhmmad. as it should be said or taught.Kajian al-Qur’an surah An-Najm ayat 5 – 11 mengisyaratkan bahwa Malaikat Jibril berfungsi sebagai subjek pendidilan, karena beliau yang menyampaikan dan mengajarkan wahyu kepada Muhammad saw. Sebagai subjek pendidikan beliau memiliki kekuatan fisik dan rohani yang prima dan kecerdasan akal yang cemerlang, wawasan keilmuan yang luas serta kuat hapalannya, sehingga tidak ada keraguang bahwa apa yang disampaikan dari Allah kepada Muhammad terdapat perubahan, kekeliruan atau kesalahan. Selain Jibril memiliki integritas keilmuan yang mumpuni, juga memiliki kepribadian yang mantap, sehingga siapapun yang berfungsi sebagai subjek pendidikan seharusnya menjadikan contoh dalam melaksankan tugas yang mulia itu. Salah satu dianta adalah sikap rendah hati atau tawadhu’. Hal ini terlihat ketika Jibril berada pada posisi yang jauh yakni tempat terbitnya matahari, namun Muhammad sudah bisa melihatnya, dalam arti pada posisi seperti itu sudah bisa terjadi komunikasi antara keduanya, tetapi dengan sikap ketawadhuannya, beliau mendekati Muhammad saw. sebagai objek pendidikan ketika itu, sampai jarak antara keduanya hanya sebatas dua busur anak panah, baru Jibril menyampaikan atau megajarkan wahyu kepada Muhmmad saw. sebagaimana yang seharusnya disampaikan atau diajarkan.

Abstract

AbstrakHukum pidana yang berlaku saat ini sejatinya sudah usang dan seharusnya diperbaharui untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman, kendati demikian formulasi hukum pidana warisan kolonial hanya mementingkan aspek individual padahal hukum seyogianya memperhatikan aspek individual dan sosial. Hukum islam sebagai salah satu sistem hukum yang ada di dunia juga diakui dan berlaku di Indonesia bukan merupakan hal yang baru, berbagai aspek yang diatur dalam hukum islam sebenarnya mampu menjawab berbagai keresahan dalam praktik berhukum selama ini yang masih menggunakan hukum pidana warisan belanda. eksistensi hukum islam di Indonesia bukan hanya disebabkan oleh faktor sejarah melainkan masyarakat yang telah mendiami wilayah Nusantara telah memperaktikan nilai-nilai hukum islam sejak zaman kerajaan, sehingga masyarakat Indonesia yang beradab menolak segala bentuk perbuatan yang menyimpang dari norma agama, moral, sosial dan hukum. Namum praktik hukum islam pada masa penjajahan tidak dapat diberlakukan karena kaidah politik hukum menghendaki rezim politik mempengaruhi jenis hukum yang diberlakukan. Sejak berlakuknya hukum pidana kolonial hingga sekarang banyak menimbulkan persoalan-persoalan dalam masyarakat, seperti kumpul kebo, penistaan agama, perjudian dan minuman keras. Internalisasi hukum islam dalam pembaharuan hukum pidana sejalan dengan hukum kebiasaan dan hukum adat yang tidak memperbolehkan setiap perbuatan yang melanggar hukum kebiasaan dan hukum adat dalam suatu masyarakat seperti dalam budaya bugis siri’ yang tidak memperbolehkan membawa lari anak gadis orang begitupun di hukum adat kajang yang tidak memperbolehkan perempuan dan laki-laki berboncengan atau berdua-duan, di Aceh bahkan telah membuat aturan setingkat daerah tentang larangan seorang wanita dan laki-laki berdua-duan. Internalisasi nilai tersebut mengharuskan setiap formulasi hukum yang ingin dimasukan dalam RKUHP menggali saripati hukum islam yang berasal dari al-Qur’an, Sunnah dan Qiyas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif analitis dengan pendekatan yuridis normative yang mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan persoalan tersebut dan dipadukan bahan-bahan hukum kepustakaan yang dapat menjelaskan fungsi hukum islam dalam memecahkan persolan hukum di Indonesia.AbstractThe current criminal law is in fact absoluete and should be renewed to keep pace with the times, not the formulation yet of the criminal law of the colonial inheritance is concerned only with the individual aspect whereas the law should pay attention to individual and social aspect. Islamic law as one of the existing legal system in the world is also recognized and applicable in Indonesia is not a new thing, the various aspects regulated in Islamic law is actually able to answer the various unrest in the practice of punishment so far that still use the dutch criminal law inheritance. The existence of islamic law in Indonesia is not only due to historical factors but the people who have inhabited the archipelago has been devoted to the values of Islamic law since the time of the kingdom, so that civilized Indonesian society reject all forms of acts deviating from religious, moral, social and legal norms. However, the practice of Islamic law in the colonial period can not be enforced because the political rule of law requires the political regime to influence the type of law imposed. Since the passage of colonial criminal law until now many cause problems in society, such as congregation kebo, blasphemy, gambling and liquor. The internalization of Islamic law in the renewal of the penal law is in line with customary law and customary law which does not allow any act that violates customary law and customary law in a society as in the siri 's bugis culture which does not permit the carrying of child girls as in customary kajang law allowing women and men to rally or to be together, even in Aceh have even made regional-level rules about the prohibition of a woman and a man on a budget. Internalization of these values requires that every formulation of law to be included in the draft penal code unearth the essence of Islamic law derived from the Qur'an, Sunnah and Qiyas.
