Abstract

One of the importance of environmental accounting for companies is the allocation of environmental costs, in this case the environmental costs presented in financial reports can show the real costs used in maintaining and managing the company's environment. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the classification and recognition of environmental costs due to waste management costs at Galaxy Waterpark, as well as to see the impact of environmental cost recognition on selling price calculations. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. The data in this research was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation compared with the classification theory of the environmental costs and Basic Framework for Presenting Financial Reports in SAK as well as the way companies use selling price calculations. Based on the research results, it can be seen that Galaxy Waterpark classification of environmental costs is not in accordance with Hansen and Mowen's theory, and the recording of environmental costs does not follow the Basic Framework for Presenting Financial Reports in SAK. This is evident from the presentation of environmental costs recorded in one space, namely expenditure costs in the profit and loss report (normative model). Recognition uses a cash-based method and does not apply recognition from Basic Framework for Presenting Financial Reports in SAK. To calculate ticket selling prices, we use the margin pricing formula, which indirectly involves operational cost components, which include environmental costs. So environmental costs are also a consideration in determining the selling price.

Abstract

The development of information technology, telecommunications and the internet has made business actors compete to create online or digital-based business applications. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Effect of Location, Fees and Service Features on Customer Satisfaction Using the fast pay Application. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents, namely customers who use services at fast pay Modern Stores. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling using the slovin formula. The results of the study show that: partially and simultaneously there is significant and significant influence of Location, Fees and Service Features on Customer Satisfaction in transactions using the fast pay application in Sei Pelancang village, Labuhan Batu Regency. The contributions to this study are: theoretically research can provide benefits and information as a basis for complementing customer satisfaction factors in using the fast pay application. In addition, this research can also be used as a reference to examine the influence of location, administrative costs and service features in order to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. In practice, this research can contribute to other applications in order to pay more attention to features, location and administrative costs.

Abstract

Palm Oil is an important commodity and has a strategic role in the Indonesian economy. Palm oil derivative products have a good prospect. The utilization of palm oil is widely used as a basic ingredient of medicines and healthcare industry. The previous research showed Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) index of palm oil Indonesia above 1. RCA> 1 indicates this product has competitiveness, but it’s still needs to be improved. This study analyzes the condition of macro environment that influences the development of palm oil derivative products. Politic, Economics, Social, and Technology (PEST) analysis can provide a broad picture of the influence of external factors that are important for palm oil. The PEST analysis results show that political, economic, and social impacts have a high impact on the palm oil industry, while technology has a moderate impact. The high impact of the economic and social conditions on macro environment are some great opportunities for further development. Seeing this, it is necessary to concentrate on one major segment and sharpen its as a strategy.

Abstract

Peran penting UMKM terhadap pertumbuhan usaha mandiri, inovasi, dan daya saing maka perlu pemikiran yang serius dalam menghadapi tantangan baik eksternal maupun internal dalam mencapai keberhasilan usaha. Tantangan tersebut salah satunya adalah faktor internal pelaku usaha yaitu sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran perilaku inovatif pelaku usaha sebagai variabel pemediasi pengaruh kebahagiaan pelaku usaha di tempat kerja terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Subyek dalam penelitian ini para pelaku usaha UMKM di Umbulhardjo Yogyakarta, pelaku usaha yang menjadi responden sebanyak 80 orang dengan metode purposive sampling dipilih dengan kriteria umur usaha minimal 3 bulan. Metode analisis mengggunakan Path Analysis dengan SmartPLS3. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kebahagiaan pelaku usaha di tempat kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif ;kebahagiaan ditempat kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha ; perilaku inovatif berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha; perilaku inovatif tidak signifikan memediasi pengaruh kebahagiaan kerja terhadap keberhasilan usaha, Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting khususnya bagi pelaku UMKM di Umbulharjo Yogyakarta yang selama ini sudah merasakan kebahagiaan tetapi belum mencapai keberhasilan usahanya maka tetap harus optimis membangun kebahagiaan dengan menanamkan jiwa inovatif dan bagi pemerintah lebih proaktif untuk merespon kebutuhan pelatihan pelaku usaha melalui dinas - dinas terkait .

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of reward, punishment and motivation on the performance of Shoppe food driver partners in Yogyakarta. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with 35 drivers as the population. The results showed that reward and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Shoppe Food drivers in Yogyakarta. Furthermore, the accumulation of all variables on the performance of Shoppe Food drivers showed positive and significant results. This research expects to be used as material for evaluating Shoppe Food management in managing the performance of Shoppe Food drivers in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh moderasi asas kemandirian pada persepsi profesi akuntan publik, motivasi, kecerdasan adversity, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk kuesioner. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari beberapa universitas di Yogyakarta yang mempunyai CPA Test Center yang bekerja sama dengan IAPI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode slovin untuk menentukan jumlah sampel minimal dan diperoleh jumlah minimal 330 sampel. Sedangkan, kuesioner yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 333 sampel. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan analisis regresi moderat (MRA) dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi profesi akuntan publik dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik, motivasi dan kecerdasan adversity tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Asas kemandirian memperkuat pengaruh motivasi dan kecerdasan adversity terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Asas kemandirian tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh persepsi profesi akuntan publik dan lingkungan kerja terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of: (1) to examine the effect of intellectual capital and GSCM on the performance of UMKM. (2) to examine the effect of GSCM as a mediating variable on the relationship between intellectual capital and MSME performance. The sample in this study is 95 wood craft UMKM in the Special Region of Yogyakarta that are registered in the Legality and Sustainability Information System (SILK), namely 143 UMKM. The quantitative method was tested using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research proved that the performance of wood craft UMKM registered in the Legality and Sustainability Information System (SILK) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is influenced by intellectual capital and green supply chain management. This study also found a mediating effect of green supply chain management on the relationship between MSME performance and MSME performance.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to examine the antecedents of brand love derived from the hedonic value of a product/service, consumer emotions, and brand attachment, and (2) to explore the role of consumer emotions, and brand attachment in strengthening the relationship between hedonic values and brand love. 155 respondents were collected in the current study using the purposive sampling method. The sample criteria in this study are consumers who consume regularly. By using the Smart-PLS module, the test requirements are met both validity, reliability, AVE, and Fornell-Lecker. The results of hypothesis testing show that hedonic value, consumer emotions, and brand attachment influence consumers' love for brands. Further, the current study also found that consumer emotion and brand attachment mediate the relationship between hedonic values and brand love. Therefore, business entities need to consider those constructs to build and maintain relationships between consumers and brands.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable and organizational commitment as a moderating variable in millennial employees at the Financial Services Authority Office. The population in this study were employees of the East Java Province Financial Services Authority generation Y (millennials) who were born in 198-1994. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the research show that Transformational Leadership Style has no significant effect on employee performance, Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Transformational Leadership Style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction showing significant positive results, Job satisfaction has a significant effect significantly positive towards employee performance, Job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on employee performance, Job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the influence of organizational culture on employee performance,Organizational commitment plays a moderating role in the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on employee performance. Organizational Commitment plays a moderating role in the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes employee work-life balance on exit intention mediated by job satisfaction of PT EPS Indonesia employees. Sampling consisted of 80 individuals, using the Slovin formula. The results show that maintaining a balance between personal and work life has a significant positive impact on the level of job satisfaction. The desire to leave a job is influenced by job satisfaction. If you have a good work-life balance, you may be happier with your job and less willing to quit. However, it does not significantly affect your desire to quit. Although some theories suggest work-life balance can increase job satisfaction and reduce resignation intention, there is inconsistency in explaining the mechanism of the relationship between these variables. This study fills the theoretical and empirical gap by analyzing the indirect effect of work-life balance on resignation intention through job satisfaction in the Indonesian corporate context. The research findings can enrich the HRM and organizational behavior literature and provide insights for companies in crafting work-life balance policies to increase job satisfaction and retain quality employees.
