Abstract

This study aims to assess the health level of savings and loan cooperatives based on regulations of the superintendent of the ministry of cooperatives of small and medium enterprises No, 14 / per / DEP.6 /IV/2016 Padakoperasi high prosecutor's office in South Sumatra. The population in this study is a cooperative financial report, while the sample is the 2016-2018 period financial statement. Discussion of Research Results The Capital Value is obtained a score of 7.1 the average score of 1.50 the highest score with susceptible standards ≤ 51. get Predicate in Special Supervision. The Product Quality Asset Quality score is scored 10 with an average score of 10 with a score the highest 100 with vulnerable 80 ≤ X ≤ 100. Get a healthy predicate. Efficiency aspect obtained an average score of 3.33.% Of the maximum score of 4, the highest score of 100, with a range of 80 ≤ X ≤ 100. Got a healthy predicate, Liquidity Aspect obtained a score of 2.5 with a value of 25 Maximum score of 100, with a standard range rentang 51.00. Obtaining a Predicate under Special supervision, the Aspects of Independence and Growth obtained an average of 2.25 maximum score of 3 in the range of 66 ≤ X ≤ 80. Self-Aspect score = average 7 with a maximum score of 7 where the ratio is obtained with a standard range of 80 ≤ X ≤ 100. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru Serta Implikasinya Pada Kinerja Gurudi SMP  Negeri Kota Palembang.Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebesar 2668 guru SMPN Kota Palembang,sedangkan sampel 340 guru sesuai persyaratan SEM.Analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Model analisis menggunakan Structure Equation Model (SEM) dengan komposisi sub-struktur :Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah  (X1) dan kompetensi guru (X2)  sebagai variabel eksogen dan Motivasi Kerja  (Y) sebagai variabel endogen .  Struktur 2 terdiri dari : Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1), Kompetensi guru (X2), dan Motivasi Kerja guru(Y) sebagai variabel eksogen dan Kinerja Guru(Z) sebagai variabel endogen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut  :(1) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMP Negeri kota Palembang,(2) Secara   parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi guru terhadapmotivasi kerja guru di SMP Negeri kota Palembang,(3)Terdapat pengaruh positif  kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompetensi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMP Negeri kota Palembang, (4) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri kota Palembang,(5) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri kota Palembang,(6) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi guru  terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri kota Palembang,(7) Terdapat pengaruh positif  kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru dan motivasi kerja  guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru SMPN Kota Palembang  maka perlu lebih meningkatkan kompetensi guru .Sedangkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru SMPN Kota Palembang, faktor kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang paling besar.Kata Kunci   :  Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja

Abstract

The concept of Child Education Management according to the Qur'an". The Qur'an is a revelation of God which was revealed to Prophet Muhammad as the eternal miracle of all time. The Qur'an is the Holy Book of the Muslims which contains guidelines for a happy life and guidance of the world and the hereafter. It contains worship, morals, exemplary story, occult news, universe and so on. Even the Qur'an mentions that It also functioned as an explanation of all things (tibyanan likulli sya-in) (QS. An Nahl/16:89). This reaffirms that there is no exception, everything in the universe hasits explanation from the Holy Qur'an. No exception regarding family issues, especially related to parenting and education for children who grew up in his family environment. The main problems in this research is how is the concept of child education management according to the Qur'an in thefamily? In line with that, the Holy Qur'an encourage every parent to feel worried, if then behind the day after, they left a weak generation (QS. An Nisa '/4:9). This is the requirement so that each moslem parent are able to manage their children's education so they can grow and develop a independently. For that, it needs a pattern and attempts so that the process can go as desired. The method used in the writing of this thesis is the method of thematic tafseer (maudhu'i). And the purpose of the research is to be able to find the concept of child education management in a family that Qur'anic. Ultimately it is hoped that the concept of child education management within the family based on the Qur'an will be the solution to achieve the goals of parents to have pleasant children (QS. Al Furqan/25:74), starting with the planning (planning) (QS. Al Anfal/8:60),organizations (organizing) (QS. Ash Shaff/61:4), applications (actuiting) (QS. At-Tawba: 105/9) and control (controlling) (QS. QAF/50:16-18). The four stages above, are big agendas for each moslem family in order for their children to become shalih and shalihah. Good cooperation between husband and wife in dividing duties and obligations as a father and mother became the key word in determining the success of the process of upbringing and education of their children to become a perfect human being as they expected Keyword : management, education, child, family

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of economic growth on three main development sectors, household final consumption expenditure, and trade openness towards the growth of final energy consumption in Indonesia using annual data for the period 1972-2016. We applied autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) procedures which consist of stationarity test, cointegration test, as well as estimation the short-term and long-term relationships. The cointegration test revealed existence cointegrationrelationship among the variables in the model. In the short-term and long-term model, our results indicated that the growth of value-added in agriculture sector and industry sector, household final consumption expenditures, and trade openness in the short-term and long-term have a significant effect toward final energy consumption in Indonesia, while the growth of value-added in the service sector only given a short-term effect toward final energy consumption in Indonesia. Based on theseresults, it can be concluded that sustainable economic development in Indonesia needs to be accompanied by the development of new and renewable energy in order to fulfil domestic energy supply which is predicted to continue to increase rapidly in the future.Keyword : final energi consumption, economic development, household final consumption expenditure, trade openness, autoregressive distributed lag modelingJEL Classification : D1, E21, F14, O13, Q43.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the effect of disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and Debt Equity Ratio on the profitability of mining companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2017. The population in this study were 41 mining companies while the study sample was 12 mining companies with a total of 72 observations selected by purposive sampling. Financial report data and annual reports are obtained from the Indo-Exchange File (IDX). The data analysis technique uses technical linear multiple regression. In this study the disclosure variables of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) were measured using the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclusure Index (CSRDI), the variable Debtto Equiy Ratio measured by the ratio of the proportion of debt to equity, and Profitability measured using Return On Assets (ROA). The results of the study show that the financial disclosure of financially has a positive and significant effect on profitability. While partially DebttoEquiyRatio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Profitability. Simultaneously, CSR and DER disclosures had a positive and significant effect on Profitability with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 32.3% while the effect of 67.7% was influenced by other variables.Keywords: Profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Debt Equity Ratio.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan non medis RSIA YK Madira Palembang dengan titik permasalahan adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Non Medis RSIA YK Madira Palembang?. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Non Medis RSIA YK Madira Palembang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji F (simultan), uji t (parsial) dan Koefisien Determinasi.Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan regresi linier berganda yang didapat Y= 15.654 +0,040X1+0.135Xk2+0.080X3 + e untuk uji F didapat Fhitung (2.971) ≥ Ftabel (2,500), artinya ada pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Non Medis RSIA YK. Madira Palembang. Untuk uji t variabel kepemimpinan (X1) diperoleh thitung (2,369) ≥ ttabel (1,991), artinya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Uji t variabel disiplin kerja (X2) diperoleh thitung (3,347) ≥ ttabel (1,991), artinya disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji t variabel kompensasi (X3) diperoleh thitung (3,752) ≥ ttabel(1,991), artinya kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kepuasan masyarakat pada pelayanan di kantor camat Bayung Lincir, Kecamatan Bayung Lincir Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Hasil penelitian secara statistik yaitu, Y=1,4718 + 0,3024 X1 + 0,2418 X2 . Nilai konstanta sebesar 1,4718, hal ini menunjukan bahwa apabila variabel X1, X2 nilainya 0 maka nilai Y = 1,4718. Nilai koefisien X1 (kualitas pelayanan) nilainya sebesar 0,3024. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa apabila nilai X1 meningkat sebesar 1 satuan atau 100% maka nilai variabel (Y) akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,3024 dengan asumsi variabel independen lainnya konstan.Nilai koefisien X2 (semangat pegawai) nilainya sebesar 0.2418. Hal in membuktikan bahwa apabila nilai X2 meningkat 1 satuan atau 100% maka nilai variabel (Y) akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0.2418 dengan asumsi variabel independen lainnya konstan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan semangat kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.diKantor Camat Bayung Lencir Kecamatan Bayung Lencir Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Hasil pengujian menunjukan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dan semangat kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Camat Bayung Lencir Kecamatan Bayung Lencir Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan semangat kerja karyawan, sehingga Kantor Camat Bayung Lencir Kecamatan Bayung Lencir Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya agar masyarakat yang dilayani lebih terpuaskan. Mengingat bahwa di samping faktor kualitas pelayanan dan faktor semangat kerja pegawai, masih ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat yang dilayani, maka Kantor Camat Bayung Lencir Kecamatan Bayung Lencir Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin perlu memperhatikan pula faktor-faktor lain seperti kurang tersedianya formulir, kurangnya alat transportasi dan minimnya dana operasional yang dapat menghambat kinerja dari pegawai Kantor Camat Bayung Lencir Kecamatan Bayung Lencir Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.Kata kunci; Kualitas, Semangat Kerja dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

This research purpose to analyze the effect of Working Capital Turnover, Firm Size, Growth Opportunity, Profitability on the Capital Structure of the Company PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk. The year of observation for 5 years is 2014 at 2018, with the object of PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk. The method of analysis uses quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that the working capital turnover of the company> 3 times the efficiency of the company's working capital turnover in 2014 d. 2018 efficiency. The size of a good company can be seen from the company's total asset value quite well. Total assets of PT. Fast Food continues to experience a significant increase every year. Growth opportunity PT. Fast Food has decreased every year even though sales have increased. This shows the low growth opportunity of the company can mean that the company does not have flexibility in investing optimally because the company manager will take action to transfer wealth from creditors toinvestors, so that the company is expected to have low debt. The level of profitability can be measured from the level of the company's fluctuating profits and significantly increased in 2018. In 2014 to 2015 decreased by 4.7%, then in 2016 increased by 3.9% and in 2016 decreased by 1.37% and in 2018 experienced a drastic increase in profit of 5.55%.Keywords: Working Capital Turnover, Firm Size, Growth Opportunity, Profitability, Capital Structure

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Brand Image, Price, Service, and Promotion of Consumer Satisfaction in Palembang City (Consumer Case Study of Grab) Palembang. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Brand Image, Price, Service, and Promotion together and partially on Consumer Satisfaction as well as to determine the effect of variables that have the most significant effect on Grab Palembang Customer Satisfaction. This research method uses the multiple regresssion model method which is a research design that will reveal the collective influence of the independent variable on one dependent variable. The data used are primary data and secondary data collected through questionnaires and data from Grab consumers directly. The total population is 3262 respondents and the sample is 256 respondents from consumers who use services from Grab. The results of the study show that the Consumer Decision partially has three influential variables, namely Price, Service, and Temporary Promotion Brand Image is not too influential on Consumer Satisfaction. Meanwhile, simultaneously the four variables have a significant influence on customer satisfaction Grab Palembang. This is evidenced by regression analysis on variables Brand Image, Price, Service, and Promotion.Keywords: Marketing Mix, Brand Image, Price, Service, Promotion, Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi upah pekerja wanita di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model persamaan Mincerian sedangkan pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa variabel usia, jam kerja dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap upah pekerja wanita. Selanjutnya variabel memiliki balita dan status menikah tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap upah pekerja wanta di Pedesaan. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa upah pekerja wanita di sektor non pertanian lebih rendah dari yang bekerja di sektor pertanian. Kata kunci: Upah, Pekerja Wanita, Pedesaan, sektor non pertanian
