Abstract

Madrasah supervisors who have the task of developing managerial education are expected to be able to play an active role in improving the managerial competence of the madrasa head. Madrasah supervisors are required to be active, creative, and innovative in applying and developing managerial supervision of education methods, namely monitoring and evaluation methods, reflection and Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Delphi, and workshops. Through this guidance, the headmaster will share, add insight, and consult with the madrasa supervisor so that in the end there will be an increase in managerial competence in education. The results of coaching by supervisors will be followed up by the madrasa head in managing the madrasa, and followed up by the madrasah supervisor in planning the next coaching, and followed up by the government in preparing the Shopping Professional Development program (PKB) for madrasah supervisors.

Abstract

Environmental damage is basically the state of the ecosystem is not in a normal state. Environmental problems arise due to human activities use the environment without regard to sustainability. If there is a disregard for the preservation of the environment, then people will feel the impact, both directly and indirectly. Madrasah as one of the first container and a major in the formation of man of faith and character, should support the Government in implementing education learning population and environment (PKLH). Therefore, in the learning environment needs to be designed such that students can learn the population and the environment in a relaxed, happy, and meaningful, so learning it is fun not a burden. PKLH correspond to the learning objectives, then the effective learning should use a variety of approaches that can be fun and attract the attention of students like Joyful Learning approach

Abstract

Mathematical learning based on logical-mathematical intelligence is a type of intelligence that comes in contact with mathematical learning characteristics that are identical with logical-mathematical analysis. This type of intelligence has the opportunity to serve as a stimulus in constructing active, innovative, creative, effective, and fun learning. In order to make the active, innovative, creative, effective, and fun learning constructs be maximized, game, singing, quiz and so on need to be applied with reference to logical-mathematical intelligence as stimulus.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada materi faktorisasi suku aljabar siswa kelas VIII. Prosedur pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran mengacu pada model pengembangan Four - D yang terdiri dari 4 fase, yaitu: (1) Pendefinisian (Define), (2) Perencanaan (Design), (3) Pengembangan (Develop), (4) Penyebaran (Disseminate) namun ini tidak dilaksanakan. Subjek Penelitian siswa kelas VIII MTs N Sumber Bungur Pamekasan. Perangkat yang dikembangkan RPP, LKS, dan THB telah divalidasi dan diperoleh hasil dengan kategori baik, sedangkan setiap butir soal THB yang disusun telah memenuhi kriteria valid dengan nilai 0,4, reliabel dengan nilai 0,511 dan nilai sensitifitas setiap butir soal ≥ 0,342, dan THB digunakan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Berdasarkan data yang yang diperoleh, hasil nilai observasi kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran sebesar 3,6 pada pertemuan pertama, 4 pada pertemuan kedua, 3,8 pada pertemuan ketiga, dan 4 pada pertemuan keempat. Nilai tersebut masuk dalam kategori baik. Aktivitas siswa pada setiap pertemuan tergolong dalam kategori efektif. Respons siswa positif yang diketahui dari jumlah siswa yang memberikan respons positif ≥80% untuk setiap aspek. Ketuntasan belajar klasikal telah tercapai karena  80% siswa dalam kelas mendapatkan nilai lebih dari KKM yang telah ditentukan yaitu 75. Dari analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan peningkatan (gain) motivasi belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, diperoleh skor peningkatan (gain) motivasi belajar untuk kelompok eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol yaitu 0,41 (kategori sedang) pada kelas eksperimen dan 0,18 (kategori rendah) pada kelas kontrol. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD lebih baik dari pembelajaran konvensional.AbstractThis study is aimed to produce STAD type cooperative learning set to increase learning motivation on algebra term factorization material for eighth grade students. The procedure of learning set development refers to four-D development model that consist of four phases, those are: (1) Definition, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Dissemination, yet, it is not be done. Subject of the study are eighth grade students of MTs N Sumber Bungur Pamekasan. Learning sets to be developed are lesson plans (RPP), Students’ work sheets (LKS), learning outcome test (THB) which have been validated and obtained result with good category, whereas every learning outcome test (THB) question items arranged have fulfilled valid category with value 0.4, reliable with value 0.511 and sensitivity value in every question items ≥ 0.342 learning outcome test (THB) used to know the effectiveness of STAD type cooperative learning.Based on obtained data, observation value results of teacher’s ability to manage learning is 3.6 on the first meeting, 4 on the second meeting, 3.8 on the third meeting, ad 4 on the fourth meeting. The results included on good category. Students’ activities on every meeting are classified on effective category. Students’ responses are positive known from number of students who give positive response ≥ 80 % for every aspect. Classical learning completeness has been achieved because ≥ 80 % of students in the class get score more than minimal completeness criteria (KKM) that have set (75). From descriptive analysis that had been done to know the ratio of the increasing of students’ learning motivation before and after treatment between experiment class and control class, obtained increasing score for learning motivation on experiment group is bigger than class control: 0.41 (medium category) on experiment class and 0.18 (low category) on control class. It shows that STAD type cooperative learning is better than conventional learning. Questionnaire responses of students in the first cycle there were 15 items with an overall percentage of 77.36% and in the second cycle 81.53%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning styles of students at the IAIN Bone Sharia Economics Study Program and to determine the relationship between learning styles with student learning outcomes at the IAIN Bone Sharia Economics Study Program. This research is a field research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 2017 students of Islamic Economics Study Program totaling 144 students, the sampling technique used was the total sampling method that is all subjects who were students of 2017 Islamic Economics Study Program Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business IAIN BONE. The instrument used was a scale of learning styles, the data collected were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with percentages, and Product Moment Correlation. The results of research on the relationship between learning styles with student learning outcomes in the IAIN Bone Sharia Economics Study Program, namely students of the fourth semester of Islamic Economics Study Program have different learning styles, namely Visual learning styles of 83 students or 57.6%, audio learning styles of 21 students or 14.6%, while kinesthetic learning styles are 40 students or 27.8%, and there is a positive and significant relationship between learning styles with student learning outcomes in the IAIN Bone Sharia Economics Study Program, the correlation coefficient of learning styles to learning outcomes is 0 , 43 and in the medium category.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya belajar mahasiswa pada Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah IAIN Bone dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar Mahasiswa pada Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah IAIN Bone. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa prodi ekonomi syariah angkatan 2017 yang berjumlah 144 mahasiswa, Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu metode total sampling yaitu semua subyek yang merupakan mahasiswa prodi ekonomi syariah angkatan 2017 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN BONE. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala gaya belajar, data yang dikumpulkan dianalisisi menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase, dan Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian mengenai hubungan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah IAIN Bone, yaitu mahasiswa Prodi Ekonomi Syariah semester IV memiliki gaya belajar yang berbeda-beda, yaitu Gaya belajar Visual sebanyak 83  mahasiswa atau 57.6%, gaya belajar audio sebanyak 21 mahasiswa atau 14,6%, sedangkan gaya belajar kinestetik sebanyak 40 mahasiswa atau 27,8%, dan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah IAIN Bone, koefisien korelasi gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 0,43 dan masuk dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat pada Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ma’arif Bilae Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat, faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat penerapan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat pada Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ma’arif Bilae kabupaten Bone serta solusinya. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengolahan data melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat hanya sebatas pada penyediaan saran dan prasaran. Faktor yang menjadi pendukung pada pendidikan berbasis masyarakat Madrasah Aliyah Bilae kabupaten Bone yaitu masyarakat, pemerintah serta sarana dan prasaran karena masyarakat merasa memiliki madrasah tersebut sehingga dengan sukarela menyediakan sarana dan prasarana serta dukungan dari pemerintah. Faktor yang menjadi penghambat adalah belum maksimalnya perencanaan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat serta kurangnya anggaran dalam proses pengelolaannya. Sehingga dibutuhkan perencanaan yang matang dalam proses pendidikan serta sumber anggarannya tidak berpusat pada bantuan pemerintah akan tetapi adanya keterlibatan masyarakat.AbstractThis study aims to determine the application of community-based education at Al-Ma'arif Aliyah Madrasah Bilae Bone Regency. This study discusses the application of community-based education, the factors that become supporters and inhibitors of the application of community-based education to the Aliyah Al-Ma'arif Madrasah in Bone district and the solution. Methods of data collection are observation, interview and documentation study. The collected data is then processed with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Processing data through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that community involvement is only limited to providing advice and infrastructure. Factors that become supporters of community-based education Aliyah Madrasah If Bone regency is the community, the government and facilities and infrastructure because the community feels that they have the madrasa so that they voluntarily provide facilities and infrastructure and support from the government. The factor that becomes an obstacle is not yet the maximum community-based education planning and lack of budget in the management process. So that careful planning is needed in the education process and the source of the budget is not centered on government assistance but the involvement of the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine professional competency instrument validity on the assessment of teacher work performance based on the analysis of Aiken's V and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The assessment of teacher work performance is the assessment of work result achieved by a teacher in organizational units in accordance with work goals and teacher work attitude. The type of this research is a quantitative descriptive where the researcher collect the data/information as much as possible about teacher work performance through teacher professional competency. The data that have been collected are used to set the assessment of teacher work performance instrument in terms of professional competency. Data collection techniques in this research used test instrument. Data analysis techniques in this research through:1) the research of expert judgment that is considered capable by paying attention to material, construction, language used in the item and then continued using the Aiken's V formula; 2) factor analysis that serves to summarize or reduce observation variables become new dimensions that present the main variable (factor). The conclusions in this research, namely: 1) the results of testing the validity of Aiken's V content of 0.75 in the professional competence instrument, this indicates that the instrument can be used because it has been fulfilled substantially, construction, and language aspects; 2) the validity test result by confirmatory factor analysis shows that the 16 items on professional competency can be used to assess teacher work performance.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas instrumen kompetensi profesional pada penilaian prestasi kerja guru berdasarkan analisis Aiken’s V dan confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Penilaian prestasi kerja guru merupakan penilaian hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh seorang guru pada satuan organisasi sesuai dengan sasaran kerja dan perilaku kerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuntitatif dimana peneliti menggali dan mengumpulkan data/informasi sebanyak-banyaknya tentang prestasi kerja guru melalui kompetensi profesional guru. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya digunakan untuk menyusun instrumen penilaian prestasi kerja guru ditinjau dari kompetensi profesional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini melalui: 1) telaah expert judgment yang dianggap mampu dengan memperhatikan: materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa yang digunakan dalam butir soal dan selanjunya diteruskan menggunakan formula Aiken’s V dan 2) analisis faktor yang berfungsi untuk meringkas atau mereduksi variabel-variabel pengamatan menjadi bentuk dimensi baru yang mempresentasikan variabel utama (faktor). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) hasil pengujian validitas isi Aiken’s V sebesar 0.75 pada intrumen kompetensi profesional, hal ini menunjukkan instrumen dapat digunakan karena telah terpenuhi secara subtansial, kontruksi, dan aspek bahasanya dan 2) hasil pengujian validitas secara analisis confirmatory factor analysis menunjukkan bahwa ke 16 butir pada kompetensi profesional dapat digunakan untuk menilai prestasi kerja guru.

Abstract

AbstrakBimbingan dan konseling Islami merupakan kegiatan proses bantuan yang diberikan kepada individu dalam memahami dirinya sendiri untuk menjalani tahap perkembangan menjadi manusia seutuhnya sebagaimana potensi yang dimilikinya sesuai petunjuk Allah dan sunnah Rasul. Terlihat sangat jelas bahwa bimbingan dan konseling Islami adalah proses bimbingan dan konseling yang berorientasi pada ketentraman, ketenangan hidup manusia di dunia dan di akhirat. Pencapaian rasa tentram (sakinah) itu tercapai melalui upaya pendekatan diri kepada Allah untuk memperoleh perlindungan-Nya. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa bimbingan dan konseling Islami mengandung aspek spiritual dan dimensi material. Salah satu tantangan di era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah kemajuan teknologi terutama TIK dengan munculnya smartphone. Kemajuan teknologi ini di satu sisi membantu dalam dunia pendidikan misalnya memudahkan siswa dan guru mendapatkan referensi pembelajaran dan penggunaan aplikasi ujian berbasis internet. Namun disisi lain tak dapat dipungkiri banyaknya pelajar mulai dari jenjang SD bahkan sampai jenjang perguruan tinggi mengalami kecanduan bermain game online. Permasalahan mengakses internet yang tidak terkendali pada diri remaja dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya karena perkembangan remaja yang masih labil, ketidakmampuan mengendalikan kecanduan bermain game online menyebabkan siswa malas belajar sehingga prestasi akademik dan kualitas kesehatannya menurun. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut sangat dibutuhkan peran bimbingan konseling Islami. Bimbingan konseling Islami dengan metode yang bersumber dari al-Qur’an dan sunnah Rasulullah SAW seperti keteladanan Rasulullah SAW (modeling), conditioning, tazkiyatun nufus (penyucian jiwa) dan tazkiyatun nuqud (penyucian pendapatan/ibadah sosial) dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi kecanduan game online.AbstractIslamic guidance and counseling is an aid process activity that is given to individuals in understanding themselves to undergo the stage of development to become fully human as they have the potential according to Allah's instructions and the Sunnah of the Prophet. It is very clear that Islamic guidance and counseling is a process of guidance and counseling that is oriented to peace, the tranquility of human life in the world and in the hereafter. The attainment of peace (sakinah) is achieved through an effort to approach oneself to Allah to obtain His protection. Thus, it can be said that Islamic guidance and counseling contains spiritual aspects and material dimensions. One of the challenges in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 is the technological advances especially ICT with the advent of smartphones. The progress of this technology on the one hand helps in the world of education for example facilitating students and teachers to get reference to learning and the use of internet-based exam applications. But on the other hand, it cannot be denied that the number of students starting from elementary school even to college level is addicted to playing online games. The problem of uncontrolled access to the internet in adolescents is influenced by several factors, including because of the development of adolescents who are still unstable, the inability to control addiction to playing online games causes students to be lazy to learn so academic achievement and quality of health decreases. To overcome this, the role of Islamic counseling is urgently needed. Islamic counseling guidance with methods derived from the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, such as the example of the Prophet Muhammad (modeling), conditioning, tazkiyatun nufus (purification of the soul) and tazkiyatun nuqud (purification of income / social worship) can be a solution to overcome game addiction on line.

Abstract

Technology-based financial services are an age-old innovation that simplifies processes and makes it easy. The new development is in line with the emergence of new crimes which actually disturb society. The formula of Islamic law sourced from revelation both textually, meaningfully and spirit is used as a media to mitigate the rampant damage. Normalization of bad conditions can only be realized by ensuring the actualization of zari'ah reason which is loaded with optimizing benefits or maximizing benefits. This paper intends to make zar'iah reasoning as a scalpel and initially normative analysis becomes actual in the public sphere because with the existence of zari'ah reasoning so that several cases including the rise of illegal fintechs are dissected, analyzed, reconstructed and minimized so that conditions can be conducive or crime can be minimized. The ideality of zari'ah in the formula for extracting Islamic law which has been formulated by the salaf cleric is considered still relevant to the times that are always laden with dynamics and change. Reason zari'ah with its two variants, sadd (closing, blocking) and fathu al zariah (opening the media, be careful) in this paper gives an assessment that sadd al zari'ah is prioritized over fathu al zari'ah. New developments always lead to new crime so that other supporting media are needed to eliminate or minimize crime from the rise of illegal finteches which ensnare victims and boost unilateral profits rather than encouraging community independence.Jasa keuangan berbasis teknologi adalah inovasi zaman yang menyederhanakan proses dan memudahkan. Perkembangan yang baru seiring dengan munculnya kejahatan baru yang justru meresahkan masyarakat. Formula hukum Islam yang bersumber dari wahyu baik secara tekstual, maknawiyah dan spirit dijadikan media untuk memitigasi maraknya kerusakan. Normalisasi keadaan buruk hanya bisa direalisasikan dengan memasifkan aktualisasi nalar zari’ah yang sarat dengan mengoptimalkan maslahat atau memaksimalkan maslahat. Tulisan ini bermaksud menjadikan nalar zar’iah sebagai pisau bedah dan analisis yang awalnya normatif menjadi aktual di ranah publik sebab dengan adanya nalar zari’ah inilah sehingga beberapa perkara termasuk maraknya fintech ilegal dibedah, ditelaah, direkonstruksi dan diminimalisir supaya keadaan menjadi kondusif atau kejahatan dapat terminimalisir. Idealitas nalar zari’ah dalam formula penggalian hukum Islam yang telah dirumuskan ulama salaf dinilai masih relevan dengan perkembangan zaman yang selalu sarat dengan dinamika dan perubahan. Nalar zari’ah dengan dua variannya, sadd (menutup, menghalangi) dan fathu al zariah (membuka media, wasilah) dalam tulisan ini memberikan penilaian bahwa sadd al zari’ah lebih diprioritaskan daripada fathu al zari’ah. Perkembangan baru selalu memunculkan aksi kejahatan baru sehingga diperlukan media pendukung lainnya untuk menghilangkan atau meminimalisir tindakan kejahatan dari maraknya fintech ilegal yang menjerat banyaknya korban dan mendongkrak keuntungan sepihak daripada mendorong kemandirian masyarakat.

Abstract

AbstrakMatematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang dipelajari hampir ditiap jenjang pendidikan. Namun fakta yang terjadi di lapangan masih banyak siswa cenderung menganggap matematika sebagai pelajaran yang membosankan dan menakutkan karena penuh dengan angka dan rumus. Untuk itu pembelajaran matematika dilakukan dengan memperhatikan konsep akan menjadikan siswa belajar bermakna (meaningful learning). Konsep yang dipelajari disesuaikan dengan alur belajar yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Alur belajar atau hypothetical learning trajectory sendiri terdiri atas tiga aspek yaitu: (1) tujuan pembelajaran, (2) aktivitas belajar, (3) hipotesis belajar. Hipotesis belajar diperlukan guru guna mendesain pembelajaran yang akan sesuai dengan pola pemikiran siswa di kelas sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa.AbstractMathematics was a subject that was studied in almost every level of education. But the facts that occur in the field are still many students tend to think of mathematics as a boring and scary lesson because it was full of numbers and formulas. For that mathematics learning was done by paying attention to the concept will make students learn meaningfully. The concepts learned were tailored to the learning flow that was owned by students. The learning flow or hypothetical learning trajectory itself consists of three aspects, i.e. (1) learning objectives, (2) learning activities, and (3) learning hypotheses. The learning hypothesis was needed by the teacher to design learning that would suit the thinking patterns of students in the class according to the characteristics of students.
