Abstract

This study examines how management ownership affects corporate social responsibility (CSR) in mining businesses that are listed between 2018 and 2023 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The findings indicate that the level of managerial ownership disclosure tends to experience fluctuating declines, while CSR disclosure in mining sector companies remains relatively strong. The population of this study consists of 59 mining sector companies. Secondary data in the form of financial reports were obtained from the official IDX website (www.idx.co.id). A total of 10 companies were selected as samples using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has a significant partial influence on corporate social responsibility in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work motivation and organizational culture on the performance of the Bandar Khalifah Health Center, Deliserdang Regency. The implication of this study is to be able to improve the ability of a leader and the existing organizational culture, so that aspects of employee job satisfaction can be met, because in general high employee job satisfaction will be able to increase the work motivation of the Bandar Khalifah Health Center staff, Deliserdang Regency. The performance of health workers is a critical factor in ensuring the delivery of effective and quality health services, especially at the primary healthcare level such as community health centers (Puskesmas). In Indonesia, Puskesmas serve as the frontline for promoting, preventing, and treating public health issues. The Bandar Khalifah Deliserdang Health Center is one such facility that plays an essential role in addressing the health needs of the local community. However, the quality of services provided is often influenced by internal factors, including work motivation and the work environment. Motivation drives employees to perform their duties diligently and achieve institutional goals, while the work environment—encompassing physical conditions, organizational culture, and interpersonal relationships—affects job satisfaction and overall productivity.

Abstract

Maintaining product quality and identifying deviations in the event of their occurrence is one of the most important topics in industry, as it forms the basis for the success and continuity of an industrial project. This study aims to measure and analyze the production capacity of the process and monitor the quality of the processes through its indicators. It also aims to identify and diagnose the causes of deviations in production capacity through the quality control process and address the causes of these deviations. The study followed a descriptive-analytical approach as a scientific method to arrive at its findings. Researchers selected a detergent manufacturing company as a sample for the study, given the product's importance in daily life and its constant demand. Data were collected through field observations, a review of production records, and interviews with production managers. The researchers used statistical control charts and graphical results to determine the extent of process deviation. The study found that the Cp value was 3.03, while the Cpk index was 2.99, indicating that the process mean was far from the target, leading to process variation. The study recommended that tolerance limits should be reduced, as setting large tolerance limits for the manufactured product (±15) affects process quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and their impact on operational efficiency in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) engaged in food processing in Bantan Subdistrict, Medan. Operational efficiency is a critical factor for sustainability and competitiveness, particularly for SMEs in highly dynamic urban markets. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with data collected through structured questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 30 SME owners. Key indicators of operational efficiency examined include production time, cost per unit, daily output, and error rates. Data analysis is conducted using linear regression to measure the relationship between SOP implementation levels and operational performance. The results show a significant positive correlation between the application of SOPs and improved production efficiency. Moreover, SMEs that applied written SOPs demonstrated lower production costs and fewer process errors compared to those without structured procedures. However, the study also identifies barriers such as limited managerial knowledge, lack of training, and resistance to change. These findings suggest the need for government-supported training programs and institutional facilitation to encourage formal SOP adoption in SMEs. The study contributes to the literature by highlighting the importance of operational formalization in enhancing SME performance and provides practical insights for local economic policy and SME development strategies.

Abstract

Understanding the key elements that contribute to employee commitment will enable the company to identify the most influential aspects in fostering long-term organizational loyalty. Thus, this study aims to explore the factors influencing employee loyalty at PT Panca Tehnik, Banjar Regency, with a focus on compensation, work commitment, and work communication. Employee loyalty is a critical aspect of organizational success, particularly in industries characterized by rapid change and high competition. PT Panca Tehnik, a company operating in the service and production sectors, has demonstrated a notable level of employee retention, suggesting the presence of internal factors that foster long-term commitment. Through a quantitative approach, this research examines the extent to which compensation, work commitment, and work communication contribute to employee loyalty. Data for this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to a sample of 73 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. The findings reveal that all three variables have a positive effect on employee loyalty, either partially or simultaneously. However, the analysis indicates that the influence of work commitment and work communication on employee loyalty is not statistically significant. Competitive compensation enhances employees' sense of value and satisfaction, strong work commitment reflects emotional attachment and responsibility toward the company, and effective work communication fosters trust, transparency, and collaboration. This study not only provides strategic insights for PT Panca Tehnik in strengthening employee retention policies but also contributes to the broader literature on human resource management by highlighting key drivers of employee loyalty in the industrial services sector.

Abstract

In recent years, live streaming has emerged as a transformative force in the digital commerce landscape, particularly within the fashion industry. This study aims to analyze the effect of live streaming on consumer purchasing behavior, with trust as a mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 276 respondents in Gorontalo Province, who are active consumers in purchasing fashion products through live streaming services such as Shopee Live and TikTok Live. The analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3 software to test the validity, reliability, and structural relationships between variables. The results reveal three key findings: (1) live streaming exerts a significant and positive direct influence on purchase decisions; (2) live streaming significantly enhances consumer trust; and (3) trust itself significantly predicts purchase decisions. These findings underscore the dual function of live streaming as both a transactional and relational tool in online shopping contexts. Theoretically, the study enriches the literature by integrating real-time interactive media into trust-based consumer behavior models. Practically, the findings offer strategic insights for digital marketers and e-commerce platforms seeking to optimize live streaming as a trust-building and conversion-enhancing mechanism. These findings strengthen previous literature and emphasize the importance of interaction quality in live streaming-based digital marketing strategies. This research provides strategic implications for fashion businesses to optimize live-streaming features in building customer trust.

Abstract

The limitation of efficiency and accuracy in decision-making in East Java Provincial government agencies is a leadership problem caused by the lack of technology and data-based systems. This study aims to determine the level of readiness of East Java Provincial government agencies in implementing algorithm-based leadership. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 173 officials in the Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD) of East Java Province. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and correlation tests to identify the relationship between organizational readiness and performance factors. The results of the study show that the level of readiness of government agencies in implementing algorithm leadership is quite good, with factors such as regulations, policies, and infrastructure getting high average scores. However, several aspects still need improvement, especially related to the understanding of algorithmic leadership styles and the continuity of strategic planning during leadership changes. The effect of implementation readiness on improving organizational performance is also significant, especially in terms of fast data processing and more timely decision-making. The suggestions are to enhance the understanding of government apparatus related to algorithm-based leadership, strengthen coordination between institutions, and improve routine training related to information technology infrastructure to support more effective implementation.
