The director as a leader at the Cirebon Maritime Academy has an influence on the creativity of educators, the work productivity of educational staff and the success of student learning. To find out the effect, survey research was conducted . Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaire studies. The questionnaire was made in the form of a questionnaire with 5 alternative choices. Each alternative answers provided more aggressively weighted score of 1 - 5 (1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = disagree, 4 = agree, and 5 = strongly agree ). Analysis of the data in this study consisted of (a) simple regression analysis; and (b) multiple analysis using statistical methods with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Regression analysis is used to predict research that includes variables X for Y1, Y2 and Y3. Simple Regression Analysis looks at Vaiabel Coefficients (Y1X) and (Y2X) and Y3X. This analysis is used to test the effect of each research variable. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded as a result of the research that the Leadership of the Director (X) on the Improvement of Educators' Creativity (Y1) is quite significant. The Leadership of the Director (X) on the Productivity of Education Workers (Y2) is also quite significant, and the results of the calculation of the influence of the Leadership of the Director (X) on Learning Success (Y3) are quite significant

This study aims to find a correlation between industry work practice experience on work readiness research was an ex post facto study. The study population consisted of TKR students who were carrying out industrial work practices in the official workshop of Indomobil Nissan Datsun in East Java in 2019. Data collection techniques were in the form of questionnaires for industrial work experience experience variables (X₁), work interest (X₂) and self-confidence (X₃), and for the work readiness variable there are three domains, cognitive and psychomotor domains, data collection in the form of tests, and affective domain variables in the form of observation. Data analysis of this study using multiple regression and assisted using SPSS for Windows. The results of this study are expected to There is a positive correlation between apprenticeship experience on work readiness (sig. Cognitive domain value of 0.001; sig. Affective domain value of 0.031; and psychomotor domain sig value of 0.004) in TKR students who are implementing apprenticeship in Indomobil's official workshop Nissan Datsun in East Java in 2019.

Abstract

Improving student competence is very dependent on the learning model and students' formal reasoning abilities. This study aims to: (1) analyze differences in competencies between students taught with the PDEODE learning model and students taught using direct learning models in DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari, (2) analyze differences in competencies between students who have TKPFT and students who have TKPFR on DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari, (3) analyze the interaction between the use of learning models and TKPF on student competencies on DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari. This research is a type of experimental research that uses factorial analysis design. Data collection instruments were in the form of passive component social attitude competency observation sheets, passive component knowledge competency test sheets, passive component skills competency performance test sheets and formal reasoning ability test sheets for students. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) there are differences in competencies between students taught using the PDEODE learning model and students taught using direct learning models in DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari, (2) there are differences in competencies between students who have TKPFT and students who have TKPFR on DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari, (3) there is an interaction between the use of learning models and TKPF on student competencies in DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari.

The interview was collected from the users. The needs analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The result of needs analysis, became the basis for the researchers to design course framework. The course framework was then developed into a syllabus. Finally the syllabus became the basis for designing reading materials. Reading materials for Vocational High School applied a topical syllabus. Each lesson or unit discusses different topics, greeting and introduction. Introduction about nurse, health, dialogue between nurse and patient, eat healthy food, profile a nurse, tools, disease, nutrition, the healthy diet pyramid. Abstract

This study aims to find a relationship between self-concept and problem solving with adapting to adolescents. The research subjects were 138 teenagers in class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Banyuwangi. Data collection is done by using the scale of self-concept, problem solving scale and scale of adjustment in adolescents that are compiled by researchers themselves. These three scales use a Likert model consisting of 5 alternative answers. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results of the study show (1) There is a significant relationship between self-concept and problem solving with adjustment variables in adolescents; (2) There is a very significant positive relationship between self-concept and adjustment in adolescents; and (3) There is a very significant positive relationship between problem solving and adjustment in adolescents. Effective contributions from self-concept variables and problem solving together have an effect of 40.5% on adapting to adolescents, so there are 59.5% of other variables that influence adolescents' adaptation in addition to the two X variables studied.
