Abstract

Abstract– The aims of the study were to analyze the factors that influence the online purchase decision, such as cash on delivery service, consumer online rating, and review. This study took 100 samples by using the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The study results showed that 1) there was a significant and positive effect of cash on delivery service on the online purchase decision partially, 2) consumer online rating and review had a significant and positive effect on the online purchase decision partially, 3) there was the significant and positive effect of cash on delivery service, consumer online rating, and review on the online purchase decision simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract – The emergency COVID-19 pandemic bring anxiety in the world and has changed cunsomer behaviour especially in decision to use technoly in health sector. Digital health care changing cunsomer behaviour from using conventional health service to digital. Health technology, telemedicine designed for long-distance communication between doctor and patient which is considered to bring effectiveness and effictiveness during COVID-19 pandemic. This research aim to exemain perceived fear, quality of information and trust to use telemedicine during corona virus plague. This study focus on Halodoc users aged 17-45 year and using a non-probablity technique sampling. 125 respondents were collected using online questionnare. Data were analyzed using multipel linear regression method. The result showed, the information quality and trust had asignificant effect on desicion to use M-health. However, Perceived fear has a negative effect on customer desicions in using M-health. Abstrak -- Keadaan darurat wabah virus COVID-19 menyebabkan kegelisahan pada masyarakat dunia dan banyak merubah perilaku konsumen terutama dalam keputusan penggunaan teknologi dibidang kesehatan. Perawatan kesehatan secara digital mengubah perilaku konsumen dari penggunaan jasa kesehatan konsenvisonal menjadi digital. Teknologi kesehatan, telemedicine yang dirancang untuk komunikasi jarak jauh antara penyedia jasa kesehatan dengan konsumen yang dinilai membawa efektivitas dan efisiensi pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Dalam hal ini peneliti menguji perceived fear, kualitas informasi dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan penggunaan telemedicine saat pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengguna M-Health Halodoc dengan rentan usia 17-45 tahun menggunakan sampel non probability teknik. 125 responden dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner online. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear beraganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas informasi dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan aplikasi kesehatan. Namun, perceived fear atau rasa takut berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan aplikasi kesehatan.

Abstract

Abstract -- This theoretical study aims to classify administrative and financial deviations in accordance with the content of the idea of CSR.. The approach used in this study is creative; creative thinking is the ability to generate a new and useful idea that has not been touched before; a skill that enables you to create original, unique, and unconventional ideas. The researcher adopted the idea of classification based on affiliation. Commitment to CSR is essentially a commitment to the four responsibilities ″economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic.″ Also, administrative and financial deviations are violations that can be classified within one of the following areas: economic, legal, ethical, or philanthropic, if the reluctance to do charitable work is considered a deviation. Therefore, any administrative or financial deviations can be attributed to one of those responsibilities. More profoundly and extensively, this study was able to classify administrative and financial deviations according to the thought of CSR into four categories: Deviation from economic responsibility; deviation from legal responsibility; deviation from ethical responsibility; deviation from philanthropic responsibility. Classifying administrative and financial deviations according to the thought of CSR is to enrich and enhance the idea of contemporary internal auditing- which has become concerned with matters of CSR. According to the modern perception regarding internal audit functions, the internal audit department in any organization can adopt and use this classification, whether in the field of ensuring CSR reports, monitoring and evaluating CSR, or reporting on CSR. Adopting this classification will help internal audit departments accomplish their tasks in the field of CSR in a more accurate and objective manner.

Abstract

Abstract -- The researcher presented the following argument, which is that, making a profit is not a sufficient indicator of the corporation’s commitment to its economic responsibility. The profit figure appearing in the financial statements indicates that there is a commitment by the corporation to its economic responsibility, but it does not reflect the level of quality of that commitment -whether the commitment is poor, good or excellent. For this reason, the researcher suggested the necessity of evaluating the economic responsibilities of the departments that make up the organizational structure of the corporation and contribute to achieving that profit. Unfortunately, the thought of CSR did not specify and describe those responsibilities. Therefore, this study is conducted as an attempt to get out of this predicament. This study aims to identify and describe the economic responsibilities of the departments included in the FOS of the corporation as the economic entities that contribute to achieving profit and through which the quality of the corporation's commitment to its economic responsibility can be judged. To determine and describe the economic responsibilities of the departments that make up the organizational structure in any corporation, the concepts of effectiveness and efficiency in accomplishing the functions assigned to those departments were selected as an approach to define those responsibilities, with the need to define criteria for evaluating the quality of effectiveness and efficiency.Through the concepts of effectiveness and efficiency in completing functions, this study was able to determine and describe the economic responsibilities for the senior management, the purchasing department, the production department and the marketing department that were chosen to be the subject of this study as they made the most impact on the profit figure. The idea of this study, which depends on the concepts of effectiveness and efficiency in performing the functions, can be adopted in defining and describing the economic responsibilities of the departments included in the FOS of any for-profit corporation. This study is an enrichment of the thought of CSR, and it will be considered as the starting point for many studies and research in this field.

Abstract

Abstract -- The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on all areas of business. Some product demand decreased, but frozen food product demand actually experienced a significant increase. There are many factors that cause consumers to choose frozen food products as a consumption choice during a pandemic. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of factors of product knowledge, motivation and consumer confidence on purchasing decisions of Frozen Food products. The sample in this study was 100 people who were selected based on the purposive sampling method. The results of this study partially show that product knowledge has a significant effect on the purchase of frozen food products at home. Consumers know the product because they have bought it before and based on information from other parties, the consumer motivation variable influences the decision to purchase frozen food at home because it has practicality and ease of presentation motivation and the consumer trust variable has a significant effect even though this product is a home product but consumers believe it is clean and healthy. These three independent variables have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for home frozen food products. Abstrak -- Pandemi Covid 19 berdampak pada segala bidang usaha. Beberapa permintaan produk mengalami penurunan namun permintaan produk frozen food justru mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan konsumen memilih produk frozen food sebagai pilihan konsumsi di kala pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh faktor pengetahuan produk, motivasi dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Frozen Food. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial variabel pengetahuan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian produk frozen food rumahan. Konsumen mengetahui produk karena sudah pernah membeli sebelumnya dan berdasarkan informasi dari pihak lain, variabel motivasi konsumen berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk frozen food rumahan karena memiliki motivasi kepraktisan dan kemudahan penyajian dan variabel kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan meskipun produk ini merupakan produk rumahan namun konsumen percaya bersih dan sehat. Ketiga variabel bebas ini berpengaruh simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk frozen food rumahan.

Abstract

Intrapreneurship merupakan sebuah kegiatan inovasi dalam organisasi besar yang dilakukan oleh karyawan di dalamnya. Pemaahaman tentang intrapreneurship menjadi sebuah fenomena yang agak terfragmentasi dan tidak konsisten terutama dalam paradigma engineer atau perusahaan engineer. Tulisan ini berupaya untuk memberikan pandakan terkait wilayah intelektual yang relevan dari intrapreneutship dalam Corporate Entrepreneurship dengan menggunakan Systematic Literature Review. Tujuan dari artikel penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi konsep-konsep kuci dalan penelitian intrapreneurial berkaitan dengan engineer atau perusahaan rekayasa sebagaimana dibahas oleh peneliti dalam literature. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, penelitian ini telah menyarahkan berbagai bidang untuk penelitian di masa depan pada kerangka konseptual intrapreneurship, hubungan intrapreneurship dengan kinerja perusahaan dan intrapreneurship untuk engineer. Abstract

Kinerja bank meliputi beberapa disiplin ilmu seperti manajemen operasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen pemasaran, sistem informasi, manajemen keuangan dan akuntansi serta perilaku organisasi. Tren kinerja perbankan khususnya kinerja finansial dalam lima tahun terakhir masih berfluktatif. Salah satu indikator utama yang mempengaruhi ketidakkonsistenan kinerja yaitu penerapan manajemen risiko yang efektif sebagai bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari proses organisasi merupakan elemen penting untuk mewujudkan GCG untuk mengarahkan dan mengendalikan perusahaan agar tercapai keseimbangan antara kekuatan dan kewenangan perusahaan. Selain itu belum optimalnya integrasi fungsi-fungsi bisnis pada Proses Bisnis Internal yang merupakan salah satu perspektif Balanced Scorecard memiliki dampak mendalam pada integrasi fungsi-fungsi bisnis seperti penjualan dan pemasaran, pengadaan, keuangan dan akuntansi, penelitian dan pengembangan produk / jasa perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan strategi implementasi integrasi fungsi-fungsi bisnis pada Proses Bisnis Internal menggunakan Metode Kualitatif untuk menghasilkan formulasi strategi manajemen operasional menggunakan pendekatan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja dan (2) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhada kinerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap sample tanpa random, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode explanatory research serta teknik analisis data menggunakakn Analisis Jalur (Path). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecerdasan emosional sangat tinggi, kepuasan kerja tinggi, kinerja karyawan tinggi. Selain itu, ditemukan pula jika kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of the level of capital adequacy. Liquidity, and credit risk to bank profitability. The data collected is data from Regional Development Banks as a population and obtained 22 Regional Development Banks as samples and 242 observational data. Sampling through purposive sampling technique with multiple regression analysis method with the help of Eviews version 9. The results of this study indicate that partially the level of capital adequacy as proxied by Capital Adequacy Ratio and liquidity as proxied by Current Ratio has no effect on profitability as proxied using return on assets. Meanwhile, non-performing loans as credit risk have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

Fintech innovation is one of the corporate strategies to increase profitability and firm performance. This study examines the firm's performance before and after the company launches fintech products. The sample of this study is the companies running fintech innovations for two years and previously also operated without them, which consisted of 19 companies from 51 licensed e-money providers in Indonesia. This limitation occurs because there are still many companies that have not published their financial statements. The event study method and paired sample t-test were used to test the research hypothesis. The results indicate a significant change in return on assets (ROA) but no significant change in return on equity (ROE). This study can contribute to the fintech industry regarding the profitability impact on companies before and after launching fintech products in Indonesia
