Abstract

This article describes the development of an educational institution, namely SMA Negeri 10 Kerinci, previously known as SMU Rabiah Bulan. The research method used is the historical method through library research, archives and field studies to obtain data, then source criticism, namely internal and external criticism, is carried out in order to classify the data that has been obtained and then interpret it for historiography preparation. The findings of the article show that SMA Negeri 10 Kerinci is a high school that has rapid development and is able to compete with high schools that have been established previously. Established in 2003 under the auspices of the Putri Rabiah Bulan Foundation with an operational permit from the Kerinci District Education Office on September 15, 2003. It officially became a public school with a decree from the Regent of Kerinci dated February 28, 2005. It became SMA Negeri 2 Gunung Raya. Based on the Decree of the Regent of Kerinci dated July 27, 2010, the School Nomenclature was changed to SMA Negeri 10 Kerinci.Keywords:Development, Institution, School

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of brand equity (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) in a case study of Osella Kids Matahari Children's Clothing, Manhattan Department Store, Medan. The population in this study were visitors to children's clothing Osella Kids Matahari Department Store Manhattan Medan using purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 110 respondents and used a questionnaire to be used as a data collection method in this study. The analysis method in this study was using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is a partially significant effect between brand equity and price on purchasing decisions, while partially promotion has no effect on purchasing decisions. And to simultaneously get that brand equity, price and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for children's clothing Ossela Kids Matahari Department Store Manhattan Medan.Keywords: Brand Equity, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah promosi, minat beli dan kepercayaan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Pizza Hut Jalan SM Raja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan bantuan program SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian adalah 96 responden. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,434 terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Pizza Hut Jalan SM Raja. Niat beli secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,489 terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Pizza Hut Jalan SM Raja. Kepercayaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,138 terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Pizza Hut Jalan SM Raja. promosi,Kata Kunci: Promosi, Minat Beli, Kepercayaan Dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment on the employee performance of PT Moka Teknologi Indonesia. In this study uses a quantitative approach, with sample of 25 respondents. The data analysis technique use is multiple regression analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. Based on results, the t count value of the reward variable is 0,251, it can be concluded that the reward has not significant effect on the performance of employee of PT Moka Teknologi Indonesia. The t count value of the punishment variable is 0,018, it can be concluded the punishment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employee PT Moka Teknologi Indonesia.  Reward and punishment simultaneously has a positive effect on performance of employee of PT Moka Teknologi Indonesia. The results R square is 70,7%, which means that the reward and punishment variable has an effect on performance of employee variable. While the remaining 29,3% has an effect by other variable not in this study. Keywords: punishment, reward, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To find out the steps for implementing IHT activities in preparing RPP to improve teacher professional competence for teachers at SMPN 15 Padang in carrying out learning. 2) To find out the improvement of teacher competence at SMPN 15 Padang in Developing Learning Implementation Plans through IHT activities. The subjects of this study were all teachers of SMPN 15 Padang. This research is School Action Research (PTS) which consists of two cycles, each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data analysis technique used is comparative descriptive. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) The steps for implementing IHT in order to improve the professional competence of teachers in preparing lesson plans at SMPN 15 Padang are as follows: (a) Delivering announcements to teachers about the implementation of IHT activities regarding the preparation of lesson plans; (b) Prepare guidance materials in the form of implementation of learning accompanied by simulations; (c) Preparing IHT instruments; (d) Carry out IHT activities without interfering with learning activities; and e) Carrying out observations in the classroom when learning activities are carried out by the teacher; and 2) IHT can improve the professional competence of SMPN 15 Padang teachers in preparing lesson plans. This is indicated by the increasing professional competence of teachers both in the preparation and implementation stages. This is indicated by the increase in competency achievement from 69.58 in the initial condition, to 72.81 at the end of Cycle 1 action, and increased to 83.13 in Cycle II action.Keywords: Competence, Teacher, RPP, In House Training.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of liquidity and profitability and on firm value in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is causal associative. The population of this research is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2020. The sampling method is census, so the number of samples used is 30 sample data. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results show that profitability has a positive and partially significant effect on firm value in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Meanwhile, liquidity does not partially affect the value of the company, in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). profitability and liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Firm Value.

Abstract

Human quality as a workforce is the basic capital to create good performance. Work performance for employees in a company is important, as well as creating a work performance is a dream and hope that every company must achieve. Work motivation, work communication and employee personality are some of the factors that affect the work performance of an employee in a company. This research was conducted at Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan, which is a State-Owned Enterprise in the form of a National-based Public Company. The research population of Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan employees as the sample is 78 employees. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation, work communication, and employee personality on the work performance of employees who are moderated at Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan. This research method uses a moderating     2      model. The results of the study contained 2 (two) independent variables, namely work motivation and work communication, 1 (one) moderating variable, namely the personality of the employee, and 1 (one) dependent variable which had a significant influence on the work performance of Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan. Suggestions submitted to the company's management, should pay attention to the role of its employees, in order to improve employee performance.   Keywords: Motivation, Communication, personality , work performance.

Abstract

Robot merupakan salah satu alat penting dalam industri dalam kondisi tertentu. Dunia pendidikan sendiri telah banyak melakukan penelitian di bidang robotika. Lengan robot salah satunya, keberadaan lengan robot diharapkan dapat memberikan fungsi atau kinerja yang sesuai dengan kerja lengan manusia dan memiliki kekuatan yang lebih kuat. Lengan robot yang dibangun menerapkan metode logika fuzzy yang menentukan warna objek dan akan digerakkan sesuai dengan warna yang telah ditentukan, warna tersebut terdiri dari tiga warna yaitu merah, hijau dan biru. Robot dirancang agar fleksibel dan mudah digunakan. Ini memiliki pengontrol yang harus diprogram ulang setiap saat agar sesuai dengan fungsinya, seperti Arduino Uno, dan aktuator seperti servomotor yang bertegangan rendah dan mudah. Inilah sebabnya mengapa motor TowerPro SG90 Servo dipilih untuk membangun manipulator lengan robot.Kata Kunci: Logika Fuzzy, Lengan Robot. Deteksi Warna.

Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work performance and work loyalty on promotion of production employees at PT. Astra International Tbk-Cabang SM Raja Medan. The population in this study were all employees of the production section of PT. Astra International Tbk-Cabang SM raja Medan totaling 50 employees. This type of research uses explanatory research whit a quantitative approach. The sample  technique used in this study uses saturated sampling. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire / questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and partial determination coefficient. Data analysis was performed using statistics whit SPSS version 21. The results of regression analysis of work discipline have a negative effect on promotion, with a regression coefficient of -1.446 which means that a decrease in work discipline will be followed by a decrease in opportunities for promotion. Job performance has a positive effect on promotion, with a regression coefficient of 1.028, which means an increase in work performance will be followed by an increase in promotion. Job loyalty has a negative effect on promotion, with a regression coefficient of -0.025, which means that a decrease in job loyalty will be followed by a decrease in promotion. The results of the F test show that work discipline, work performance and loyalty simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on promotion.Keywords: Work Discipline, work Performance, work Loyalty and work Promotion

Abstract

Economic growth is a benchmark in knowing how developed and developing a region the level of economic growth is strongly influenced by internal and external factors this study aims to determine the effect of economic growth on the level of unemployment in north Sumatra the data used in study is secondary data obtained from the central bureau of statistics of north Sumatra . the management of this research data uses the SPSS V-19 program. From the results of the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the partial test(t test) is know that economic growth has a negative effect on the number of unemployed in north sumatra Keywords: Economic Growth, Unemployment.
