Abstract

The problem in research is the low competence of teachers in teaching in the Kindergarten Areas. State of Trustees of Ajangale Subdistrict of Bone Regency 2018/2019 Academic Year. The aim is to improve teacher competence in teaching. The research subjects are classroom teachers in the kindergarten-assisted areas. State of Trustees of Ajangale Subdistrict of Bone Regency in 2018/2019 Academic Year. which amounted to 6 teachers with non-bachelor (S-1) education backgrounds. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques. The results showed that increasing teacher competency in teaching was assessed through 4 aspects of assessment, namely planning, implementation, assessment and supervision of the learning process showed a significant increase in each cycle. Average results of the assessment of 4 aspects of teacher competency assessment in teaching in each cycle can be explained that in the initial conditions of 56.18 included in the criteria (C), in the second cycle 74.20 included in the criteria (C) and in the last cycle of 95.15 and included in the value criteria (SB). The conclusion is that the implementation of academic supervision with individual techniques is supported by the implementation of supervision of classroom visits proven to be able to improve the competence of teachers in the Kindergarten Areas. Abstract

. This study aims to determine the improvement of teacher performance in learning using the CTL learning model through clinical supervision in the Assistance Region I Kindergarten Pole Elo Mare District Bone Regency. This research is a School Action Research, because the research was conducted to solve the problem of the learning process at school and was carried out in 2 cycles with 2 meetings in each cycle. Based on the data analysis of the results of the study showed that the implementation of classroom supervision by the principal proved successful in improving teacher performance in managing the learning process by applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model as evidenced by the increase in the results of observations made at 3 appraisers. In the aspects of the assessment of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) increased from 54.46 to 75.60 and 94.35 while the aspects of the assessment of the ability to plan learning increased from 54.63 to 70.83 and 87.96 and aspects of the ability to carry out learning, evaluation, and action continued from 55.77 to 68.91 and 81.73 at the end of the second cycle. Thus it can be concluded that the implementation of clinical supervision has proven to be effective in improving teacher performance in the Assistance Region I Kindergarten Pole Elo Mare District Bone in 2019 in applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model.

Abstract

The purpose research is of this study is for decribe application of inquiry learning model can improve science learning outcomes of fifth gradestudents of  SD inpres 6/75  Ta’ sub-district Tanete Riattang district Bone. This classroom action research is recyled using a descriptive qualitative approach. Each cycle consists of four stages including planning, execution, observation and reflection. The focus of this research is application of inquiry learning model and science learning outcomes. Subject of this research is teacher and of fifth gradestudents of  SD inpres 6/75  Ta’ sub-district Tanete Riattang district Bone. The data collection technique is test, observation and documentation with qualitative data analysis techniques that is reduce data, presents data and draw a conclusion. Research result shows improvement in student learning outcomes from cycle I with enough category and increased into a good category in cycle II. The conclusion of this study is to use application of inquiry learning model can improve science learning outcomes of fifth gradestudents of  SD inpres 6/75 Ta’ sub-district Tanete Riattang district Bone.

Abstract

The problem in this study was the low narrative essay writing skills of the fifth grade students of the Complex Elementary School of IKIP I Makassar City. The research objective was to find out: (1) the description of the paired story telling learning model in class V of IKIP I Elementary School, (2) description of students 'narrative essay writing skills on Indonesian language class V content of SD Negeri IKIP I Elementary School, and (3) whether the paired story telling learning model influences students' narrative essay writing skills on the fifth grade Indonesian language lesson at IKIP I Elementary School The approach taken is quantitative research type quasy experiment It is in the form of non-equivalent control group design. The independent variable in this study is the paired story telling learning model, while the dependent variable is narrative essay writing skills. The total population of 93 students namely the Va class was 46 students and the Vb class was 47 students. The research sample was 75 students conducted by drawing using the Simple Random Sampling technique with Slovin formula whose error rate was 5%. Data collection techniques using observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Scenario (SPSS) system Version 25.0. The results of the study can be concluded that, the description of the paired story telling learning model takes place well because the percentage category for each meeting increases. So that it can be concluded that the paired story telling learning model influences the students' narrative essay writing skills in the fifth grade Indonesian language learning content at the IKIP I Makassar Complex State Elementary School.

Abstract

This study aims to improve pedagogical competencies especially elementary school teachers in Bone Regency. The study was conducted with a semi-experimental approach with the Lesson Study (LS) model. There were 20 teachers were directly involved from four elementary schools in Watampone. The procedures adopted were motivating, explaining, discussing, designing learning, implementing and observing learning, reflecting, designing and re-implementing the results of reflection in collaboration. After taking meet for three times, the results were very satisfying. Participants who stated LS were very appropriate to improve teacher pedagogical competence by 85%, exactly 15%, inaccurate and incorrect in each 0%. Qualitatively, the LS model is very effective in increasing the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Bone. The main value of the LS model is that learning quality improvement was carried out directly in the learning process and activities. So, the teacher learns in the learning process about how to teach effectively and efficiently. It was recommended to teachers that this LS becomes one of the regular professional activities to improve the quality of the teaching profession.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of podcast media on the listening comprehension on subjects Bahasa Indonesia in class IV SD Negeri Parepare. This research uses a quantitative approach to the type of experimental research and uses the Quasy Experimental design in the form of The Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 46 students. Data collection techniques used in this research are tests in the form of multiple choices and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques. In testing the hypothesis in inferential statistical analysis using the Paired Sample T-test. The result is that podcast media affects the increase in listening comprehension on subjects Bahasa Indonesia in class IV SD Negeri 55 Parepare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Teacher Perceptions of Character Development in Thematic-Based Indonesian Language Learning in SD Mitra PGSD Watampone. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach that is descriptive. The results showed the teacher's perception of student character development will have an impact on the ability of teachers to manage a learning that is directed not only to the development of aspects of student knowledge and skills but also facilitate students to have strong character. Character development of students tends to have a high level of difficulty because this aspect is very abstract and requires deep observation. The characters studied include responsibility, honesty, discipline, love and affection, and caring.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes Reject bullet Physical Education Sports and Health through the use of plastic ball modification media filled with sand in class X MIPA 3 students of SMA Negeri 2 Watampone Bone Kabupten Bone. The subject of this research is Class X MIPA 3 of SMA Negeri 2 Watampone, Kabupaten Bone with 35 students. The action is carried out in two cycles, the collected data is then processed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive statistical analysis. Qualitatively the percentage of grade X MIPA 3 students in SMA Negeri 2 Watampone Bone District was actively involved in the learning process, increasing in all students of grade X MIPA 3 in SMA Negeri 2 Watampone Kabupaten Bone. From the results of the above analysis, it can be concluded that using modified media of plastic balls containing sand can increase the activity of the process and learning outcomes of shot putting in class X MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 2 Watampone Kabupaten Bone both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Abstract

Abstrak; Berlandaskan survey yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti di SD Islam Al-Azhar 34 Makassar yaitu masih adanya sebagian perilaku peserta didik yang tidak mencerminkan karakter sebagai siswa di sekolah Islam seperti : berbicara kasar terhadap gurunya, tidak menghormati orang yang lebih tua, school bulliying, menyontek dan membohongi orangtua dan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dan kebijakan kepemimpinan di Sekolah dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter di SD Islam Al-Azhar 34 Makassar, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Jumlah informan sebanyak 8 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah  pemimpin sekolah yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, komite sekolah dan guru telah membuat program sekolah berupa pembiasaan dan budaya sekolah yang berkaitan dengan nilai religius, jujur, disiplin, dan tanggungjawab. Pelaksanaan program pendidikan karakter sekolah berupa pembiasaan dan budaya sekolah yang berkaitan dengan nilai religius, jujur, disiplin, dan tanggungjawab. Evaluasi program sekolah berupa parenting school, home visit, mengadakan dewan kelas secara rutin, komunikasi wali kelas kepada orang tua secara intensif, pendampingan secara agama (mentoring) dan akademik, tausiyah, dan menjalin kedekatan antara guru dengan siswa guna menggali masalah siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter siswa di SD Islam AL-Azhar 34 Makassar mengalami peningkatan.Kata kunci : Implementasi Kepemimpinan, kepemimpinan sekolah, Pendidikkan Karakter.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Android-based evaluation device for grade VI elementary school students. This research was conducted at SD Tridarma Budhidaya North Jakarta City in the academic year 2019/2020. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The product produced from this research is an evaluation device. This evaluation device is software that is made using WEB by using Android as a supporting tool. Testing the feasibility in this media, an expert validation trial was conducted. Expert validation was carried out by media experts with research subjects namely all grade VI students of SD Tridarma Budhidaya North Jakarta as many as 13 students. From the data obtained, this Android-based evaluation device gets an average score of expert validation of 94.15%, so that it gets the category of "very feasible", and gets an average score of 94% of student responses and falls into the criteria of "very good ", Subsequently scored 87% of the responses of teachers who get the criteria of" very good ". So it can be concluded that this android-based evaluation tool is feasible and can be used in grade VI students of elementary schools.
