Softgel capsule is a capsule with soft shell texture and is used for fluid or semi-solid medicine substance. Research about softgel capsule in Politeknik Negeri Bandung uses a preparation device to mix the soft capsule shell ingredients. In its operation, this machine has several problems: ineffective method of loading and unloading of materials, unsuitable power for the mixing motor and heating element, and the control system still needs to be improved. Based on these problems, it is neccesary to reverse engineer the preparation device to get better design results so that the device can be operated more effectively. This study consists of three stages: planning, concept generation, and concept evaluation. At the planning stage, data is collected and compiled using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method to support the creation of requirement lists. In concept generation stage a design concept was created using the Pahl & Beitz method which was then evaluated using the Pugh weighting method until the final concept was obtained. There are three subfunctions: (1) lifting mechanism, (2) control system, and (3) unloading mechanism. The results of this study are a design concept with rack & pinion lifting mechanism, electrical control system, and sliding valve unloading mechanism.

Complete animal feed, namely food given to livestock whose ingredients are made from processed agricultural waste. Animal feed for sheep varies, but what is good is feed made from a mixture of bran, dried kale stalks, corn buns, and dried green bean skins mixed together. Currently, there are still many breeders who use traditional methods for the process of mixing animal feed ingredients such as using human power. Based on these problems, cooperation was carried out with breeders in Sukawangi village in the framework of making a sheep feed mixer machine. The working process of the tool that is made will start from the rotation of the electric motor according to the rotation it has, then the result of this rotation of the electric motor will be accepted and reduced. The result of making a sheep feed mixer machine with a capacity of 100 kilograms which is made to have specifications (1180 x 702 x 544) mm using a wormgear motor drive system NMRV 050 0.75 HP, 3 phase, with a ratio of 1:20 from 1400 rpm motor rotation can run with a load of approximately 20 kilograms inserted with a time of 20 minutes starting from the feed ingredients that are added until the machine finishes mixing.

This research leads to monitor condition of cleanliness and suitability of clean water is very important to support human life daily. Clean water will make us feel safe and comfortable when using it. There are several particles and materials contained in water, even in the clean water category. Several parameters that are often measured as benchmarks for the level of water cleanliness include the acidity level of the water (pH level), the number of particles or substances in the form of organic and non-organic compounds in the water or often called TDS (Total Dissolve Solid) and the level of water turbidity or often called turbidity. In this research, monitoring will be carried out on water located on the coast, for example brackish water, on the levels of these three water parameters so that the water can be categorized as suitable for use at least for MCK (Bathing Washing Toilet) for people who use this water. In this research, a filter method was used to purify water using palm fiber, silica sand, zeolite stone and activated charcoal. Several test results carried out showed an increase in the acidity level of the water from 6.4 NTU to 6.78 NTU, a decrease in the level of impurities in the water or TDS from 1180 ppm to 1104 ppm and a decrease in the level of water turbidity or turbidity from 3.2 to 1.16. The test data shows that the filter can work quite well even though the decrease that occurs is not very significant, especially in the TDS level value and this value can be monitored well on the LCD or on the smartphone application.

Efforts to create vehicles that have high efficiency and do not produce polluting exhaust gases have become the subject of research that is increasingly being developed by various automotive industry companies. Coupled with the issue of climate change which has ultimately prompted various vehicle innovations to immediately reduce the use of petroleum fuel, making various advances in the automotive sector to find substitutes for fuel to drive engines such as electricity, hybrid systems, and most recently the use of fuel cells. The research was carried out at the Tangerang Science and Technology Research Center (Puspiptek) with the aim of analyzing, studying and designing a gas refueling system (hydrogen gas refueling station). The data collection technique was carried out using an experimental descriptive method by testing the variable temperature of sunlight on the electrical voltage produced. The research results show that the hydrogen gas filling system station has a more practical filling system for filling fuel for fuel cell vehicles compared to hydrogen cylinders in general. The relationship between the temperature variables of sunlight is directly proportional to the increase in electrical voltage in the battery. Variable sunlight temperature and electrical voltage influence the increase in pressure of the gas produced. However, the gas pressure storage system has been set so as not to exceed the maximum capacity. However, vehicle systems that use fuel cells to transmit power to the engine only emit water as the end result of the combustion process. Of course, with exhaust emissions that are only water, this will make a vehicle powered by hydrogen an environmentally friendly vehicle. Even though the application in the world automotive market of vehicles with fuel cells is still limited, further developments in vehicles with fuel cells will create updated solutions in reducing the high use of petroleum as a save the earth movement on the issue of climate change.

Silencer is a tool to reduce the intensity of sound that occurs. Many have developed natural fibre-reinforced composite materials as an alternative to silencers, as they are considered more environmentally friendly than synthetic fibres and relatively cheaper. Resam plants are found in the Bangka Belitung area so that the availability is quite abundant. The purpose of this research is to test the sound absorption coefficient of resam fibre with polyester matrix as an alternative material for soundproofing. Making specimens using the hand lay-up method and research design using the full factorial method. The process variables used were volume fraction of 5%:95%, 10%:90%, 15%:85% and NaOH soaking time of 60, 90, 120 minutes and testing frequency of 500 Hz and 1000Hz. Based on the test results, the highest sound absorption coefficient was obtained in the variation of volume fraction of 15%: 85% volume fraction variation and the immersion time of NaOH solution for 90 minutes at a frequency of 500 Hz was 0.375. While the lowest sound absorption coefficient value in the variation of 5% volume fraction: 95% and the immersion time of NaOH solution for 90 minutes at a frequency of 1000 Hz was 0.16. Based on ISO 11654, the results obtained from this study, resam fibre filler composites can be used as an alternative sound absorbing material because it has exceeded the minimum value of 0.15.

The corn grain chopping machine has been designed with a knife blade as a breaker. This designed machine will be used to process agricultural products. The machine design process begins with stages, namely data processing, drawing sketches, calculations, and drawing with solidwork. It is planned that the driving force for the corn seed chopper machine will be to use an electric motor with 4 HP power and 2800 Rpm rotation with specifications for length 890 mm, width 420 mm, height 757 mm. The capacity of the corn grain chopper machine is 213 kg/hour using a shaft made of ST-37 steel and a direct transmission system and the bearings used are 1 inch in size. The way this chopping machine works is by utilizing the rotation of the electric motor to rotate the blade as a breaker and relying on the machine's cutting speed of 2800 rpm which makes the work process fast. The resulting corn fragments come out of the output hole provided and then enter the container provided. The specifications of the design results are obtained in accordance with the original plan

The use of fiber composites derived from nature whose properties are no less than synthetic fibers and environmentally friendly has been widely studied. Closely natural gambas plants are found in Indonesia but are still little studied as composites. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of immersion of 3% and 5% NaOH liquids with fiber volume fractions of 20%, 30% and 40% within 2 hours soaking time on gambas fibers. Thes pecimen made uses the hand lay-up method combined with the full faktorial method with 2 factors and 3 levels in the first factor and then 2 levels in the second factor which is carried out 3 repetitions, so that 18 data are obtained. From the study, the highest test result impact strength value was 0.00493 J / mm2 at a volume fraction of 40% with immersion of 3% NaOH liquid. This means that the influence of the higher the fiber volume fraction, the better the composite impact strength. While the lowest result is found in the voume fraction of 20% with 3% NaOH, which is 0.00173 J / mm2. Based on previous research, the results of this impact test still cannot be used as a substitute for SNI helmet manufacturing materials which have an impact strength value of 0.00972 J / mm2.

Adhwa Beauty Care is a beauty clinic in Pangkalpinang that aims to address administrative complexity by developing an Online Consultation Information System using prototype development methods and the CodeIgniter 3 framework. This research aims to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of facial consultation and treatment reservations by reducing delays and potential errors. The system enables directed online consultations, providing appropriate answers and treatments while addressing clinic data management issues. The system's implementation assists Adhwa Beauty Care in improving operational efficiency, preventing miscommunication, and delivering more targeted services. This study contributes to the development of an online consultation system to support modern beauty clinics.

Composite is a type of material or new material made from engineering, consisting of two or more materials, composed of fiber as reinforcement and matrix as adhesive or fiber binder. Carbon fiber is a synthetic fiber that has a very thin size of around 0.1 mm which is very strong and light. This research aims to determine the effect of curing time and other parameters on the flexural strength of carbon fiber composites with Hollow Glass Microsphere (HGM) Filler. Data analysis uses Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The highest average bending test results were found in test 1 with parameters of fiber percentage of 30%, fiber length of 100 mm and curing time of 6 hours of 212 MPa. The lowest average test was in the 20th test, with parameters of fiber percentage of 10%, fiber length of 100 mm and curing time of 6 hours of 72.5 MPa. An increase in the curing time value will result in a decrease in flexural strength. Because the longer the caring time takes, the harder and more brittle the carbon fiber becomes. Another effect is that the fibers experience shrinkage and become smaller so that they form voids or small holes between the fibers and the matrix. A higher percentage of fiber influences the resulting bending strength to be stronger. Because the forces that resist during the testing process are more numerous andlarge. The effect of fiber length on flexural strength does not have a significant effect.

Currently, technological developments continue to develop rapidly so that more and more digitalization is used by people around the world to carry out activities in various aspects, one of which is village digitalization which is used for community service activities. The village used as the research object is Karya Makmur village which is located in Pemali District, Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Karya Makmur Village faces challenges in aligning population administration processes with developments in information technology. Implementation of a population administration service system that is integrated with online mail services, payment of village fees using QR-Code, and deadline reminders via WhatsApp Gateway are strategic solutions to improve service quality. In contrast to previous research which still focused on manual systems, this research offers an innovative digital approach to simplify the administrative service process at the village level. The method applied involves direct observation, interviews and literature studies to understand the population administration service system. The Prototyping Method is a method used as a systematic development method. The results of the evaluation of the population administration service system using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method show that this system can be considered feasible and effective for use with a success percentage reaching 95.38 percent. Thus, this population administration system makes the process of providing services to the community in Karya Makmur village more efficient.
