The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself and his supporting instruments are the teacher's pedagogical knowledge test, learning observation sheet, and interview. The subjects of the study were mathematics teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Polewali, SMP Negeri 2 Polewali, and SMP Negeri 3 Polewali, which were then chosen by two people from each school. The results obtained from this study are the first based on the results of pedagogical tests given to research subjects, namely there are 2 subjects that fall into the category of high pedagogical knowledge and there are 4 subjects that fall into the category of low pedagogic knowledge and based on interviews the results show subjects that fall into the knowledge category High pedagogic generally understands how the application of scientific approaches in mathematics learning because they have frequently participated in training related to the scientific approach, whereas subjects with low pedagogic knowledge category only one subject understands the application of the scientific approach because they are active in the training carried out by the relevant offices.and for the other 3 subjects they did not really understand the scientific approach because they had only participated in the training once. Based on observations, it shows that (1) subjects who have a high pedagogical knowledge category are generally good in applying learning steps because it is clear in directing students in the learning process so that some students are able to follow them well. (2) subjects who have a low pedagogical knowledge category are generally not good at implementing learning steps because they are not clear in directing students in the learning process so that students cannot follow them well.

This study aimed to describe the ability to use idioms in sentences VIII.D grade students of SMP Negeri 1Tutallu. The study design used is dsekriktif. The population in this study is VIII.D grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tutallu who was 23 people. The sample was the entire population or using the total sample. The collection of data through tests, interviews and observations. The results showed that the ability to use idioms in sentences VIII.D grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tutallu Polewali Mandar categorized able to score an average of 83.40. This is evident from the results of data analysis showed that among 23 samples including 11 categories capable learners or approximately 47.82% of learners achieved by 2 or by 8.69%. For category 7 is able to successfully achieved by learners or by 30.43%. and category 3 sufficiently achieved by the students or by 3:04%. VIII.D class participants categorized as capable with an average value of 83.47%.

In the implementation of the learning ability to write descriptive response text. lack of use of a variety of strategies causes students to feel bored following learning. The reality happened to students of class VII A as an experimental (group) class, and class VII B as a class (group) control of 5 Wonomulyo State Junior High School in Polewali Mandar District. The population of this study was the entire class VII of the 5th Junior High School of Wonomulyo, Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 176 people, who were placed in five classes. The sample in this study were 2 classes randomly selected from 6 classes based on the results of simple random sampling and prior to determining the sample beforehand the initial test (Pre-test) was carried out to all participants in class VII of the 5 Wonomulyo Junior High School and the class that obtained grades the same or almost the same average is taken as an assessment class. This assessment will use 1 experimental class and 1 control class. Based on the results of simple random sampling, class VII A as an experimental class, and class VII B as a control class. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The inferential statistical test results show that the value of t count at equal variances assumed = 2.034 df = 54, and obtained t table = 2.004 so that t count = 2.034> t table = 2.004 and significance 0.004

The research conducted aims to obtain an overview of the education and training budget for improving the professionalism of teachers in Mamuju district, using a qualitative approach. The technique used in determining research informants is purposive sampling. The data collection was carried out with participatory observation techniques, semi-structured interviews and document review. The results of the study show that the education and training budget planning process for increasing the professionalism of teachers in Mamuju District is not yet fully ideal for implementing the five principles that are theoretically believed to be good budgeting principles in the public sector. There are many influential factors in the budget planning process, namely apparatus resources, planning documents (development and budgeting), nominative lists, budgets, and facilities (facilities and infrastructure). The education and training budget for increasing teacher professionalism in the government in the Mamuju district faces the following constraints: 1. Limited resources; 2) participant mechanisms for education and training for improving teacher professionalism; and 3) communication and coordination of related parties that are still weak. To overcome these various obstacles, interested parties have made staff review efforts to the regents, improved budgets and organized education and training for improving teacher professionalism and increasing the intensity of communication and coordination with various relevant parties.

Gender is a sex differences based on culture, where men and women are distinguished according to their respective roles that are constructed by local culture related to the role of nature, position and status in society.In the gender concept, the difference between men and women based on social and cultural construction of the mandar community has work behavior or culture that they are familiar with sibaliparri. Theresearch problemof this study is whether the culture of sibaliparri in which there is a gender equality.The motive of this research is to reveal how gender equality between a couple husband and wife in mandar community household based on sibaliparri cultural values. To find the answer of the research problem, a qualitative descriptive study is needed. Data collection methods used was field observations, interviews and literature study. The results showed that gender equality in mandar society was manifested in sibaliparri culture, namely the existence of mutual assistance between husband and wife and involving all family members.

This study was motivated low interest of learners in the writing of poetry, which is the learners who have difficulties to explore ideas in poetry writing, this can be seen from the average value of a minimum completeness criteria before.This study aims to describe the increase in the ability to write poetry using acrostic techniques learners VIIIB class SMP Negeri 1 Wonomulyo.Jenis research used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) with the study design planning, action, observation, and refleksi. Subject of this research is all class learners VIIIB SMP Negeri 1 Wonomulyo. Instrument of research in this study is to test and non-test, the test instrument is the result of the performance of learners in writing poetry while the instrument is in the form of sheets of non-test interview, observation, and dokumentasi. Based on statistical analysis results that have been conducted by the researchers, the values obtained in cycle I and cycle II. In the first cycle the average value of the learners is 74.74 and the second cycle the average value obtained learners are 78.97. Result of average ratadari each cycle has increased, it concludes that the use of the technique can improve the ability to write acrostic poems on VIIIB grade students of SMP Negari I Wonomulyo

This study aims to described students in solving problems based on personality type use instruments, personality type , problem solving and interview.The results of the study show:(1) understand the problems the subject of idealist only record that asked; (2) was making plans the subject could detect formula; (3) carry out a plan the subject of using formulas were formerly, although one measure. (1) understand the problems the subject type rational not have inscribed requirements enough and the requirements necessary; (2) was making plans subject to determine the steps the; (3) implement plan, problem solving skilled in algorithms and accuracy of. Basically type idealisdan rational capable of being searched the solution of given problem but not wrote with complete steps resolution.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of divorce and separation of parents were influential for the formation of children's behavior and personality. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of parental divorce on children in public SMA 1 nosu districts nosu Mamasa district. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The subject of this research, students of class XI IPA who have parents with backgrounds have divorced. Based on the recommendation of the supervising teacher that netted two students, such as Mega and Rismawati Rena. Methods of data collection using interviews and observation. Based on the results of research in public SMA 1 nosu districts nosu district Mamasa known that children of divorce indicates that the situation of children who come from families who had just divorced, usually have an impact on the issue of emotion expressed by not being able to manage his emotions well, be it emotional angry or sad, often aloof and withdrawn. But not all children of divorce experienced something like that, for the subject who has found her identity in line with the development of psychological, physical, and psychosocial well so that they can react to frustration caused by family problems with a positive attitude.

Street children become one of the problems that exist today, so it needs non-formal education efforts through its programs to overcome these problems. To get maximum educational results, a non-formal education program planning strategy is needed for these street children. This study aims to analyze the planning process of non-formal education programs for street children in Klinik Jalanan Samarinda. This study uses a qualitative approach because it will reveal how the non-formal education program planning process is for street children. This type of research is a descriptive study that will produce a description of the focus of the research conducted. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and study of documents. While the data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The analyzing the validity of the data using data triangulation. The results of the study revealed that the planning process carried out by the Klinik Jalanan Samarinda was divided into several processes including the approach to street children as a means of learning citizens. The next process is identifying the learning needs of street children to design non-formal education programs such as what is suitable for street children. Next is the preparation of learning to get an agreement with street children because street children have their preoccupations, so the need for an agreement on the time and place for the implementation of learning.

The background in this study is how the application of Sara Mills's discourse analysis model in the film Perempuan Berkalung Sorban. This study aims to determine how the subject-object position and the position of the reader or audience in the film Woman Berkalung Sorban. The position of the subject is the actor who is the narrator (subject). Meanwhile, the position of the object is who is defined and explained by others (the subject). Meanwhile, the position of the reader is how the reader identifies and places himself in the narrative of the text. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study are dialogue and image scanning in the film Perempuan Berkalung Sorban. The researchers used the theory of feminism as the basis for Sara Mills's discourse analysis that focused on women. The results of this study conclude, that women who stand alone as feminism are described by the main character Annisa as the owner of a Kyai child from the Salafiah Putri Al-Huda Islamic boarding school and his mother and wife. The women depicted in this film are positioned as intelligent, beautiful, and independent human beings, despite all forms of oppression in the name of gender, and are able to show their dignity and dignity as women. In this film, Berkalung Sorban proves that women are not weak but that men and women are created with the same potential abilities or are usually said with gender equality shown in cut scenes and dialogues in the film.
