Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of brand image, atmosphere, and price perception on customer satisfaction in relation to purchasing decisions. The research design employed is explanatory research through a quantitative approach. All customers who visited Starbucks Grand Pakuwon-Food Junction in 2023 were considered as the study population. Technical terms will be explained in full at the first use. A total of 100 respondents were selected through quota sampling method. The data collected was analysed using path analysis and validity and reliability testing. The study findings indicate that the variables of Brand Image, Atmosphere, and Decisions were categorized as good, while Price and Satisfaction variables were classified as good enough. Specifically, Brand image, atmosphere, and price positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions. Directly, brand image, atmosphere, price, and purchase decisions significantly and positively impact customer satisfaction. Indirectly, purchasing decisions can intervene a significant positive impact on brand image, atmosphere, price, and decisions on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of paylater services and financial literacy on the financial behavior of the millennial generation in the city of Yogyakarta. The research method uses quantitative methods by carrying out multiple linear regression between the variables of paylater services and financial literacy on financial behavior. The sample for this research was 399 respondents who were determined by accidental sampling. This research concludes that the variables of paylater services and financial literacy have a significant positive on financial behavior both partially and simultaneously. The R2 value shows 0,411 or 41,1%. This explains that the financial behavior variable can be explained by 41,1% by the paylater service and financial literacy variables. The implication the results of this research for the millennial generation are expected to be able to improve their financial behavior effectively and efficiently and be more responsible in managing finances.

Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the effect of product quality, price and E-WOM on Shopee consumer purchasing decisions partially. The research method applied is quantitative. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is calculated using the unknown population formula. The number of samples obtained was 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done with regression analysis using SPSS. 27. The results of the study prove that product quality (X1) partially has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) of Shopee consumers with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; price (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y) of shopee consumers with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and E-WOM (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) of shopee consumers with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results also prove that product quality, price and E-WOM are able to explain as much as 53% of the variability in shopee consumer purchasing decisions, while 47% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This study looks at the connections between worker motivation, work stress, and work ethics and the Tebo Branch of the Jambi Regional Development Bank. There are forty-five participants in this research sample. After surveys are used to gather the initial data, a regression analysis of the data is carried out. The job stress (X1) does not significantly affect work-related performance, according to the t-test results; the significance is approximately 0.494% (greater than 0.05) and the T-value is roughly -0.690 (less than 0.210). Similarly, a T-hit statistic of -0.275% (lower than 2.020) and a significance of 0.784% (greater than 0.05) suggest that workload (X2) had no discernible impact on caregiver performance. Abstract

Digital technology can have a significant impact on business development. The release issued by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) emphasized that business management needs to adopt and optimize the role of technology. However, many business actors have not integrated technology into their overall business activities. Some of the obstacles include limited knowledge, incompetent human resources, and insufficient financial capabilities. However, business actors who have integrated technology also encounter a range of challenges. Other problems include the effectiveness of digital-based management, the creation of publication content, and the ability to evaluate the strategies used. This study aims to investigate how business actors develop the strategies used. This study employs a qualitative research design. This study focuses on several Yogyakarta SMEs, including OliviaRu, Mahayeri, BoogieStore, Modest-Art, and YAD Blangkon. Among the added values of these businesses are their achievements in business management and their ability to increase sales value by 20% compared to the previous year. Additionally, the traffic generated by digital-based business activities attracts consumers to visit their social media pages. SOSTAC analysis serves as a useful reference and method. We selected this framework due to its conceptual nature, which enables the development of a comprehensive digital-based business management strategy. Through a combination of interview activities and application of concepts, this study produced findings on the implementation of digital-based business management strategies. This study shows that SOSTAC analysis and RACE planning can be one solution. The concept illustrates the strategies and tactics employed. The study's results underscore the need for business actors to undertake a range of steps, including conducting situational analysis, conducting SMART analysis, developing strategies, and refining them through the implementation of tactics.

Abstract

Ownership Structure is believed to be able to influence the course of the company which ultimately affects the company's performance in achieving the company's goals, namely maximizing the Company's value, this is due to the control it has (Jansen and Meckling, 1976). The company's concern for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance is one form of corporate responsibility in a sustainable business process. The purposive sampling method was used to select samples that met the criteria from 25 Plantation companies for the 2019-2023 period, 17 companies were obtained according to the criteria, so that the number of observation data was 85 observations. The SEM-PLS method was used for the analysis of this study. The results of the analysis show that financial slack moderates the relationship between ESG performance and Financial Performance with a negative coefficient, but does not moderate the relationship between Ownership Structure and Financial Performance. Therefore, the higher the financial slack, the lower the influence of ESG performance on the company's financial performance, and the lower the financial slack in the company, the stronger the influence of ESG performance on financial performance and for the future the company will continue to grow sustainably, and will increase the Company's Value.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) evaluate the potential regional income based on Locally Generated Revenue (PAD) in the Selayar Islands Regency, and (2) analyze effective strategies to increase regional financial capacity. The research employs two approaches, qualitative-descriptive and quantitative-descriptive (post-positivistic). The analysis incorporates both primary and secondary data. The research findings show that the potential of Locally Generated Revenue (PAD) of the Selayar Islands Regency is supported by abundant resources. However, the contribution of PAD remains small and is highly dependent on central government transfers. Although there has been some progress in optimizing local taxes, regional levies, and asset management, it has not yet met the expected targets. This study also found the need for more effective strategies to optimize PAD sources, such as utilizing technology for managing local taxes, revitalizing and managing levies in the service sector, and developing the tourism sector to strengthen the region's financial capacity sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan (1) mengetahui pengaruh Green Marketing terhadap kelestarian lingkungan pada wisatawan; (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Marketing terhadap perekonomian masyarakat pada wisatawan; (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kelestarian lingkungan terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di kawasan wisata; (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Marketing (Green Price, Green Promotion, dan Green Place) terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di kawasan wisata melalui lingkungan keberlanjutan sebagai variabel interferensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dengan kuantitatif mendekati. Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kawasan wisata di Yogyakarta. Menguji analisis menggunakan SEM dengan alat analisis Smart PLS. Green Price tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi kelestarian lingkungan, sedangkan green promotion dan green place secara langsung mempengaruhi kelestarian lingkungan. Green Price, Green Promotion, dan Green Place tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap perekonomian masyarakat, sedangkan kelestarian lingkungan berpengaruh langsung terhadap ekonomi masyarakat. Green Price tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi perekonomian masyarakat melalui kelestarian lingkungan promosi hijau dan tempat-Green Place secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi masyarakat. Ekonomi masyarakat melalui kelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh faktorinclusive leadership dan procedural justice dalammeningkatkan komitmen dalam industri ritelfashion di area Jabodetabek. Penelitian inimelibatkan dua variabel independen, satuvariabel mediasi, dan satu variabel dependenuntuk diteliti secara menyeluruh. Menggunakanmetodologi kuantitatif, pendekatan ini melibatkanproses pengumpulan dan analisis data dalambentuk numerik atau variabel yang dapat diukursecara objektif. Pendekatan pengambilan sampelyang diadopsi dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probabilitas. Jenis teknik pengambilan sampelyang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yang melibatkan pemilihan sampel berdasarkankriteria yang telah ditentukan yang melibatkan315 karyawan industri ritel fashion di area Jabodetabek melalui penyebaran kuesionerselama periode tertentu. Dalam hasil analisisdata, penelitian ini memilih untuk menggunakanteknik structural equation model melaluiperangkat lunak AMOS. Temuan penelitian inidengan tegas menunjukkan bahwa inclusive leadership dan procedural justice memberikanpengaruh terhadap organizational commitment melalui organizational trust. Adapun untukpengaruh langsung inclusive leadership dan procedural justice terhadap organizational commitment menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan amanyang meningkatkan rasa percaya terhadapindustri ritel fashion dapat meningkatkanpengaruh inclusive leadership dan procedural justice terhadap komitmen karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to test research with the theme of Financial Literacy methodologically and systematically. The methodology research results show that setting the number of samples. The sample technique chosen greatly determines the success of the research. Incorrect sampling produces suboptimal results and cannot be population-specific. The sample selection technique is random or not influenced by the time required to collect data and regulates the logical sample required by the researcher. For example, regional sampling. The research results are based on a systematic review of Scopus journal data; journals searched that meet the journal search requirements with the keywords Literacy, financial, and Young. Journal entry limits with the subject "Business Management and Accounting Journal", journals in English from 2015 to 2024.54 journals that meet the requirements.7 clusters related to the topic of Financial Literacy in young adults. The clusters are detailed as follows: Cluster 1 (5 Items) are bodega, convenience store, financial inclusion, informal business practices, informal female entrepreneurship; Cluster 2 (5 items): financial attitude, financial awareness, financial knowledge, first-year student, literature review; Cluster 3 (5 items) are attitude toward money, financial behavior, financial literacy, financial planning action, Seci Strategy; Cluster 4 (3 items) are Financial behavior, financial socialization, financial well-being; Cluster 5 (3 items) are Interest in business, Level of financial literacy, Questionaire; Cluster 6 (3 items)are Financial Educations, Financial Fragility, Student load debt; and Cluster 7 (2 items) are Commercial literacy and small business. Then the results of the VOS Viewer also show that the research on Financial Literacy will only be carried out in 2023, and in 2024, most research will be carried out on this theme.
