Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of learning drama texts in schools. The drama text is a story of human conflict in the form of dialogue that is expressed using conversation. The formulation of the problem of this research are 1) How is the scenario and implementation of learning to write drama texts in class VIII students using the example non example model assisted by caricature drawing media; 2) how the responses of teachers and students of class VIII by using a model example non example assisted by caricature drawing media; 3) what difficulties experienced by students of class VIII in completing the tasks of writing drama texts. The purpose of this research is to describe the three problem formulations. Researchers use descriptive qualitative methods that are methods with the aim of describing, explaining, and analyzing the problems contained in a study. The results obtained are changes between the scenario and implementation. But learning goes well, this is evidenced by the results of observations with a value of 81.57, meaning that it is classified as very good. Likewise the teacher's response with a percentage of 96.87% means that it is classified as very good. While the percentage of student responses of 81.87% means that it is classified as good. The test results obtained by students namely an average number of 79.38 have met the indicators of success. Then, for the difficulties experienced by students can be seen from the matter of knowledge about the analysis of dialogue in fragments of drama and about the skills of writing the rules of drama language.

Abstract

Learning to write poetry is generally considered a difficult thing for students to do. This difficulty is due to the lack of or low vocabulary of students in writing poetry, so that when writing poetry, many students have difficulty expressing ideas and completing their writing into a written poem. This research was conducted at SMA PLUS AR-RAUDHAH with 24 students as research subjects. The formulation of the problem faced in this study is how difficult are students in writing poetry? This study aims to answer the formulation of problems regarding students' difficulties in writing poetry, as well as to determine an increase in the initial and final test scores in learning to write poetry. This research method uses descriptive qualitative and uses data collection techniques in the form of skills tests. Based on the results of research during learning activities, it shows that writing poetry using a contextual approach has been effective for use in classroom learning by getting an average score on the initial test 58.3 and the final test score with an average score of 76.8. Thus the use of a contextual approach to learning to write poetry is effective for use in classroom learning which is able to experience an increase in student learning outcomes by obtaining a score above the KKM average in Indonesian subjects.

Abstract

To study the benefits of literary works must analyze frist, in analyzing must have a special knife assessment, one of them structrular studies. A short story made by the writer for the analysis material ini this study because it discusses its unique structure and gives the impression of assessing moral values. This analysis aims to (1) describe the relationship between the intrinsic elements of the short story “Lawsuit” by Supartika (2) describe the moral values in the story. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. With the step of collecting date (1) Reading the short story “Lawsuit” intensively (2) Analyzing the intrinsic unscored short story and describing it (3) Recording data in the form of text. Dialougue in accordance with the short story (4) The library method used in searching the literature (5) Analyzing moral values in the short story  “Lawasuit” and describe it. Form the results the analysis conducted in the shurt story “Lawsuit”by Supartika and describe it. From the result of the analysis conducted in the shurt story “Lawsuit” by Supartika has a link between elements and moral values that can be obtained by the reader.

Abstract

This study describes online learning to write review texts using themethod Student Teams Achievement Divisions. Online learning is a distance learning method that has a major and significant influence in the world of education, thus teachers must innovate the learning process. In learning to write students still have difficulty in developing ideas and using language. So the researchers provided innovations in the online learning process to write review texts using themethod Student Teams Achievement Divisions. The research aimed to describe the results of the performance ofstudents, research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sample in this study was class VIII F at SMPN 2 Cimahi, amounting to 29 students. The results of this study obtained 5 students got a high score and 25 students got a sufficient score with an average value of 83, it can be concluded that the use of themethod Student Teams Achievement Divisions suitable for use in online learning material to write the review text in class VIII F.

Abstract

Sastra adalah alat yang digunakan oleh pengarang dalam mengekspresikan buah pikirannya. Penulisan karya sastra akan menyenangkan apabila dipadukan dengan unsur intrinsik yang dapat menarik minat para pembaca dari berbagai kalangan, baik itu anak-anak, remaja, dewasa dan orang tua. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis unsur intrinsik novel. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan unsur intrinsik novel Rembulan Tenggelam Diwajahmu karya Tere-liye. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, bersumber dari novel Rembulan Tenggelam Di Wajahmu karya Tere Liye yang diterbitkan oleh Penerbit Republika Jakarta  cetakan pertama tahun 2009. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel Rembulan Tenggelam di Wajahmu karya Tere-Liye memuat tema tentang rahasia kehidupan. Penulis menceritakan manis pahitnya ketidakadilan yang Ray rasakan, tokohnya memiliki watak berbeda-beda, menggunakan alur mundur pada awal cerita beralur campuran pada akhir cerita, dengan latar tempat, waktu dan suasana membuat novel ini semakin menarik. Sudut pandang yang digunakan adalah orang ketiga serba tahu karena menggunakan kata ganti nama tokoh, kemudian pengarang menepatkan posisinya seperti mengetahui semua perasaan dan kejadian secara detail, amanat dalam novel ini adalah kita sebagai manusia harus menerima setiap kejadian dengan ikhlas, karena dibalik suatu kejadian pasti terdapat manfaat dan hikmahnya baik yang disadari ataupun tidak.

Abstract

 The problem in this research is the planner, the implementation and the results of the application of the method of group investigation in learning to write poetry in class X BDP 1 students at SMK Cendekia Batujajar. This research is based on the lack of students' skills in writing poetry. The aim of this research is to describe the application of the method of group investigation in the process of learning to write poetry in X BDP 1 students at SMK Cendekia Batujajar. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method. The research technique is observation and testing. The research subjects were student  X BDP 1 with a total of 31 students. The results of the study are 1) planning the application of the group investigation method in learning is appropriate, 2) the implementation of the group investigation method when learning is in accordance with the prepared lesson plans, 3) the results of the application of the group investigation method are shown with an average initial test score of 76 and test scores end of 85 there was an increase. In conclusion, the group investigation method is effectively applied in poetry writing skills.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Group Investigation, Writing Poetry

Abstract

The ability of writing skills as something important for someone, especially for people who are in the world of education. They should be skilled in writing skills, but the reality in the field is very different. There are still many students who take the Indonesian language and literature education study program who have not mastered writing skills. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the effect of the multiliteration learning model on the development of student writing? Based on the formulation of the problem, the aim of this study is to determine the effect of multiliteration on the writing development of Indonesian language and literature education students at the IKIP Siliwangi. The research instrument used using a questionnaire or questionnaire with a research sample of 10 people. The research method used a qualitative descriptive method. Thus the results of research on the effect of multiliteracy on the development of student writing show that 60% of students are interested in writing poetry, 30% of short stories, and 10% of novels. Thus the influence of this multiliterative learning model is very influential on the development of writing among students.

Abstract

The activity of putting ideas into writing makes students feel difficult, especially in choosing diction, figure of speech, pengimajian and concrete words in making a poem. Therefore, it is necessary to have interesting learning media and methods in order to assist students in putting ideas and ideas into their writing. This is related to the research objectives, namely to examine the implementation of learning to write poetry, examine the responses of teachers and students and examine the difficulties experienced by students in learning to write poetry by using a project based learning model assisted by audio visual media in class x even semester students at MAN. 1 Bandung City for the 2019-2020 academic year which was held in February 2020 for 3 meetings. The subjects in this study were 33 students. This research method is carried out by using a qualitative descriptive method. The data instrument was obtained using observation sheets, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique used is in the form of scores from the results of the tests carried out as the final results. The criteria for the success of this research can be seen from the increase in the success of the processes and products produced. The results of the observation sheet when accumulated from three meetings for teacher activities get a score of 89% with the high category and three meetings. The results of the student questionnaire during the three meetings got a score of 80.3% in the high category. The activity of putting ideas into writing makes students feel difficult, especially when writing text in choosing diction, figure of speech, pengimajian and concrete words in making a poem. Even so, students can finish it well, and some students get scores above the KKM. From the data above, it can be concluded that learning to write poetry using the project-based learning method assisted by audio-visual media is very effective in learning to write poetry.

Abstract

News text is one of the lessons that students must master in Indonesian subjects. Even though students in general are familiar with the news in their daily life, this does not necessarily mean that they are easy to master. In an effort to measure the level of student understanding of the news text learning material, learning evaluation is an important thing that must be carried out. However, the complexity of the knowledge and skills that students must master in learning news texts becomes an obstacle in obtaining good learning outcomes in learning news texts. This study aims to identify the various difficulties experienced by students in solving news text questions. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method that describes the object of research as it is. The subjects in this study were 24 students of class VIII C of SMPN 3 Maja. The instrument used was the students' final test results in learning news texts. Through this research, the research results obtained regarding the various difficulties of students in solving news text questions based on two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors relate to student difficulties in answering questions related to analyzing news elements, analyzing news language rules, and providing responses to news content. This difficulty is caused because the three questions in question are at a high level thinking ability. The external factors relate to teachers, students, facilities and infrastructure, and the environment.

Abstract

The language that was first recognized by children is the language of the mother. Children's language development depends on the language taught by a mother. In addition, children easily catch or imitate language from their environment. However, in addition to the development of the vocabulary that is owned by a child, there are also some mistakes that occur when children speak the language they just heard. This study aims to determine the mistakes made by children at the age of 4 years at the level of phonology. In the phonological level regarding language sounds, word errors spoken by children there are some phoneme changes such as / r / to / l /, or there is an increase or decrease in phonemes in one word. The data obtained by researchers to determine children's language errors namely when the child sings. The method used by listening, note, and record. The data obtained will be described and classified. In the golden age, the role of parents is very important to improve the vocabulary owned by children, because at that time the initial development is more important than the subsequent development, when children are influenced by learning and experience. From the analysis there were 25 errors in phoneme / r / be / l / replacement, 23 errors in phoneme / s / become / c / changes, there were 6 errors in phoneme / h /, / b /, and / t / phonemes, and there were phonemes added / h / from the word "again" to "lag".
