Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pertama, mendeskripsikan keterampilan menulis puisi menggunakan metode konvensional siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, kedua, mendeskripsikan keterampilan menulis puisi menggunakan metode pembelajaran sugestopedia berbasis kanal youtube wonderland Indonesia siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, ketiga, mendeskripsikan pengaruh metode pembelajaran sugestopedia berbasis kanal youtube wonderland Indonesia terhadap keterampilan menulis puisi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 238 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 52 siswa yang terbagi menjadi dua kelas, kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Cara penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes unjuk kerja. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa, metode sugestopedia berpengaruh dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas eksperimen. analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji t (t-test) dalam kelas eksperimen membuktikan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (7,226>2,060), karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel maka H1 (hipotesis alternatif) diterima. Selanjutnya hasil uji t (t-test) dalam kelas kontrol membuktikan thitung lebih besar dari ttable (3,040>2,060), karena thitung lebih besar dari ????????????????????�档 maka H1 (hipotesis alternatif) diterima. Hasil uji t (t-test) merupakan hasil perbandingan thitung dengan ttabel (3,303>2,021), karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel maka H1 (hipotesis alternatif) diterima. Simpulan, keterampilan menulis puisi berpengaruh kuat dengan menggunakan metode sugestopedia berbasis kanal youtube wonderland Indonesia dibandingkan dengan keterampilan menulis puisi menggunakan metode konvensional.Kata Kunci : Metode Sugestopedia, Kanal Youtube Wonderland Indonesia, Menulis Puisi.

Abstract

Episiotomy is a medical procedure of cutting the perineum including the mucous membranes of the vagina, tissues, muscles and perineal fascia as well as the foreskin of the perineum. About 85% of women who give birth vaginal spontaneously experience perineal trauma by 32-33% due to episiotomy. Perineal rupture, whether caused by an episiotomy or spontaneous rupture, will cause bleeding, leave pain and increase the risk of post partum infection. Exercise during pregnancy is recommended to be started or continued for normal pregnant women so that their delivery is safe and smooth. This research is a true experiment with post test only design. The research sample was primigravida women who were >32 weeks pregnant who had been screened using the PAR-Q physical readiness questionnaire. It was carried out at the Independent Midwife Practice (PMB) of Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta in Kalasan, Ngemplak and Prambanan sub-districts. Tthe intervention group being given Maryam exercises and the controls being given basic pregnancy exercises. To determine the respondents in the intervention or control group, single-blinded randomization was carried out. Data analysis used the fisher's exact test. The results showed p = 0.045 (p <0.05) which showed that Maryam exercise in pregnancy was associated with reduced episiotomy and OR 0.1 indicated that the chance of reducing episiotomy was 0.1 times higher in Maryam exercise compared to basic pregnancy exercise.Keywords: Maryam Exercise, Pregnant Exercise, Episiotomy, perineal rupture

Abstract

Problems in infantdevelopment can occur especially in the first years of life, so it is necessary to have early detection of deviations in infant development so that appropriate prevention and intervention efforts can be made Early detection can be carried out by professional cadres, families, especially mothers as the closest people. (Utami, 2016) The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and mother’s attitude about balanced nutrition with the development of infants aged 6-12 months in the working area of the Lubuk Alung Health Center.The scope of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and mother’s attitude about balanced nutrition with the development of infants agend 6-12 months in the working area of the Lubuk Alung Health Center..the independent variable is the development of infants aged 6-12 months. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional study design. This research was carried out in September 2022 in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Work Area. The population of this study was the parents of 115 babies with a total sample of 54 people. Analysis of the results of the study was carried out univariate and bivariate or computerized.The results showed that more than half of 24 (44,4%) respondents had a moderate level of knowledge, half of 29 (53,7%) respondents had a negative attitude, more than half of 30 (55,6%) respondents had stimulation of infant motor developmentabnormal, there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the provision of stimulation for infant motor development, there is a significant relationship between attitudes and the provision of stimulation for infant motor development in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Working Area in 2022.The results of the research are expected that health workers can intensify their outreach to mothers during posyandu and when mothers make visits to puskesmas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pengaruh Penggunaan Model Cycle Learning (Pembelajaran Bersiklus) Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Resensi Siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kecematan Lareh Sago Halaban yang berjumlah 256 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 3 yang berjumlah 27 siswa dan XI IPA 4 yang berjumlah 28 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik cluster rondom sampling dalam pengambilan sampelnya. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes unjuk kerja. Data dianalisis dengan uji ‘t’ dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa, model Cycle Learning (Pembelajaran Bersiklus) berpengaruh dalam pembelajaran menulis resensi pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas eksperimen. Hal ini dibuktikan adanya peningkatan nilai siswa, yang mana pada waktu prates nilai rata-rata/mean () adalah 60,8. Setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran cycle learning (pembelajaran bersiklus) dalam proses pembelajaran pada waktu posttes dengan nilai rata-rata/mean () adalah 81,86. Hal ini dilihat bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (thitung =2, 583 > ttabel = 2,021), karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel  maka Ha (Hipotesis Alternatif) diterima. Jadi hasil pembelajaran siswa kelas ekperimen yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran cycle learning (pembelajaran bersiklus) lebih baik dibanding hasil pembelajaran siswa kelas kontrol yang diajarkan menggunakan metode konvesional.Kata Kunci: model, cycle learning, menulis resensi

Abstract

One of the health problems that often occurs in the elderly is a decline in cognitive function. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2015, there were 35.6 million elderly people worldwide experiencing cognitive function disorders. Cognitive function includes the process of learning, perception, understanding, understanding, attention, and others, causing the reaction and behavior of the elderly to become slower. The prevalence of the elderly in Indonesia is included in the top five countries with the largest number of elderly people in the world, reaching 18.1 million people in 2010 to 28.8 million in 2020, or doubled (36 million) in 2025. West Sumatra Province has an elderly population reaching 44,403 people. In PSTW the population is 110. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of playing the Dakon board game therapy on the cognitive function of the elderly.The research method is a quasi experiment using a pre and post test approach without a control design. This research was carried out at PSTW Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin, the time of the study was from August-September 2022. The population in this study were all patients who were treated, totaling 110 people and the technique was sampling used purposive sampling. Collecting data by guided interviews, with the number of respondents 16 people. The data were then processed computerized and analyzed univariately in the form of frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using paired sample t test statistic test with p value < 0.05.The results showed that the average cognitive function before the intervention was 1.25 and after the intervention was 2.44. The result of p value obtained is 0.000, this means that there is a significant influence between cognitive function before and after the intervention.It is recommended for health workers at PSTW Sicincin to make this therapy as a procedure in overcoming the decline in cognitive function in the elderly. It is recommended for further researchers to continue this research using a control group.

Abstract

Need analysis is the first stage in developing Specific English courses. The purpose of the analysis is to guarantee the learning process relate with students’ needs and wants. The reason of the importance of the analysis leads this research to investigate Learning Situational Analysis for college students who join in English for Business Subject. It is survey research. The technique in determining sample is purposive. Moreover, the instrument used is the questionnaire. The result of the data is analyzed by statistic formula. The analysis of the data exposes students’ intentions in learning English for business, the chosen strategy for learning, the priority language skill to achieve, the most conducive and effective learning environment to have, and the availability of material and field study opportunity to practice.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of using the Pair Checks Model on Students' Writing Description Text Skills. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods. The population in this study amounted to 257 students and a sample of 50 students which was divided into two classes, the experimental class and the control class. The sampling method is using purposive sampling. The instrument in this study used a performance test with aspects of assessing the structure of the description text, the characteristics of the descriptive text, and the linguistic aspects of the descriptive text. Data analysis shows that the Pair Checks model has an effect on learning to write descriptive text on Indonesian subjects in the experimental class. This is evidenced by an increase in student scores, which at the time of the pretest the mean value ( X) was 77.6. After applying the Pair Checks learning model (pairs checking) in the learning process at the post-test time, the average value ( X) is 83.64. This can be seen from the results of the comparison of tcount with ttable (2.531 > 2.021), because tcount is greater than ttable then Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of the experimental class students who were taught using the Pair Checks learning model were better than the learning outcomes of the control class students who were taught using conventional methods.Keywords: model, pair checks, writing descriptive text

Abstract

One form of technological development that is currently popular is gadgets. The benefits of technological developments have negative impacts such as gadget addiction. Gadget addiction has an impact on the development of children and adolescents. Children or teenagers who are addicted to gadgets will be preoccupied with themselves so that they ignore the environment around them and can ignore sleeping hours and reduce learning achievement. Based on an initial survey of 15 students at SMAN 1, students said they did not have close friends both at home and at school, had explosive emotions, and had no patience. This research is a quantitative research using a cross sectional research design. This study used a simple random sampling technique (Proportional Random Sampling), namely sampling which was carried out by giving equal opportunities to all individuals or population units randomly using the sampling method commonly used by researchers, with a total of 50 respondents. Univariate and Bivariate data processing using computerized Chi-Square analysis. Univariate results found (52%) teenagers using gadgets, (72%) teenagers having abnormal behavior and (56.3%) teenagers having abnormal emotions. There is a significant relationship between the use of gadgets and adolescent behavior. And there is a significant relationship between the use of gadgets and adolescent emotions.    Keywords: Gadget, Emotional Disorder, Behavior, Teenagers

Abstract

This research explains, it is necessary to make innovative-creative thinking regarding an integrated education system development model, which can mix and accommodate efforts to improve and achieve various educational policies (equitable and expanding access to education, improving the quality of education, relevance of education, etc.) targeted) together, not partially and sequentially, including its sustainability aspects. The results of increasing and achieving equity and expanding access to education, need to be accompanied by improving the quality of education (with a massive quality improvement model, for example), but also need to pay attention to aspects of relevance (by, for example, matching the curriculum with existing empirical, by updating the syllabus every year once, even without changing the formal curriculum). The sustainability aspect also needs to be considered, so that the implementation of a policy does not only depend on whether there is a subsidy from the center, while when subsidies are eliminated or revoked, for example, then it does not work. Furthermore, the success of education is also inseparable from aspects of leadership (leadership). So that in this case the selected policy makers should be those who side with education and not those who do not have a vision for the world of education. Abstract

This study aims to explain the contribution of placement to employee work motivation at the Padang City Education Office. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method of ex post facto research that will describe the contribution of placement to employee motivation at the Padang City Education Office. This population involved 51 samples from a total population of 121 people, with a stratified proportional random sampling technique with education level and years of service. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, and analyzed by statistical correlation and regression techniques. The results of data processing and analysis showed that the placement of employees contributed significantly (15%) to the work motivation of administrative employees. And it can be concluded that the placement of employees affects the work motivation of the Padang City Education Office employees. Keywords: Placement, Employees, Work Motivation
