Abstract

This study aims to determine purchasing decisions among young people who need their daily life is still filled by the lord yes. Android smartphones among young people are still included in the category of expensive items. The sample used is young people who are still learning and have no income. Consumers in determining the decision to purchase products are influenced by including price perceptions, product features, and word of mouth. Consumer complaints about price perceptions are caused by Android smartphones perceived to be more expensive. Price perception is related to how price information is understood entirely by consumers and gives a deep meaning to them, three indicators namely: Price conformity to product quality, Price conformity to benefits and Competitive prices. Product features are elements of a product that are considered important by consumers and are used as the basis for making a purchasing decision, researchers use four indicators, namely: Diversity of Features, Quality of Features, Importance of Features and Completeness of Features. Word of Mouth or WOM is the act of providing any information related to the product by consumers to other consumers. there are three indicators of Word of Mouth, namely: Word of Mouth Organic, Word of Mouth Amplified and Word of Mouth Marketing. The purchase decision is a decision as the choice of an action of two or more alternative choices, there are six indicators namely: Product choice, Brand choice, Time choice, Store choice, Choice of amount and Choice of payment. From the results of this study it was found that the influence of Price Perception (X₁), Product Features (X₂) and Word of Mouth (X₃) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) had a very strong and positive effect because when young people whose financial needs were still met from his parents or young people who have not worked is largely determined by the variable Price Perception (X ₁), Product Features (X ₂) and Word of Mouth (X ₃) together or simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision (Y) of an android smartphone.

Abstract

The study of Islamic religious education in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 requires teaching methods which involve the role of information and communication technology in order to produce the expected quality. students cannot participate in learning maximally which has an impact on the quality of learning. The independence of learning is the goal of this study because to be able to absorb the knowledge of Islamic education it requires a great deal of motivation both theory and practice. Blended learning is a learning model which combines study in the classroom  transitional which combines conventional learning with e-learning while increasing student independence. In its implementation, blended learning allows students to get explanations from lecturers in class, then proceed with collaboration in groups and present assignments online by video conference presentations made separately by each group member. The video then uploaded to the e-learning system by group members and it can be seen online by the class participants according to the lesson schedule, to be given a score and description of the presentation to each group member online. Blended learning represents new method  to create learning experiences that can provide the right learning at the right time and in the right place for each and every individual and bringing groups of learners together through different cultures.

Abstract

Many factors influence the low number of skilled vocational high school graduates. One factor that is the leading cause is the lack of instruments that can be used in the learning process, especially authentic instruments, to assess students' abilities in the psychomotor domain. Students who are dominant in the cognitive sphere are not necessarily skilled in the psychomotor realm, especially when using the equipment and making improvements to the brake system. The purpose of this study is to develop an assessment instrument that is appropriate to be used by the teacher in evaluating the psychomotor domain's abilities, specifically for the brake system competency. This research is development research that uses ADDIE models as a reference for research. ADDIE model has five stages of development that need to be considered, including analysis; (2) design; (3) development; (4) implementations; and (5) evaluation. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the psychomotor domain assessment instrument for the competency of the brake system that was developed to be suitable for use in the learning process. Feasibility is proven from the results of the validation of experts who get an assessment of 4.66 with a very valid category. The instrument reliability test results that get the Cronbach's alpha value of 0.895, and the value of inter-observer reliability is 0.740. In addition, the instrument is also practical when used in the learning process. This was evidenced by the acquisition of practicality test value of 3.31 and entered in the practical category.
