Abstract

The Effect of Supervision of School Supervisors, Principal Leadership and Infrastructure on the Performance of Teachers at Kapanewon Sewon Kindergarten with Work Motivation as a Moderating Variable. Thesis. Yogyakarta: Directorate of Postgraduate, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta, 2022. This study aims to analyze the influence of the development of school supervisors, principal leadership, infrastructure and work motivation both simultaneously and partially on the performance of the teachers of the Kapanewon Sewon Kindergarten. This research was conducted at the Kapanewon Sewon Kindergarten. This research is a quantitative research. The population of this research is all teachers in TK Kapanewon Sewon totaling 100 teachers. Validity test using product moment correlation and reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. Test requirements analysis using normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were obtained jointly with the development of school supervisors, principal leadership, infrastructure and work motivation had a very significant positive influence on the performance of the teachers of Kapanewon Sewon Kindergarten. There is a significant positive effect on the understanding of School Superintendents' Guidance on the performance of TK Kapanewon Sewon teachers with an Effective Contribution (SE) of 13% and a Relative Contribution of 18.9% and a Total Effect (ET) of 33% and with an Indirect Effect of 10.1%. There is a significant positive effect of principal's leadership on the performance of TK Kapanewon Sewon teachers with an Effective Contribution (SE) of 21% and a Relative Contribution of 29.9% and a Total Effect (ET) of 53.4% and an Indirect Effect of 22.3%. There is a significant positive effect of infrastructure on the performance of TK Kapanewon Sewon Kindergarten teachers with an Effective Contribution (SE) of 12% and a Relative Contribution of 16.9% and a Total Effect (ET) of 32.6% and with an Indirect Effect of 11.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru, (2) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru, (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (4) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMK swasta di Kecamatan Purworejo yang berjumlah 353 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner. yang digunakan adalah angket. Teknik analisis data untuk hipotesis mayor menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan hipotesis minor dengan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama kompensasi, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (2) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru, (3) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dan (4) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Dari ketiga variabel bebas tersebut yang memberikan pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja guru adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe digital literacy management in online learning at SD Negeri Margomulyo 2 Seyegan, to identify and describe the factors supporting and inhibiting digital literacy management in online learning at SD Negeri Margomulyo 2 Seyegan, and to find out and describe the results of management digital literacy in online learning at SD Negeri Margomulyo 2 Seyegan. This study uses qualitative research methods with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The analysis of this study uses the analysis of Miles and Huberman. This research reduces, presents, draws conclusions, and verifies the data. The results of the data analysis concluded that the principal of SD Negeri Margomulyo 2 Seyegan together with the teacher council had carried out the digital literacy management process in learning well, the supporting and inhibiting factors came from the internet network around the school which was less stable and parents of students, the results of the implementation digital literacy is that teachers are increasingly motivated to be more creative in providing learning and students become more enthusiastic in carrying out online learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze (1) the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment together on teacher performance, (2) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, (3) the effect of work discipline on teacher performance, (4) ) the influence of the work environment on teacher performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach method. The population of this study were 160 private junior high school teachers in Kapaenwon Wates, Kulon Progo Regency. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. used is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques for major hypotheses using multiple linear regression analysis and minor hypotheses with partial correlation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence together of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on teacher performance, (2) There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teacher performance, (3) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on teacher performance, and (4) There is a positive and significant influence of work environment on teacher performance. Of the three independent variables, the dominant influence on teacher performance is work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating, as well as the effectiveness of Program Guru Penggerak on differentiated learning in improving the quality of education. This type of research uses a qualitative approach method. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Kebumen, Kebumen District, and Kebumen Regency. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and document studies. Data analysis techniques through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the Program Guru Penggerak in differentiated learning is based on the competency of the mobilizing teacher in leading learning that is pro-student in the good category; (2) The teacher-driven program on differentiated learning is effective in realizing the quality of education, which is marked by increased student learning outcomes; the results of supervision of learning by the school principal are in the "good" category; and the results of teacher reflection on learning are in the "good" category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; (2) pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; (3) pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; dan (4) pengaruh secara simultan kedisiplinan, praktik kerja industri, dan motivasi berwirausaha terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan se-Kabupaten Kebumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan pada SMK di Kabupaten Kebumen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Uji validitas instrumen dilakukan dengan teknik korelasi product moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Demikian pula, praktik kerja industri memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Motivasi berwirausaha juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan siswa dalam menjalankan usaha. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen—kedisiplinan, praktik kerja industri, dan motivasi berwirausaha—secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan se-Kabupaten Kebumen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan peningkatan pada ketiga aspek tersebut berkontribusi nyata dalam membentuk kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK.

Abstract

The purpose of the study  is to find out: the management of libraries as a source of student learning, to know library programs that can be used as learning resources for students, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the use of school libraries. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at SD Negeri Girisekar. Research data sources, principals, librarians, and teachers. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.  The validity of the data using techniques increases persistence and triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of library management has been carried out properly.  Library programs include, sambe cabe program, sanak saku program, jam wajib kunjung program, pojok baca program.  The principal strives to design a program of activities, actively follow the development of information, encourage the improvement of the quality of librarians, collaborate with, teachers, outsiders and  parents, and  innovative programs  become supporting factors. The procurement of sarpras  and materials is constrained by funds, the lack of discipline of librarians, the lack of knowledge of teachers in library management, and the lack of library personnel are the inhibiting factors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the contribution of working period, working discipline and school principal supervision on the professionalism of Elementary School teachers in Moyudan Sleman Region both simultaneously and partially. This research was conducted at Elementary Schools in Moyudan Sleman Region. This research is quantitative research. The population of this research is all teachers at Elementary Schools in Moyudan Sleman Region amount 187 teachers. To test the validity of this research, it uses product moment correlation (to measure the correlation between different product satisfaction measures) and reliability testing (to measure the consistency of different product satisfaction measures). The hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this research were obtained together that there was a positive and significant effect of working period, working discipline and school principal supervision on the professionalism of Elementary School Teachers in Moyudan Sleman Region. There was a significant positive effect of working period on the professionalism of Elementary School Teachers in Moyudan Sleman Region. There was a significant positive effect of working discipline on the Professionalism of Elementary School Teachers in Kapanewon Moyudan Sleman Region. There was a significant positive effect of school principal supervision on the Professionalism of Elementary School Teachers in Moyudan Sleman Region.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence social competence has on teacher performance, work climate on teacher performance, motivation on teacher performance and the influence of work climate competence, and motivation on teacher performance in special schools throughout the city of Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique is done by population sampling, data collection uses research instruments, and data analysis uses quantitative or statistical methods. This research is a research with a descriptive approach with the aim to be able to describe the research results well. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of social competence, work climate and achievement motivation on the performance of SLB teachers in the city of Yogyakarta by 59.7%. Teacher performance is highly dependent on social competence, work climate and achievement motivation. If the social competence, work climate and achievement motivation are higher, then the disturbed teacher's performance becomes optimal. However, if social competence, work climate, and motivation are lacking, the teacher's performance is likely to be less than optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the current management of the School Health Unit in Special Schools in an effort to support the improvement of the quality of education, especially in Pembina State Special Special Schools in Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative type. The subjects of this study were school principals and teachers at the Pembina State Special School in Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. To perform data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model with the steps of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is by increasing persistence and using triangulation of sources and data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the management of the School Health Efforts at the Pembina State Special School in Yogyakarta has been going well starting from planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Management of School Health Businesses at the Pembina State Special Special School in Yogyakarta has a direct and indirect positive impact on improving the quality of education at the Pembina Yogyakarta Special Special School
