<![CDATA[Discovery Learning is one alternative learning model in the 2013 curriculum. The facts in the field of teachers have never developed a discovery learning model. Student learning outcomes based on the average test score have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). One media that can be a helper for communication students research is Powerpoint. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the discovery learning model assisted by Powerpoint on the cube and block material at SMPN 1 Pakusari. The research used a qualitative descriptive research design. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the researcher carried out the steps of the learning implementation plan using the powerpoint-assisted discovery learning model. ]]>

This study aims to determine the effect of teaching methods charades and experiments of interest and student learning outcomes in study subjects circulatory system Heart. <![CDATA[This research is based on the fact that many vocational school students are confused in determining career choices for their future. There are students who have not understood and planned carefully regarding the career path to be taken, both to continue education and work. Some students tend to follow the decisions of their parents or friends without considering their own interests and abilities. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of scaling techniques in group counseling services on improving students' career decision-making skills. Methods used in literature studies. The results of the study show that group counseling services with scaling techniques are proven to be effective in improving the career decision-making ability of vocational school students. Through scaling techniques, students can identify their current position on the career decision-making scale, as well as determine the concrete steps to take to achieve their expected career goals. The improvement of students' career decision-making skills is inseparable from the process of providing assistance in the form of group counseling with scaling techniques carried out.]]>

<![CDATA[The application of learning model innovative type the problem based instruction to improve ketuntasan to study for students to the matter interaction creatures with the environment ‘the application of learning model innovative type the problem based instruction to improve ketuntasan to study for students to the matter interaction creatures with the environment in MTs. Hasanuddin semboro jember. Based on the research done, so of students to study in the cycle i obtained the average 73,2 with ketuntasan klasikal 72 %, and on the average cycle ii diproleh 82,3 with klasikal 92 % , student learning ketuntasan has recorded an increase of 20 % .So that the result of students to study has increased very large thus learning activities model the problem of fee-based instruction student learningketuntasan managed to change for the better.]]>

<![CDATA[Classroom action research on the application of the Guided Inquiry learning model to improve student learning outcomes in the material pattern VIII MTs. Miftahul Ulum academic with 14 students as respondents. The method used in this research is the method of observation, documentation, interviews, and tests. Data analysis using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The research was conducted in 2 cycles with 2 meetings in each cycle. In the first cycle, the activities and student learning outcomes are said to be successful with the criteria of at least 65% of all students, while in the second cycle, the activities and student learning outcomes are said to be successful with the criteria of 75% of all students. Based on the results of research on student learning outcomes the first cycle obtained a percentage of 42.8% and the second cycle with a percentage of 92.8%. ]]>

<![CDATA[Research on efforts to Increase Learning Outcomes of the Subject straight line equation with the model Probing prompting learning with media aplication geogebra for Grade VIII Students of MTs AL Majidi. Based on the results of the study the results obtained for student learning activities in the first cycle of the first meeting that is 72.2%, the second meeting was 83.3%. After making improvements in the first cycle, student learning activities have increased. In cycle II the third meeting is 81.1%, and the fourth meeting was 88.9%. As for the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle showed mastery learning that is 38.9%. After making improvements in the first cycle, student learning outcomes have increased. In the second cycle which is 81.1%. This proves that there is an increase in the use of Simulation Learning methods with the Hollywood Squares Review model on student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on observations of researchers on science subject teachers, it can be seen that students do not follow learning well because students are not so interested in the learning methods applied by the teacher. That the teacher had still use a method of network of the bank conventional with lectures. Therefore, the researchers tried to apply the epub-oriented e-book media to increase student motivation and learning .Thus concluded:First: The existence of the application of epub extension e-book media can increase learning motivation in students in science. The increase in learning motivation in the I & II cycle was 13% with an increase in aspects of cycle I & II, namely attention aspect 0%, 6% confidence aspect, 0% self-satisfaction aspect and 6% relevance aspect.Second: The application of epub extension e-book media can improve learning outcomes for students in science learning.]]>

<![CDATA[It cannot be denied that teaching English as a foreign language is very challenging because there are still many problems faces. Various responses can be found at class such as students’ attitude toward learning, learning outcomes, and students’ active involvement in carrying out group activities especially if it is categorized as a large class which consists of more than 30 students. Small group discussion (SGD) offers a solution in order to make students more active by interacting, exchanging information, maintaining opinion, and solving problems in a group. Meanwhile in 21st century era technological advances like social networks grow rapidly. Lately many students have accessed social media to find information and learning resources. One of social media which is popular among students and educators is WhatsApp. We can create WhatsApp group to share information and discuss the material, so it can optimize the smart phone function in education. This study aimed to observe the effectiveness of small group discussion incorporating with WhatsApp group in teaching English. The research design used was quasi experimental. Experimental class was treated by using small group discussion through WhatsApp group, while control class was taught through lecturing. The finding showed that the significance of t-count was 0.000. It was lower than 0.05. It revealed that there is significant effect on the use of small group discussion through WhatsApp group in teaching English as a foreign language. Through WhatsApp group students feel free to discuss everything, more confident and brave to express their ideas. So WhatsApp is effective to be implemented in learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) the process of applying the quick on the draw learning model (2) increasing the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts after the implementation of the quick on the draw learning model. The research subjects were students of class VIII B AL-BADRI SMP, totaling 42 students. This research is classified as Classroom Action Research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in two cycles, in this study, students were said to be complete if they met the completeness ≥70%. Based on the analysis of research data the percentage of learning outcomes in the first cycle is 69% and the results of the second cycle test is 100%. Whereas Based on the results of the analysis of student responses to the quick on the draw learning model in the material relations and functions of class VIII B in SMP AL-BADRI has a very good response to the percentage of student responses 94.59%.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of mathematics learning is essential as an effort to improve student thinking skills. The research aims to determine increased (high order tinhking skill) math students on the subject of cubes and beamsin the SMPN 1 Sumberjambe after usingosborn assisted learning macromedia flash 8. The kind of research used is classroom actio reaseach by the two cycle in wich one cycle consists of for steps, namely planing, action, observation and reflection. The test result of cycle 1 has been carried out by the percentage of the HOTS indicator by 27% andthe percentage of HOTS indicator by 70%. That suggests that a high level of thinking ability of the student has improved by the osborn assisted learning macromedia flash 8.]]>
