Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in studying Algebraic Forms using a Combination of Problem-Based Learning with an Open-Ended Approach. This type of research includes Classroom Action Research (PTK), with the procedure in this study using a cycle model. From the research results, the percentage of student learning outcomes in cycle I reached 77% than in cycle II reached 100%. Meanwhile, student learning activities increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely 72% to 89%. This proves that the level of student understanding increases with the application of the Combined Problem Based Learning with the Open Ended Approach, so that learning can properly provide an illustration with examples of its basic illustrations.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to improve student learning outcomes in studying integers using the application of the Problem Possing learning model. The type of research used is Classroom Action Assessment (PTK), with research procedures using a cycle model, from the results of the study the percentage of student learning outcomes in cycle I reached 60% and cycle II was 90%. This proves that the level of understanding of students increases with the application of the Problem Possing learning model, so that learning can provide an overview with examples of basic illustrations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether or not the influence of phubbing behavior on the social interaction of class X students in SMA N 3 Jember. The research method used is descriptive analysis correlation. The population used as objects in this study are students of class X SMA N 3 Jember in the 2019-2020 school year. The sample in this study were 170 students. The results of the study were calculated with the Pearson Product Moment Test, with a significance level of 5% and N 170 obtained r count of 0.306 and r table of 0.1497. After r count compared to r table it turns out that r count is greater than r table that is 0.306> 0.1497. thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis (ha: phubbing behavior influences the level of communication quality of class X students of SMA N 3 Jember can be accepted).

Abstract

This research was conducted to know the effect from the implementation of the problem solving learning model with a scientific approach to increase the students activities and learning outcomes of class VII MTs. Miftahul Ulum on Integer Number Material. The method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. Collecting data using student and teacher observations, tests, interviews and documentation, the research sample was selected from popolation based on student learning outcomes data at MTs Miftahul Ulum. Based on the study of student learning outcomes using the Problem Solving learning model with the Scientific Approach on the integer material, there was an increase seen in the student's score which increased in the pre-cycle the average score of students was 61.3 with 33.3% classical completeness, the first cycle of the average value The students 'average score was 73.3 with classical completeness 53.3%, in the second cycle the students' average score was 86.7 with 100% classical completeness. As well as the percentage increase in classical student activity in the pre-cycle is still 50%, the first cycle increases 75%, and in the second cycle it reaches 100%. This proves that Problem Solving learning with the Scientific Approach can improve student learning outcomes, with the conclusion that there is an increase in activity and learning outcomes in the application of the Problem Solving learning model with a Scientific Approach to students on integer material class VII MTs miftahul ulum.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data on improving reading skills Report text using Paired Reading (PR) class X SMK MINQU Gumukmas technique. Research subjects were students of class X in semester 2. This research was carried out using the Kemmis and Mc models. Taggart implemented with stages planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results of the research using Paired Reading (PR) show the data obtained from the evaluation test in order to improve students' reading of the report text in order to obtain a score ≥ 75 in the pre-test of 39%. In the meantime, the teacher activity monitors and students in the first round of the first meeting were 49 percent and the second round was 60 percent, while the second round of the meeting was 70 percent and the second round was 78%. The Paired Reading Strategy can therefore improve students' reading report on text skills in Class X.

Abstract

The type of research used is Classroom Action Assessment (PTK), with research procedures using a cycle model, from the results of the study the percentage of student learning outcomes in Cycle I reached 77% and Cycle II was 100%. This proves that the level of student understanding increases with the application of a combination of the Contextual approach (CTL) with the Group Investigation (GI) model, this combination is used for teaching that can best illustrate with examples of basic illustrations.

Abstract

Learning is the main activity of the educational process. Researchers made observations in class VII A MTs. Darul Mukhlashin Tegalsiwalan and it was obtained 90% indicating that the student's score was ≤70. This research have a obtained to know about learning outcomes and also students activities with the learning model called TPS (Think Pair Share) on algebraic arithmetic operations material for class VII MTs. Darul Mukhlashin. This research was used type of CAR (Classroom Action Research). The procedure used is a cycle model. From the result of this research, learning activities in cycle I were on percentage of 60% and cycle II on 85%. And the result for learning outcomes of student in cycle I were obtained 60% dan 90% in the second cycle. This proves that the learning outcomes dan student activities can be increased by TPS model. For certain subjects, that model is used for avoiding feel boredom in learning activities.

Abstract

This research had a purpose to improve student activity and student learning outcomes by applying the Auditory Intelectually Repetition (AIR) learning model. This study uses Classroom Action Research. The subject of this research were class VIIIA MTs Darul Mukhlashin as recipients of the action and the researcher himself became the giver of it. For collecting datas, this study uses some methods like interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The result of this research can be seen from the indicators of success. In cycle I, it can be seen that student learning activities gain 76% then in cycle II get 86%. While in cycle I, it can be seen that students learning outcomes was and cycle II was 100%. From these indicators of success, it is concluded that the application of the Auditory Intelectually Repetition learning model to student learning activities and outcomes has increased.

Abstract

This study investigates the use of Chat-GPT to enhance descriptive writing skills in higher education. The research involved students utilizing Chat-GPT to support their writing process, leading to a significant improvement in their work. The mean score for descriptive writing increased from 64 to 85.5, marking a 33.6% enhancement. The analysis revealed that Chat-GPT effectively improved sensory detail, clarity, and cohesion while boosting students' enthusiasm for writing. Successful implementation relied on careful integration with structured guidance. While individual responses varied, using Chat-GPT as a complement to traditional methods yielded the best outcomes. The findings indicate that when implemented properly, Chat-GPT can serve as an effective tool for developing students' descriptive writing skills. However, its success is contingent upon thoughtful integration and adjustment to individual needs. This research paves the way for further exploration into the role of AI in education, particularly in cultivating academic writing skills.

Abstract

This thinks about points to create students' English talking aptitudes at MA Mambaul Ulum Jenggawah by utilizing the "Voice Note Friend" strategy to persuade understudies who tend to be calm. Within the setting of English learning, understudies who are not effectively talking regularly have trouble communicating and taking an interest in the course. This consider applies the voice notes technique, which could be a voice message sent by a classmate, as an apparatus to extend students' inspiration and certainty in practicing speaking English. Through this approach, understudies are anticipated to feel more comfortable and energized to talk, which in turn will make strides in their talking aptitudes.
