Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is an educational approach that gives children the freedom to develop their potential based on individual interests, talents and needs. In implementing the independent curriculum, it certainly requires the role of the principal and teacher in order to create good teaching and learning activities for children. The purpose of this study was to explore and analyze (1) the preparation of differentiated teaching modules, (2) the implementation of differentiated learning, (3) the way teachers identify children's learning characteristics. This research model uses a qualitative case study approach with participatory observation methods and structured interviews. Data collection techniques were collected through direct observation or in-class observation, interviews with the principal and also two teachers in grades A and B, as well as documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Milles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification/drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that with the implementation of an independent curriculum, differentiated learning provides significant benefits for both children and teachers. In the context of the independent curriculum itself the teacher is given the freedom to arrange teaching modules and adjust to the implementation of differentiated learning according to learning strategies that suit the individual needs of each child. and in differentiated learning the teacher can identify the characteristics of learning in children and know the abilities, interests, and learning styles that will enable each child to grow and develop according to their potential

Abstract

The aim of this writer's research was to produce a product in the form of a learning module in the Islamic tarbiyah program at the Integrated Islamic Senior High School Wahdah Islamiyah Palopo. This study uses research and development (RandD). This research developed an existing product, namely mawad (a set of consumables used by murabbi/murabbiyah in the Islamic tarbiyah program at the Integrated Islamic Senior High School Wahdah Islamiyah Palopo. The subjects of this study were murabbi and murabbiyah at the Integrated Islamic Senior High School Wahdah Islamiyah Palopo, totaling three people (one murabbi and two murabbiyah). and class X SMAIT Wahdah Islamiyah will be 31 people, class XI will be 25 people and class XII will be 21. The research object is mawad (collection of materials) tarbiyah Islamiyah marhalah ta'rif 1. including: observation/observations, interviews, literature studies, questionnaires and documentation.This quantitative analysis technique was used to analyze the research data this time which presents the results of product development in the form of the tarbiyah marhalah ta'rif 1 module. Data were obtained from research instruments/tools obtained through validation by three experts and a questionnaire answering teachers and students at the Integrated Islamic Senior High School Wahdah Islamiyah Palopo. The findings in this study are that in implementing the Islamic tarbiyah program, murabbi/murabbiyah in various regions use mawad (collection of material) whose material is discussed in general for all groups. Currently, murabbi/murabbiyah, especially at the Integrated Islamic Senior High School Wahdah Islamiyah Palopo, do not yet have a module where the material has been separated according to the time period for which the material must be completed so that the material is not completed according to the specified time period.

Abstract

Internet self-efficacy (ISE) was initiated by Albert Bandura, self-efficacy (SE) is a widely accepted concept that refers to an individual's belief in his ability to complete certain behaviors or tasks in certain situations. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between ISE and the learning achievement of 12th-grade high school students. The sample of this study was 12th-grade MIPA 7 SMA Unggulan CT ARSA Foundation Sukoharjo as many as 21 students. ISE data is data obtained from questionnaires distributed to students who have been tested for validity and reliability. On the other hand, learning achievement tests were conducted on students with three-dimensional material. The analysis conducted to determine the relationship between the two variables is bivariate analysis. The results showed that between the ISE variable and Student Learning Achievement, a correlation coefficient value of 0.670 was obtained with a significant relationship between the ISE variable and Student Achievement. The degree of bond correlation value shows a strong/sturdy correlation.

Abstract

Student-led-conference (SLC) merupakan salah satu strategi untuk mengkomunikasikan hasil belajar siswa dengan orang tua. Berbeda dengan PTC (Parents-teachers conference), di SLC siswa lebih terlibat dan aktif. Penelitian menemukan bahwa konferensi yang dipimpin siswa dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa karena mereka lebih aktif terlibat untuk mempresentasikan dan mendiskusikan peningkatan mereka dengan orang tua mereka. Oleh karena itu, SLH Palopo menggunakan SLC sebagai strategi untuk mengkomunikasikan kemajuan siswa kepada orang tuanya. Namun SLC sebagai program belum pernah dievaluasi secara komprehensif sejak pertama kali diadakan pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, product) dengan menganalisis setiap komponen. Aspek-aspek yang dinilai adalah kebutuhan dan tujuan program SLC di SLH Palopo, perangkat SLC, siklus SLC, alur SLC, dan produk yang menjadi kebutuhan dan tujuan tercapai, dan umpan balik orang tua tentang program ini tahun depan. Berdasarkan evaluasi, program ini sudah baik di setiap komponen, namun masih terus ditingkatkan untuk lebih baik lagi. Berdasarkan evaluasi konteks, sekolah perlu membuat kebijakan khusus untuk program ini dalam konteks SLH Palopo. Sebagai masukan, setiap alat di SLC perlu digunakan secara lebih efektif. Dalam prosesnya, sekolah perlu memfasilitasi kegiatan setelah SLC berdasarkan penetapan tujuan siswa dan melibatkan orang tua. Pada produk, fasilitasi umpan balik orang tua pada SLC berikutnya terutama tentang waktu. Oleh karena itu, program ini akan dilanjutkan tahun depan dengan rekomendasi agar lebih baik lagi di lain waktu.

Abstract

This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes by applying a process skills approach to fifth grade students at SD Negeri 30 Sumpang Bita. This study uses classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle has four stages, which consist of: planning, action, observation and reflection. Observation sheets and learning outcomes tests are used as research instruments. Observations, learning outcomes tests and documentation used in data collection techniques. Quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques were used in data analysis. The results showed that the first cycle got an average score of 64.7, the second cycle scored higher student learning outcomes, namely the average value reached 86.7. Only 7 students (41%) achieved completeness in cycle I. In contrast to cycle II, there were 16 (96%) students who achieved completeness. This means that classical learning mastery is achieved in cycle II, because the number of students is more than 80%. Thus it was concluded that the application of the process skills approach to social science subjects could improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The ability to communicate is required at this time because it allows for effective communication of ideas, information, and other concepts. To enhance speaking skills, one must use the appropriate media, including flashcard learning media employing the role-playing method. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the Role-Playing Card method with Slovin’s Formula as the sample size can increase students' speaking abilities. The purpose of this experimental study is to determine whether the use of Role-Playing Cards can assist students in developing their speaking abilities. This investigation employed a pre-experimental design. This study involved 42 eighth-grade students from SMPN 19 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Information gathered from the pre- and post-tests The results of the analysis indicate that the t-test value (12,195) is significantly greater than the t-table (23,190). This shows that the null hypothesis (H0) or negative hypothesis, namely that role-playing card methods cannot increase students' speaking ability, cannot be accepted, and the alternative hypothesis (H1) or positive hypothesis, namely that role-playing card methods can increase students' speaking ability, must be accepted. This research concludes, based on the results of t-test calculations, that the role-playing card method is an effective medium for helping students hone their speaking skills

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat angka pertisipasi kehadiran mahasiswa dan tutor serta tingkat perhatian dan kepuasan mahasiswa dalam tutorial tuwebinar di era Covid-19 masa tuwebinar 2022 di Unit Program Belajar Jauh Universitas Tebuka Makassar Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penilitian kualitatif dengan jumlah populasi 25 orang, 160 tutor dan 24 kabupaten. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi online yang dilakukan oleh 25 pemantau kepada 160 tutor yang memberikan tutorial webinar. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif dengan tata kerja deskrpsi, reduksi, kategorisasi, penafsiran, dan penyimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kehadiran mahasiswa dan tutor per pemantau per wilayah mencapai > 88.67% dan ketidakhadiran mencapai 11.33%. Kemudian, capaian rata-rata per wilayah pantauan kehadiaran mahasiswa dan tutor mencapai 92.17% dan ketidakhadiran mencapai 0,33%. Indikator-indikator layanan tutorial yang diobservasi secara online oleh pemantau, yaitu penguasaan materi, peran tutor membantu mahasiswa memahami materi pelajaran, umpan balik tutor terhadap latihan/tugas, kesesuaian pelaksanaan jadwal tutorial, kualitas tempat tutorial, dan kemudahan mengikuti tuton. Sesuai dengan capaian layanan tutorial kateori perhatian mencapai 86.92% dan kepuasan mencapai 86.89%. Antara perhatian dan kepuasan dalam layanan tutorial terdapat celah 0.03%. Layanan yang memperoleh jedah adalah layanan tutor dalam membantu mahasiswa memahami materi (gap -038), kualitas fasilitas tempat tutorial (gap -0,06), kemudahan menngikuti tuton (gap -0,65), dan layanan pembayaran di Bank Mitra (gap -33,69). Implikasi tingkat partisipasi kehadiran mahasiswa dan tutor dalam tutorial webinar di era Covid-19 sangat signifikan implementasinya dibandingkan sebelum era Covid-19. Observasi online era Covid-19 dapat menjangkau yang tidak terjangkau secara sinkronus kegiatan tutor dan mahasiswa secara bersamaan dengan tempat yang berbeda, sedangkan sebelum era Covid-19, pemantau mengunjungi lokasi-lokasi tutorial tatap muka per kabupaten sehingga harapan memperoleh hasil tidak bisa tercapai sesuai rencana persentasi capaian > 85%.

Abstract

Tujuan peneletian untuk menganalisis bagaimana efektivitas implementasi klinik ujian dan workshop tugas berbasis daring dan pemberian pemahaman terhadap indicator-indikator klinik ujian dan workshop tugas mahasiswa baru Universitas Terbuka di Unit Program Belajar Jarak Jauh Makassar Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan populasi 24 rayon dan sampel 12 rayon. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposif, yakni rayon yang memiliki mahasiswa baru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik dokumentasi yang membutuhkan pengetahuan agar data yang terkumpul banar-benar data yang dibutuhkan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah pemaparan data, reduksi data, kategorisasi data, penafsiran, dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas implementasi klinik ujian dan workshop tugas berbasis daring masih dalam kategori rerata, yakni capaian persentasinya sebesar 78.87%. Dengan demikian, masih terdapat 21.13% yang perlu ditingkatkan oleh Unit Program Belajar Jarak Jauh Universitas Terbuka Makassar pada masa implementasi klinik ujian dan workshop tugas 2023.1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implikasi Universitas Terbuka dalam peningkatan kualifikasi pendidikan masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi penelitian dua puluh empat kabupaten dan kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan teknik dokumentasi dan kuesioner tertutup. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat lulusan sekolah menengah atas atau sederajat memanfaatkan Universitas Terbuka untuk studi lanjut sebanyak 932 atau capaian persentasinya sebesar 62.6 % dari target rekrutmen mahasiswa baru sebesar 1500 untuk 24 kabupaten dan kota di Sulawesi Selatan. Masyarakat memilih kuliah atau studi lanjut ke Universitas Terbuka memperoleh informasi dari mulut ke mulut 59,23%, website Universitas Terbuka 31,84%, dan media sosial (Instagram) 7,64%. Perolehan angka partisipasi masyarakat tidak terlepas dangan peran serta sosial media, sepertiyoutube, instagram, facebook, twitter, TikTok, dan tumblr berbasis blog. Kemudian media massa, seperti harian fajar, harian tribun timur, dan inti.com. Media face to face atau media dari mulut kemulut memanfaatkan alumni dan alumni ini dapat menyebarkan informasi Universitas Terbuka kepada para keluarganya, tetangganya, dan masyarakat sekitarnya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain a description of data regarding the Implementation of the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) in Online Positions for Elementary School Teachers which is implemented by FKIP Muhammadiyah University Prof. Dr. Hamka. The in-depth study in this research uses a qualitative perspective which examines the Implementation Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) in. Method in this research is CIPP, namely context, input, program and product of a program being implemented. The problems studied are related to the background, namely evaluating the background context of PPG UHAMKA and the institutional legal conditions of FKIP UHAMKA in developing human resource experience and infrastructure programs. In evaluating input regarding the readiness of FKIP UHAMKA in implementing PPG, PPG was presented in the position of Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD). Evaluation of learning processes or activities. Then evaluate the products resulting from the Student Performance Test (UKM PPG) in the form of increasing the number of professional teachers who are PGSD certified as evidenced by the resulting pass rate. The 2022 UHAMKA PPG PGSD Product Evaluation Program is very satisfying because the graduation rate is above 84%, this is encouraging news and should be maintained and even improved.
