Abstract

Maternal mortality in Indonesia remains relatively high compared to other ASEAN countries, even though there has been a gradual decline over the past two decades. Various efforts have been made to improve the quality of maternal health services, particularly in hospitals that serve as primary referral centers. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the effectiveness of maternal care in hospitals and to explore intervention strategies that have contributed to reducing maternal mortality. A narrative literature review was conducted, analyzing 16 national and international journal articles published between 2020 and 2025. The findings show that service effectiveness is shaped by both clinical and non-clinical factors, including geographic access, socioeconomic disparities, human resource capacity, information system integration, and the strength of referral systems. In addition, context-sensitive health policies and multisectoral approaches play a critical role in supporting sustainable and impactful interventions for reducing maternal mortality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of the variables digital marketing, financial technology and artificial intelligence on improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in Depok City. This study employs a quantitative approach. The object of analysis consists of 190 MSME actors in Depok City. Data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis method uses SEM, and the analytical tool is LISREL version 8.80. The results indicate that, partially, the digital marketing variable does not have a positive and significant effect on improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in Depok City, and the same applies to the financial technology variable. However, artificial intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the competitiveness of MSMEs in Depok City. Simultaneously, digital marketing, financial technology and artificial intelligence have a positive and significant influence on increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the city of Depok.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) have great potential thanks to their unique cultural richness, yet they face major challenges in global market competition due to limited digital literacy and suboptimal promotional efforts. This study aims to understand how the application of digital marketing based on local wisdom can strengthen the product identity of NTB’s MSMEs and increase their competitiveness in the international market. Using a qualitative method through literature studies and in-depth interviews with MSME actors, digital marketing practitioners, and cultural figures, this research found that integrating cultural elements such as traditional motifs, product origin stories, and authenticity narratives into digital content can create unique product identities and build emotional connections with consumers. This strategy has proven effective in increasing social media engagement, adding value to products, and supporting the preservation of local culture. However, the main challenges still lie in low digital literacy, limited resources, and inconsistency in conveying cultural narratives. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening culturally based digital marketing training, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and authentic content strategies aligned with NTB’s cultural values as key factors for MSMEs to compete successfully in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how hotel employees in Yogyakarta interpret human resource management (HRM) practices and how these perceptions influence their creativity at work. Using the concept of HR attributions, it examines the personal and organizational meanings employees assign to HR efforts and their impact on creative behavior. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 hotel employees. Thematic analysis revealed that both individual factors, such as motivation and personal values, and organizational factors, including leadership support and team culture, shape employees’ creativity. Findings indicate that employees’ perceptions of the sincerity and relevance of HR practices significantly affect their willingness to innovate beyond formal roles. This research offers valuable insights for future studies on the emotional and contextual aspects of HRM and creativity, particularly in service industries like hospitality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh influencer dokter detektif pada platform tiktok terhadap minat pembelian konsumen pada produk skincare daviena dengan brand image sebagai variable intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif melalui penyebaran kuisioner menggunakan google form dengan populasi penelitian mahasiswa aktif Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden yang didapatkan melalui purposive sampling dengan metode non probability sampling. Melalui analisis jalur (path analysis), penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil influencer berpengaruh terhadap minat pembelian, influencer berpengaruh terhadap brand image, brand image berpengaruh terhadap minat pembelian, brand image memediasi pengaruh influencer terhadap minat pembelian.

Abstract

Produktivitas karyawan merupakan faktor krusial dalam keberlanjutan perusahaan manufaktur, khususnya industri garmen yang padat karya dan menghadapi persaingan global. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan kepemimpinan dan kesejahteraan karyawan terhadap produktivitas di PT. Woori Sukses Apparel, Kabupaten Semarang. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-korelasional, 32 karyawan tetap dipilih melalui convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur skala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis dengan korelasi Pearson menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil menunjukkan kepemimpinan memiliki korelasi positif kuat dengan produktivitas (r = 0,724, p < 0,01), sedangkan kesejahteraan karyawan menunjukkan korelasi positif signifikan (r = 0,652, p < 0,01). Kepemimpinan menunjukkan hubungan lebih kuat dibanding kesejahteraan karyawan, dengan pemberian arahan kerja jelas dan teladan disiplin menjadi faktor paling berpengaruh. Temuan mengonfirmasi teori kepemimpinan transformasional dan kesejahteraan karyawan dalam konteks industri garmen Indonesia. Penelitian menyimpulkan kepemimpinan efektif dikombinasikan program kesejahteraan memadai menciptakan sinergi positif meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi.

Abstract

Abstrak. Sekolah Al Zahra merupakan salah satu sekolah swasta yang berada di Tangerang Selatan dan menjadi salah satu sekolah favorit. Namun, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, persaingan di industri pendidikan semakin ketat. Hal ini menuntut Sekolah Al Zahra untuk terus berinovasi dan meningkatkan kualitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal Sekolah Al Zahra dalam rangka menetapkan strategi untuk keberlangsungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa posisi Sekolah Al Zahra Indonesia terhadap lingkungan internal dan eksternal memiliki posisi yang kuat dengan tingginya minat masyarakat menyekolahkan anaknya ke Sekolah tersebut. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan Sekolah Al Zahra Indonesia agar terus mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat meliputi membuat perencanaan tujuan sekolah dengan tepat, menggunakan pendekatan yang partisipatif, memiliki tenaga pendidik yang kompeten, menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, serta memenuhi sarana dan prasarana sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Abstract. Al Zahra School is one of the private schools located in South Tangerang and became one of the preferred schools. However, in recent years, the competition in the education industry has intensified, necessitating Al Zahra School to continuously innovate and enhance its quality. This research aims to analyze the internal and external environment of Al Zahra School to determine strategies for the foundation's sustainability. The study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research results indicate that Al Zahra School in Indonesia holds a strong position in both the internal and external environments, with a high level of community interest in enrolling their children in the school. Strategies that Al Zahra School Indonesia can implement to maintain trust from the community include precise goal planning, participative approaches, competent educators, creating a conducive school environment, and ensuring facilities meet the necessary requirements.

Abstract

Researh ini akan menentukan jumlah dan meningkatkan efektivitas dukungan dan kepatuhan seluruh perkerja pada kapasitas kerja BMKG ciputat Kota Tanggerang Selatan. Mengunakan 2 variable independent, dukungan kerja (X1) disiplin aktiviti (X2), sekaligus 1 variable dependent kompeten perkerja (Y). Jenis teknik dalam penyidikan berikut ialah kuantitatip teknis dan korelasi teknis, juga miliki 80 personal. Tehknik pemeriksaan pesan dalam reseach ini gunakan tes validasi, uji releabilitas, uji anomali, eksperimen multikoliinearitas, eksperimen autokorelasii, eksperimen hetrokedastisitas, studi regresi liniar tunggal, studi regresii liniar ganda, studi koefisien link (r) dan studi koefsien inferensi (r). . ) R), kemudian melakukan eksperimen hypotesis yang meliputi tes T serta tes F (eksperimensimultan).Hasil kajian tunjukkan pembolehubah 'dukungan kerja' (X1) punyai pengaruh positip sig terhadap pembolehubah 'prestasi kerja perkerja' (Y) seperti ditunjukkan oleh poin t-count melebihi besaran daripada jadual yaitu (3.191 > 1.989). ).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of product quality and lifestyle on impulse buying decisions for Shopee e-commerce. This study uses a quantitative research type. The population in this study were Gen Z students in the city of Surakarta. The sampling technique used a non-random sampling technique with a purposive sampling method and obtained a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with Likert scale parameters. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 29 software for data processing. The results showed that product quality and lifestyle variables had a significant influence on impulse buying decisions for Shopee e-commerce products, where the significance value was below 0.05. The results of the F test obtained an F-count value of 28.690 which was greater than the F-table value of 3.089. From the results of the determination coefficient test, 35.9% of the purchasing decision variables were influenced by product quality and lifestyle variables, while the remaining 64.1% were explained by the influence of other factors or variables outside the model such as product quality, lifestyle and others that were not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat stress pelaut, faktor-faktor penyebab dominan, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi pengelolaan stress yang diterapkan. dalam konteks lingkungan kerja kapal. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods), kualitatif dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan metode survei, wawancara, dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaut mengalami tingkat stress yang signifikan, dengan isolasi dan beban kerja tinggi menjadi penyebab utama. Diketahui bahwa strategi pengelolaan stress yang efektif, seperti pelatihan manajemen stress dan program rekreasi, terbukti memberikan dampak positif pada kesejahteraan pelaut. Dukungan psikologis juga muncul sebagai temuan kritis, menyoroti kebutuhan akan pendekatan holistik dalam manajemen stress di sektor maritim. Abstract :The aim of this study is to identify seafarers' stress levels, the dominant causal factors, and evaluate the effectiveness of the stress management strategies implemented. in the context of the ship's work environment. Employing a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, this research involves survey, interview and field observation methods. The findings of the study showed that most of seafarers experience significant levels of stress, with isolation and high workloads being the main causes. It is known that effective stress management strategies, such as stress management training and recreation programs, have demonstrated a favorable effect on seafarers' well-being. Psychological support also emerged as a critical finding, highlighting the need for a holistic approach to stress management in the maritime sector.
