Abstract

This research was conducted by Herbalife at NC Happy Sanggau. The purpose of this study was to reveal the Herbalife Marketing Strategy at NC Happy Sanggau in retaining customers. This research uses qualitative methods, using triangulation of data sources, namely observation, interviews, documentation. This research was conducted on 5 informants of owners, employees, and customers. The results of this study indicate that the strategy used in efforts to retain customers is to prioritize customer satisfaction. The Price offered is affordable and in accordance with the quality of service and Product quality. The Promotion used is direct Word of Mouth

Abstract

Abstract The law of Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition Number 5 1999 (Competition Law) is one of the government's efforts to provide business certainty for businesses in a situation of fair competition and reasonable, so it does not cause the concentration of economic power in the business operators particular. This study aims to explain the legal protection of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia competition law and to find out the role of local government, Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar, in support of the protection efforts, especially related to the expansion by the Pante Pirak Company. The study combines two methods of juridical normative and empirical (sociology). Analysis of the qualitative approach and descriptive analysis presented; analyze the protection of SMEs under the competition law and then combine with field research to understand the role of local governments in support of such protection. Research shows that there are no provisions in competition law which expressly provides support to SMEs, but the shape is visible through decision support by Komite Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU). Local government support to SMEs has not been realized in the form of the laws, but there have been efforts to better support local businesses rather than national employers through policies. Even though its casuistry and very difficult to ensure its sustainability.

Abstract

This thesis was prepared by Viona Khairunnisa NIM 3720037, Bachelor's Department of Sharia Business Management, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi with the title "Analysis of HNI-HPAI Product Marketing Patterns in Increasing the Number of Sales Viewed from a Sharia Business Perspective (Case Study Bukittinggi Business Center)”. This research is motivated by the marketing pattern of HNI-HPAI products using the PCA (Use, Tell, Invite) marketing system pattern to educate and encourage consumers to use HNI-HPAI products, still using traditional or formal methods, face to face, while other competing businesses have switching to an online marketing system such as product marketing through product content that is interesting and not boring so that it attracts a wider and larger target market. This research aims to analyze the marketing patterns for HNI-HPAI products used by BC HNI-HPAI Bukittinggi 2 in increasing sales from a sharia business perspective. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research. Observation, interview and documentary methods were used by researchers to collect data. Collecting data, cleaning it, presenting it, and drawing conclusions are the steps in data analysis. The research findings show that the HNI-HPAI product marketing model is reviewed from a sharia business perspective in order to increase sales at the HNI-HPAI Bukit Tinggi 2 Business Center. The model is then implemented appropriately. through the concept of sharia in business. As a result, this will greatly improve the long-term viability of BC HNI-HPAI Bukittinggi 2, as well as influence the loyalty and royalty choice of HNI-HPAI partners when purchasing HNI-HPAI goods. Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1) To what extent is the influence of knowledge sharing on the satisfaction of village officials in West Lake Kerinci sub- district?, 2) To what extent is the influence of empowerment on job satisfaction of village officials in West Lake Kerinci sub-district? the performance of village officials in West Lake Kerinci sub-district directly or indirectly? 4) To what extent does empowerment influence the performance of village officials in West Lake Kerinci sub-district, both directly and indirectly? 5) To what extent does job satisfaction influence the performance of village officials in West Lake Kerinci sub- district. The population in this study was the entire village apparatus in West Lake Kerinci sub-district, 140 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 42 respondents was obtained using the Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique. The data analysis tool used is path analysis at an alpha level of 0.05. Based on the research results, it shows that: Knowledge sharing has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, empowerment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Both directly and indirectly, knowledge sharing has a negative and significant effect on performance. Both directly and indirectly, empowerment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai pengaruh program pelatihan khusus yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan keterampilan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kota Bukittinggi. Dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, sampel diambil sebanyak 50 orang pemilik UMKM yang mengikuti pelatihan yang diberikan oleh Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bukittinggi. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pendapatan usaha sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, dan perangkat lunak statistik digunakan untuk menganalisis data dan menentukan variasi pendapatan usaha. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan memberikan dampak positif yang cukup besar terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Kota Bukittinggi. Lebih lanjut, para peserta UMKM menyampaikan pendapat positif terhadap program yang diselenggarakan Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Bukittinggi. Investasi dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM, seperti yang disoroti dalam temuan ini. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = -8,903 + 0,216 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan (X) mempunyai nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,216. Nilai konstanta (a) negatif sebesar -8,903 menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya pelatihan mengakibatkan penurunan pendapatan, begitu pula sebaliknya. Besarnya kontribusi pelatihan (X) terhadap pendapatan (Y) sebesar 76,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran online shop terhadap perilaku konsumtif remaja di Desa Koto Majidin di Air. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuntitatif dengan bantuan sistem komputer. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni convenience sampling dimana merupakan salah satu prosedur sampling yang memilih sampel dari orang yang mudah ditemui dan diakses untuk diberikan seperangkat pertanyaan atau bisa disebut kuesioner yang kemudian diisi oleh responden. Pengisisan kuesioner pada penelitian ini telah diisi oleh sebanyak 60 remaja di Desa Koto Majidin di Air. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif signifikan strategi pemasaran terhadap perilaku konsumtif remaja dalam berbelanja di online shop. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin baik startegi pemasaran maka akan semakin meningkat pula perilaku konsumtif remaja di desa koto majidin di air dalam berbelanja di online shop.

Abstract

The era of globalization has brought significant changes in the dynamics of international trade, providing various opportunities and challenges in import-export activities. Globalization creates more open and integrated markets, and allows countries to exchange goods and services more efficiently. The Word Trade Organization (WTO) established after the Uruguay Round in Marrakesh, Morocco marks a new era in international trade, where the WTO plays an important role in regulating and encouraging free trade between member countries. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods to explore the opportunities and challenges of exports and imports in the era of globalization. Through this research, it was found that globalization facilitates access to international markets, technological innovation and understanding of global markets, all of which contribute to increasing economic growth. On the other hand, countries and businesses must face challenges such as intense global competition, changing consumer tastes, and rapid technological development. To face these challenges, countries, especially developing countries, must implement effective and open international policies, such as export promotion, import substitution, and industrial protection. At the same time, the development of technology and logistics infrastructure also plays an important role in accelerating the international trade process, allowing businesses to access a wider market at a lower cost. Abstract

Kurs dan Angkatan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perdagangan internasional. Namun pengaruh tersebut dapat berbeda antara negara yang satu dengan negara yang lain. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kurs,Angkatan kerja Terhadap Perdagangan Internasional di Indonesia.Hasil peneltian ini menjelaskan terkait Kurs (X1 ) terhadap perdagangan internasional (Y) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar Sig.0,13 > α 0,05. Kemudian terkait Angkatan Kerja (X2 ) terhadap perdagangan internasional (Y) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan tsebesar Sig. 0.03 < α 0.05 . Secara simultan variabel independen pada peneltian ini tidak berpengaruh signifkan terhadap perdagangan internasional di Indonesia tahun 2007-2022 diperoleh Sig. 0.19 > α 0.05. Diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebear 0.110 itu artinya kontribusi Kurs (X1 ) dan Angkatan Kerja (X2 ) terhadap Perdagangan Internasional (Y) di Indonesia yaitu 11 % sedaangkan sisanya 89% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to measure and analyze facilities, location and prices on the decision to visit the Depati Coffee tourist attraction in the city of Sungai Banyak. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research is tourists at the Depati Coffee tourist attraction in Sungai Full City. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a sample size of 80 respondents who visited the Depati Coffee Tourist Attraction, Sungai Full City. This research method uses a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling technique. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS software. The results of the research show that there is a significant and positive influence between Facilities on the Decision to Visit the Depati Coffee Tourist Attraction, Sungai Full City. on the decision to revisit the Depati Coffee tourist attraction, Sungai Full City and there is a significant and positive influence between Facilities, Location and Price on the decision to revisit the Depati Coffee tourist attraction, Sungai Full City.

As per the original agreement, workers and the fund provider will receive a part in the earnings, if they are substantial. If a loss does transpire, though, it must be shared by all. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the profit-sharing arrangements that tappers and proprietors of rubber plantations in Nagari Siguntur, Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency, engage in. In addition, the goal of this study is to investigate the fairness principles found in profit-sharing arrangements at the same site.
