Abstract

Abstract: The procurement of goods and services for government purposes is one of the tools to drive economic growth in order to improve the national economy and enhance the welfare of the Indonesian people. This is because the procurement of goods and services, especially in the public sector, is closely related to the use of state budgets. The implementation of procurement agreements for goods and services is based on Article 1338 paragraph (1) of the Civil Code and Presidential Regulation No. 12 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 on Government Procurement of Goods and Services.The problem formulation in this thesis includes: first, how is the implementation of the procurement agreement for goods and services between the Social Service Office of West Sumatra Province and CV. Jogja Konveksi? Second, what are the obstacles and efforts to resolve issues in the implementation of the procurement agreement between CV. Jogja Konveksi and the Social Service Office of West Sumatra Province?This research is a legal study with a descriptive specification, illustrating the implementation of the procurement agreement for goods and services between the Social Service Office of West Sumatra Province and CV. Jogja Konveksi. The research approach used is the normative juridical approach as the main approach, supported by an empirical juridical approach.Based on the research results and discussion, the following conclusions are drawn: first, in the implementation of the procurement agreement for goods and services between the Social Service Office of West Sumatra Province and CV. Jogja Konveksi, the goods and services provider is in a weak position, making them more likely to comply with the conditions set by the goods and services user. Second, obstacles in the implementation of the procurement agreement include errors in the electronic procurement system, which sometimes delays contracts, and vendors violating contract terms, causing issues. Efforts to address these obstacles include improving the electronic procurement system to prevent system errors and enhancing human resource quality by providing knowledge and socialization on contract breaches and the consequences of violating contract terms.Keywords: Agreement, Contract, Procurement of Goods and Services.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning saturation is one of the problems that is often faced by students, especially in subjects that are considered difficult, such as Mathematics. At SMP Negeri 19 Padang, many students complained of boredom in Mathematics lessons, allegedly caused by the lack of student involvement in learning. This saturation can affect students' motivation and learning achievement, ultimately impacting the quality of education. This study aims to analyze students' learning saturation behaviour in mathematics subjects and its implications for Guidance and Counseling (BK) services. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study was conducted on 58 grade IX students of SMP Negeri 19 Padang who were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that measures four aspects of learning saturation: physical, emotional, motivational, and mental fatigue. The study results showed that 57% of students experienced moderate learning saturation and 23% at high to very high levels. The analysis revealed that motivational fatigue was the most serious problem, with 55% of students being at high to very high levels, followed by emotional fatigue (33%), mental fatigue (38%), and physical fatigue (19%). These findings have implications for developing a comprehensive BK program, including information services, group guidance, and individual counselling to help students overcome math learning boredom.Keywords: Learning Saturation, Mathematics, Counseling Guidance, Junior High School Students.

Abstract: Advances in information and communication technology have changed the media landscape in the current digital era. Podcasts have become a popular media platform in recent years, podcasts can also provide a new way to convey information and education, this journal explains the use of podcasts as a medium for information and education in the technological era, as well as discussing the benefits, challenges and best strategies for producing and distributing content Podcast Effectively. This journal uses qualitative research methods in this journal using references to previous research. This research shows that podcasts have advantages as information and educational media. Abstract

Abstrak: Hukum adat memberikan kerangka dan pendekatan yang mampu menciptakan ruang dialog antara pemerintah, pengembang, dan masyarakat. Dengan mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip musyawarah, melibatkan ninik mamak, serta menghormati hak-hak adat dalam proses pembebasan lahan, dapat dicapai penyelesaian sengketa yang adil dan berkelanjutan, mendukung keberhasilan Proyek Strategis Nasional di Minangkabau. Integrasi hukum adat dalam proses perencanaan Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) di Minangkabau merupakan langkah yang penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan proyek dan menjaga keseimbangan sosial serta lingkungan. Namun, proses ini tidak lepas dari berbagai tantangan dan peluang. Berikut adalah uraian mengenai tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam integrasi hukum adat: Integrasi hukum adat dalam perencanaan Proyek Strategis Nasional di Minangkabau dihadapkan pada tantangan yang signifikan, termasuk ketidakpastian hukum, penolakan dari beberapa pihak, serta kurangnya pemahaman tentang hukum adat. Namun, dengan kerangka hukum yang mendukung dan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, ada peluang besar untuk menciptakan proyek yang lebih adil, berkelanjutan, dan harmonis. Dengan memanfaatkan potensi hukum adat, PSN di Minangkabau dapat lebih menghormati nilai dan norma lokal, menjadikan proyek tersebut lebih menguntungkan bagi semua pihak.  Kata Kunci: Hukum Adat, Minangkabau, PSN.

Abstract

Abstract: Differences in educational backgrounds affect students' motivation to choose higher education study programs. This study aims to analyze the differences in student motivation between senior high school (SMA) and vocational high school (SMK) when choosing a study program. This study aims to describe and analyze the differences in motivation of students with high school and vocational education backgrounds in choosing a study program at the Department of Family Welfare Sciences. This comparative descriptive quantitative research involved 68 students, consisting of 34 students from high school backgrounds and 34 from vocational schools. Data collection was carried out through a Likert scale questionnaire with 53 questions. Data analysis used the Mann-Whitney U Test, a non-parametric statistical test, to test the difference in motivation significance. The study results show that the motivation of students from both educational backgrounds is in the medium category. However, there is a significant difference in motivation for choosing a study program. High school students tend to be more motivated by academic factors and knowledge development, while vocational school students are more concerned about practical skills and career opportunities. Statistical analysis produced a significance value of 0.031 (p < 0.05), confirming a significant motivation difference between high school and vocational school students. This study provides important insights into how educational background affects motivation for choosing study programs, which can be a consideration for curriculum development and student admission strategies in higher education.Keywords: Student Motivation, High School, Vocational School, Study Program Selection.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to test whether there is a positive influence from Disclosure of Carbon Emissions and Environmental Performance on Company Value with Company Size as a control variable. This test uses 234 samples obtained from 78 Consumer Non-Cyclical companies with a time span of 3 years, namely 2021 to 2023. Based on the results of research and hypothesis testing that has been carried out by researchers, the conclusion is as follows: Carbon Emission Disclosure has an effect positive effect on company value, and environmental performance has a positive effect on company value. Abstract: In social reintegration there are micro interventions. Micro intervention is a community guidance skill in overcoming problems faced by individuals and families. Micro intervention (Social Casework) is a therapy that is carried out face to face, namely a social guide with the client. This is done to reveal or explore fundamental problems so that they can help in the service process. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of auditor competence, time pressure, workload, and auditor experience on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. The population in this research are junior auditors at Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Jakarta. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The sampling technique used convenience sampling with a sample of 138 respondents. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the variables of auditor competence and time pressure do not affect the auditor's ability to detect fraud, while workload and auditor experience has a positive effect on the auditor's ability to detect fraud.Keyword : Auditor Competence;Time Pressure;Workload;Aditor Experience;Auditor’s Ability to Detect Fraud

Abstract

Abstract: the ability to be responsible must exist: a) The ability to differentiate between good and bad actions in accordance with the law and those that are against the law; and b) The ability to determine one's will according to awareness of the good and bad of the action. An error is deemed to exist if intentionally or through negligence an act has been committed which causes a situation or consequence prohibited by criminal law and is carried out with responsibility. A person makes a mistake, if at the time of committing the offense, it is seen from the perspective of society. In this way, according to him, someone gets punished depending on two things, namely: there must be an act that is contrary to the law, or in other words, there must be an element of unlawfulness, so there must be an objective element, and for the perpetrator there is an element of error in the form of intent and/or negligence, so that the unlawful act can be held accountable to him. So there is a subjective element. No excuses. The relationship between the perpetrator and his actions is determined by the responsible ability of the perpetrator. The reason for forgiveness concerns the person of the perpetrator, in the sense that the person cannot be blamed or he is innocent or cannot be held responsible, even though his actions are against the law. On the other hand, there are reasons that eliminate the perpetrator's guilt, so that he is not punished.Keywords: Error, Ability, Formal.

Abstract

Abstract: Heart communication is a communication approach that emphasizes intellectual processing, emotional regulation, emotional cleansing, sympathy, empathy, peace, and happiness. It fosters emotional awareness and sincerity in interactions. This study aims to analyze how heart communication influences interpersonal and intrapersonal communication in the context of workplace seniority. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, this research explores individual experiences in applying heart communication in senior-junior interactions. The findings reveal that heart communication strengthens interpersonal relationships, reduces seniority gaps, and establishes a more harmonious and inclusive communication pattern. The study's implications provide insights for the development of communication theory and practical applications in organizational settings.Keywords: Heart Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Intrapersonal Communication, Seniority, Workplace.
