Abstract

This study aims to determine the Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Treath (SWOT) analysis as a strategy to increase competitiveness at Souvenir Shop. In this study, the author uses a mix method, which is a method that combines quantitative and qualitative methods to be used together in one research activity. The results of the study indicate that the Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) matrix has good Strength and the External Strategic Factors Anallysis Summary (EFAS) has good Opportunity. The results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices show that the Souvenir Shop is in Quadrant I (Aggressive) which indicates that the Souvenir Shop has an opportunity where the Souvenir Shop is in a strong condition so that it is able to increase growth and acchieve maximum progress. The Souvenir Shop has good strengths that can be utilized as opportunities to increase product sales volume.

Abstract

Abstract Social media is interactive media technologies that facilitate human interaction and socialization. The immediacy of social media makes it easier for all humans to be connected without being limited by distance and reach. With easy reach, social media is also intended in marketing to promote a product or service. Nowadays, many hospitals also take advantage of it. Social media use by patients was found to reduce anxiety about facilities and services and help patients make it easier. In addition, through social media, medical personnel can also improve their image through interaction with patients even before the patient uses the hospital's services. It certainly helps patients to convince themselves and helps media staff to gain patient confidence more quickly. However, many things affect the amount of attention contained in each post. One of them is the time of posting. This study aims to see the effective days for posting on two social media and compare between 2 hospitals. The study uses a descriptive method from the results of manual data collection seen from the accounts concerned. The result is that each account has a different best posting day. The worst day to post on account A does not mean it will also be the worst day to post on account B. In addition, the number of reactions from Facebook is much more than Instagram. It is because Facebook has more users than Instagram. Furthermore, the number of posts is separate from the number of reactions in the form of likes and comments. Because even though the number of posts is few, sometimes it has the most reactions of comments and likes and vice versa.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods and regression analysis to examine how the independent variables of financial behavior and management of receivables collection relate to the dependent variable of company financial revenues. Data was collected through a survey method, where questionnaires were distributed to employees of Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku. Research shows that good financial behavior planning, controlling and recording finances increases financial revenues. In addition, financial receipts increase significantly due to effective management of receivables collection, which includes an organized collection system, monitoring of arrears and appropriate collection strategies. Therefore, the financial stability of a business can be improved with disciplined financial behavior and an effective receivables collection system. This research helps the management of Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku improve its financial strategy and collection system to increase revenue.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of work facilities and work discipline on the performance of Public Health Center employees. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive and verification types. The sample used was a saturated sample of 65 employees. The data used are primary and secondary. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Research data analysis used multiple linear tests and hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 26 application. The research results showed that there was a partial influence on work facilities and work discipline on employee performance. Based on a simultaneous test, work facilities and work discipline influence the performance of employees at the Wosi Health Center, Manokwari district

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and job stress on nurse performance in the inpatient ward of the Regional General Hospital. The research used a quantitative approach with an associative method using saturated sampling of 62 inpatient ward nurses. Data collection techniques used questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that partially, job satisfaction has no significant effect on nurse performance (t-count = 0.855 < t-table = 2.001; sig. 0.396 > 0.025), while job stress has a negative and significant effect on nurse performance (t-count = 9.648 > t-table = 2.001; sig. 0.000 < 0.025). Simultaneously, job satisfaction and job stress have a significant effect on nurse performance (F- count = 46.717 > F-table = 4.00; sig. 0.000 < 0.05) with an R² value of 0.613 or 61.3%. These results indicate that good job stress management is a crucial factor in improving nurse performance in the inpatient ward of RSUD.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang dapat dikumpulkan dan dianalisis berjumlah 77 pegawai tetap yang bertugas di beberapa bidang pada kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kota Ternate. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik slovin. SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, terutama melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Kepuasan kerja terbukti menjadi katalis utama yang menjembatani pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas, sementara rotasi kerja hanya berkontribusi langsung terhadap kinerja tanpa meningkatkan kepuasan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi manajemen yang berfokus pada penciptaan lingkungan kerja kondusif dan peningkatan kepuasan kerja untuk mendorong kinerja optimal secara berkelanjutan. Secara teoritis hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan dalam pengembangan ilmu manajemen sumberdaya manusia yang dapat memberikan manfaat pada akademisi dan praktisi manajemen organisasi perangkat daerah. ABSTRACT This study aims to empirically examine and demonstrate the effect of work environment and job rotation on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected and analyzed from 77 permanent employees working in various divisions of the Regional Secretariat Office of Ternate City. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula. Hypotheses were tested using SEM-PLS with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The findings reveal that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, particularly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Job satisfaction is proven to be a key catalyst that bridges the influence of the work environment on productivity, whereas job rotation contributes directly to performance without enhancing satisfaction. These results highlight the importance of management strategies that prioritize the creation of a conducive work environment and the enhancement of job satisfaction to foster sustainable optimal performance. Theoretically, this study is expected to contribute to the development of human resource management science and provide valuable insights for both academics and practitioners in regional government organizations. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan dan Pengetahuan Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Dalam Berwirausaha di Universitas Kristen Immanuel Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil responden di Universitas Kristen Immanuel Yogyakarta, untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi, lingkungan dan pengetahuan secara persial terhadap minat mahasiswa di Universitas Kristen Immanuel Yogyakarta, untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi, lingkungan dan pengetahuan secara simultan terhdapat minat mahasiswa berwirausaha di Universitas Kristen Immanuel Yogyakarta, dan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling mendominan mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa berwirausaha di Universitas Kristen Immanuel Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan data diolah dengan program SPSS 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis persentase dapat diketahui bahwa karekteristik responden jenis kelamin perempuan di Universitas Kristen Immanuel yang terbanyak sebesar 66 orang, dari kelompok usia 21-24 tahun di Universitas Kristen Immanuel yang terbanyak sebesar 83 orang. Berdasarkan hasil regresi yang telah dilakukan maka pada variabel motivasi, lingkungan dan pengetahuan secara persial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa berwirausaha di Universitas Kristen Immanuel Yogyakarta, berdasarkan variabel motivasi, lingkungan dan pengetahuan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa berwirausaha di Universitas Kristen Immanuel Yogyakarta. Variabel yang paling mendominan berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa berwirausaha di Universitas Kristen Immanuel Yogyakarta adalah motivasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh price, people, physical evidence dan process terhadap keputusan pembelian di Cat Petshop Kabupaten Manokwari. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 130 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian minimal 2 kali di Cat Petshop. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala likert dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa price tidak berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. People, physical evidence dan process berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Price, people, physical evidence dan process berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya keseimbangan antara price, people, physical evidence dan process terhadap keputusan pembelian guna meningkatkan dan memperluas pasar. Penelitian ini juga mendukung teori Marketing mix dalam menjelaskan pengaruh price, people, physical evidence dan process terhadap keputusan pembelian di Cat Petshop Kabupaten Manokwari.

Abstract

Keterlibatan perempuan penyandang disabilitas dalam kegiatan wirausaha merupakan isu penting dalam pembangunan inklusif, terutama di negara berkembang. Namun, penelitian mengenai topik ini masih relatif terbatas. Kajian ini berupaya mengungkap tren penelitian, pendekatan metodologis, serta tema utama yang muncul terkait motivasi, hambatan, dukungan kelembagaan, dan peluang kewirausahaan inklusif. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review dengan model PRISMA. Penyaringan dokumen berdasarkan bidang ilmu, aksesibilitas, bahasa, status publikasi, dan relevansi geografis. Setelah seleksi bertahap, diperoleh 8 artikel akhir yang dianalisis secara tematik. Analisis terhadap delapan artikel terpilih menunjukkan empat tema utama: (1) motivasi kewirausahaan, (2) hambatan struktural, (3) peran kebijakan dan lembaga pendukung, serta (4) peluang baru melalui transformasi digital yang menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan wirausaha perempuan penyandang disabilitas. Kajian ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan kebijakan lintas sektor, pelatihan keterampilan digital, serta penciptaan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan perempuan penyandang disabilitas.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Pengembangan Pantai Wisata Sowa di Distrik Yaur Kabupaten Nabire dan bagaimanakah analisis strategi Pengembangan Pantai Wisata Sowa di Distrik Yaur Kabupaten Nabire berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang menjadi kekuatan, kesempatan, kelemahan dan ancaman, dengan mengunakan metode kualitatif dan menggunakan analisis analisis tematik dan SWOT. Subjek penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 15 orang yang merupakan informan yang dipilih untuk mendapatkan data mengenai pengembangan Pantai Sowa Nabire.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Dari kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh Pantai Sowa Distrik Yaur Nabire maka strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan Pendapatannya adalah Strategi Strength-Oportunity (SO), Strategi Strength-Threat (ST), Strategi Weakness-Oportunity (WO), dan Strategi Weakness-Threat (Kekuatan–Ancaman). Kata Kunci : SWOT, Kekuatan, Kesempatan, Kelemahan, Ancaman, Pariwisata ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine the development strategy of Sowa Beach Tourism in Yaur District, Nabire Regency, and to analyze the development strategy based on the factors of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats. This study employs a qualitative research method using thematic and SWOT analysis. The research involved 15 informants who were selected to provide in-depth information regarding the development of Sowa Beach in Nabire.The findings indicate that, based on the identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Sowa Beach Tourism in Yaur District, Nabire, the appropriate strategies to enhance its revenue include: Strength–Opportunity (SO) strategies, Strength–Threat (ST) strategies, Weakness–Opportunity (WO) strategies, and Weakness–Threat (WT) strategies.Keywords: SWOT, Strength, Opportunity, Weakness, Threat, Tourism
