Umumnya, sertifikasi guru sebatas untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan, peningkatan mutu Pendidikan dan sebagai bukti kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membangun model keterlibatan factor lain pada sertifikasi guru. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif berupa data responden yang dikumpulkan melalui sebaran kuesioner pada guru sekolah dasar yang telah mendapat sertifikasi. Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh peran kepala sekolah terhadap informasi dapodik; (2) tidak ada pengaruh peran kepala sekolah terhadap pembelajaran organisasi; (3) ada pengaruh mental siswa terhadap informasi dapodik; (4) ada pengaruh mental siswa terhadap pembelajaran organisasi; (5) ada pengaruh informasi dapodik terhadap sertifikasi guru; serta (6) ada pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi terhadap sertifikasi guru.

The learning process at school, apart from using textbooks, also requires teachers to use useful media to make it easier for students to receive lessons responsively, practically and easily understood by students. The education sector is no less important in the need for digital applications, especially in mathematics subjects, because mathematics lessons are difficult for students to understand without any media used during the learning process. The aim of this activity is to determine the effect of using concrete media in mathematics learning for class VI students at SD N 1 Karangnongko Klaten. This type of research is research with a pre-experimental design using the "One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design" design. The number of respondents in this study was 20 students taken using total sampling techniques. The instrument used in this activity is an observation sheet. The results of this research are that there is an influence from the use of concrete media in mathematics learning for class VI students at SD N 1 Karangnongko.

Observations in Class VI of SD Negeri 3 Blingoh show that mathematics learning for Semester 1 of the 2021/2022 academic year needs to be improved in order to increase students' ability to solve problems. To improve the quality of education and increase the ability to solve problems, there is a need for reforms in the field of education, including learning models. One of the mathematics learning models offered to improve the quality of education is mind mapping. By using the mind mapping learning model, it can be used as an alternative model in mathematics learning activities. In cycle II, students have shown encouraging learning results, namely that out of 19 students, 18 students or 95% have mastered the material and 1 student or 5% have not reached the completion standard. The implementation of cycle II learning improvements has reached the standard of completeness.

Salah satu tantangan di bidang pendidikan Indonesia adalah meningkatkan literasi sains siswa. Berdasarkan data PISA tahun 2018, Indonesia mengalami penurunan peringkat. Tawaran solusi yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan literasi sains adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran Guided Note Taking (GNT) yang terintegrasi Unity of Science (UoS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran GNT terintegrasi UoS terhadap literasi sains siswa pada materi asam dan basa. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksperimen dengan jenis quasi experiment. Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas XI MIPA 1 dan 2 SMA N 2 Semarang. Hasil data yang diperoleh dinyatakan data yang normal dan homogen yang kemudian digunakan Uji t menunjukkan 0,811 pada pre test dan post test 0,02. Hasil uji N-gain menunjukkan skor kelas eksperimen 0,472 dan kelas kontrol 0,194. Berdasarkan analisis data tersebut diambil kesimpulan bahwa kedua kelas setelah diberikan perlakuan memang mengalami peningkatan, tetapi peningkatan pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol.

This research aims to improve the mastery of English Speaking in grade 4 students at MIM SAJEN in 2021/2022. The mastery referred to in this research is improving mastery of English using Role Playing to make it easier for students to learn Speaking.The subjects in this research were 21 class IV students at MIM SAJEN. The method used was the Classroom Action Research method with a research design according to Kemmis and Taggart. The data collection method used is using student activity observation sheets and test questions for speaking performance. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that using ROLE PLAYING can improve the mastery of English speaking in class IV MIM SAJEN students. The increase in speaking mastery is proven by the average pre-test score of 15.7 (poor category), cycle 1 of 53.1 (sufficient category). ), cycle II was 68.8 (good category). Apart from these results, students also became more fluent in speaking using English vocabulary in front of other students.

Baterai merupakan salah satu sumber energi listrik yang masih menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari terutama untuk peralatan elektronika. Namun, baterai memiliki bahan yang berbahaya, selain itu limbah baterai memiliki dampak yang buruk bagi lingkungan sekitar. Sehingga perlu adanya inisiatif untuk mengurangi dampak limbah baterai di lingkungan, serta menjadi energi alternative pengganti listrik. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggunakan daun kelor. Daun kelor memiliki kandungan yang dapat diolah hingga menghasilkan arus listrik. Sehingga daun kelor dapat dijadikan pengganti elektrolit pada baterai. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus dengan tujuan menentukan berapa besar voltage yang akan dihasilkan dengan berbagai perbandingan formula antara daun kelor dengan serbuk karbon, serta mengukur berapa lama baterai dari daun kelor akan bertahan terhadap nyala lampu LED dan Jam Dinding. Pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa baterai yang mengandung full pasta daun kelor menghasilkan tegangan listrik sebesar 0,51 volt, baterai yang mengandung 50% pasta daun kelor dan 50 % serbuk karbon menghasilkan tegangan 1,5 volt, baterai yang mengandung 30% pasta daun kelor dan 70% serbuk karbon menghasilkan tegangan sebesar 1,5 Volt, sedangkan dbaterai yang mengandung 70% pasta daun kelor dan 30% serbuk karbon menghasilkan tegangan sebesar 1,41 Volt. Pengujian baterai menggunakan perbandingan formula 70% pasta daun kelor dan 30% serbuk karbon yang berhasil menghidupkan lampu LED selama 1 hari dan jam dinding selama 2 Minggu.

This research aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of grade 4 students at SD Negeri 2 Demangan. This research is classroom action research which was carried out in two cycles and each cycle had three meetings. The subjects in this research were 25 grade 4 students at SD Negeri 2 Demangan. Data collection techniques use test techniques. The data analysis technique uses comparative descriptive in the form of a percentage of mathematics learning outcomes between pre-cycle and after the cycle. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that learning using the Problem Based Learning model can improve learning outcomes in mathematics subjects with flat shapes. The results before the action was taken were that in the pre-cycle only 11 students or 44% had completed it, in the first cycle it had increased to 16 students or 64% who had completed studying mathematics and in the second cycle it had increased again to 22 students who had completed studying mathematics or 88%. This research was said to be successful because it achieved a performance indicator of ≥ 80% of all students with a KKM ≥ 70.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab kesulitan membaca permulaan peserta didik kelas II di SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas II yang mengalami kesulitan membaca permulaan teknik penagmbilan sampel dilakukan dengan tes membaca. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 14 jumlah peserta didik terdapat 3 peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan membaca. Faktor penyebab yang dialami peserta didik tersebut yaitu peserta didik pertama disebabkan karena terdapat gangguan pada penglihatannya yang membuat tidak bisa dengan jelas melihat tulisan, peserta didik kedua disebabkan kurangnya perhatian dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendampingi anaknya belajar, peserta didik ketiga disebabkan karena kurangnya motivasi dan minat dalam diri peserta didik untuk belajar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor penyebab peserta didik mengalami kesulitan membaca disebabkan karena faktor fisiologis, faktor lingkungan dan faktor psikologi.

Gamifikasi merupakan penggunaan unsur atau elemen games dalam kegiatan non-games. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan dan dampak gamifikasi (kahoot) dalam pembelajaran di SD/MI. Metode penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka yang menghasilkan simpulan melalui prosedur pengkajian pengetahuan, gagasan, dan penemuan yang terdapat dalam literature akademik. Hasil kajian pustaka menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran tingkat SD/MI. Kahoot sebagai salah satu aplikasi gamifikasi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa secara aktif dalam pembelajaran, meningkatkan motivasi, hasil belajar dan meningkatkan retensi siswa. Pemanfaatan Gamifikasi (kahoot) dapat digunakan dalam setting pembelajaran tradisional tatap muka, online learning, blended learning serta bisa dikombinasikan dengan model, metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lain.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of a creative learning approach in enhancing the understanding of the letters "b" and "d" among second-grade students at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Sidigede. The research background is rooted in the challenges faced by some students in distinguishing the letters "b" and "d." The research aim is to identify whether the creative learning approach can contribute positively to the understanding of these letters. The research employed an experimental design with a control group, involving 20 students. The data analysis revealed a significant improvement in letter comprehension scores in the experimental group. Classroom observations noted active participation and positive responses to the creative activities implemented in the learning process. The study's conclusion asserts that the creative learning approach is effective in enhancing letter literacy for "b" and "d" among second-grade students. The practical implication of this research is that the application of creative strategies can be a beneficial alternative in the context of teaching letters to children at this level.
