Abstract

The aim of this research wasdetermine effect of teachers effective communication with students interest joining BK service. Issues of study to knowinfluence of teachers effective communication with students interestjoiningBK service. This research was quantitative. Population was 350 students, 20% of samples were 70 students with simple random sampling technique.Correlation using simple linear regression, correlation value was 0.473 ,determination value was 0.224 or 22,4% interpreted effective communication contributes 22,4% to variable interest of following BK services, theres no significant influence and positive. Research results shows there was an influence between teachers effective communication with students interest joining BK service.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi efektif guru BK dengan siswa terhadap minat mengikuti layanan bimbingan dan koseling Permasalahan penelitian apakah ada pengaruh komunikasi efektif guru bimbingan konselingBK dan koseling. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi 350 siswa, sampel 20% sebanyak 70 siswa dengan simple random sampling. Hasil korelasi menggunakan regresi linear sederhana, nilai korelasi 0,473, nilai determinasi 0,224 atau 22,4% ditafsirkan kontribusi komunikasi efektif 22,4% terhadap variabel minat mengikuti layanan bimbingan dan konseling tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh komunikasi efektif guru bimbingan konseling dengan siswa terhadap minat dalam mengikuti layanan bimbingan dan koseling.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, komunikasi efektif, minat

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze of employability on final-year students of the Guidance and Counseling and Physical Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Lampung. This research method was quantitative descriptive, with the technique analyze of percentage and Rasch model. The sample of this research from the Guidance and Counseling were 49 students, while from the Physical Education were 32 students. The results showed that Guidance and Counseling and Physical Education students had high employability results, namely at 91% for Guidance and Counseling and the Physical Education get 86%, then what needs to be improved the final-year students from the Guidance and Counseling  is high order thinking skills, while the Physical Education self control. Because most of the results of the scale show high, it can be concluded that the work readiness soft skills for the final-year students from the Guidance and Counseling and the Physical Education are high.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis soft skills kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi BK dan Penjaskesrek FKIP Unila. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik analisis data Persentase dan Rasch model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa program studi BK dan Penjaskesrek memiliki hasil kesiapan kerja yang tinggi, yaitu BK 91% dan Penjaskesrek mendapatkan hasil 86%, lalu yang perlu ditingkatkan pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir BK yaitu high order thinking skills sedangkan Penjaskesrek self control. Karena sebagian besar hasil skala menunjukkan tinggi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa soft skills kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi BK dan Penjaskesrek tinggi. Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, kesiapan kerja, penjaskesrek

Abstract

The problem in this study is the learning motivation. The aim of this research was to determine the correlation between peer interaction with students’ learning motivation at SMK Darul Fikri Pugung sub-district Tanggamus. This research method is quantitative. The population of this study was 239 students and the sample of 60 students was determined by simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique was use peer interaction scale and learning motivation scale and data analysis was use Product moment correlation. The result of this study show there is positive and significant relationship between peer interaction with learning motivation with the value of rCount = 0.659 rTable = 0.254 the significant standard of p=0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pergaulan teman sebaya dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa SMK Darul Fikri Kecamatan Pugung Kabupaten Tanggamus. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 239 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 60 siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala pergaulan teman sebaya dan skala motivasi belajar dan analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product moment. Abstract

The main problem on this study was the poor learning motivation of student in class X SMK Tri Sukses Natar. The aim of this study was to improve student’s learning motivation using group guidance through figure’s biography information for tenth grade student at X SMK Tri Sukses . The method used in this study was Quasi Experimental using Time Series Design. The subject of this research was 8 students with high, medium, and low learning motivation level. This study used learning motivation scale for data colllection technique and Wilcoxon test for data analysis. It was proven from the result analysis of learning motivation’s pretest and posttest in which it was obtained Zcalculated = -2.518 dan Ztable = 0.000, thus Ho was refusedand Hawas accepted. To conclude, learning motivation of students can be improved using group guidance service by giving information of figure’s biography.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah pada siswa kelas X SMK Tri Sukses Natar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar menggunakan bimbingan kelompok melalui layanan informasi biografi tokoh pada siswa kelas X SMK Tri Sukses Natar . Metode yang digunakan adalah metode quasi experimental dengan menggunakan time series design. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 8 siwa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi belajar. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari analisis hasil pretest dan posttest motivasi belajar yang diperoleh Zhitung = -2,518 dan Ztabel = 0,000, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan layanan informasi.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, bimbingan kelompok, motivasi belajar

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out whether students social interaction ability can be improved by using group counseling services. The research method was quasi experiment with one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects were 13 students of who have low social interaction ability. Data collection technique used observation. The results showed that students social interaction abilities had increased significantly after the administration of guidance counseling services. It was shown from the results obtained from pretest and posttest z output= -3,18 and z tables, with a value = 5% is 1,645.Because the z counts z table, then Ho is rejected ada Ha is accepted, it means that there was a significant increased in social interaction after being given a guidance services group.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa peningkatan kemampuan interaksi sosial dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa. Metode penelitian ini bersifat Quasi eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian sebanyak tiga belas siswa kelas X yang memiliki kemampuan interaksi sosial rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa mengalami peningkatan signifikan setelah pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil pretest dan posttest yang diperoleh Z hitung = -3,18 dan Z tabel, dengan nilai ? = 5% adalah 1,645. Karena Z hitung Z tabel, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat peningkatan interaksi Sosial yang signifikan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok.Kata kunci : bimbingan dan konseling, bimbingan kelompok, interaksi sosial

Abstract

The problem of this study was the lowness of students learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to determined the correlation of parenting patterns to the student learning achievement. Population amounted to 240 students and research samples as many as 133 students determined by simple random sampling technique. Data collection technique used parenting patterns questionnaires and documentation of report cards for learning achievement. Data analysis using product moment correlation. Result show there was significant correlation between authoritative parenting with student learning achievement based rcount = 0,503 rtable = 0,304. The conclusion of this research there was significant correlation between authoritative parenting with student learning achievement.Masalah penelitian ini adalah prestasi belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Populasi berjumlah 240 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 133 siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket pola asuh orang tua dan dokumentasi raport prestasi belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang siginifikan antara pola asuh orang tua otoritatif dengan prestasi belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan nilai rhitung = 0,503 rtabel = 0,304. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua otoritatif dengan prestasi belajar.Kata kunci:hubungan,pola asuh orang tua, prestasi belajar

Abstract

The problem in this study was students' self-confidence in learning process. The purpose of the study was to determine the improvement in self-confidence in learning with the help of rational emotive behavior therapy counseling. The study used qualitative descriptive method with a case study. The participants consisted of 3 students with low self-confidence in learning. The data collection technique was done using the scale of confidence in learning. The results of this study indicated that there was an improvement of self-confidence in learning using rational emotive behavior therapy counseling when applied to students. It has been proven with the change showed by the three subjects, such as: the students changed their irrational thoughts into a more rational thoughts, the students showed self-confidence about their capability, no more fear of failing in doing anything. The conclusion of this study is that the rational emotive behavior therapy counseling can be used to improve students' self-confidence in learning.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah percaya diri siswa dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan percaya diri dalam belajar menggunakan konseling rational emotive behavior therapy. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 3 siswa yang memiliki percaya diri dalam belajar rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala percaya diri dalam belajar. Hasil penelitian konseling menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan percaya diri dalam belajar menggunakan konseling rational emotive behavior therapy dapat digunakan pada siswa. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan ketiga subjek, seperti siswa mengubah pikiran irasionalnya ke arah yang lebih rasional, yakin pada kemampuan yang dimiliki, tidak lagi merasa takut gagal dalam melakukan hal apapun. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah konseling rational emotive behavior therapy dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan percaya diri dalam belajar.Kata kunci:konseling (REBT), peningkatan, percaya diri dalam belajar

Abstract

The purpose of the study film Laskar Pelangi in classical guidance services to increase the learning interest of class VIII Pringsewu Public Middle school. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method group pretest - posttest, and analyzed using statistical analysis with the formula T-test and significant level used 5%. The sample in this study was 50 students of class VIII. The calculation results value of tcount 9.941 t table 2.00958 at the significance level of 5%. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion in this study is that there is the influence of the film Laskar Pelangi in classical guidance.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh film laskar pelangi dalam layanan bimbingan klasikal untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII. Metode yang digunakan quasi eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest – posttest, dan Uji-t dan taraf signifikan 5%. Sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 siswa kelas VIII. Hasil peritungan diperoleh nilai thitung 9,941 ttabel 2,00958 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh film laskar pelangi dalam bimbingan klasikal dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Kata kunci: layanan informasi, media audio visual, minat belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the increase of in independent learning using group counseling. The problem of this study is the low learning independence. The problem in this research is “Can study independence increase by using counselling group for the students at grade VIII SMPN 10 Kotabumi in academic year 2012/2013?”. The method that is used in this study with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects of the study of the six students who have a low learning independence. Technique in gained the data of this research is by using study scale independence of learning and Observation. The result shows that the studens’ independent learning can be enhanced by using group counseling, as evidenced from the analysis of the data by using the Wilcoxon test different, from the pretest and posttest results Obtained Zoutput Ztabel (-2201 0) then Ha is accepted, it means that independence of student learning can be enhanced by using group counseling services.Conclusion of this research is independence of student learning can increase by using counselling group of the students grade VIII SMPN 10 Kotabumi North Lampung regency Academic Year 2012/2013.The suggestion that can be given (1) for the students who has a low learning independence, one way to increase of independent learning by following a group counseling services in order to increase of the independence of learning, (2) for the teachers, group counseling services can be used to improve students’ learning independence. (3) for the Researchers should be Able to conduct research on learning independence issues with the condition of different subjects, but in conducting subsequent research use the same methods.Kata kunci : Bimbingan Konseling, Kemandirian Belajar, Konseling Kelompok.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the students who have negative attitude in autonomy at school. The problem is “whether the group guidance for game simulation techniques can improve students positive attitude towards autonomy in class XI students of students of SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung”. The objective of the research is to improve students positive attitudes towards psychological well-being, especially the dimension of autonomy. The quasi eksperimen design untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest was used in this method. The subject of the research were 10 experimental group and 10 control group. Data collection techniques use a autonomy scale. The results showed that attitudes towards the autonomy of students in schools could be improved through group guidance techniques for games simulation techniques, this was shown by the Mann Whitney test results. The results of statistical analysis showed value (Sig.) 0,000 0,05 the Ho was rejected by Ha accepted, meaning that there was an increase in the attitude of students towards autonomy after being given group guidance services to game simulation techniques in the experimental group in class XI SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2018/2019. The conclusion is that the attitude of students of students towards autonomy class XI can be increased using group simulation techniques for game simulation techniques in the experimental group in SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2018/2019.Masalah penelitian ini adalah siswa yang memiliki sikap negatif terhadap autonomy di sekolah. Permasalahannya adalah “apakah layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik simulasi games dapat meningkatkan sikap positif siswa terhadap autonomy pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan sikap positif siswa terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis khususnya dimensi autonomy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen desain untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest. Subjek penelitian yaitu 10 orang kelompok eksperimen dan 10 orang kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala sikap kemandirian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap terhadap autonomy siswa di sekolah dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik simulasi games,  hal ini ditunjukkan hasil uji Mann Whitney. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan nilai (Sig.) 0,000 0,05, maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima, artinya bahwa terdapat peningkatan sikap siswa terhadap autonomy setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik simulasi games pada kelompok eksperimen di kelas XI SMAN 4 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.
