Abstract

Supply chain has become an important foundation in the company's operations in the era of globalization, supporting all business processes from raw material procurement to product delivery to consumers. PT Sentosa Tata Multi Sarana is a cardboard manufacturing company located in Bogor Regency. The obstacle most often experienced by the company is the uncertainty of the availability of raw materials, which can hinder the completion of products on time and slow down order fulfillmentThis study aims to determine how the relationship between the three main flows with order fulfillment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach with primary and secondary data collected through observation and interviews. The company has implemented the three main flows of supply chain management, namely product, financial and information flows. The implementation of supply chain management by the company has a significant relationship and impact on order fulfillment. End consumers obtain the company's products through a pre-order system. The company applies the concept of just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing in order fulfillment. Product purchases can be made both offline and online. Abstrak Rantai pasok telah menjadi pondasi penting dalam operasional perusahaan pada era globalisasi, mendukung seluruh proses bisnis dari pengadaan bahan baku hingga pengiriman produk kepada konsumen. PT Sentosa Tata Multi Sarana merupakan perusahaan manufaktur kardus yang terletak di Kabupaten Bogor. Kendala yang paling sering dialami perusahaan yaitu ketidakpastian ketersediaan bahan baku, yang dapat menghambat penyelesaian produk tepat waktu dan memperlambat pemenuhan pesananPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara ketiga aliran utama dengan pemenuhan pesanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Perusahaan telah menerapkan ketiga aliran utama manajemen rantai pasok yaitu aliran produk, keuangan dan informasi. Penerapan manajemen rantai pasok oleh perusahaan memiliki hubungan dan dampak signifikan terhadap pemenuhan pesanan. Konsumen akhir memperoleh produk perusahaan melalui sistem pre-order. Perusahaan menerapkan konsep manufaktur just in-time (JIT) dalam pemenuhan pesanan. Pembelian produk dapat dilakukan baik secara offline maupun online.

Abstract

The transportation sector plays a crucial role in facilitating human mobility, moving production factors, and transporting goods to markets. Trains, with their large transportation capacity and dedicated lanes, are a preferred mode of transport. As part of its community service mission, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia aims to ensure that all citizens, including individuals and organizations, experience convenience, comfort, and security. To achieve this, a study was conducted to measure the impact of price perceptions and service quality on purchasing decisions, with customer trust as the mediating factor. The research involved 74 respondents using the KAI Access application, and the analysis was done using the Smart PLS3.0 tool. The results of the assessment showed that price perception and service quality both had a positive and significant impact on trust. Similarly, price perception and service quality independently had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Trust was found to play a significant role in mediating the influence of both price perception and service quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Most consumers now prefer shopping online rather than offline. Supported by easy access to shopping services such as Shopee, Tiktok Shop and Tokopedia, the online shopping trend is growing rapidly. Regarding the ease of shopping, the researchers decided to analyze the impact of the ease of using mobile banking on consumer behavior among FEB students. The research is based on a quantitative method which was distributed via a questionnaire with a rating scale of 1-5 to 220 active students of the economics and business faculty at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta which was then processed via SPSS v20. The results found that there was a significant influence on the role of ease of use such as easy to learn, flexible, controllable, and easy to use on the consumptive behavior of FEB students.

Abstract

The quality of electronic services or e-service has a significant impact in increasing consumer satisfaction. This quality is given to consumers to fulfill their expectations by providing products and services at appropriate prices, creating added value for consumers, and generating profits for the company. Therefore, Through the use of the Gojek application, research on was done to investigate the effects of price breaks, halal knowledge, purchasing decisions. With the assistance of the SmartPLS analysis tool, the study. According to research, price reductions have a negligible and unfavorable impact on consumers' decisions to buy. Purchasing decisions are positively and significantly impacted by halal awareness. E-service significantly and favorably influences consumers' decision to buy. Abstrak Kualitas layanan elektronik atau E-service memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas ini untuk memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan melalui penetapan harga yang adil, penambahan nilai, dan profitabilitas, dengan fokus pada pengaruh penurunan harga, kesadaran halal terhadap keputusan pembelian orderan aplikasi Gojek. Penggunaan alat analisis SmartPLS, studi ini melibatkan 100 responden. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun penurunan harga berdampak negatif secara minimal terlihat perbedaan hasil konsumen yang memiliki kesadaran halal jauh dari hal negatif. Selain itu, kualitas layanan elektronik juga terbukti mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen secara signifikan dan positif

Abstract

Electronic payments are an opportunity for e-commerce companies to increase their sales transactions. One way is to use Shopee PayLater. This research aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Easy of Use, Perceived Usefulness and Trust on Repurchase Intention of SPayLater Users. The sample collection method used is purposive sampling, where samples are taken based on certain criteria, so that the number of samples obtained is 80 people. In analyzing the data using the Smart PLS program, it shows that Perceived Ease of Use and Trust have no effect on Repurchase Intention among SPayLater users in Padang City, while Perceived Usefulness has a positive effect on Repurchase Intention among SPayLater users in Padang City Abstrak Pembayaran elekronik menjadi peluang bagi perusahaan e-commerce untuk meningkatkan transaksi penjualannya. Salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan SPayLater. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Easy of Use, Perceived Usefullness dan Trust terhadap Repurchase Intention pada Pengguna SPayLater. Metode pengumpulan sample yang di gunakan adalah purposive sampling dimana dalam pengambilan sample berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, sehingga jumlah sample yang di dapat 80 orang. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan program Smart PLS yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak berpengaruhnya Perceived Ease Of Use dan Trust terhadap Repurchase Intention pada pengguna SPayLater di Kota Padang, sedangkan Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh positif terhadap Repurchase Intention pada pengguna SPayLater di Kota Padang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of service innovation on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District, Payakumbuh City. (2) the influence of work experience on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District, Payakumbuh City. (2) the influence of training on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District, Payakumbuh City. The object of this research is employees in West Payakumbuh sub-district. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire distributed to the State Civil Apparatus in West Payakumbuh sub-district with a population of 86 people. The sample in this study was 86 employees in West Payakumbuh District. By using a quantitative approach and data analysis using the SEM PLS model. The results of this research show that (1) service innovation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District. (2) work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District. (3) training has no effect on employee performance in Payakumbuh District West. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh inovasi pelayanan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat Kota Payakumbuh. (2) pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat Kota Payakumbuh. (3) pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat Kota Payakumbuh. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai di kecamatan payakumbuh Barat. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang di sebar kepada Aparatur Sipil Negara di kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat dengan populasi 86 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat sebanyak 86 Orang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan model SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) inovasi pelayanan berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat.(2 pengalaman kerja berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat. (3) pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat.

Abstract

West Sumatra is included in the top 10 provinces that are prioritised in the development of halal tourism in Indonesia, West Sumatra proves that they are in the top 5 category of Indonesia's halal tourism provinces in the GMTI and IMTI surveys. The label as a halal tourist destination can certainly attract Muslim tourists to visit West Sumatra to welcome Visit Beautiful West Sumatra 2023. This study seeks to explain the influence of Halal Experience variables, tourist experience quality, on revisit intention and perceived value variables and tourist satisfaction as mediating variables. The sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, namely the criteria for domestic tourists or archipelago tourists who have visited West Sumatra. This research is assisted by SEM-PLS statistical software which is used to evaluate the model and measurement structure, the research design is quantitative and descriptive. The population in this study were 226 tourists who had visited West Sumatra who were assisted by the G*power tool to get the number of respondents. Abstrak Sumatera barat termasuk dalam 10 besar provinsi yang diprioritaskan dalam pengembangan wisata halal di Indonesia, Sumatera Barat membuktikan bahwa mereka masuk kategori top 5 provinsi wisata halal Indonesia dalam survei GMTI dan IMTI. Label sebagai destinasi wisata halal tentunya dapat menarik wisatawan muslim untuk berkunjung ke Sumatera Barat untuk menyambut Visit Beautiful West Sumatra 2023. Penelitian ini berusaha menjelaskan pengaruh variabel Halal Experience, tourist experience quality, terhadap revisit intention serta variable perceived value dan tourist satisfaction sebagai variable mediasi. Adapun pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dengan Kriteria wisatawan domestik atau wisatawan nusantara yang pernah berkunjung ke Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini dibantu oleh software statistik SEM-PLS yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi model dan struktur pengukuran, desain penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 226 wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Sumatera Barat yang dibantu tools G*power untuk mendapatkan jumlah responden.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of eco design, green manufacturing and green purchasing on the performance of UMKM Culinary Bread companies in Padang City. The population that will be used as material in the research is all Bread Culinary MSMEs in Padang City, totaling 150 MSMEs. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and data processing was carried out through SmartPLS version 4 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) eco design has a significant positive effect on company performance (2) Green manufacturing has a significant negative effect on company performance (3) Green purchasing has a positive effect significantly to the company's performance in UMKM Culinary Bread in Padang City. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh eco design, Green manufacturing dan Green purchasing terhadap kinerja perusahaan UMKM Kuliner Roti di Kota Padang. Populasi yang akan dijadikan bahan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh UMKM Kuliner Roti di Kota Padang yang berjumlah 150 UMKM. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan pengolahan data dilakukan melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) eco design berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (2) Green manufacturing berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (3) Green purchasing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada UMKM Kuliner Roti di Kota Padang.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Padang, a city prone to natural disasters like earthquakes and tsunamis. A major earthquake in 2009 and the risk of a tsunami emphasized the ongoing disaster threat. The study examines labor conditions related to quality of work life (QWL) and wages, focusing on how QWL is affected by disasters like earthquakes and the environment, particularly for coastal workers. Factors considered include social support, work nature, age, and workplace location (altitude and proximity to the beach). The research focused on 384 employees in Padang across various job categories, selected through Probability Sampling and Area Sampling based on BNPB evacuation maps. Quantitative methods 3SLS and STATA software were used for analysis, revealing that QWL in earthquake and tsunami-prone areas is influenced by location, worker age, and social support, while wages are affected by location and job characteristics. The study indicates that the work environment impacts safety perceptions, which in turn affect QWL. Workers prefer locations farther from the coast, at higher altitudes, and near tsunami shelters or safe zones to enhance their work life quality. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan di Padang, kota yang rentan terhadap bencana alam seperti gempa bumi dan tsunami. Terjadinya gempa besar pada tahun 2009 dan ancaman tsunami menyoroti risiko bencana yang tinggi dan berpotensi masih terjadi. Penelitian ini menyelidiki kondisi tenaga kerja mengenai kualitas kehidupan kerja (QWL) dan Upah. Diyakini bahwa QWL dipengaruhi oleh gempa bumi dan lingkungan rawan bencana, terutama bagi pekerja di daerah pesisir, akibatnya mempengaruhi upah. Faktor-faktor seperti dukungan sosial, karakteristik pekerjaan, usia, dan lokasi tempat kerja (ketinggian dan kedekatan dengan pantai) diperhitungkan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi karyawan di Padang menjadi fokus, dengan sampel 384 pekerja di berbagai kategori pekerjaan, dipilih menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dan Area Sampling berdasarkan peta evakuasi BNPB. Analisis melibatkan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan sistem persamaan simultan dengan perangkat lunak STATA dan pendekatan estimasi 3SLS. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa QWL di daerah yang berisiko gempa bumi dan tsunami dipengaruhi oleh lokasi geografis, usia pekerja, dan dukungan sosial, sedangkan upah dipengaruhi oleh lokasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berdampak pada perasaan aman, kemudian mempengaruhi QWL. Pekerja cenderung lebih memilih lokasi yang terletak jauh dari garis pantai, di ketinggian yang lebih tinggi atau area aman dari tsunami, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja mereka

Abstract

Tourism is one of the government's main sectors to increase revenue. In 2016, West Sumatra was designated as a Global Halal Tourism Destination in Abu Dhabi, which is expected to provide an impetus for West Sumatra's government to introduce Sharia tourism in their area. The concept of Sharia tourism is to apply Islamic values to all aspects of tourism activities. This is very suitable to be implemented in West Sumatra Province where the majority of the population is Muslim. This research aims to identify the appropriate development strategies that can be applied by adopting the concept of Shariah tourism and using digital marketing for several tourist attractions in West Sumatra. By using a SWOT analysis, the opportunities and challenges faced by the Sharia tourism sector can be identified. As a result, a strategy can be practically applied by the Sharia tourism business in facing the digital era. This research is expected to raise awareness about the importance of digitalization skills in product marketing. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Through the SWOT analysis, it is possible to identify the various SWOTs and to formulate the digital marketing based strategy for the development of Islamic tourism in West Sumatra Abstrak Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor andalan bagi pemerintah untuk menambah pendapatan. Ditetapkannya Sumatera Barat sebagai daerah tujuan pariwisata halal dunia dalamWorld Halal Tourism di Abu Dhabi tahun 2016, selayaknya dijadikan momentum oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat untuk menerapkan pariwisata berbasis syariah di wilayahnya. Konsep wisata syariah adalah menerapkan nilai-nilai ke Islaman ke dalam seluruh aspek kegiatan wisata. Hal ini sangat sesuai untuk diterapkan di Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang penduduknya mayoritas beragama Islam. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk melihat strategi pengembangan apa yang cocok diterapkan yang mengusung konsep wisata syariah dengan memanfaatkan Digital Marketing pada beberapa objek wisata yang ada di Sumatera Barat. Melalui SWOT dapat diketahui peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh dunia wisata syariah sehingga diperoleh suatu strategi yang bisa diterapkan oleh bisnis wisata syariah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kemampuan digitalisasi dalam pemasaran produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan analisa SWOT, dapat diketahui berbagai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang dimiliki dan dihadapi oleh wisata syariah di Sumatera Barat, sehingga akan diperoleh suatu strategi pengembangan wisata syariah berbasis Digital Marketing yang bisa diterapkan di Sumatera Barat.
