Abstract

Abstract : Research Objectives to measure and analyze the effectiveness of Go-Jek online advertising on social media. This study uses a sample to residents who live in Padang City and are social media users. Sampling was done by Purpose sampling with 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the EPIC method, which consists of; empathy (empathy), persuasion (persuasion), impact (impact), and communication (communication). The EPIC analysis results partially for each variable are in the "effective" range because the average value of empathy = 3.9375, persuasion = 3.9273, impact = 3.8175, and communication = 3.92. And the EPIC rate which is the average value of the whole variable is at 3.9. This value is in the "effective" range on the effectiveness scale. This shows that Go-Jek online advertisements through social media are considered effective in attracting audience empathy, effective in influencing audience buying interest, effective in leaving a good impression on the audience, and effective in delivering messages clearly, well, and correctly. Abstract

Abstract: Decreased job satisfaction is expected to cause poor employee performance. The governing body is seen in general, where employees appear to carry out daily routines without the desire to improve work skills. We assess the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Data processing is carried out in this study using qualitative and quantitative approaches. In qualitative retrofitting, the data and information collected are described to get an empirical interpretation. While the quantitative approach uses a statistical model of regression and correlation, aims to determine the effect and form the relationship between two variables namely job satisfaction and performance variables. The results of this study indicate that employee performance is satisfactory. This is indicated by statements as much as 58.62 percent of respondents agreed with statements that stated satisfying expressions. The findings also revealed that there was a high level of job satisfaction, with an indication of 86.90 percent agreeing statements on such matters. Keywords: employee performance, satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of training, motivation and work environment on employee performance in the Archives and Pasaman District Library. The first hypothesis tested the effect of training on employee performance in the Archives and Pasaman District Library Office. The second hypothesis examines the effect of motivation on the achievements of the Pasaman District Archives and Library employees. The third hypothesis examines the influence of the work environment on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency. The fourth hypothesis examines the effect of training, motivation and work environment on employee achievement of the Office of Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency together. The population in this study were employees of the Archives and Pasaman District Library Office. Samples This study uses a saturated sampling technique. Research data were collected by the method and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the first hypothesis research show that a significant value of 0.154> alpha 0.05 so that training does not have an influence on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency. The results of the second hypothesis show that a significant value of 0.002

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to find out the influence of the marketing mix consisting of promotion, product, price, place, people, process and physical evidence against the decision of the tourists visiting the attractions located at Painan Mandeh island, West Sumatra. The sample in this study are tourists visiting sights Mandeh with total sample as many as 90 people. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. The type of data in this study is the primary data of the dissemination of the questionnaire. The results of this study found that physical evidence of significant and influential promotion, product, price, place, person while the process is not significant effect against the decision of tourists visit. Abstract

Abstract :This study aims to examine the effect of the characteristics of the board of directors and the board of commissioners on internationalization in manufacturing companies in Indonesia in 2015-2018. The independent variables in this study were the gender diversity of the board of directors, the economic background of the board of commissioners and the size of the board of commissioners, while the dependent variable used was company internationalization. This study uses 276 samples from 69 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. This research was conducted with quantitative methods using secondary data. Data analysis uses panel data based multiple regression models, and uses firm size, leverage and profitability of control variables. The results of this study indicate that the presence of women in the board of directors has no significant effect on internationalization, the economic background of the board of commissioners has a negative and significant effect on internationalization and the size of the board of commissioners has a significant effect on internationalization. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect of additional income and organizational commitment on the morale of the state civil apparatus in the Population Control Office, Family Planning, Population and Civil Registry of West Sumatra Province. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 51 and the sample in this study amounted to 51 respondents. While the data analysis technique used in this study is the t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that additional income (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) together affect work morale. This can be seen from the value of F_count> F_table or 26.836> 3.06 and a significant level = 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to examine empirically the effect of the code of ethics on the financial performance of the company. To determine corporate value, this research uses CV-Index. The indicator variables used are accountability, persistence, excellence, fairness, honesty, honor, respect, trust, integrity and responsibility. After determining the value of the code of ethics, then tested its influence on the financial performance of the company. Company's financial performance is determined by Market-to-book equity. The value of market-tobook equity is determined by SIZE, LEV, ROA, CV, H1 small and H1large. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is the OLS Regression. The test results show that there is no effect of code of ethics on the financial performance of the company. This study provides important implications for companies to express corporate values in the code of ethics.Keywords: CV-Index, code of athics, SIZE, ROA, LEV, Financial Performance

Abstract

Komitmen organisasi adalah konstruk psikologis yang merupakan karakteristik hubungan anggota organisasi dengan organisasinya, sehingga berdampak terhadap keputusan individu untuk tetap melanjutkan keanggotaannya dalam organisasi atau derajat dimana kayawan percaya dan mau menerima tujuan organisasi serta akan tetap tinggal atau tidak meninggalkan organisasi (Mowday, 2000; Matis & Jacson, 2000; Meyer & Allen, 2007). Sedangkan Promosi jabatan menurut Ardana, dkk (2012) ialah suatu proses perubahan dari suatu pekerjaan ke suatu pekerjaan yang lain, pada hierarki wewenang dan tanggung jawab yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawab yang telah dibebankan kepada diri karyawan pada waktu sebelumnya. Penelitian ini berlandaskan bahwa pentingnya komitmen organisasi agar promosi jabatan yang dilakukan tidak menimbulkan berbagai pertanyaan dari anggota organisasi. Sehingga diperlukan komunikasi yang baik dari organisasi dan pertimbangan prestasi kerja sebelum promosi jabatan dilakukan. Jenis penelitian explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah selurh ASN yang ada di lingkungan Setda Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau. Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan komitmen dan komunikasi organisasi mempengaruhi promosi jabatan. Dan hubungan tersebut akan diperkuat dengan adanya variabel prestasi kerja. Keterbatasan penelitian diantaranya belum mampu menggambarkan secara menyeluruh apakah komitmen dan komunikasi organisasi yang diperkuat oleh prestasi kerja dalam mempengaruhi promosi jabatan. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah memperluas objek penelitian di seluruh pemerintah daerah. Kata kunci: komitmen organisasi, komunikasi organisasi, prestasi kerja, promosi jabatan dan ASN.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, keamanan, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi risiko menggunakan e-commerce terhadap pembelian secara online. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling terhadap pembeli yang pernah membeli secara online di lazada.co.id di Padang. Sampel berjumlah 100 responden, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dari sisi capain responden menunjukkan bahwa transaksi dapat dipercaya. merasa aman membagi informasi pribadi, cepat tanggap dalam menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan. tidak rugi seandainya memberi informasi pribadi pada situs Lazada.co.id. Selanjutnya pengaruh kepercayaan, keamanan, kualitas pelayanan, dan persepsi resiko masing-masingnya, serta secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian secara online. Kata Kunci : Kepercayaan, Keamanan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Risiko, Pembelian Secara Online.

Abstract

Belanja online melalui E-commerce saat ini sangat berkembang di Indonesia. OR-K 689 merupakan salah satu distro yang menjual produknya secara online melalui website dan e-commerce seperti tokopedia dan zalora. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan keputusan pembelian online dan offline customer OR-K 689 Bandung pada tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan karakteristik penelitian komparatif. Populasi konsumen online dan offline tidak diketahui secara pasti jumlahnya sehingga sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Bernoulli sebanyak 100 responden masing-masing pada online dan offline customer. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji beda Mann Whitney yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian pada offline customer lebih tinggi dari pada online customer. Selain itu pada umumnya terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian offline dan online dengan nilai signifikan < 0,05 kecuali pada dimensi pilihan produk yang nilai signifikannya > 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian agar keputusan pembelian pada online dan offline customer seimbang maka diharapkan OR-K 689 dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk dan melakukan promosi agar penjualan meningkat.
